Outstanding service staff, courteous, professional and care. He came promptly next day and repaired everything fast and excellent. He even check around the apartment and repaired other places that we did not request in the service request. Thank you for great jobs well done. Kudos to Saybrooke.

Ive called the place home since 2015. The management team respond to email inquiries promptly. The maintenance team usually comes to my unit to fix things when Im at work. However, they are thorough and clean up the site carefully. The neighborhood is quiet and at a convenient location.

Just recently signed my 3 lease at Saybrooke. The complex has felt like home from day one. The office and maintenance teams have been so inviting and helpful. Being a person with a disability I truly appreciate their willingness to work with me and accommodating my needs. While I miss Angie my original leasing agent, I am glad the company recognized how amazing she is by giving her a much deserved promotion! While there is no replacing her, Jean Carlo is a great addition.

Havent had a single complaint living here. Maintenance is responsive and quick. Front office is nice and keeps us in the loop if something is changing. Parkings not bad either, even if I get home later than usual. My advice to anyone is (if you can swing it) find a unit on the top floor, preferably in the back. That way you dont have anyone walking on your ceiling and you only share one wall. Plus, being in the back keeps any noise from the parking lot away from where you sleep. Thats what I did.Id stay another year, but I want more space and my own backyard. This was a good find.

If there was an option for zero stars I would definitely rate it a fat zero. I spent a month living there and it’s been by far the worst living experience I’ve ever had to deal with. First of all, as our moving date was approaching, we were called saying there was a roach/pest issue (3 days prior moving date) when we had already contracted a moving company and had told the landlord we were moving that day. They called us saying to move in a week later. We COULDNT! We get there, there are roaches everywhere, in every room, everywhere. Couldn’t even leave food outside or anything. We had their “pest control” come by for 3 weeks. There were still roaches. The lady at the leasing office is “nice” but it’s totally noticeable she’s just being nice because she has to. Complete b attitude. As soon as we said we were leaving because we could t take it anymore. They started making our move out a lot more difficult. Giving US a move out date and if we didn’t move out by there set date (which was less than a month since we had moved in) they threatened w legal action. We moved out and apparently because of some trash bags that were left in the empty and clean apartment they’re only returning 200 out of the ONE THOUSAND dollar deposit. (Not to mention you have to walk to the middle of the apartment complex to throw away your trash.) no wonder there is a pest issue…. I also want to point out how we were catfished when selecting this apartment by fake pictures of the amenities and the apartment itself. I completely would not recommend these apartments whatsoever. My grandmas Pool house is bigger than the pool there. Whole scam.

The Saybrooke Apartments team are a very professional and friendly group of people. I have been here for 3years now and I love my apartment. The staff here is excellent and always try and willing to accommodate you. I became disabled after moving here and they go all out to assist me. Very pleasant and courteous, good maintenance and is done very well and quick. I enjoy living here; going on my third year. All thanks to Angie and Marco for all of your dedicated services to me.

We completed an 18 month lease with Saybrooke Apartments. Awesome staff - Angie and Marco! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable :) Also, maintenance team is always prompt and friendly. Clean and safe surroundings. Neighbors are great!

Angie and Marco are the best. I can go to them about any problems or issues that may arise and they have handled it with professionalism and without delay. I truly enjoy my stay at Saybrooke Apartments.

Don’t walk the property a lot. Only one trash and recycling area which is constantly overflowing. Windows are awful and always have mold and mildew around them. Staff is very nice. Size of apartments are good.

I love that they keep up the grounds. Keeping the grass and trees tended to.

The maintenance crew is terrible. My AC Unit has been out the entire weekend the maintenance guy came to my house for less than five barely said anything. The AC unit work for a few hours now back out again. I have been around the rental and called a number of times nothing. I had to purchase three fans like I live in the projects. I pay over $2100.00 for nothing as soon as it ls time for my lease to be up I’m out of here. The rest all office team is only nice when you come in to rent an apartment. I’m out of $80.00 dollars for fans a filter for the ac unit. I’m so done with this complex.

Ive only been here a short time (less than a month) and so far I love it! The office staff and maintenance crew are always pleasant and helpful and the grounds are kept neat and clean. My apartment is spacious and everything works!

This place is awesome!They go over and beyond for their residences. I mistakenly mailed a package to my old address and they went on a man hunt to look and track down for my package.

Just moved in and the process has been so smooth from my first visit to my move in day. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. I’m glad I chose Saybrook as my home.

Ive been living here for over a year now. I have never had any issues that the office and maintenance staff didnt take care of right away.. Carly and Angie have such a beautiful and sweet attitude when dealing with people. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I have never seen any roaches, bugs, or mice in my home. Its quiet and peaceful. The only thing I wish that they had is appointed parking. All in all Saybrooke Apartment Homes is a great place to live.

Saybrooke has been a great place to live! My husband and I just signed our lease for our 4th year here. Our apartment has great space, the grounds are beautiful and well kept (even through the winter months), the staff is extremely friendly, and maintenance is very quick with any requests that we may have. With the exception of the occasion noises from our neighbors upstairs, we are very much enjoying our time here! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new apartment in the area!

Very quiet, staff is friendly and helpful. Residents arent very friendly but everyone minds their own business. I dont like that rent increases so much every year

I stayed here for more than 2 years and I liked it. The community is pretty nice, quiet, and relative new. The rent is very reasonable in the area. I really like the fact that the office can receive packages for you. The best thing about the community is actually the management people. All of them are friendly and responsive, especially the community director Carli. After I gave a notice to vacate I found a place that was available much earlier than I expected. So I went to check with Carli. She was so helpful and agreed to change the available date of my unit a week earlier and see whether it could be rented earlier. Everything worked out fine and the unit was rented one week earlier. I saved several hundred dollars.

Clean facility, apartments are spacious! Office staff are professional and curtious. Could use closer dumpster and more doggie garbage cans. Residents are also very nice.

Super happy in here.. we’ve been living in here for 2 years and we are signing again for another year. Ladies at office are great! Carli is the best! Since we got here she just have been always welcoming and helpful, and kind and really effective when we need anything. D’Angelina join later to the team and have been wonderful too. Maintenance team (Bonerge and Gerber) are great also! Always there ready to help and kind. So this is just not a great place but a great team: people we feel like family! We love you guys!

This place needs a full renovation bad. No business why these apartments are expensive as the new/renovated apartments around the Gaithersburg area. These apartments would be so much nicer if they took the time to renovate them and not just add updated appliance (white stoves and refrigerators). This place needs new cabinets and sliding glass doors. Also why is their only one trash dumpster for the entire neighborhood? They could at least invest in 2 more dumpsters for the neighborhood. Overall I’m glad I decided not to move here because your not getting what your paying for.

Ok but a little run down. Good for short-term rentals. Those needing temporary housing while looking for a home.

Maintenance is awesome, rent is expensive but it is very nice and quiet here. Located by everything. Office staff is nice and friendly. I have never had a problem here so I renewed my lease.

I just moved in Say Brooke about a week ago and it has been a horrible experience so far. For starters, the minute I got my keys and walked into my apartment, I was greeted by several roaches. I immediately went over to the leasing office and reported it. They claimed the exterminator checked for bugs before I moved in and didnt find any. A few days later, the maintenance man finally comes over with a bottle of Raid claiming to spray the apartment until the exterminator is able to arrive. Needless to say, no one has moved with a sense of urgency and this has ruined my experience at SayBrooke.

Dont come a live here. Worst mistake Ive ever did. My car has been vandalized twice and nobody helps or make you feel at ease. People are disrespectful and rude. I have pictures and made police reports that never been solved.
