The apartments are decent, but what makes this complex so difficult to live in is it’s constant management failures. Without living here for a full year, I’ve had to deal with multiple management issues because of their unorganized system. If you want to live in a place where you’ll truly feel comfortable, this is not the place for you. I’ve never had to deal with this much mismanagement with an apartment building.

The management here goes above and beyond when it comes to making things right!My move-in process was rough to say the least and the apartments condition was... below expectations. Over the next 2 weeks, management was in constant communication with me to fix everything that I could possibly find, and they were responding faster than I could keep up. The apartments here are fairly decent, the grounds are always clean, and the staff is by far the best Ive ever worked with.

This company is ridiculous. They ran my credit on Sunday. I called them on a Tuesday and they couldn’t tell me the status of my application. Kept telling me “it’s a process” but couldn’t tell me where they were in the process. As soon as I applied the apartment was taken off the market.I called again today on a Wednesday and was given the same run around. I emailed them my paystubs and rental history yesterday and they left it sitting around for over 24 hours with no movement.I cancelled the application and they instantly put the apartment back on the market.I asked to speak with a property manager and was told I’ll get the same responses.Read all the other reviews from other sites. Do not rent here. They take their time.And their website stated the refund should take 5 business days. Ian, a leasing consultant, said it’ll take 7-10 business days.Talk about misinformation.There are far more better apartments in Gaithersburg. I implore you to look elsewhere.

LOVED Emory and Brandon. They truly made my experience at Park Station a pleasant one. Emory was incredibly helpful as I prepared to move in, and Brandon was right there when I had minor issues in the beginning. I knew that I could walk in the office and ask for anything, and Emory would do his best to make it happen, or direct me to someone who could. Too bad; it looks they are both no longer with the complex. Overall, decent apartment, and maintenance quickly responds to any issues.The apartments are 90s style with a few upgraded features - think white, non-energy efficient appliances, and convenient washer and dryer. The spaces are relatively large, and the closets are everything I need. The parking and valet trash pickup are additional highlights. The surrounding community is pretty walkable for Gaithersburg, and we have plenty of options for diverse food choices, auto care, and medical care.

Park Station a nice apartment community with a variety of Floor plans to choose from. Location is close to schools and shopping. The property Manager and staff are very personable and professional. The property maintenance team are knowledgeable and courteous. The property grounds are clean and well manicured. I’ve been here for 5 years and have not had any problems in the community. My only complaint is there is limited on Street parking for guest.

The fastest any response from the office we’ve gotten was after my roommate left a bad review. Before that, every step of the application process took multiple calls over multiple days with different people answering and made the process difficult and confusing. We had to be the ones to reach out to ask if our apartment would be ready to move into, barely a week before the moving date, and didn’t get a direct answer for hours. Please prioritize communication to potential and existing tenants.

I absolutely love it here. The nature around this complex is beautiful. Its quiet with zero traffic noise. I feel that the staff here is doing an excellent job, especially during these difficult times. Very quick responses every time i have called or emailed.The amenities are nice and i love the layout of the complex itself as well. I have had zero pest problems except for maybe 2 water bugs and a silverfish... in 6 months. Whatever rat/mouse problem they had before, they apparently took care of it because i have yet to see one.I really am a fan of the layouts of the apartments. lots of closet space, lots of light with a large bedroom window. The apartment I got has a nice balcony and fireplace. I only wish the appliances were updated a bit and the entire apartment wasnt covered in carpet, but thats all. Its also great to have a laundry machine and dryer in the apartment. The neighborhood around this is gorgeous! Lovely houses with flowers and trees in every garden. I dont have a car so i have to get everywhere on foot and walking through the neighborhood is really nice.

My boyfriend and I were approved for a two bedroom but they wont take another paystub that I get tomorrow and trying to force me to get a guarantor when Im just missing one paystub. I gave them an offer letter and two stubs that I have from my new job but I was approved so Im confused. now were currently homeless due to the unprofessionalism in the business. thanks alot

I do love my apartment its everything I wanted. This review is for the office staff member Emery he is very helpful. Every time I come in the office or even a phone call he makes sure he do everything he can to help me. So Park Station he needs some extra claps because he is doing a great job! I have lived at Park Station for almost two years. Overall it’s really great. I am disabled and there are amenities that are very helpful. Valet trash service, garage parking on my level, walk-in shower, full washer and dryer. I have a corner apartment and it is bright and honey. Most helpful are the wonderful maintenance staff who arrive quickly and are so very helpful and pleasant. A life-saver. There are the typical apartment issues from time to time- loud neighbors, front office turnover that is sometimes challenging. But people do their best. Highly recommend you consider it.

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Emory. My little brother was locked in one of the rooms and I called the leasing office about 5 minutes before closing on a Friday. Emory was more than willing to call the maintenance guy who was off and on his way home to turn around and come to the rescue . He was super friendly and really helpful. I would not have known what to do. Customer service was excellent . Thank you Emory. Keep up the good work.

If you guys are looking for a place to live park station apartments has to be the one. Me and my girlfriend finally found a place with a nice community and the apartments are amazing in size, you get a in unit laundry a beautiful kitchen and big living room space. if you go here ask for Emory, if I can give more than 5 stars I definitely would. He has helped me and my girlfriend make everything easy with this process of moving! Also Sandra Battista she did a lot for us as well due to us needing to move quick she also deserves more than 5 stars! Emory and Sandra are the type of people who really help and care and make sure that the residents are happy. They are amazing helpful people! You can never go wrong with Park station apartments ! Overall great staff and buildings.

Emory was a big help when viewing the apartments. He was very knowledgeable and was able to show me the different floor plans. The property was well kept and staff was wonderful! Highly recommend, property is near everything you need.

This is a nice place to live. However I was to pleased with being charged for the fees of not having my gas service turned on. I had made contact with the Gas company several times, and they told me the address I had was not valid. I relayed that information to the Office so they would know of my dilemma, but I was still being charged the fees. I understand the charge for the service, but not the fees.

We are loving it here! the apartments are spacious and we haven’t had any issues. the leasing office is always super friendly anytime I call for questions.

The management is so disorganized and unwelcoming in person. The first day, one of the agents ignored us for a half hour past our appointment time and spoke to another person that came in after us. Also we were told when signing the lease that our apartment isnt guaranteed. We signed a lease and paid our deposit and lost our apartment because the current tenants decided not to move out so we lost that apartment. They suggested a different apartment which was the only one left but a tenant still currently resided in it and was planning to move. We decided to not move forward with this complex because we didnt want the risk of not being able to move in and the move in date being pushed foward or not ending up getting an apartment at all. It was also more expensive and out of our budget.The management was also condecending and unreliable because they never contacted us or emailed us first when they said they would. We had to find out by calling and emailing multiple times about our apartment and application status. We were told we were overreacting about being anxious on not getting the apartment due to tenants renewing their lease but thats what ended up happening. Its not worth it if you are looking to move out as soon as you can, maybe if you are willing to take the risk of waiting forever or never getting an apartment. I will update if they decide to give me my deposit back. Improvement is neccessary here and hopefully they decide to do better next time.

Staff member Emory has helped and made the process of moving a lot smoother than other places I have been. I have lived here for about 12 months and I have recently transferred to a new unit. The new staff are very understanding and willing to help and bend over backwards for their renters.

We moved in a year ago and have just renewed for another year. Park Station is conveniently located, reasonably priced and mostly well-maintained. The leasing and maintenance staff are responsive and the few minor maintenance issues we’ve had were resolved quickly. Our apartment is pest free, and we’ve been happy with it.The only recurring issue has to do with some of our neighbors not following the rules regarding trash pickup. Park Station provides a trash valet service that picks up your trash and recycling 5 nights a week. But more than a few neighbors insist on putting out their trash on the nights when pickup is not scheduled, leaving the hallways full of garbage bags for days at a time. Management has yet to effectively address this problem. The trash valet service is very convenient, otherwise.

Future resident. The process was very easy. Emory was super helpful. I walked around on my own after my tour and the complex is well kept. Didnt hear any loud music on my visit. The garage was free of clutter. I cant stand when theres trash in garages laying about. Outside of Emory I didnt really interact with anyone else in office. You will hear the train but thats anywhere in Olde Towne. It was faint from where I was in the back outside so I can only assume you can barley hear it on the backside of the property when inside. Theres nice little walking area (park) across the street. Ill post pictures at a later time.

The Park Station Apartments staff/team is courteous, helpful and accommodating. The value is great considering price and amenities. Im happy here.

I had a great experience with Brandon here at Parkstation.. I had to change my move in date a couple times and he got me together. Also I almost couldnt move in on my move in date due to the apt not being ready .. I was upset so Brandon made sure that he pushed maintenance to have my apt ready by my move in date and It was perfect .. Smelled clean apt looked good .. He was very helpful and a super cool guy. I had a wonderful experience with the office. They helped me the best way they can. I had a special situation and was helped by the office specially Mr. Antonio. Not a tenant as of yet, however, my wife and I took a tour of their apartments, and to say that we were impressed would be an understatement. Not only was the apartment we viewed captivating, our tour guide Emora was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The exquisite customer service experience that he offered took up the bulk of the conversation my wife and I had after we left. Emora is well deserving of a raise and/or a promotion to a management level position. I am a firm believer that whatever establishment he works for, be it here or anywhere else, he will always have customers eager to come back and see him specifically just of of the positive energy he exudes.

Stayed here for 2 years. Debbie has been very considerate and flexible. People can only dream to have someone at the property management staff, as cordial and understanding at her. This was truly a place to be called home. The location is beautiful, the management was amazing and the staff was very understanding and respectful. The maintenance staff was a charm to deal with. They were prompt and they never complained. They offered help whenever I needed. Also wanted to mention Felicia from the staff. She was very friendly. In the tough times this management was very understanding and i respect them for it. Had a wonderful 2 years staying here.

I was searching for somewhere quiet, nice, clean, but yet reasonable. I found that with park station apartments. Very nice place to live. The leading agent, Amber McKnight was very helpful and accommodated all of my request, from me filling out the applications to my moving in day. I am very pleased with this property, this far!

Luckily, my roommate and I have chosen not to move here because management is completely unprofessional. We had initially put down a $250 holding deposit and now that we have made the choice to go with another place, they have not given us our refund (it’s been two weeks). We have called several times and have gotten the answer “we’re not sure how long it takes for the refund to be applied”. We have been documenting every conversation and employee involved in this, and we’re hoping this gets resolved as soon as possible so we don’t have to take legal action.

Our leasing consultant Emory was so helpful and made us feel comfortable about renting with Park Station. I will most definitely be moving to park Station soon thanks to Emory.

Emory is the mannnn he helps with all my problems. he stayed after hours just to help me with a water situation I had. he has always been super duper helpful since I have moved in and is always taking time out of his day to tend to my needs!!!! If you guys are looking for an apartment this is the place and the man you guys must ask for is Emory!!!!

I lived in these apartments for 5 years, the maintenance area is friendly and takes care of quickly, unfortunately we had to leave since we had made the change to another building but they never gave us the keys to the new apartment and if they charged us for that apartment, until At the moment they have not returned any of that money, or the deposit, in fact they do not answer the emails or calls, bad customer service they have, it is a pity that in the 5 years that we lived there they never had complaints about us and never we are behind in any payment and now they are keeping all that money, that in the end because of them who did not agree on the paperwork we pay the consequences...

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They took 250 dollars from me for a security deposit and didnt approve of my housing even though I had a fair credit history and make over 100k a year. They tried to ruin my credit history by running a hard inquiry on it. They also promised me a refund after two business days, and it has already been 5 days and still nothing after calling several times. I already got a better place, but I think Im going to have to file housing discrimination against them, because I still havent gotten my refund back.

Amber and Debbie have been an absolute dream to deal with and have been beyond helpful. I put in a maintenance request and it was resolved by the time I came home from work later that day. Dont let the negative reviews from YEARS ago fool you, just apply already!

I would give this property 0 stars if possible. I applied almost THREE MONTHS AGO and paid application and hold fee. I decided to go with another property and was told the hold fee refund would take up to 30 days to be returned. I have called over 10 times and emailed and NO ONE WILL CONTACT ME. Every time I called or emailed, I made contact with different people who said the manager would call me back. Well they LIED and I now will be seeking legal counsel and requesting attorney fees. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE LIARS!!

Extremely upset with the rudeness of one of the associates, Felicia. Was denied the apartment based on my credit, when I was told itsit was just running rental history, and when I asked if there was something I could do to get into the complex such as a higher security deposit because my income is more than enough, I was told briskly and shortly no, nope, no. Not impressed. Trying to rebuild credit is hard enough after someone destroys your life but for this? We were really looking forward to living there too. Lets see if the 250 I put in comes back.

The apartment has no sound proof making you hearing the neighbors all the time. Neighbors parties on weekdays late nights. The parking garage is not organized. Other people are parked in your spot with the same parking number.

I have reached out multiple times to receive an application refund. However, you never responded to my email. When l call, l am always told someone will reach back to me and no one ever does. I am glad l decided not to rent at your apartment complex because you seem to be very unresponsive. I am wondering when l will receive my $250 refund because it’s almost over two weeks since l requested my refund and have been ignored. It’s very frustrating to say the least.

Was promised twice that I could move in by Aug. 31, and assured that I could order furniture and the like.A day before the move-in, I called to make a confirmation and, and they told me they lacked documents that were already sent, and that any move-in would be moved back a few days. After pressing the issue about the documentation, they promptly returned stated that they decided I no longer qualified for rental. If this is the way they deal with their paperwork issues, I hate to see how bigger problems are “solved”.

Currently living here and regret it every day...the roach infestation is absolutely DISGUSTING we talked to the leasing office about it first time they blew it off like it was nothing and second time they finally took it serious and said our kitchen was sprayed ... we just saw 10+ roaches last night ( I wish I was lying). Your apartment could be spotless and still have this issue. We are looking forward to moving out ASAP do not waste your money here you will regret it. Take the comments seriously I didn’t take the ROACHES comments seriously until I’m over here killing over 50 roaches in a month ( not exaggerating the number either )

Perfect! This should be your first stop. Was very difficult deciding where to live. Im a picky person. First, staff in rental office r very helpful and welcoming. Besides valet service, trash pick up, parks, pool, great community. What more could u ask for. How about a loft, balcony, working fireplace and 24hr professional and friendly maintenance and a great location(also clean and spacious) This review is deserved. If your thinking or renting at Park Station please be warned. My boyfriend lives there and he has had issues of rodents ( small mice) in his apartment for almost a year, several times he has gone to management and they have not done anything to solve the problem. He has bought sticky paper several time and has captured mice and has taken pictures to show management. They still did not do anything promising they would but they didnt do anything. He even stayed in a hotel because the mice situation he had small holes in his kitchen corner walls from rodents and still Management doesnt send pest control!!!!Not to mention he has ants, he had water damage from leaking pipes that leaked into an electrical outlet from the apartment above and they didnt even fix the damage or resolve issue for over a month. There management do not put their tenants first. Seriously RODENTS and still they dont send pest control. I would not recommend these apartments. Finally 3 months later and 4 mice caught today they had pest control come out....!!!!ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!! DONT RENT HERE....

My daughter and I have been renting since 2016, and I wish I NEVER renewed for another 2 years. I only renewed so I would be locked into a rate without an increase. I have had so many issues since living here. The parking garage lift to enter in garage is often broken, which allows anyone to enter. You have to have a hanging sticker in your car, but the towing company does not circle garage to check until after 8pm. There have been several mechanical problems with my heater/AC unit, same issue every season. Finally replaced cooling/heating unit within walls a couple months ago, due to leakage, which I was told. My apartment always had a smell of gas. I often use the gas fireplace which would set off smoke detectors. I was told by someone in office to crack my windows or clean off logs. I recently had fireplace repaired by outside company. The elevators have often been inoperable and often had an odor of urine. A tenant actually placed a note inside elevator in reference to the same. The apartment exterior has become so dirty with cigarette butts and trash in hallways, because tenants do not place in appropriate receptacles provided. I have placed recent complaints and a phone call to office, in reference to loud banging, slamming and yelling and screaming heard from a child above my apartment in early morning until about midnight. This has been going on for over a month. In addition to above noise, I here random guys above on balcony (talking loud and smoking weed) I spoke with Jay in office who was very nonchalant about situation. I was told to put in writing on apartment portal, and issue continues. I have not received any follow ups from office. I filed a noise complaint with local police, who also stated to follow up with leasing office. Do not move to this community. They are only concerned about filling their occupancy with whatever. The office has correspondence of what tenant is disruptive, but obviously it is not being rectified. I am seriously thinking about breaking my lease.

I lived there about two years ago for a whole year and loved it, the apartment was great, clean and the staff was great. You get used to the trains passing by pretty quickly. Dog waste is a problem but that just on people who are lazy cause there are waste baskets everywhere. No much to do around the area but you are a short drive to nice places. I didnt have kids when I live there so I dont know anything about the schools. Overall, its a nice place.

The best thing about this place is that they let us terminate our lease early.To start off, I will say that Debbie was pretty helpful throughout this whole process...Our neighbors water heater exploded our apartment flooded because of it. I have a rescue dog, so when they came in and ripped up the carpet and put industrial fans in, I was not offered anywhere else to go (a hotel would have been nice) and I had to board my dog because she was terrified of the noise of 5 huge fans. To make matters worse, I had to keep my door open in 30 degree weather for the condensation to leave the unit and then our heat AND hot water broke.. which took them two days to fix.After this week long ordeal, we started seeing cockroaches. and I mean TONS of them. They had the exterminator come in which consisted of us moving everything out of the kitchen. We werent able to move everything back for THREE days which made it impossible to cook or even be in the kitchen area.After about two weeks, it seemed that the cockroaches had doubled, if not tripled. We were told that they were going to come in and do a second treatment and they never did.We also received an eviction notice for the leasing office messing up our rent payments even though our account balance was zero. So now we have to deal with the courts on top of all of this.Needless to say, take your business elsewhere. Roaches, poor management and now legal nonsense, none of which are the cause of us, isnt worth it in the slightest.

I lived here from summer 2015 to summer 2018 in a one-bedroom and I experienced very few problems. Management is great IMO. Jay was always there when I needed something, and Debbie was extremely kind and considerate. The temps and other transients were also nice.The apartments are spacious and well ventilated, and the bathroom and kitchen are nice. I didnt experience any pest issues while living here, but toward the end of my occupancy, I remember having to mention that the garbage pick up policy wasnt being adhered to by residents. I got worried because I saw a mouse running from a neighbors trash pile. Debbie, however, took care of the situation in a timely fashion. I remember hearing neighbors downstairs and occasionally upstairs, but it did not bother me too much. This is expected in an apartment complex.The neighborhood is quaint and there is plenty of good grocery shopping and entertainment in the area. Foodtrucks would come by a few times a month, so that was a nice little treat for those nights when you want take out. Gaithersburg is a good area, but I enjoy urban life more so if the suburbs isnt your thing, then I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex. If you do love the seclusion of Montgomery County, then this would be a great place to live and save some money before moving on to greener pastures. This complex is a great value for MoCo.To all other reviewers: please try to write a fair review. Exaggerating your distress and leaving 1-2 stars does not help other people make decisions. Ive seen plenty of 1-2 start apartments and this is not one of them, so please stop it. Its not going to get you free rent (DC metro housing is a racket!) so lets write fairly and without emotions. Try to consider the greater good because bad reviews are confusing and could lead to wasted time for us who want to use our time wisely and not waste time parsing through inaccurate reviews. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I moved in a couple months ago and everything seemed great at first! The apartment is cute and the layout is great. Except when we moved in the ice maker didnt work, the fire alarm goes off when even opening the oven and we had bugs by the fridge! It took them 2 weeks to finally come and fix the ice maker, yet our freezer takes all of your strength to open now. They spray only every wednesday and took care of that which was good! The staff is nice and friendly. Except when packages are sent to the office there is NO CALL on when they have arrived. My package has been sitting in the office for TEN DAYS now with no word of it being there. I was informed they do not call when packages arrive, which honestly is just ridiculous! We got our apartment for a better price and the valet trash service is amazing but now I am wishing we looked elsewhere. Do your research before moving in!

These people called me to say they had a two bed with a loft that Ive been waiting for a month to get into. I tell them my budget and my move in time frame. They asked me to come in at 2:30 pm. We spoke at 12:30 pm. When I arrived, they told me that the apartment was taken and tried to get me to rent another apartment that was nearly $300 over my budget. Why would you not at least hold the damn apartment for 2 freaking hours when it was your company in the first place to contact me about the available apartments?! The incompetency and lack of communication with these people is staggering!

Ants are prevalent in the complex. There also seems to be a problem with the waste bin outside, it looks to always be over filled. However the apartment is nice and up to date, and the carpet is taken care of.

I live here and have lived here for the past few years. Cant beat the unique apartment layouts and competitive rental prices, especially for the area. Highly recommend.

Rented an apt here over a year and ready to MOVE! The roach infestation is a huge problem. Seems that anybody can rent here without getting a legit criminal background check. This welcomes people with all types of criminal records. The rent is affordable compared to other apts in MoCo but rent will increase the longer you stay. Ive been working a lot lately. I come home to gangs of people hanging out in hallways, smoking weed/drugs on the elevator, and loud activity after dark. Apparently many apts are empty so the leasing manager Debbie does nothing to resolve complaints about drug activity and loud noise in fear of losing money. Leasing office make a lot of administrative errors with tenants documents. One thing they seem to get correct is sending email notices about Petes Bar-b-que food truck being parked in front of the rental office. If safety and cleanliness is not an issue for you, welcome to your new home.

I have been very pleased with my 7 year experience at Park Station. Theyve been prompt in responding to my service requests and the property is well maintained. However, I have one major problem: Montgomery County and the City of Gaithersburg guidelines require that the months rent must be paid by the 10th. On the 11th, a late fee may be charged and the apartment complex can file with the court. Every apartment complex follows that guideline except Park Station. They have chosen to file with the court if the entire months rent is not paid by the 1st of the month. They started recently filing on the 2nd and will add a late fee on the 11th. Shame on you! Im on a fixed income and I manage to pay my full months rent prior to my court date on the rare occasion when I cant pay in full by the 1st. The parent company, Dolben, apparently lacks an individual who actually has either an economics or business degree let alone any actual business experience. Lets take this to its natural conclusion. If a senior whose income is SSA. gets 3 or 4 judgments, I could be evicted. If that happens, Park Station/Dolben will have to turnover the apartment and It will be vacant for 1or 2 months. Plus, since it takes 120 days to actually go through with an eviction, they wont get one red cent from me. Those of you who have even a basic grasp of how a good business should be run, should be apalled at this.

In the spring and summer there are HUGE rats by the trash...they dont run away when you walk by either. They are where you walk to your apartment...not just in the trash area. And they are there during the day, which means its a major problem.There are MAJOR drafts from the windows...my apt is still cool when the heat is up to 85 . All windows need replacing!!! My gas bill is out of control.Park and pool is nice. So is the rec room. maintenance guys are nice and come on time. Only positives.Rent staff is soooo sweet and kind...until you move in. Debbie the manager is dumb as rocks as is the rest of the staff. U have to sign papers multiple times. My lease had to get rewritten about 6 times because of wrong dates and prices..so many errors that could be avoided if u took your time and were professional.I hear my neighbors upstairs arguing for HOURS and Having sex. THIN WALLS.They replace the carpet no MATTER WHAT. Its the cheapest quality possible so it will stain even if u drop water on it. You WILL NOT get your deposit back NO MATTER WHAT.Looks nice but once u move in the wear and tear will show. Regret moving here and paying close to 2k a month for TRASH.

There is a Mouses in my apartment. ive had this problem for about a month and also two months ago and my landlord is doing nothing about it until today. my self and few of my friends bought traps of all kinds, ultrasonic pest control, put everything in the kitchen into rubbermaids, etc. i can hear it in the walls sometimes and so far its eaten: pizza, a loaf of bread, bagels, bananas and dog treats. the landlord refuses to hire an actual exterminator and is running to the store right now to buy tons of poison.I had people over the day before and all of them had saw the mouse/s running back and forth, everybody left of course !I gave my notice yesterday and honestly JUST STAY AWAY FROM THAT APARTMENT BUILDING!Before that i had ants issue forever. I had to call and figure it out my self how to get rid of them. Its always something bad in Park Station Even Jay and Debby arrogant attitude !Another think that has happened was that there was a leak from the apartment above or elsewhere but clearly you can see the water running from ceiling towards the outlet next to my head. Twice i had email them and finally after a month they patch it up, There is still water leaking.My heads all over the place right now because im so irritated by this.AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE AT ALL!

High monthly rate, which doesnt even include the water utility! Limited parking lots and ridiculous management.PS: There management is very poor, we mailed the keys back when the lease ended. When we checked in several days later, one officer said they received keys but when my wife called back another one said they have NOT received them. So if you decide to move in get prepared to pay extra money for their stupid mistakes.

The upside...They do have a nice and unique layout and the staff is very pleasant as well as the maintenance crew is on top of their game.The downside... windows are very very drafty...walls are very thin you can hear everything that is going on outside your unit and in the units around you. No place for kids to play. Dumpster is often overflowing. Lots of sirens and police racing down Summit and cars peeling-out on Summit as well.The icing on the cake is the Elementary is isnt the greatest... my child is going to be behind at least one full grade when he starts his new school.

About a month ago I wrote a review about this apartment complex and here I am back again! ROACHES! EVERYWHERE! It has been 4 weeks and I feel like I am now seeing more and more! Our apartment is clean. No matter how many clorox wipes I use, more and more are coming. I opened my medicine cabinet to find a huge cockroach running around. At 4am I walk to the bathroom and there are some in the sink! I even found a roach on my stove in my food! It is unsanitary and dangerous to a persons health! I have informed them of this problem 4 weeks ago and they have supposedly sprayed every week, yet there is no solution to this problem. I have even started taking pictures as proof that they clearly are not doing enough for this situation. DO NOT MOVE HERE! We are looking at moving out of this place early! Take your money elsewhere!

SERIOUSLY….RUNHere are a few reasons why you should NOT move here:-The property manager exudes Incompetence 24/7-There are plenty of other places with better rates, better everything!-It is not the best area to raise children, a dog maybe- You will pay for everyting, water, electrical, trash, gas and unexcuseable subpar customer service-Don’t be fooled by their high occupancy rates,-The photos on the website are extreme glamour shots, this place labels itself as a “luxury” homes but that is far from reality. It may have been in the late 90’s but things are starting to show a lot, I mean a lot of tear and wear.-Your apartment may not be move in ready when you start to actually live here!-The leasing staff has a litany of excuses as to why things break, appliances don’t work, but don’t worry your rent will be bill on time.-The building is dog friendly but no one seems to pick up after their dogs and there are large amounts of waste all around the complex. Whatever little dirt is available will be covered in dog waste. Some even let their dogs of leash around the complex which can be dangerous for everyone.-The building’s hallways are open air, which means you are heating and cooling more wall space and anyone can walk right up to your door from the street!-You can’t really walk around here because the markets, stores, etc, are at driving distances.-There are 7 machines in the tiny workout room, on average three of them don’t work!-Communication from the leasing office is inconsistent, you will be asked to do things multiple times, fill out this, send this etc.-The MARC station is really close, but don’t expect much from Old Town Gaithersburg, it does not have any character. What it does have are monolithical apartment buildings. For some reason there are 5 mexican restarurants, 5 barber shops/salons, and not two but three bakeries, two check cashing places within three city blocks!!So unless you are on a budget, would like to live in a commuter town, don’t mind dog waste on every grass patch, don’t need work out machines and aren’t really bother by incompetence go ahead move in and call this “luxury” boxes your home.Go in peace now.

I was visiting and looking to rent an apartment there, until I saw how nasty this place really is... Mice running all over the place, No Thank You!

Please do not stay here if you are military.once you move out they will try to gouge money from you on bogus charges considering that you will be at another duty station at some point. The manager Debbie has issues with customer service. She treats you as if you are beneath her when you have issues
