Conditioned Air Systems - CAS - just completed a total replacement of my Central AC and Heat equipment with a high efficiency Lennox system and Lennox iComfort S30 Ultra Smart touch pad thermostats.I am so glad I picked CAS - a local Gainesville, GA company where I live - which I had used a few years ago to install a Daikin mini split system. These folks are honest and they know what they are doing in an industry which seems to be full of inexperienced install techs and a lot of false advertising about lifetime free service and parts. Nothing of value can really be free. The cost is just hidden somewhere else ! I understand that only 10% of HVAC Systems are installed correctly - so much for shopping for the lowest price !Everyone I worked with at CAS had 5 - 10 years or more of experience and gave me what I wanted - a problem solving install experience since I was living with a builder grade - get out quick - job during a major remodel 13 years ago. During my install I had a team that included the Service Manager Jonathan, & Install Manager Tommy who made many changes in the location of the air handler and the routing of the ductwork. They made follow up calls to test and make minor adjustments.All of this started with My Sales/Comfort Specialist Trey Chesser who spent at least 2 hours giving me a complete problem diagnosis and three different levels of equipment to choose from to meet my budget. Trey has many years of experience and communicated with me every few days to make sure I was satisfied especially since we had to manage some equipment backorders.I will never use another HVAC outfit and have already made plans for CAS to manage my annual service contract.

We lucked out when we got Clay as our Service Tech with Conditioned Air Systems!He was able to diagnose the problem, quote the repair cost, and drew my attention to an issue that might be causing air quality issues, with several remedies for it from least to most expensive. Most impressive was his ability to answer several technical questions while making it relatable to the average homeowner.After already being without heat over the holidays (and 20 degree temps at night), Clay knew how important it was to get our system back up and running ASAP and not have to wait over the New Years holiday/weekend. He was able to take a service call towards Atlanta and went the extra step to pick up the Variable Fan Motor and Module himself personally (instead of waiting 2 days for it to ship).He was back the next day and had our Heating System back up and running and professionally cleaned. From beginning to end, our experience with Clay was top notch and highly professional. We appreciate having Clay as our technician and Conditioned Air Systems to get us back up and running. We will be requesting Clay for any future service calls!

Trey did an outstanding job of testing my home, explaining the pros and cons of all my options, and patiently answering all the questions I had. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He did not pressure me in any way but gave me information to make an informed decision based on my homes needs and my budget. I would highly recommend speaking with Trey about your heating/cooling needs.

Called to get a Heat Pump/AC replacement system. Rep was on time for appointment and gave some good info laced in with the looong sales pitch.He said hed email me the recommendations and price quotes, which I told him I was looking forward to seeing.I NEVER heard from them again.

Our tech today was Nick Cuneo. He was very professional. Listened to our concerns and spent time working with my parents to understand the thermostat and review the system with them. They liked him so much that they want him to come out and do the bi-yearly servicing. Thank you for the prompt service response!😊👏👍

I was lucky enough to to be employed there for 5yrs and the experience and knowledge I gained from the heads of departments, supervisors and techs is vast. The amount of experience and knowledge they offer is massive. Which is matched by there dedication to customer service. If you are looking for any type of HVAC services from service calls to complete custom installs this the company to use. It may seem a little on the high side but you cannot put a price on piece of mind.

2 installers came to my home to replace my Heating & A/C System. They arrived on time, did a great job and then cleaned up the work area. They were both great.

Had my bi-annual PM visit this morning. Had a new tech - Jason C. Man, what can I say. It was the best service call Ive ever had. He was so knowledgeable about my system, made some recommendations for things to consider, but wasnt pushy trying to get me to agree. Ive used CAS for my PM (even bought a new AC unit when my 18 year old system finally died) for over 20 years. I wouldnt think of using anyone else.

Our central air system was not working and the house was becoming extremely hot due to high temperatures and extreme humidity.I called on Wednesday night after business hours and left a message with the answering service.I was able to have a technician come out the very next day. Not only did Philip fix the problem, but he did so in a very efficient manner and even rearranged his own schedule to make time for us!We have a new puppy who’s training is not complete and she was all over Phillip from the moment he walked in the door.Not only was I happy with the service, but I felt very comfortable working with Phillip, he was friendly, honest, and so sweet with my puppy.I would definitely recommend Phillip (CAS) to friends and family and will definitely request him personally in the future.Thank you for your prompt service, excellent work, and for saving us from the heat so that we could enjoy the weekend of wedding festivities that we had ahead of us!Sincerely,Marlene’ Gunn

They were beyond professional and awesome!! The gentleman came out the day after I called and gave us a fair estimate. When I called back to schedule the repair, they order the part and were out to the house 3 days later. The two gentlemen that repaired the unit were very professional and kind and did an amazing job.
