The Service Mans Name is Tyson. He has serviced my washer several times in the past. He does an excellent job. When you contact the company online they contact you back immediately and schedule an appointment as soon as possible and the repair man in on the way. Excellent Company to use for Servicing your Appliances. Will continue to use this company.

I called to order a belt for my dryer they said it was going to be $39 in the meantime I got a call from a company and my hometown and they had the same belt so I got it from them called back Sears to tell them to cancel my order they didnt and ended up sending me the belt and charging me $39 Im going to send the belt back

Absolutely NOTHING!!! They are over priced and changed shipping cost and time on the same phone call. I got the parts needed locally and were from the manufacturer at less cost.Wonder why Sears is going belly up?? Here is just 1 example of it.

It has been been 11 weeks and 8 visits to repair my washer and it is still not operable. AND the washer lid and top and dryer top are now scratched and marred from where the tech has been using them to work on parts. Service protection plan has not honored the No Lemon Guarantee. Laundromats are very expensive.

Friendly, neat (I didnt even need to sweep after he pulled my 12 year old dishwasher out of the cabinetry), had the new part on his truck, and the price was a bargain.I will ALWAYS call Sears Appliance from now on.

2 years ago bought a washer and dryer, great price, got the job done. Dryer lasted a year, when Corey heard it went out he offered to replace it. I declined I already bought a new one but gave back the old. Washer went out after 2 years, I messaged Dave on FB he stated he didnt have any. But did offer to repair my current one. My schedule would not permit a morning appointment so they came out at 8PM, and repaired it on the spot, for a small charge. 1/5 of what a new one would cost me. (No it wasnt just a lid switch). Highly recommend.

I have NEVER left a negative review in my life for ANYTHING, and I have dealt with a plethora of service repair companies, so yes, A&E IS THAT AWFUL!!! My LG fridge purchased from Home Depot is still under warranty, and A&E is who they contract with to provide service. I have called and spoken several times with LG as well, but they insist A&E must provide the service, so LG will be subject to a scathing review as well. I haven’t decided on the degree of Home Depot’s culpability.Fridge breaks 6/8: Call A&E and they will be out Monday 6/10 between 8-12. Hurrah right? That’s a no.6/10 AM: Tech (Michael) spends hours here, tells me he reset unit and it’s fine even though it is still making loud sound...6/10 Early afternoon : Call A&E back, tell them temp inside fridge is 68 degrees. It is NOT fixed. They cannot send send anyone out that day, or Tuesday, appt. set for 6/12 from 8-12 AM6/12 Tech (Michael again, but he didn’t remember my house or fridge) arrives and within minutes tells me it’s the compressor. Yes, I know buddy. I used Google Monday PM and I knew that too. Told me it was LG protocol so he couldn’t tell me on Monday it was the compressor until he tried reset first. No words. He is going to overnight part and it will be delivered the next day and they will be out Friday to fix between 8-12. I had to reschedule my Friday calendar, as well as my husband’s, to make sure someone would be here.6/14 AM: Crickets. I finally call to ask where they are as they were a NO SHOW and while I am still on the phone with them, I get a text from them telling me my appt has been rescheduled for 6/17 between 1 and 5.6/14 PM I get a text telling me my appt has been rescheduled for 6/20 for a four-hour block which conflicts with another appt I have had scheduled for months.We have been living out of a cooler for almost a week now. Food a loss days ago. The compressor is here. SITTING ON MY SHELF. Waiting. They can provide no loaner and nope, there is no possible way they can be here before the 20th. Again, no words.Once I started sharing my A&E story with close friends, it turns out several of them had nearly the exact same nightmare with A&E. Of the five friends I told initially, THREE of them had the exact same issue with A&E. One friend never had her issue with them resolved. . I will not rest until I warn ALL the people. Review first posted 6/14 on A&E site. Must now warn all the people on Twitter and FB.
