Other company charging me $7,500 for 15 seer heat pump and TAM9 air handler.. they kept me waiting for two weeks but they keep saying unit that I want is out of stock..Good thing I got tired of waiting and called this company. They only quote me for $5,400 and even upgrade my Thermostat to the one that has wi-fi control so I can set the temperature wherever I am.They didnt even ask for a down-payment when I asked how much they want.They just said pay them after the job is done.If I can give them a hundred star I will.So happy with the service. They had also installed the same AC unit for my Neighbor last summer and provided us with an estimate at that time. I highly recommend this company. They took the time to explain how the system works, what I need to do to program my thermostat and how to maintain my system. I also got an air purifier to cleanse the air of viruses and I feel safer knowing that feature is there, as part of the system.

Ryan, Johnny and Joe did an excellent job. They installed two air supply vents in the back bedrooms to increase air flow since both rooms are the furthest away from the AC unit. They also relocated the thermostat to the middle of the house to get more of an average temperature of the house. They installed a Reme Halo to purify our air as well. Looking forward to seeing the positive health benefits from this system. Overall a pleasure to deal with as they were very responsive coming out the same day for a quote.

Temp Control Services replaced an old 1997 HVAC unit at a condo close to campus that we bought for our UF student. Their price was below everybody else’s but I also looked at the reviews and saw all the five star reviews. So I went ahead and booked the HVAC replacement. Todd and Sam arrived on time and got right to work. The intake grill needed to be moved to a different place on the wall and they hit a snag when they encountered some copper water pipes behind the dry wall. They brainstormed for a little bit and then figured out how to move the waterlines as well as put in a grill that wasn’t the original size that we had picked. In the end, we ended up with a intake grill it was a tall rectangle rather (14 x 18) than a 16 x 16. However, I think this took an additional 2-3 hours of their time. They didn’t complain, they just got to work and did it. When they were finished, they were very careful to clean everything up and sweep everything down. They were both professional and hard-working. I appreciate the combination in a company. Totally recommend this company to anybody else!

Temp Control Services did a yearly check on my heat pump system and they also told me previous repairs since I just purchased my home. The fan blower needs cleaning which I will have them come out to clean the cage before we move-in. I liked and appreciated the servicemens honesty which helps me trust the company!

Temp Control replaced the HVAC system in my 1960s home (upgrades to midcentury houses are usually a challenge) and did a flawless job. RH (indoor humidity) in this all-block home is always below 50%, even during weeklong summer storms. Josh sized the system perfectly. There was a factory leak in the evaporator coil, which Danny diagnosed same-day and Ryan replaced under warranty immediately. Good guys - highly recommended. Josh is responsive to his customers and communication is rapidly consistent. A++

During the first heat wave of the year, our very old HVAC stopped working. Our heating and a/c unit was 23 years old. Previous services by Temp Control gave me an indication that the compressor was slowly failing. I knew from the way it was losing ground on cooling when I had a few more bodies our home that Temp Control was correct in their assessment. We decided to replace the entire unit as well as get a heat pump this time. We opted for the Trane that Ryan recommended and I am so happy we did. It is VERY QUIET when running compared to our old unit. Ryan and Johnny replaced the unit in a few hours. They cleaned up during and after the install. Both men were very polite and professional. We are VERY PLEASED with Temp Control. They are very professional and honest in every aspect I have seen. And the price of our install was far less than I thought possible! When you have good service and honesty, there is no reason to look elsewhere for ANY service!

Josh did a great job on my system replacement and duct work leakage repair. An air flow analysis was conducted after duct work was done and I was told % of air loss was excellent and would increase my energy efficiency. This was accomplished by thorough and detailed work. The inside and outside unit replacement and duct work was all completed in the same day. City inspection passed without any flaws. Highly recommended.
