Paul is trustworthy and was so helpful with our GE dryer! He came to check it out quickly, figured out the issue, and advised the lowest repair cost possible. I highly recommend and will call him first in the future for appliance repairs!

The guy I talked to on the phone was great but the guy that he has working for him is horrible. First time out he was great. Then had to call him out a second time and took forever for him to call me back and get out here. Finally got out here looked at it and said he had to order a part for it and he would be back Friday. That was over a month ago and have not seen him since and cant get anybody to call me back.
