I made a same day appointment. They canceled and never called. I waited 1/2 hour, left, and checked my phone. They cancel by text! Sorry, I dont have my phone in my face all day long. And they cannot cut short hair. Their words. Not mine. Awful experience!!!

Had a bad experience the first time going years ago, but I figured there would be new workers ect. With the name change, time thats gone by ect. So I decided to give them a try again with being very picky with my hair and how it is done. With that being said Carly did an awesome job with not only cutting my hair to where I lobe the cut and can definitely tell a difference but she did a great job also with asking my opinion, telling me hers, great with making you feel comfortable! Will definitely be making her my new stylist and taking her advice!

I was pretty nervous about coming here because I thought they only did women’s hair. My wife had recommended them to me after yet another horrible cut at Sports Clips. Laura cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. She was kind and courteous while cutting my hair, and did a great job ensuring I was receiving the haircut I wanted.I highly recommend any man getting his haircut at SportsClips or Great Clips to come here instead. You pay roughly the same but get such a better quality cut. Ask for Laura, she did a great job.

Went to get a dark brown put over a light faded green on the bottom half of my hair. I left with a light brown under and wasn’t to pleased but didn’t say anything because it wasn’t terrible. I’m here 2 weeks later and the green has completely come through! I wash my hair 1-2 times a week so I know it is not from over washing so I just don’t really know what to say. Haircut was nice and so was the woman who did my hair it just wasn’t done how I wanted or well.

Laura has always done marvelous work on my noggin, Id give her 6 stars if I could!

Hair turned out great. Affordable price....Only issue was the stylist didnt do what I asked or gave me a option towards the end when I said I wanted bangs at the beginning. Also there was this strange demeanor and conversation early on that wasnt professional in front of a client that deterred me from making further conversation sadly.. I just sat there on my phone instead. But besides that the place is great. If I ever come back, Id probably try other stylists.

I had my hair cut by Brianna and she was such a doll! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I wanted. She was so friendly and conversations with her flowed so naturally. She didnt make me feel bad about the terrible condition my hair was in when I came in and she even gave me some helpful tips. I cant wait to go back in a few weeks for a trim. Thank you Brianna :)

I have been a client of Heads Turn Salon for two years. It is a great place! Everyone is very friendly. Its on a side street so its easily accessible and Ive always found parking even on a Saturday! Kristen is a wonderful stylist and I would highly recommend her.

Alexis does a fantastic job on my hair. She listens to what I want and makes suggestions. Heads Turn has reasonable rates and a very comfortable environment. Also, there is fresh coffee all day long!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE CARLY. I used to go to her 12 years ago and left for awhile, was never happy, and came back. She can work with my curly hair better than anyone. She listens, gives you what you want, and she is the Queen of weaving highlights. I get more compliments after seeing her than anywhere else.

Heads Turn Salon is the best salon in the Columbus and Gahanna area! I have been going to Jan for 24 years and I dont know what I would do without her! The salon provides quality services and reasonable prices with a friendly, warm environment.

Went here and got my hair cut by Laura today. My hair was to the middle of my back and I wanted it cut to just below my chin. She cut it exactly where I wanted. I love it! And I dont know what she put in my hair, but it smells amazing! Lol. I definitely recommend going here and Laura is such a pleasant and sweet person! Thank you, Heads Turn and Laura especially! 😃

My stylist is the nicest and we get along great, which is difficult for me to speak up and say how much I dont like my hair. Twice Ive had to go back and have her correct my color after showing photos, verbally explaining, etc. This is the third time I wouldve had to go back to have it fixed and save my $85, but Im biting the bullet and going elsewhere. I asked for close to my natural color (I showed several photos of my sandy brown hair), she insisted my hair (roots) are much darker and now my hair is nearly black. I woke up in tears and am having to find a different salon to correct it and probably damage my hair, secure another babysitter; not to relax but to not avoid my reflection.

Brittany is amazing! Been going to her for about 8 years, at least. Wouldnt let anyone else touch my hair. She listens to what you want and always strives to make her customers happy! 👍🏼👍🏼💕

Ive been coming for a while and i love it! Very easy to schedule with them (nice receptionist) and my stylist was wonderful!!!!! The prices are great for the quality. And everyone is really skilled, I’ve colored my hair all sorts of things, chopped my hair and begged them to help me grow it out, and they’re accommodating. Would absolutely recommend!

This was my first visit and I must say it was great. My stylist K was very professional and was very good at the art of conversation. It was as if we had been friends for years. The entire staff made me feel welcome. I have always been a barber kind of guy and thought It would be awkward and intimidating to go to a Salon, forget that idea, it was great. I Highly reccomend this place to men and from what female customers have shared with me they will not be disappointed either.

Heads Turn is great! Customer service is better than any place Ive been, they always take your coat and offer you something to drink. I recently started going to Kay and shes amazing. She makes sure to consider your lifestyle and asks about your preferences before she starts, and when I wasnt 100% sure what I wanted (yep, I was probably being that client haha), she made some great suggestions for me. When my first color with her didnt stick, she was really honest about it and didnt make me pay. I rescheduled and she definitely made up for it the next time... it looks amazing and is exactly what I wanted! Only downside is its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for when it comes to your hair 😉

I’ve been going to Alexus since she started here. She is an amazing stylist. Always gives me the cut and color I ask for. She is very good at her craft. Takes that extra step for perfection! She is the best stylist that’s ever done my hair and I travel any distance to have her. She lets me know what products I need to use and gives her suggestion for the best brands at the salon. Which I appreciate because I’m oblivious to that stuff and had she not suggested a great purple shampoo which I bought at the salon I would’ve been using what I found at Walmart. Alexus is top notch and so is the salon.

Kay was my recent hairdresser and she did a fabulous job!! I have been coming to Heads Turn Salon for about about a year now and never had a bad experience. She truly understood exactly what I wanted and was so sweet and friendly! Great experience! From the moment youre greeted at the door to the time you leave, youre treated like royalty and I LOVE IT.

I got my hair cut by Todd and was very dissapointed. I asked for a length long enough to put up in a ponytail and now it is much too short to look good in a ponytail and big chunks of hair dont fit. I also disliked the style. It would look good on a 40-55 year old but unfortunately I am 18. The other women were very nice and they gave me my money back but Todd ruined my hair I basically got a good shampooing out of this trip.

I used to go to sports clips all of the time because I was too intimidated to go to a Salon. But after many failed haircuts I finally took one of my friends recommendations to check this place out. I’m so happy I did. All of the girls were super friendly and supportive. My main girl was Brit. She’s awesome. She taught me a lot and I actually looked forward to going every week so that she could make me look more handsome (which is not any easy task). For any guy in the area, I encourage you to break away from cheap clips and try this place out.

If you have all the time in the world, this is a great place. I got my eyebrows waxed and my hair cut and a full color, nothing difficult. The girls’ schedule was just overbooked. After she put color on my hair, while I was processing, she took another client. I sat for over an hour, which was unnecessary. Then while the other client’s hair was processing, I got mine washed, cut and styled. She started to take me to check out and I had to remind her that I also scheduled to get my eyebrows waxed. Not the next experience, but my hair looked great. I’m unsure if I’ll return.

Love this salon! I feel so relaxed when I go here, Brittany always makes my hair look so much better than it actually is and I feel like my old self again (pre-kids!). I cannot wait to go back! Always leave feeling like a million bucks.

I have been here twice now and will continue to go back. I get wash, cut, style and deep conditioning with Alexus. She is amazing. Shes gentle and cautious. I’ve had horrible experiences at other salons where they burn my scalp with the blow drier or tug at your hair so hard that your head jerks back and forth. Alexus does not do any of that! I’m so happy I found her! She gives the best advice on hair and makeup products as well. I feel great after an appointment with her, my hair looks healthy and feels soft. I highly recommend her 5+ stars
