I have been going to Chau for a year now and there is no looking back. She does a great job on my nails. I do dip powder/gel manicure and they will last for 4 weeks. Not once I had nail or color chipping issue.. She is hard working and I highly recommend her.

Chau does an excellent job. She is customer-service focused and tailors to the customers requests. The shop is very clean and Chau ensures everything is sanitary - which is not always the case at other nail salons. Her prices are competitive but her quality is superior - so you certainly get the value. She also offers 20% to first-time customers. It is no wonder she has customers who have been going to her 11+ years. It is easy to make an appointment. You can call but I like that she offers online scheduling so I can look at anytime (not just during business hours), see the availability and select the time that is convenient for me. I highly recommend!

I feel so fortunate to have found a nail technician that is attentive and so good to work me in when I ned an appointment. She has a space at Salon Lofts, which is perfect as I am the only customer in there when I go. it is very personalized and her space is so clean. I get dip powder on my nails and it is so durable and lasts one month. The nails are still in good shape after a month, but my nails have grown out by then and need done for this reason only. I participate in water bootcamps two to three times per week, and the dip on my nails stay, even with the chlorine. Chau is very thorough with her work. Her prices are competitive. I have sent three other customers to her, and they all really like her.

I have ben searching for a nail technician that has a clean space, is attentive and not working on other customers while working with me, and does a meticulous job that lasts. Chau meets all three criteria. I get powder dip on my nails, and they last right at one month. Gel polish on my toes is really durable as well.

Whatever you like her to do, she will do it with extra care! I’ve notice in the past year that she’s a perfectionist so she will not let you out of her shop unless everything is done correctly ! Just yesterday, I told her I wanted to do an ombré on my nails and of course she delivered her service as expected . She waited until it was all finish to tell me that this was her first time doing an ombré on her client. And I was just beyond AMAZED by her talent ! The entire time I was just in awe 😱 ! It literally looked like she has been doing ombré’s for yeaaars ! I can go on and on about this lovely lady but I will let her work speaks for itself ! Here’s a couple of pictures of the ombré !
