I usually go to aria nail bar across the street but I had to come here because they were all booked. Few reasons I’m annoyed with my experience here:1. The lady doing my nails rushed my whole set. She seemed annoyed because I didn’t set an appointment with her and instead I did a walk-in. She even left the crust from the old nails I had on my hand which you can see in the pictures.2. She also cut me and of course mistakes happen but she wouldn’t have cut me if she wasn’t in a rush. Also I came in at 6:00 and we ended right at 7. I’m sure she was ready to go home but I just got off of work and tried my best to make it which I did and still got bad service. Had she done my nails right she would have gotten a great tip for a great set.3. They charged me 60 dollars. At aria bail bar you can get the set I got for 45 but instead it will look good. My set at bliss the French tip was done badly and the sides of my nails are so bad. I usually always tip 15+ but it was not deserved. Bad experience but this is what I get for trying someplace new. I recommend everyone to aria nail bar instead I even included pictures of my aria nail set which was 45 dollars and the pink French tip is bliss. You decide! Thank you.

GEL PEELED OFF LATER IN THE DAY!!!Got my nails filled and polished with gel and they charged me $65 !! Nickle and dime by charging more to shape, more to cut the nails down, $35 more to polish etc....over charge and they arent even filed evenly or shaped right.

First time at this salon but I will definitely be back again. Tram did my nails and they are perfect! The shape, the length, the color, everything! Love them!

5 stars for the woman who did my nails. My pedicure polish was bad and uneven and they didn’t really care. I haven’t been here in a while and now I remember why . Save your $75 ($85 with tip) for a shop that cares about happy clients.

Went initially because of good reviews, but it was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to!! I asked for pink french nail for a bridal party and this is what they did. A lady did the pink tips and the edges were SO jagged they had to ask another person to do the white line to cover it up and they layered so much gel on top that it created bumps at the tip! I went into get my nails all prettied up, but instead, I got uncooked pork belly looking disaster! And they charged me $45 for this, what!? It was my first and last visit to say the least.

Omg I was scared because of the reviews but my experience has been more than amazing. Lee took care of me and I was scared because usually male techs are pretty rough and hurt my toes but he was amazing. This is my new favorite spot🥰 thank you!

I got a manicure and pedicure few days ago. When I was choosing my nail polish color, a male staff was rushing me and telling me what color to pick just to move me along. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. I spent about $90 on manicure and pedicure but the service was extremely poor and unprofessional and my nails look bad. When I asked the female to fix my nail instead of fixing the polish she just reapplied another coat which made it look really bad and it looks as if my manicure was done by someone at home. I was extremely unhappy with the services. In addition, the female who did my manicure, used towels on my hands that were so dirty and stained. If this salon was inspected they would fail for using such dirty towels on paying customers or anyone for that matter. Extremely poor services and waste of my money.

If I could give them a half of a star I would. First off they have terrible customer service and the two times I went back to get my nails fixed (that they messed up!!!) they were extremely rude and treated me poorly. Second the nail techs that have done my nails were rude, didn’t do my nails the way I asked, and overall my nails looked terrible. I usually get simple nail designs/colors so I simply do not understand why the shape, color, and neatness of my nails is poorly executed. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone, service is terrible and unacceptable.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life.. the nail salon is supposed to be a place of comfort. A place you walk in and feel taken care of. When we sat down the lady and gentleman doing our toes were rude. A tone and complacent as though they didn’t want to be there. Then our water was cold and my friends was overflowing. We had to ask for the temperature to be raised. The entire place felt dirty. My friend and I sat in horror as we tried to decide how we could make the biggest run of our lives. In complete shock we had to settle afraid of the troubles we would experience further. So in conclusion don’t be like us, just don’t go.

Nice and clean nail salon. The manager was extremely respectful and courteous to my family. The staff seemed very patient, knowlegable, and courteous to us even though we were considered walk-ins.This was during the work week, after 530p.m., and during the very busy holiday season.We will be returning to Bliss Nails Spa!💅

This salon was great. I wish I could give 4.5 stars because I had no issues what so ever, I just wish they would have cut my cuticles along with my NexGen manicure but its no big deal. Ill be going back regardless :) customer service was great too! And everything looked very clean and following CDC guidelines during this pandemic! Just remember to wear your masks!

No need in setting an appointment because you still have to wait 35 minutes just to be seen after Already being told you can wait 3 hours for them to slow down and be ready for us.Obviously they over book themselves which is my pet peeve about nail salons.

I am an education consultant in the north TX area and I was very much hoping to see something good come out of a place called Bliss. It is disheartening to see that the seemingly progressive staff apparently profiles their customers and waits on those who they think looks wealthier or whiter first. I was made to wait while women arriving half an hour behind me were given priority. One by one the people and staff passed me by. In fact, my friend that walked in with me (and is not a minority) was well into her pedicure while I was left sitting beside her apparently invisible, even after we both had asked for a nail technician to see me. I had promised this as a gift for my bestie and I and was unable to ever get my nails done *with her* as planned. After waiting 45 minutes, I walked out but not before making good on my Christmas promise. Sure wish I could have gotten my nails done with you, bestie! Bliss Nail Spa’s message was loud and clear: don’t be Latina and in any kind of rush. No service for you here. You will be treated like a maid.Update: I just got a text from the bestie saying they’re doing the same thing to an African American woman now. Pure disgust. My favorite and most unimpressive part of the story is when they tried to blame my friend for the confusion! Just no. So no.So, let’s take race out of it...money is money and I think Bliss just doesn’t understand basic principles of good business. You decide. I love the deluxe pedicure! I usually choose lavender. They slather lavender scented lotion all over your feet, put lime slices on top of that and then drizzle honey all over. Its amazing!

Rose took such good care of my feet. She did an amazing job! Three weeks out and still look great. I got the spa treatment with honey and limes. Highly recommend!

I have been here twice. My friend moved and her and I found this new place to get our nails done. We came to Bliss about a month ago and had a good experience so decided to come back. As soon as I got home yesterday, one of my nails has a huge bubble in it. I also looked at my toes and they didn’t even file down one that had a chip and the nail polish is completely uneven. Not a good experience for almost $100. My friend and I were hoping this would have been our new spot to get our nails done.

Just had an incredibly relaxing pedicure with, Sam! He was super friendly and attentive. The way he applied my nail polish makes my toenails look like glass. Awesome job. The entire place is immaculate and beautiful too!

I had a manicure and pedicure on a Saturday. My pedicure still looks pretty good. But after 2 days, my manicure started peeling. Even work gloves to do my dishes hoping it would last. I have never had this problem before with my nails. I could literally left the nail polish off my nail. I debated whether to call them and tell them but the workers get paid so little, I felt bad to go in there and get it re-done. It was one of the worst manicure as I’ve had.Also it had a strong smell of nail polish and nail polish remover. Even all of the workers had masks on so they don’t have to breathe it in. It was one of the strongest smelling places I’ve been to in this area. I will not go back.

Wow! BEST experience Ive had in so long! Rose gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had! Sunny and Ben did a wonderful job on my NexGen. I will definitely be back! Wendy and Dominick were very friendly. Really, everyone here is amazing! Update, still going here, and I forgot to give mention to Haley. She is the one who pretty much always answers the phone and greets you with a smile on her face. My regular techs are Jenny and Ricky. Love everyone here.

I really wanted to like this place. I tried coming about 4 separate times and 2 different nail techs. Neither one did a proper coffin shape. I ended up with Square every time. I had multiple nails pop off, so the next time I came in I told them I wanted a new set. I also requested someone specifically for my pedicure, who I did not get for my service. The girl that worked on my hands made 2 of my nails incredibly short, and the others long. Its really noticeable. She saw it, but didnt bother to fix them. The shape and lengths are all different and look sloppy. I also asked if they knew how to do the marble nails, and they said yes. Dont tell me yes when the answer really is no. I know she tried hard, but they looked like really bad zebra stripes. All In all a huge fail for the amount of money I spent.

My favorite salon in Frisco. I go pretty often to get my nails and toes done. I am extremely picky about my nails and Helen is a fantastic job every time. I highly recommend her. ❤️

The wait time and service of this salon is awful. The salon was not packed at all when we came in at 5pm. I was started on my pedicure at 5:30... which was fine. I was not offered anything to drink, and was not greeted in the best way. Meanwhile my good friend was with me, and no one tended to her until after 6pm . She was barely acknowledged at all until I asked when she would be waited on. In addition to that, the people do not go above and beyond to serve the customer. This was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for. Although, the Decor is beautiful.

If I could give them a half of star I WOULD. I got my nails done on a Friday and two days later I had 5 broken nails.I went back up there so that they could fix my nails that broke due to the lack of layers they put on rather than putting enough layers to make my nails last longer and thicker for the length. When I arrived the owner didn’t even remember me even though I was just there a couple days prior and she did my nails!She seemed very bothered that I needed to get my nails fixed and then on top of that I had to wait 20-25 mins even though I was there before many of the customers that wanted their nails done. This is my first time being handled this way at Bliss and I have been a loyal customer for awhile. The nails that were repaired were totally uneven and then when I asked them to make them all an even length they told me they couldn’t.I WILL NEVER GO BACK,I was truly disappointed and very surprised I was treated this way by the owner and her staff.

I stopped in while waiting for Verizon to resolve an issue for me and decided to have a mani. I had a meeting the following day and like to look polished when dealing with clients.WORST SERVICE!In addition to this small, unimpressive space they were ridiculously overpriced. The design is austere and bland but judging by the silly pompous attitudes of the staff, I think they believe this to be an upscale salon.My manicure was underwhelming. The girl nicked several cuticles leaving them red, swollen and unsightly. When I complained I got even more attitude. The polish job was poor and my nails were shaped horribly and uneven. To add insult to injury the polish peeling just 2 days after my visit. It should be illegal for them to use the name spa. My visit was not relaxing nor did it provide specialized service.

Great nail spa, very relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I made appointment for my nexgen and was seated right away. Bliss has a wide selection of colors to choose from. Will go back to try a pedicure next time.

Absolutely love this spot. Been coming here since they opened and have always had excellent service. Hazel is by far my favorite, as she does an AMAZING nexgen device that is just the right thickness.... not too thick and thin enough to where they look natural. I will continue to use this spot!

It looks nice is big and bright but wasnt very happy with the service. Seemed their was a lot of confusion and my friend didnt like her shape even though she explained a few times what she wanted.

It won’t let me give 0 stars or I would. Me and my friend came in here. They scheduled us at 150pm we had called prior to the visit. We showed up, they told us to pick out a color, five minutes in we were still undecided on colors and they said they were ready for us where they sat us down at another table where there were no people. So as we sit my friends nail technician comes and has her to pick her colors so I went ahead to finish picking mine, come back I was the first one they actually said the lady was ready for no one came but the lady for her so I sat there a man came and started, and without a word just walked off. Then another woman came and sat down, and again not a word and walked off. FINALLY lady 3 sits down and stays. Doesn’t talk, has no customer oriented conversation no nothing. She asked my color and shape told her I wanted square square and the two colors of purple I picked out. She starts and is moving VERY VERY VERY SLOW. Then when I begin to look at my nails there are two that are crooked and no other nail shop I’ve been to have my nails been crooked. She did not fix them, THEN my square shape is not even square!!! I have some that are square then I have some that are going into the coffin shape!!!! THEN YOU CHARGED ME 40$$$$$ I will NEVER EVER come back here. I was so bothered with how they looked yesterday I left, came home and ended up at another nail salon to spend another 40$ just to get them done right!!!!

HORRIBLE service. Just absolutely horrible. The woman who serviced me when doing a manicure & dip was rude and argumentative. When I placed my hands together to show her that my nails were uneven she told me they were uneven because my hands werent straight. ???? Pardon me? She never offered me a beverage and only spoke to tell me to pay at the front. She then proceeded to follow me to the front to make sure I paid. I will NEVER go back to this spot. I also didnt like the atmosphere. Its a tiny little shop with rows and rows of service tables. Youre basically elbow to elbow with the next customer. They really have you packed in like sardines to maximize profits I guess. In this kind of environment its a wonder to me why the workers are so snobby.

The worst experience I ever had!!!! Went to get a pedicure walked out the same way I came in. Only difference was a new polish. So I let the MOD know he tells me you have to scrub every time you take a shower. FYI I’m the girl that get pedicure on a regular(2 weeks)every. Just tried a new place cause my nail technician is on vacation for a month.But Chelsea did do a wonderful job on my nails. That’s the reason for the ⭐️

The place was great and everything, but when we went there we made an appointment on Friday to come at 7 p.m., and they did not put it on the book, so they didnt take us in except my daughters and made me an appointment the next day. The lady at the front desk said come tomorrow at 10am and my girls have school tomorrow and I have work. So it doesnt make sense. I scheduled everything else so we can go do our nails.😑😑

I like the ambiance but quality of mani/pedi were just okay. My polish doesnt cover my nails on my toes. The polish bubbled and the shape and length on my fingers isnt consistent. I would still go back, but would be more cautious throughout the process.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to hands down ! They are reasonably priced and their service is great. Not to mention the place is clean. If you go ask for Van, she does a fabulous job, I drive 45 mins just to see her and it’s worth it !!!!

I had a manicure and pedicure by Cassie. They look great, and she did a very fine job. The massage chair made my back feel good while I had my nails done.

After several bad experiences last year, I quit coming here. Last minute pedicure decision today led me back. Im so glad I gave it another chance. Prices are a tad higher than a lot of other places but if you ask for Zee, its worth every penny. Shes awesome!!!

This is the second time I have brought a granddaughter here for a princess pedi and they are wonderful! Take great care with little feet and treat the girls well! LOVE Bliss and the staff!

Im new to the area and I found my nail salon!! Jackie was awesome and he did a great job with my nails. Definitely one of the best places Ive been to.

I am extremely disappointed with the owner. I have been here numerous times and every time I come in I bring in my two children which are not loud and behave. I was told by the owner if my daughter could stroll my younger child in the VIP (this area which was in the back/no space) because everyone else was trying to relax. I picked up my things and I left. My eldest strolls my little one around because he is one and this relaxes him and keeps him quiet. So if you have children you might want to think about bringing them here.

Bliss is on top of it! I came in with three friends and the staff were excellent! They allowed us to sit together, offered us water & their place is Clean!! My nails are beautiful & I’ve been recommending friends ever since!

I had a very good experience. My oldest daughter goes here so we went together and I literally had the best pedi ever....the massage was so long and relaxing. I do not understand why this place is not at least 4.5 stars....I will be back!

I was referred her by my hair dresser, and boy was she shot on. I didnt feel like they were rushing to get done, and my mani pedi turned out beautiful. It was quite relaxing, Tony daisy and I had great conversation, talking about all the growth in the area and history of the area. I highly recommend this salon.

Went in, as a walk in, to get a manicure and to get the next gen. I think I might’ve repeated at least 3-4 times that I wanted a manicure, and when I sat down the lady immediately started putting nails on. Not to mention that for some reason they told me to sit in a pedicure chair so I had to reach my arms hands over to one side of the chair for her to do them, which was super uncomfortable. The lady was very rough with my hands and almost seemed like she was in a rush to get me done, there wasn’t that many people in so it wasn’t like they were busy. I wasn’t offered any drinks or asked how I was doing, but when I looked across to the other side of the shop two little girls were being served drinks and had about two people asking them how they were. In the end I got rushed looking nails, dry hands, and no manicure for $50. Not worth it at all*adding on: Also I have glue all up under my nails, and I’ve literally had to start pulling some of the skin under my nails to detach it from the glue.I literally wasted the money I saved up for today, I went in to treat my self since I work everyday and this is what happened. I can’t even go anywhere else to get it fixed because I spent all that I had saved up for today, so now I have to wait and save up my money again i wanted to cry cause all I wanted was a relaxing short amount of time and for my nails and hands to look and feel good. I didn’t even get what I came in there for, which was the manicure, and I didn’t say anything cause I didn’t want to sound bratty and to tell them how to do their jobs.

I had the worst possible experience. My manicurist was Vin. She filed the hell out of my nails. I told her I don’t want any sharp edges and I walked out with sharp edges. She even cut my skin around one of my nails. Tan did a good pedicure though. Never going back

My daughter and I went in for classic manicures. We received two different qualities of service. The girl who completed mine was rushed, didnt provide the hand massage included in the service at all, and sighed annoyingly after I accidentally touched one and she had to fix. My daughter on the other hand said she liked her cuticle care. Wont go back.

My gel polish chipped in the first week! They also burned me with the hot stones and I did not get lotion or a hand massage with my manicure. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ive had much better experiences elsewhere for the same cost.

The people that work at this nail spa are really nice. My nails also looked awesome after I got them done. Only 3 stars because it was my first time here (On a Thursday) and it was for my wedding (on a Saturday). One nail cracked on Friday doing regular things. Later in the day a nail shattered just by pulling up my jeans. By the time my wedding started 6 nails had broken. I do believe them when they say it was a bad batch of nexgen powder, but that’s not the reason for my three stars. I came after work on Monday right after my wedding weekend and told him the story, and he said they were too busy and if I could come back the next day. I informed him that it’s a 45 min to an hour drive from work to the nail salon and that it was really hard to make it there and that I just needed my nails taken off because I couldn’t handle more than half of them being broken. We did just that and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Friday comes and I needed to reschedule for earlier and he told me they’re booked. I finally broke and said it wasn’t my fault all my nails broke I’m just trying to get a refund so I can go elsewhere that isn’t so busy and can fit me in to fix all the nails that had broke. The owner got on the phone and said they could take me as soon as they opened on Saturday.My suggestion is that when someone’s nails break, whether it be a bad batch of nexgen powder or due to a technician’s error, it should be priority to fix that person’s nails and not have to schedule them a week out.Great staff, but will not be returning unfortunately.

They use very cheap tips and often feel rushed. I was very angry with my nails but I went back and they did them for free. Ask for Ben! I hated my nails when another girl did them but he made me fall in love with my nails! Also they wait time was NOTHING and theyre super polite and sweet.

Loved my gel mani and deluxe pedi here and the fantastic good massage. Got all the dead skin off the back of my feet...which is a must for me and the main reason I get a pedicure. Love their milk and honey pedicure.

I have been coming to bliss for a year now and today has been the worst experience yet! I arrived at 2pm and waited for 30 minutes which is what was estimated. I was finally put in a chair with my nails soaking waiting to get my nexgen manicure. I then watched almost 30 minutes later two girls get sat in a chair immediately with two technicians starting to work on their nails. I stood up, dried my hands off then left. I’m super sad about this and I’m currently looking for a new place to go.

I have abit of a mixed review. I have been consistently getting my nails done for over 10 years so I know alot about nails and can spot badly done nails a mile off. I have just relocated to Dallas from London, UK and I am desperately looking for a really good nail technician. Bliss is the 2nd salon I have tried and honestly I am un-impressed. So I went in 1 week ago to get a pedicure and a new set for Next Gen. The pedicure was ok. Nothing special. I paid extra to get a Gel colour on my toes. As for my nails, I knew from the get go it was bad. It was so unbelievably high and thick. Anyway fast-forward to 3 days later, my nails started lifting and cracking. Bottom line is I was right and it was done really badly. I paid over $100 for that... I went in today to complain about it. So I was seated immediately and they got someone else to take it off and completely re-do it. I was not charged for this. Its still not amazing but she did a significantly improved job. I wanted a coffin shape but its square :-s... I may give Bliss 1 more try but so far its nothing memorable... I hope I am proved wrong on my next visit or it will be my final.

Will never go back here. Visted about a year ago and was so impressed. However, sent my daughter for back to school nails and she was treated horribly. They advertise that they will honor any competitor coupons, but told my daughter they would not honor one on the phone. She called me, so I called the salon and let them know that nowhere does it state you must have the actual coupon so they said she could come back in. However, when she did, they scolded her for calling her Mommy and telling on them. I cannot believe they talked to my daughter like that when they are the ones who made the mistake. They will never get another dime from me and I will tell all my friends to never go there.

The manicurists do a great job and it it is a nice clean facility. I highly recommend Bliss Nail Spa.

So disappointed, service was awful. Asked for next gen with black ambre glitter and got something completely different. Then they argued with me at the desk. I have been several times and the first time the next gen nails chipped 4 different nails, back several times for repairs. Thought they just needed time to acclimate. They are not interested in serving the customer. I will not recommend you go there instead go to my original salon Serenity also on Eldorado. Please again do not waste your time on unprofessional ism.

Came for a mani pedi, chose a color for each. Then they told me each color would be $3 extra because they would last longer. I wonder where the crappy polish that is included in the regular price is? In all the nail places I have ever gone this has never been the case. Then the manicure was done so badly it had to be redone by a manager.

I came in for the first time and Henry did an amazing job on my ombré NextGen. Super happy with the work he did.

They were a bit slow...went with a group and had an appointment time w/group, but my pedicure didnt start when everyone elses in the group did. I finished almost 30 min later and not even an apology. Not very relaxing when you hold your group up because they werent organized and didnt honor the appointment time.

The rave reviews confuse me. Drastically so. However, after visiting this place I now have a visual understanding of the term looking down your nose at someone. Im kicking myself for not leaving when I was treated so dismissively at the check in counter. My mother and two nieces decided to tag along for mani / pedis and we were all treated so poorly I Will never return. I actually considered disputing the charge with my bank due to service. We went on a saturday afternoon and didnt have appointments so the substantial wait til seemed to be a punishment for that. Despite the fact that the salon was teeming with technicians. We received no direction, never asked if we wanted water or soda they spoke in communication a little better than grunts when pointing at the nail color selections. Although we came as a group we were littered across the salon. My nieces are 13 & 14 and they were no where in my visual field. When I demanded we sit together they punished me again by extending our wait time. Finally we were all seated together and the shoddy service began. The woman doing my mothers nails was RUDE. When my mother asked her to cut her natural nails to the same length before applying dip she protested and barely cut them. Once dip was applied my mother held her hands together to show how her nails were uneven and the tech blamed her! Seriously ... she blamed the patron who was being serviced. I intervened and asked her if she thought she was being nice to a customer. She stiffened and proceeded to roughly buff her nails and said little else except to refuse to even out the nail length saying the white tip would be ruined. My older nieces nails were done SO fast that the powder was lumpy in some spots of her nails. 4 days later 3 nails broke on her right hand and by the second week they had all popped off on her left hand.I have NEVER received this poor of service and treatment from any nail salon in the entire DFW area and I have tried many. I can hardly understand the pompous attitude of the staff when this is just a little more than a whole in the wall. It literally sits between a cell phone store and Starbucks. My garage is bigger than this place. It took me two weeks to review this place because every time I thought about the service & treatment I became angry all over again. $220 for one mediocre pedicure and 3 jacked up manicures. Ive paid less and have been treated so much better.

I thought I would try a new nail salon in Frisco rather than going to my regular place. HUGE MISTAKE. On my first visit to a new nail salon I usually get the basic mani/pedi package to determine if they are worth spending the money for the other services. The best part of going for a mani/pedi is the pampering and massage. Youll get none of that from Bliss Nail Spa.During my pedicure the nail tech was aggressive in filing my toe nails and scraped the skin on the tip of the toes but thankfully my skin didnt feel broken/torn/cut. When she went to rinse my calves...she sprays scalding hot water. The massage was maybe 1 min total. By this point Im disappointed in Bliss Nail Spa and wondering if these nail techs are trained at all.The manicure was the worst part. As she was filing my finger nails she tore the finger tip skin of each finger. I kept pulling my fingers away and asking her to be careful. This hurt! She only smiled.Immediately after my visit I went home and disinfected my hands and feet but my finger tips are now raw with open scrapes.Nail salons are on practically every corner in Frisco. Do yourself a favor and pick another one.

What a great experience. Went with my wife as she convinced that not all nail salons are the same. Got a pedicure while she got mani and pedi at the same time! We were treated like VIP and unlike a different salon I actually enjoyed the pedi! I look forward to visiting again as a good way to relax and destress my feet.

Awful service. Double book their techs and when you show up for an appointment you waited for a week they give you someone else because they over booked the tech you requested. Awful way to do business!

Ivy did an amazing job on my pedi. I have not had this good of a pedi in a long time. I got the peppermint pedi and it was 20% off. I would say their prices are a few dollars higher than some most places in the area BUT it is well worth it. They take their time and make sure everything is done correctly. With the 20% off they are currently running they offer the best pedis for the best price in town!Starbucks is also right next to them. Next time Ill be dropping my car off at the car wash next to them, grabbing my favorite tea from Starbucks and relaxing!

They rushed, and didn’t listen to what i asked for when i said it multiple times. the lady was very rough with my hands as well.

Its a nice place but the prices are a bit high

I went last weekend to get my nails done. As of almost a week later, I have five nails broken. WORST experience Ive had in a long time. Nails were done way too thin and when I went back to get the first nail fixed(not even a day later) the lady that originally did my nail kept giving me looks. I will not be back.

Not pleased, nails were not filed evenly and the rough edges caused them to snag on my clothes. Gel polish chipped within 2 days. Not worth the time or $$$ spent here.
