New to the Frisco area I took a chance and just walked in at 930 am on a Friday. Dean (if I’m spelling correctly), was friendly. He did a great job. Super quiet, but that was ok. He was focused and gentle with the nail drills that I normally cringe from. Hope to stay a regular client with him though. Hate changing once I find a good tech. Great, clean atmosphere.

I was really happy with how quickly they got me in but not happy with the nail color selection. The girls who did my pedi and nails were sweet but the over all quality of my nails and toes aren’t great. I Got my nails done on Friday June 25 and by Sunday June 27 my nails are chipping. My toe polish had dirt and debris in them. I’m on vacation in another state and can’t go in to get them redone and I can’t go back to this location for another week with travel and work. I’m so sad because I saw the photos and it looks amazing but I did not get the same quality. My family pointed out that my toes look dirty with the debris stuck in the polish paint and the color looks uneven. Definitely wound go back after seeing this quality.

Best place ever! I love my nails more each time I come! The attention is out of this world. Once you walk in you’re transformed from the stress you had and walk out a whole stress free person. My nails, my pedicure, the massage, everything is amazing. Everybody should come and get spoil by this incredible team! Love them!!!

Qui and Little Bear did an excellent job. Love how little bear did my nails. I wanted to kee my nature nails and he made it work. Also love the colors chosen. Qui did my toes and eyebrows and absolutely love them. They have wonderful customer service and a nice clean atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back

This is my new go to place! Everyone is super nice and talented. Love the ambiance, and lots of services are offered. The spa is very clean, they also offer complimentary beverages. I feel very relaxed when I come visit. My nail technician Sam is fantastic!

VERY PLEASED with my experience here. My nailes looked a wreck when I walked in, but when I walked out they looked INCREDIBLE. In addition to getting my fingernails done I also had a pedicure and neck massage. ALL services were worth it. Ive been in search of a place that I would be able to frequent. FOUND IT!!! Ask for Wendy if you go. She wasnt rushed and is very skilled at her craft, as indicated by the photos.

All nail techs here are very nice. They are also passionate and knowledgeable about their jobs. They truly make sure you’re happy. Parking lots are spacious. Prices are reasonable. Waxing here is good. If you clearly explain to your tech what you expect, they definitely fulfill your needs. Will be continued to support this local business.

I absolutely love my nails. Im picky, and little bear hooked me up. They are pricey but worth it! I will definitely be back! Lindsey did my pedicure and she did an awesome job as well. She took her time. Thanks for exceptional service.

I popped in for a pedicure without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and they welcomed me right in. I picked a detox pedicure and it was seriously the best Ive ever had. Lindsey was so friendly and made me feel fantastic when she was done. She might have magic hands... the massage was well worth the splurge! I cant wait to go back!

Very disappointed in the quality. I got dip (I always get dip) and it should normally last 2-4 weeks depending on how fast your nails grow. I went 4 days ago and this is what I have now. $50 for 4 days of nails is absurd.

Did good work just so very expensive. Cant get out of there under 400$ for 2

After living in Texas for 2 years, going to 4 different nail salons we finally found a salon and technician we like the 5th time around. 😊 This is my and my daughters 3rd time here. We were referred to Bear but the 1st time we went he wasn’t available the last 2 times he was and did a FANTASTIC job and my daughter’s hard to please. Bear CARES about you and your nails 💅🏾 and makes sure you’re totally satisfied before leaving. We will definitely be returning and regular customers with Bear. Ask for BEAR, just not when we’re there. 🤣😂🤣🤣

The nails are beautiful but the service and prices are inconsistent. Bear charged me $80 one week and $120 the next time got the same set of nails. I have only paid over $100 at Belle Vous when I’ve gotten a pedicure along with my full set, so imagine my surprise when I was given a prove of $120 for the exact same set. I was able to show him previous charges on my bank statement and the front desk guy asked “ok so what do you want me to do, the charge is the price that Bear quoted” rudely. Consistency is key and if/when things change you should be able to better explain.

Came in today (on a Monday) and we had 3 pedicures, 1 manicure, and what was supposed to be 2 full sets. If you have full set appointments coming in later then the obvious thing to do is get both of your walk-ins full sets out of the way first. No...I got a nice pedicure first and then sat waiting for a full set. The other fullest was done and almost finished with her pedicure before I was asked do I still want a full set. Smh....they do great nails from whats advertised on fb but I drove 1+ hrs to get the service and didnt get all the services I wanted. $243 later & not fully serviced, we wont be coming back.

Bear is absolutely the best. I always need the best nails and Bear delivers EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. He is so so talented and you can tell he’s a true artist in the care he takes while doing my nails. His shaping is top notch! So spectacular and everyone else is so so nice! FIVE STARS, ladies (and gentlemen).

I drove from far North Dallas to try them out and will be more than happy to take that drive every time I get my nails done. I have found my nail salon home ❤️

Staff was rude. Person doing pedicure left in the middle of my service. I thought he was just grabbing something but never came back. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE! I have wax on my face and strips on my face at this very moment. Also waxed the tail end of my eyebrow off on one eyebrow only. Will never be coming here again.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Belle Vous Beyond Nails! Kay did my nails and he did an incredible job. I showed him the photo I wanted for inspiration and he executed flawlessly. B the manager is awesome as well. Very funny and ensured I was enjoying my service every step of the way. They definitely have a returning customer!

Great service..very maticulous work. I enjoyed the lux pedi and changed up my dip color on my nails to a summer color. They took great care to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. Very nice location and facility and friendly staff. Love my nails!

Came here on a friday afternoon and got a pedicure from a girl named qui… i have to say this was the best pedicure i’ve gotten! she is very precise, clean, professional, friendly and nice to talk to and she does an amazing job! will definitely be coming here for all my nail needs.

The customer service guy was busy on his phone, someone from the back had to yell to him that there was a customer waiting. I asked him the price of a pedicure and he said he doesn’t know. I guess he was trying to get me to buy all the unnecessary add ons.He also asked me to wash my hands but the customer who came after me was not asked to wash her hands before service.Just go across the road to the other nail salon if you care about getting good customer care. Wouldn’t waste my money here again.

A new location I tried. They have a nicely decorated clean location. Many options of pedicures. The employees are friendly. I am very happy with my manicure and pedicure. Worth every dollar.

I wasn’t going to write a review… I decided after spending almost two hours in the salon for a mani/ pedi (not very busy, just not staffed well) that I just wouldn’t return. However after only a week my gel manicure has started to crack and looks terrible. I typically get my gel mani/pedi at the same time but they were short staffed so my nails were not started until my pedi was almost done, annoying but not the end of the world. My issue was the person who did my manicure kept getting up to help get others started. My visit wasn’t relaxing at all and seeing how my gel manicure turned out I won’t be back. I will say they staff was friendly and my pedi looks great.

This is the best Nail Spa I have found. I always receive excellent service when I come here. I am never rushed nor do I feel as though I am not important customer. Everyone here is so talented and does great work.

While my husband was at the icryo, I decided to get my nails done. My regular salon is Nail Boutique in Allen. I came in and asked for the exact same nail design I already had on my natural nails, in which I pay $55 for at Nail Boutique. I asked him for a price list they didn’t have one, the guy up front told me it ranges about $40. The technician who did my nails was lighting fast, He removed my old nails with the Acrylic bur, shaving were flying everywhere, even into my Mimosa. I had my baby asleep in her carrier, shavings were on her head. He told me that they didn’t have the iridescent white color I wanted, ok fine, he picked one for me. Pressed flower design, told him how the my technician does it, he said he does it a different way OK fine. I have a white base underneath, this time he made it clear the whole way through. I told him dipping powder at the front counter, they didn’t do that, he use gel flopped it on top, shaped it around my existing nail then slightly filed it, done. He then use the acrylic bur for two seconds to shape the base, then the top topcoat, done. My nails and my experience was not worth the $75 I paid.

Im giving five stars because the customer service is great.. although they need more staff....

I had an appointment with Bear for a full set and my expectations were exceeded. The shop is beautiful, clean and theres a bar. Everyone was professional and friendly. My nails are gorgeous and Ive been receiving compliments everywhere I go.

Had to go back three times in one week for dip powder breaking and lifting. Their policy won’t let them refund, so I let them fix it. The shape isn’t at all what I asked for and all my nails are different shapes. A piece of nail went into my eye and their fix was a gift card. They allowed a couple in with their dogs which is just unsanitary in a nail salon. Horrible horrible experience.

If I could give zero star for WENDY, I would. I got my nails done on Thursday, what I asked for was a full set pink and white . What she did was a fullset of regular acrylic with french gel on top. That was not WHAT I WANT. Powder was not covering the entire nail on the edges and she did not listen to what I was telling her, just painted the gel over the rough areas. Also, she did not sand the cuticles well, My nails looked bloated and uneven, the shape was sloppy which I am not pleased with. When I got home, my mom looked at my nails and told me to come back there letting her know that my nails dont look right. I came back to have them fixed. AGAIN, she did not fix them properly. The problem was still unsolved. This is my last time going here. I was not satisfied and so disappointed about this place!!! I NEED SOMEONE THAT KNOW WHAT SHE’S DOING TO FIX MY NAILS !!!

The salon is very clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. I was offered drinks and sat on a comfortable chair. They started scrubbing my foot and cut all my hangnails.
