Great customer service. Gave pricing upfront for work I needed done. Service Manager Dave is easy going and nice. So glad I found a locally owned go-to for oil changes, etc.

I couldnt speak more highly of the service that I received yesterday. I called at 10:30 on a Saturday morning regarding a noise that my car was making. They told me they might be able to work on it same-day, so I dropped it off around 11. The work was completed and my car was ready to go in less than 4 hours! They also took my payment over the phone so that I could come after hours to pick up my car, rather than having to wait until Monday, as I was working that afternoon. They spoke to me with respect and explained everything in ways that I understood. The lobby and front counter were clean and inviting.Their honesty and integrity was very apparent. I was told that my front brakes and rotors needing replacing (this was the source of the noise) and that my rear ones may need to be soon, but not yet. He could have just as easily told me that all four needed to be replaced immediately, but didnt. He then also mentioned that my tires need replacing (yep, Ive been procrastinating!) and he would include an estimate for three different sets of tires in my paperwork that I could look over later. He also rotated the tires with more tread from the back to the front, to make the car more safe until we replace the tires.Youve earned a repeat customer and a glowing recommendation to my friends and neighbors!

I brought in my trailer and had the bearings repacked and new tires. I was told that new seals would be $25 before I brought it in and to my surprise when I picked it up they were $120 for two seals! A little hunk of metal and rubber cost that much, theyre about $6 bucks a piece usually if you were to buy them yourself. When questioned on why they were so ridiculously priced he said I was surprised too on how much they were, Ive never seen them that expensive before. Absolutely no explanation. They must have been made of gold. So in total for a single axel trailer to be serviced without putting in new bearings was $210, thats crazy. I wont be back with my other trailers to have them do the bearings, Ill be somewhere else.

I wont go back...took my vehicle in because a starting issue and a check engine light on...end up with no diagnosis of the issue causing check engine light or starting problem but some how I got a punctured tire in the side wall that wasnt repairable and needed a new tire! Luckily I had a warranty from where tires were purchased and didnt have to pay full price for a new tire!!! Seems rather fishy to me!!! Go elsewhere!!!! Also check engine light came back on shortly after leaving the garage. Zero stars!

Awesome people just moved my 2 business to Blaine and these guys got me in on short notice on a Friday to figure out what was wrong with my truck and got my truck done a day early.Also sam at the front desk looks just like Justin Bieber.You the man sam!!!!!Will definitely be bringing my business vehicles back!!!

We worked with Dave and he was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. He called with an estimate and once we approved the estimate for the work he kept us in the loop as far as changes that needed to be made by letting us know what our options were. He was looking out for us in terms of savings as well which is very much appreciated. You dont find that too much anymore.Overall, we enjoyed our experience with Service Garage of Blaine and will do business with them in the future.

Ive been going to their sister location, Blaine Tire & Auto, for years but they were booked solid today so I had to come to this location. This was my first time taking any of my vehicles here. The same high quality of customer service and auto service I have received from Blaine Tire & Auto I received here. Even Dave, who I believe is the owners son, was a familiar face as he must hop back forth between the two locations as Ive seen him many times at Blaine Tire & Auto.The main differences for this location are that the parking lot is much smaller and the lobby/waiting room area is also much smaller. I wouldnt hesitate to take any of my cars here again. You cant go wrong with this location or their sister location. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic service experience in all aspects! My cars maintenance reminder indicated what services was needed, so I knew all that going in. The service team did a thorough, comprehensive inspection and found that one of the items (my coolant flush) didnt need to be done yet. They found a very minor oil seep at the front of the engine but didnt push me to get it fixed, instead telling its a fairly easy fix, not critical at present time and we can get it next oil change. Gave good advice on current status of brake pads (dont need a brake job for a long time yet) and informed me my vehicles schedule was also calling for spark plug replacement. Easy to work with, honest, not pushy in the least, timely completion of work. Sweet waiting area too! With service like this, Ill be a repeat customer for years to come.

This past Saturday I set out to run errands around 11:30am, only to find that one of my tires had a leak and was basically flat. I called to see if they would by chance have an opening that day and was told, without hesitation, yes, if we could drop it off, they could fit it in and get it done by closing at 3. We dropped it off and an hour later, it was done! Amazing service! Will definitely return there in the future. Thank you so much!

Went in to get a oil change and a leaking power steering system checked. They talked into an engine degrease (essentially where they wash off your engine with water - $70) so they could better find the leak. The next few day my engine was misfiring. Took it back in but they wanted to charge me again for a separate diagnostic ($120) and any additional charges from there. Talked them out of the diagnostic charge but they still charged me $45 for a single spark plug replacement. Left but the engine misfiring continued the next day. Called again but they denied responsibility and refused to cover any additional repairs.Decided after getting the codes pulled at autozone to check out the cylinders myself. Found 2 were flooded (likely from the engine degrease they performed). Bought the parts and ended replacing it all myself. Been running fine ever since.All in all, though I’d heard good things about the shop, they clearly caused the problem but wouldn’t own up. Such a shame.

My first time going to this shop, wont be my last that is for sure! I went in with what I thought would be an expensive fix.. turned out that it was a simple fix and saved me over $300!! Thank you Dave Gross for having an honest and upfront approach to the way that you do business!!

My family and myself have used the Service Garage of Blaine for 10+ years to service all our auto needs and have always been satisfied with their work. No garage in the Metro area provides service of better quality. The staff is honest and reputable; and pricing is very fair!

I have taken four different family vehicles here and the service was excellent and they would always help with any questions I had, but lately I have noticed a change in customer service. My last three calls have been met with nothing, but lack of assistance. Why did I call three times? Because I had great interactions with them and have spent literally thousands of dollars at this shop. Unfortunately, I am now looking for a new repair shop.

Every time I have visited the Service Garage, they approached every repair with honesty and integrity. They have explained multiple options to me and gave me a gradient of pricing and benefits/drawbacks of doing repairs certain ways. They have always offered competitive pricing, and have never tried to pressure me into work that was simply unnecessary. Their shuttle service is also extremely helpful, and they usually address repairs quickly.Obviously, nobody ever wants to need work done on their car, but these guys certainly make it a more pleasant experience.

The mechanic was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my question regarding the issue with our car. He made sure I was able to get a great deal on all of our vehicle needs while not breaking the bank.

Guy at the front desk was respectful, older mechanic with glasses and curly hair says unneeded comments for being a professional! Even if a customer is wrong still don’t need to say anything let alone “ that was in the 90s “ and quote.

I love this place! Theyre completely honest, very friendly, never try and upsell unnecessary stuff, and do excellent work. To make it even better, their prices are very reasonable.I have a hard time trusting mechanics with my cars, and being a reasonably competent shade tree mechanic, I do most automotive repairs and maintenance on my vehicles myself. But any time its beyond my capability or something I just dont want to do, Service Garage of Blaine is the only place I go.

They are really nice at the garage...but they have yet to complete a job on the first try. we went in to have my cars ac recharged...it had yet to be cold it was still blowing hot air into the cabin of the car. That car then got totaled by the hail storm that happened a day later. We then brought in my other car there to get a fix with the radiator...that car is now sitting in the parking lot of the garage waiting ti be fixed, and it will be done for free until they can get theyre ducks in a row and actually fix a car.

Every time I have brought my work Vehicle here for service they brake something. The first time went in for a oil change and they put something in the blower motor causing it to make loud noises. Next time I went the for oil change they broke the window motor. Last time I went in to have them fix the window motor and replace light switch and oil change the shorted out my batteries causing it to explode. Just sharing my experience using this repair shop.

Everytime I bring my vehicle somewhere else for an estimate and things sound shady, Ive taken it back here and they have come in at under half of the price, and quoted me procedures that didnt involve the other steps that the shady places claimed Had to happen. These have saved me over $500 each occurrence, and I currently just always bring my vehicle here first now.

I regularly bring in my vehicles for repairs and have not had a bad experience. They thoroughly explain whats wrong, how serious the problem is, and how much it will cost to fix. One one occasion, I had my vehicle in for an oil change at a different place and they gave me a list of repairs they claimed were critical. I brought it to Service Garage of Blaine for a second opinion and found out that some of the items listed did not need to be repaired, and they quoted me less for those items that did. Honesty is paramount in choosing a garage and I believe Service Garage of Blaine is honest. Ill keep going there.

Only place I want to have my cars serviced. Reliable, affordable, excellent on all accounts.

Super frustrating experience this morning. I bought a new used car and I knew there were some issues that needed fixing. I was calling around yesterday to get some quotes and the guy at BSG asked me if I could just drop it off this mornings so they could give it a quick look over and give me exact pricing on the repairs. I thought well sure since I had used them in the past for things and they seemed to do fine. I schedule a time this morning to drop it off and then when I get there a different guy starts telling me all the costs to go through it. I said I just wanted estimates and was never told there was going to be a cost to have them look at it. He just kept telling me that time is money and it cost them money to look at it. I get that but I was never told that and I wasnt looking to have things diagnosed just an estimate on the stuff I already knew was wrong with it. I am a new infant at home and had to arrange my schedule to get there this morning, was never told there was a cost, Im a returning customer and there is $1,000+ worth of work that needed to be done and these guys are using bait and switch tactics to get people in the door. Very poor business practices and they have now lost a returning customer that lives in the area and has had several car repairs done there.

I operate a fleet of service vehicles that Kelley and crew take care of for us. Their service is nothing less than exceptional. They keep us informed and understand that our vehicles are needed and key the operation of our business. They take very good care of us here and were even sending them all of our employee vehicles. Do not hesitate to call them. As far as the 1 star rating below, picture this. A mechanic is working on your vehicle and youre paying him hourly to do so. Someone comes in to have the bolts on their hitch untightened. Is it fair to you, the guy paying the tech to repair YOUR vehicle, to pay that same tech ANY money to go work on another persons vehicle? No its not. A person time is worth money. Their tools are worth money. The heating bills cost money. Electricity. Bay door repairs. Employee wages. I can go forever. That techs time has to be billed to something and Im going to assume theyre a pretty honest shop if theyre not billing one customer, for another customers work. Keep it up Service Garage of Blaine. Ill continue to send the work your way.

I was surprised that after going back for repeated service and business to this location they were going to charge me $15-$20 to untighten two bolts on my hitch. I was even more surprised when I found out that the person I was dealing with was the GM and partial owner. He said he was in business to make money and thats what kept his doors open. I told him that what kept his doors open was happy costumers that kept coming back and word of mouth. I cant believe that any successful business person would fail to understand the basic business principal of keeping regular costumers happy and coming back to spend more money. How can you morally justify charging anything to untighten two bolts for a repeat costumer with no other costumers in sight? Needless to say, Im taking my future business to another shop.
