Great car wash in and out real quick and they got the front of my car clean after a 600mile trip had it covered with dead bugs.

This was a great Car wash a year ago. A lot has changed with management to say its a disaster now is an understatement. When a manger cant and wont look up what you were given in the past to verify a price is poor at best customer service. The attitude of tyler the manager leaves a lot to be desired. Great hard working employees that are in dire need of a new leader. Be careful with the preloaded cards free is a gimmick one they will repetitively toss in your face if you have even a question. I recommend auto spa just down the road much better value impeccable service.

I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t turn my wipers off. So one of my wipers broke and they went out of their way to retrieve it, fix it, and reattach. Super nice because that was 100% my fault. They weren’t happy with the result of the first wash and drove it through for me a second time. Super thorough, great attention to detail, and awesome customer service. I will be back!! Thank you!!

Stay away from this place. Their car wash damaged my car while driving through it. The guys at the carwash verified and even recovered the part that got ripped off my car but their management refuses to even call me to address the damage. Extremely unethical.

Besides that the gentleman offer to run thru the washer for the second time, still Not clean with mid grade wash price. Over priced and will NEVER use their service again!

I tried this place out for the first time yesterday. The did not pre soak my vehicle or scrub any part of my vehicle before sending it through. They did not fold any of my mirrors. The towel dry left left wet spots all over the vehicle. I also asked if my package came with a rain check in case of bad weather apparently they don’t offer rain checks. With so many great places around i see no reason why anybody would choose this wash.

Gabriel took great care of me. Made sure my car was emaculant from the inside out. If you go to this location ask for Gabriel, he will take great care of you like it was his own vehicle. Never met this gentleman but I feel a connection and I will definitely refer anyone I know to him!If you care about your care be sure to ask for him! Very happy with my over all experience

Guys, avoid this car wash.Who have been to this car wash on 01/25/2021, check your car for scratches.I have been with a brand NEW car that I bought last week, I washed my car and when I saw the car, it’s a disaster.. full with scratches, all the way from front/left/right back side. I called the police and I recorded everything. Now I am waiting on Carmel manager to call me because he was not working on this day.Again, who washed the car on Tunnel 1 on 01/25/2021 check your car for scratches.

This car wash is horrible and exhibits rude behavior from its employees and a manager that condones this behavior. I questioned why my car was not towel dried after getting it washed. They said it costs more. I said how much more and it appeared they could not understand what I was asking so I proceeded to drive to the entrance again and request my car to be washed for a second time and didnt care about the cost. Well as I drove off my son heard them say F YOU. I couldnt believe that was said that. We do not curse in our household. My son said we drive all the way over here all the time to be cursed at. As many things that are going on in the world I felt it best that we received an apology. I asked them to apologize to my 13 year old son. This was not done. I then asked for the manager who was not there. I called him shortly later. His name was Tyler. After hearing me talk about it and explaining, he stated that this was a misunderstanding and it could not of happened. I immediately realized that he did not care and decided to write a review in as many places as possible. We will never visit this place again.

Outstanding work! I brought my Toyota Tundra farm truck here while in town and Carmel Car wash made it look new. It was in pretty bad condition being in the woods and mud for 2 years and never cleaned until now. Tyler was the person helping me, awesome service.

Been coming for years. Lost my card and they traced it on their system and gave me a new one. So besides a great car wash they go way above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Keep it up guys.

They do an okay job... but they dont remove antennas. My jeep wrangler antenna was snapped off and my ram 1500 antenna was bent. ( my kids take them for me and did not know to self remove.) Be aware and make sure to remove your own antennas.

This is my go to carwash because its super close to me. Everyone is super nice and fast. The vacuums are super powerful. Also prices are very affordable compared to some other car washes in Frisco.

Good car wash. Stopped by today and got the tire and wheel package. Did a fantastic job. Wiped all of the trim on the Suv, also the wheels were spotless.I appreciated the time and attention on the interior as well. We had lots of dust and crumbs everywhere.Nailed it, I’ll be back for sureLastly - almost forgot. Really like the outdoor waiting area/patio. Bottle water, coffee, and hurts donuts are a nice touch

Nice car wash. Very well maintained machine. Pretty cool how they have two tunnels so they can take double the business. They don’t even prep cars at all and the cars STILL come out clean, never seen that before. Great vaccums too, and for the lazy people, they have cheap services where they clean interior for you. Cheaper than Dream Wash down the street too.

It is ok took 2 times through dry on the second pass was better. Does not like tire carriers. Trucks or SUVs are going to rattle in the wash which doesnt seem right.

Scrapped the side of my car and went here to get an estimate on how much it would cost to buff it out. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They ended up helping me without charge. I really appreciate the staff here!

2nd time, during wipe-down, Ive had issues with windows and tailgate not being wiped down properly. Truck looks great except for dirt along window sill edges, tailgate emblems and letters. Not stopping anymore when they are busy.

Top notch facility, cant recommend this place enough. Not only is my car perfect every visit, but the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love the free coffee and outside waiting area, has that home feeling about it. If youre looking for a car wash in Frisco this is the place to pick hands down.

Came in for a car wash and full detail. Both were affordable, the detailing was quick, and best of all the workers were wearing masks and gloves. My car is so clean! Will definitely be coming back.

My tires are clean..and thats about it. I paid for their $18 exterior wash and my car is still covered in bugs (especially the front window), dirt, and the trim looks dirty. Overall Im very disappointed. They did not hand dry well so there are also a ton of water spots all down the sides. First auto car wash for a brand new vehicle- will not be back. I expect to at least have a bug free windshield...

I honestly dont know where to begin with this place. The disorganized staff, bad quality of work, or even just the fact that no one speaks English and can tell me why it takes 2 hrs to finish a wheel deal plus. I thought that since I waited so long I would have at least had quality work but nope. Water spots everywhere, none of my windshields were cleaned? Its just really frustrating to waste so much time waiting for such an incomplete job.I will not be coming back.

I went today on 02/21/21 after the snow storm we had. Well these price gougers raised the price from $7 to $12 for a regular express wash. And they are completely full. Definitely don’t agree with their business practices. So sad.

Always busy but quick! I still cant believe they got a huge wad of gum out of my passenger side floor mat. I noticed sometime after it happened and could not get it out. Had to circle back and tip the gentleman that took time to get it all out. He seemed as pleased as I did!!!

Best automated car wash system I’ve experienced period.

While every car wash in Frisco charges $5 or $6 for basic wash, why do you charge $12 for basic and the facility is also below par compared to any car washes. Not enough vaccum cleaners as well. Definitely WAYY OVER PRICED. Do not recommend to any one.

We just got back from a trip where a lot if salt and chemicals are used to melt snow and ice. The truck was extremely dirty.. Dropped it off to get a hand wax, which Carmel did a fantastic job.

This is NOT a touchless car wash. However, i couldnt see any scratches on my car, which is nice. The service is pretty solid, and the staff is nice. But the actual external machine tunnel wash had a bunch of spinning brushes slapping my car, which bothered me. But the interior air blow and vacuuming was done quite well. Place is a bit expensive.

Don’t go here they will blame you for damages they did to your car then refuse to fix the damages. They said my brothers mirror was broken before he came to the wash, which it wasn’t and i know because i drove his car an hour before he went through the wash and the mirror was on and in great shape. And when he went through the wash THEIR equipment broke it off which is on video! They told him they wouldn’t cover it because there was “prior damage” when the mirror was clearly in tact before he went in the wash.

The place is new and well maintained, but terrible service, I paid for a service of $ 18 dollars (Carmel Special), but the tires of my truck came out as dirty as they entered. Terrible service in a big city like Frisco.

Maybe a little bit overpriced compared to other car washes, but they do a wonderful job. Car is left sparkling clean inside and out. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I drive a Mercedes so I usually go to the dealership to get the free car wash. But I was in a rush today. Standard car wash that you see in North Dallas suburbs. But it’s obviously cleaner than others and they hand drying service is always appreciated. They did a good job on the tire dressing as well, while some places get the chemical all on your rims. Decent place overall. No complaints.

Didnt wash or dry the car good. I got thr wash and polish about $12. I have received better wash and polish for less.

Really great experience. Open later than most on Sunday. I got some sap on my car an needed to get it off ASAP. They were great.

I guess they have too much business. They just refused me from using their advertised free vacuums asking for me and another customer to purchase or go through a car for wash 1st in order for us to be able to use the free vacuums. The representative said its per company policy . Not sure one this policy took in fact but I have planned on getting a car wash but before a car wash I was going to vacuum the car but they just lost a customer. This was my 3rd time going to them not going back there again. I was told its because its busy per policy each customer has to purchase a car wash before even though there was at least 10 bays that were empty.

Carmel car wash is exceptional. Their service is friendly and fast, and they always do a good job on any of my cars. Its one of those that you drive through and they finish by hand, and they always do a great job. Given how many smiles I see and how well of a job they do, it seems like a really well run company, and its a Nextdoor community favorite. If you go, ask for Pedro - hes done all my cars over the last few years and he always does great.

I was patiently waiting to get my car wash as I was told it would be about 25-30 minutes. Another car pulled up about 10 minutes after I been sitting here. About 15 minutes later they skipped my car and began on his. After asking the guy continued to clean the other car. Finally Tyler the manager came over very rude and said I’ll get someone on it. He didn’t apologize or nothing. I felt this was a racist act and I will ensure that I never come to any Carmel Car Wash and make sure all my friends know how racist they are.

49 99 detail and car still dirty and no 3 day wash guarantee. Inside done well but too left side of car had mud on it. My car did not have mud previously. Tried to call car wash to see if they would honor to prewash exterior but only get a manager voicemail. Did not bother with leaving message. Will not come back.

Very Professional and friendly staff from my personal one time experience. Equipment (self-serve vacuums) seemed a bit banged up, but should be expected given it’s use and access. The car wash it’s self cleaned my car as should, but the blow dryers at the end didn’t quite get all the water off my car, so I did end up with some water spots.

Need an option to tip for people who dont carry cash.

If any of you really care about your car and dont want it damaged read this excerpt of the response I had to send to the manager after having part of my car get hung up on their machine and receiving a response that it is because my bumper was misaligned! Which it was not. There was not a flailing ripped off bumper on my car before I went in the Carmel Car Wash, but afterwards...Was there a photo that youve seen as the car was driving through before and after? If I am reading your email correctly, you take no responsibility for my paying Carmel Car Wash for a car wash whereby while inside my very nice vehicle that had no visible damage when entering the car wash, your employee printed my receipt and made no mention of the bumper being misaligned as youve alleged, allowed me to proceed to the next employee who gave me directions on where I needed to be positioned in the track that takes control of the forward mometum of my vehicle (with a requirement to remove my hands from the steering wheel and set it in neutral), and finally having the machines inside lane 1 rip part of my car off. I actually tried to stop my vehicle and get out to avoid this, and your manager onsite did not in any way notice a person hitting their brakes and exiting the vehicle? After this horrible experience, I hear an explanation from your onsite manager (who allegedly didnt notice that I was in an emergency that, do not worry, this happens a lot and were going to take care of the damages to your vehicle?.This happened yesterday and the email I received from the manager today was that this entire situation is my fault. Any thoughts???

Ive had an exterior wash twice now; excellent service for the price! Total time maybe 15 to 20 minutes! So glad I found this place!

Damaged my car. Was not so worried about it until the manager lied saying that even though they found a piece of my car in the wash area that it was not damaged there. I drove this car off the lot two weeks ago. Manager was horrible. Not an honest company. The two employees that helped me find the piece where so nice ... Then the manager came and started harassing me

They WILL damage your car, and when you go back right after they will claim it already happened and not their fault...those this was a quality place because I see nicer cars.. guess I was way wrong these are dishonest people and a dishonest business

Worst Carmel Car Wash of any Ive been to, my vehicle went to quickly through the wash cycle and the front of my truck wasnt touched, the sides were barely touched and it pushed me so quick, the blowers didnt dry. Then the kid drying off my truck just kind of went over the truck and didnt put any effort in to it. Other Carmel washes have been tons better!

Worse place ever, the manager is a young kid who has nothing to do with cust service, I am surprised how the manager leave this responsibility on such a kid.I went to wash the car, I went out with dirty car. I told him I will write bed review he told me he doesnt care he has 7000 customer. Which I doubt with this cleaning standard and way of dealing with customers

Carmel is easily the best carwash in the area. They have better equipment than their competition. They staff up to properly do the final detailing. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. There are cheaper places to wash your car, but there are none better.

The carwash here misses a lot of spots. For the same price, you can go to the quick wash down south on Preston Road and get a MUCH better wash WITH TOWEL DRYING INCLUDED for the same price as the basic wash here. Staff isnt the most friendly either.

Horrible when they’re in a hurry. Paid $16 and tipped on one of their more deluxe packages today. Barely dried off the car, left bird poop on the rooftop and I definitely need to refinish the rims that they wiped off once. Not good enough for what I paid. My recommendation - get the basic $7 package and do your own wheels.

Great specials and quality cleaning

A good car wash, but needs a bit more attention to detail when buying the more premium wash packages. I shouldnt have to cleans the wheels when I get home from having them hand wiped. But otherwise I really like the place.

Attendants were very helpful. Wash did a good job. Vacuums took some figuring out. The hose fits down in a tube, and you have to pull hard to break the suction. Worked great.

They damaged my car and refused to fix the damage. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to pay to get your car fixed

One of the better car washes

I pull in to vacuum my car because it’s raining out. I just wanted to touch up the inside a little. I ask Tyler the “Manger” if I could use the vacuum. His smart ass response was I could use them after I was the car. LOL ya I’m going to wash my car when it’s raining out. I have tried multiple times to use their wash and services. Every time they are rude and when the wash doesn’t do a good job they want you to pay again for another poor wash. Again the manger Tyler said that to me. I will not be returning again ever to Carmel car wash in Frisco. BTW there is a better car was west on Eldorado about a mile to the west. The people are friendly and if the bugs don’t come off the first time they run it again at NO CHARGE. Take your business down the road and get a better car wash!

Nervous trying new places as my truck is brand new and dont want to get the paint messed up. Decided on giving this place a shot and for $15 with no wash guarantee its quite expensive. They did a decent job removing bugs and stuff from the grille as I just returned from a road trip. That being said, no one bothered to re-attach my antenna and the price is way to high for what you get. Also other places will re-wash within 3 days of visit if it rains or just if you want it washed again, and for half the price.

1/5 Stars wish I would do ZERO My fiancé bought a 500$ prepaid car wash card at the lemon Ave location and they will not honor the car being washed because there is mud caked on the undercarriage from the last rain. They actually told us we needed to pressure wash my car first which defeats the purpose of using an automatic car wash to begin with! Seems people these days don’t want to work!

Paid for a towel dry with wheel clean but the only three people working werent able to get to my car. Therefore, I dried my own car and at no time did anyone seem to have an issue with it. Zero sense of urgency, poor service, and recommend trying another car wash.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now and there isn’t a single time that the full detail service is satisfactory. They haven’t done a good job in the interior time after time after time. I just left there and again I’m disappointed. If I have to get home and clean my car after paying a service to do so, it’s not worth it. I’ll use my leftover credits on exterior simple washes and then I don’t think I’ll be coming back. :(

Avoid this place !!!! I had been going here for 4 months and had a very good relationship with the associates. I was on a monthly plan. I would get my car washed and the stop to get dried, during the process I would open my two doors and trunk lid so they could dry the door jams and trunk lid. This would prevent the water from those areas leaking all over the car when I left. Each time I would tip the team $5. They seemed very happy and would greet me each time. Well this week the owner and manager made a decision that the less than 30 seconds it took to wipe the door jams and trunk deck was causing them delay and they instructed the team to no longer do this. Now couple things..... I have never seen a line at this dry area of the car wash...... never. The team was very accomadating and I believed appreciated the tip and friendly interaction with me......... the owner / manager never even had to courtesy to give me an alternative to how I could prevent the car wash from looking terrible after that water splashed over the car, the manager simply said that was their policy. Well if I pay $50 a month I want it done correctly, not half hearted like the management here wants. Go to MR CLEAN on Preston, they are awesome and truly value their customers!!!!! Cheaper too!!!

These guys do a great job. I get the car wash special, they hand dry and wipe it down and I head for the free vacuums. Works for me.
