It was my first time here and I paid $49 for a detail just to spend another 20 minutes vacuuming my own car. At the end the guy told me I recommended the wrong package when I asked why there still mud on the door frame. I got the seats package and my seats are still dirty.

I’m new to the area and I was so happy to find this service. The first time I came, I got the full detail service which was the best I have had. They did such an amazing job! Since then, I enrolled in their monthly car wash program and I try to go once a week to get the exterior car wash. I always bring towels to catch any excess drips and love the free vacuums offered for me to use. I can really satisfy my OCD tendencies and keep my car clean all the time. I rarely if ever find a car wash that doesn’t overcharge and then do a bad job. Well I found that car wash today. I got the $19 full service wash which included the wash, vacuum and your windows cleaned. The kind man, Pedro, who checked me in waived the $5 fee to get gum off my window. The actual wash did an incredible job and the 2 men who vacuumed and cleaned my windows after did an outstanding job, they even wiped down the interior of my car, which wasn’t even in the package. This is the first time I have gone to a car wash where I was 100% satisfied. Great job! I will definitely be using Legacy as my go to car wash. Friendly, clean and thorough.

This car wash place is AMAZING! The manager is super friendly, the waiting room is always CLEAN! They offer soda and refreshments in the waiting room and my car is ALWAYS cleaned so well! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good affordable car wash!

I purchased their premium package $200 + and for the price the detail wasnt done as thoroughly as I would have liked (chrome rims still had break dust and didnt clean matts). If you get the service be sure to thoroughly inspect this prior to leaving. Friendly service and comfortable waiting area was a plus.

Legacy Car Wash provided a quick, value-full experience. Purchased the Managers Special. The experience included a car wash where you stay in the car and then proceed to a manual service station. Leaving the car unlocked, service attendants access the vehicle and begin providing whichever service level chosen. Great experience all around and definitely recommend.

Legacy Car wash did a very great job cleaning both my vehicles that needed deep clean. Also their express seat cleaning was very thorough and felt fresh after they steam cleaned inside. I will definitely come back here to make the car look great 👍 And I should add that the staff here are very hard working.

Fast service, a really nice lounge/waiting area, and an well cleaned Tahoe everytime(exterior wash and dry, interior vacuum and clean out) for 25 bucks is hard to beat. Really convenient location. Good traffic control to keep things rolling.

This was my first time paying for a full car wash and detail. I had my car broken into not too long ago so there was still glass in my car and it was very dirty, they made it look absolutely brand new and they were fast about it too! Very professional and would definitely recommend!

After reading some of the reviews on this place, I was looking forward to getting my car washed and detailed here. I was sorely disappointed. Maybe it was an off day and I’m usually not a review person but my experience here was so bad, I have to share.As this was my first time here, I wanted to gauge their level of servicing so I went with the Manager Special. This comes with basically everything wash, vacuum, detail, etc. The guy who helped me when I pulled up was very helpful, sadly that was the last time I experienced any level of courtesy or customer during my visit. Workers whether inside or outside, seemed plain annoyed. Even simple things like pointing out where you need to go after the wash, there’s a level of irritation in the body language.When I get to the detail station, the young lady who was helping me, not sure if she was shy or if there was a language barrier. But talking to her was a little bit of struggle because she was either unresponsive or unclear when I would pose a question concerning the detailing. Wanting to give benefit of the doubt, I stepped away to make a phone call. Upon returning to my vehicle to exit the establishment. I was unhappy with the detailing, there was still things not vacuumed or waxed well. While inspecting my vehicle a guy in a red shirt, I think he was the manager. His name may have been Javier or Jose, I can’t recall. Several times this dude tried to rush me off as I’m inspecting my vehicle. Not even with at least a good day.I understand having business and wanting/needing to service others but when I go on to express my dissatisfaction, including the staff BREAKING THINGS IN MY VEHICLE. It was something small(a car charger plug cover) but the fact it wasn’t broken before I got there didn’t seem to matter. Rather than try to help in any regard, the guy went on to insist the things were broken prior to my servicing. Trying to go back and forth with me. I did not take a picture of my vehicle directly before this because I wasn’t expecting I would need to. I see now, that was a mistake dealing with this lack of professionalism and accountability. I am a prayerful person so rather than let the situation escalate. I drove off. After all, just my weekday car but still.If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Take yourself and your vehicle somewhere they will actually value you. You will be much happier you did. Blessings.

I come here at least three to four times a week. The person that greets me is always different what is consistent is the friendly quick service. They do a thorough job too. I really like the free self servr vacuum when I choose the auto car wash. The suction on the self serve vacuum cleaners is very good. I have a dog that sheds so vacuum suction is important to me.

Ive been using this car was for over a year now. Had an issue today where the machine put way too much tire shine on my tires and it sprayed the entire side of my truck. Didnt see it until I got home. Came back and they took care of it immediately. Thank you guys for the quick response!

I found this carwash during the pandemic. Have driven from Parker/Tollway for drive through washes and a few $29 device. Until today, the results have been excellent. However, the person working on the drivers side could not have been less interest in doing her job. As I approached my vehicle, I could tell this was an off day. My windshield still had the bugs from my drive to College Station, my carpet requires additional vacuuming, and the drivers seat had whatever was in the seams when I got out. The wheels still have dirt on them - the tires look good - and they did a poor job of wiping (no detail expected) off the dash and console. To make it worse, I ask for a manager and he did take care of the windshield- but when ai showed him the windows on the back doors, he just walked on by. My Suburban was dirty, that’s why I bought the topOf the line service. Today was not their best effort - so I hope when I return, I will have the same excellent experience as before…if today had been my first visit, ai would not have returned.

Regular here with a membership so I know the standard of their interior cleaning. Today I saw some unfamiliar people and the car was done quicker than normal. When I got into the car and examined it later, I realized why. Surfaces left unwiped on seats, seat cushions completely left untouched so I was going back and vacuuming everything which I’ve never had to do after coming here. I don’t even think they opened the trunk. If they did it was for a second bc I didn’t notice it. Hoping the cleaning staff gets a refresher course because it’s not worth the extra money at this point if I can send my kids in to do a better job wiping everything down. Cashier staff is always courteous and detailing is usually good -but has become inconsistent depending on who you’re getting I guess

Only the best for Frisco! My car is my office and it is usually littered with water bottles, receipts I need to expense, straws, if you’re on the road every day you know what I’m talking about. But because it is my work space I need it to be clean and smelling nice in case God forbid anyone is ever in my car (my kids and husband deal with it) so I come to Legacy Car Wash at least once or twice a month! Charles and the team run a wonderful program and business that you would think was run by Chick Filet A with how efficient and friendly they are! Their lobby is always nice and clean too (they probably wash it a lot - hehe) and they play HGTV clearly tapping into a big demographic of women who like clean cars. They offer coffee and beverages for their customers but I usually never take advantage of that because I’m rarely there long enough to enjoy they are so quick! I highly recommend this establishment but not on Friday afternoons because that is when I go and I don’t want to deal with a long line!

I’ve been here twice now the first time I had an older car that when I bought had stain in it and had gotten it detailed before and they couldn’t get them out so I had taken my car here and they made it look brand new. 2nd time even better with my new car. I just stopped in to get the interior of my car cleaned and the package I chose came with a full service wash — the drive thru ones never clean my car all the way but this one did! When you buy the wheel cleaning option ($15 wash) - this car wash leaves a streak of the black oil/grease used for shinning your tires on the wheels and rocker panels. They’re good people working their. The vacuums are free and decent.

This was a awesome experience. Bodie was wonderful. I needed a headlight restoration and he worked so hard doing that job and it looks wonderful!!! When I went in they were so cloudy you couldn’t even see the headlights through the shield and now it’s like a true transformation.The entire staff from the time I first drove in until the time I left, we’re wonderful and very friendly.I paid to get the detail and restoration and it was worth every penny. My carpets looks so clean and the dash and door jams and cup holders, all were spotless.I will definitely be back. They are Very hard workers and truly do care about customer satisfaction for sure. Next visit I want to get the engine detail & get the monthly pass so my car never looks like this again. Thanks to all of you. Very friendly staff..I purchased the detail and wash…and it wasn’t so great I don’t sit in the back, but when my son got in after they detailed the cup holders weren’t cleaned out. I still had to get some bugs from my grill myself afterwords.

Very helpful people, General manager is Kevin Bledsoe. Measured my truck to see if it would fit in their auto wash. Maximum width is 85 outside Tire sidewall. Will fit a full size truck with 37 on 6 lift.

The Good:Free vacuums are nice, and they have good suction. Got the entire inside of my car cleaned out well.The cashier at the front was friendly.The lady who washed the tires did an excellent job.The Bad:My car was 90% cleaner than when I went in, not 100%. There were things on the Windows I had to wash off after the wash, which is not a good sign.The hand drying aspect was sub-par at best. They spent 20 seconds on the front of my car, and about 5 on the back. I still have dirt and water marks on my trunk.The Ugly:As you can see from the pictures, there were quite a few scratches from the tunnel wash. The same spot on both side got scratched from the brushes used.There was still bird poop remains on the roof of my car after the wash.Neither of these are expected from a $20 wash (Platinum Express).Recommendations:Either ease up a bit on the automated brushes inside the tunnel, or get new ones that don’t cause scratches while still cleaning the car.The hand drying aspect shouldn’t be done within 10 feet of the exit of the car wash.There should be a rack or table at the vacuum section for floormats.
