I love this car wash. For a monthly pass of $12.95 my car was completely trashed and now she is back. Too bad Amber doesn’t work there anymore. I always came everyday when she was working. Anyway... the facility is good, the prices are right. They don’t work late or in inclement weather, but who does? They do a great job for the price.

This is absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been too! There is no organization. And I can see why. You have guys standing in the middle of the traffic lanes not paying any attention to paying customers and you would think that they would have known better since it is obvious that they are in management due to the blue shirts. First and last time coming to this location!!!

Car got clean after a cross country road trip

I needed to vacuum out some glass that had broken in my car and to my pleasant surprise their vacuums are free of charge they also do auto detailing and car wash which I didnt do at the time but I was very happy to see the free vacuums it was very convenient. Great overall experience.

Had my truck detailed the other day. Employees did a amazing job cleaning inside and outside my truck looks like new! The manager Aaron gave me quick description of each service till we came to agreement on witch one was the right one for me he was very helpful. Definitely coming back to get a wash

This car wash is great especially for cars that need more gentle cleanings like Teslas and other high-end vehicles I would definitely recommend going here even if you didnt have a car that needed a more gentle cleaning and if you live close to here its great for a quick drive to get out of the house during quarantine.

Great wash and interior cleaning, I wont go anywhere else

I brought my car to Clean Getaway on Saturday morning at 8:15am. There was me and one other person in line. I ordered a detail that included inside vacuum, while down, shampoo and condition, and dirt extraction. They asked me to leave my car there stating my car was next but it will take an hour to finish my detail.At 11:30am no one had even started on my car. After I complained to the manager, he said that since I left my car, that he assisted other customers who were there. They did not finish my car until 12:45pm. Unacceptable!! Poor service!! Additionally my car still had soap on the inside. Poor quality!!I’ve read through other complaints and no one from Clean Getaway has offered to, “make things right”, or offer anything for the poor service provided. I honestly don’t care if you’re sorry, and you can keep your apology unless you are wanting to, make things right.

Brought in my vehicle, 4 door sedan, for a Complete Detail $180 (interior and exterior). When I picked up the vehicle I noticed quite a few areas on the roof, hood, and trunk where there was still tree sap, bug smudges, and dull blemishes from bird droppings. Dont know how the car was waxed without getting these areas. Could have been that the car wasnt washed very well to begin with. Regardless, the was job could have been better. Plus, the attention to detail on the inner part of wheel rims was lacking. Could have wiped inside to get the grease firm and road dirt film off. The interior work was fine. I detail twice a year, so my car is kept fairly clean. Therefore, the exterior should have looked and felt a lot better without so many spots being missed. Not sure how much time they spent waxing the exterior or amount of wax used. It felt and looked like a quick wipe over. I didnt see many people on the detail side, so maybe it was due to them being short staffed that day. Dont think I would use again for detailing.

I took my truck that just bought new into them for a full interior detail. It was very dirty to say the least. They spent just over four hours on it and payed attention to everything! Very happy with the quality of the work! Will definitely go here again

The detail that was done was great. Car looked brand new. Unfortunately I had a pair of wireless earbuds in my center console that were stolen. I’ve called multiple times and no one will return my call regarding this issue.

I dont normally leave my downtown Dallas bubbled but went to Frisco to visit some friends and decided to get my car detailed. Good and cheap place for car wash and detailing

They treated my car like it was their own while they were washing it. I have been back many times and jokingly have spent more money on more services and I am very happy with their performance. The only problem I have with the place is that it is not closer to my house. I give it a 5 start rating. Way to go guys!!!

The best car washing experience I have had. The staff was friendly, helpful and overall understanding. I had a difficult stain on the floor of my backseat, they were able to get it out and made the car look as good as new. I would highly recommend using Clean Getaway.

While we were getting our car washed the car behind us hit us due to them putting cars too close together!! After we were done we both pulled over and got the manager. Several minutes later the manager met with us about the incident. He never apologized, never offered a coupon for next time, never offered a refund. He never bothered to ask we were ok. The only thing he offered was to straighten the damaged front plant on the other car. Guarantee we will never be back. A simple $6 refund offer would have been a very nice gesture for their complete Mess up. Hope $6 was worth losing a family of cars.

This is my go to car wash. I have a large SUV and my husband has a sports car. They always spend the extra time it takes to get our cars clean and they do it pretty quick! I was in and out without the long wait even though they were pretty busy. The staff has always been very courteous and they never take the change in my ash tray. RARE! I have tried the car wash down the street and it just wasnt as good. You get what you pay for!!!!

Had a terrible experience here today. We come to this place to clean both our personal cars and our delivery trucks out of convenience since its the closest one 2 our store. Nothing really special about it butts today they went from not special too terrible because of their employees attitude. I was at the vacuuming station, and I admit I was taking long, but there was no one behind me and there were five empty slots so I imagined I was OK on time. This employee storms my way and in an extremely crass way kicks me out! Look, Im a business owner and I know that we are super busy and somebody is holding up the line you gotta tell them so. Even though I wasnt holding up any lines, its not the fact that he kicked me out its how he did it that merits this review. To add insult to injury, he ORDERED me to scoot to the next space. Not a please, not a thank you for understanding. To you, employee (you know who you are ), let me give you a free class of customer service. Sir, Im sorry to bother, but we are extremely busy. Would you mind letting the next person in line use the vacuum? DONE! I would actually have felt bad for hogging the vacuum! Which wasnt even the case since there was no one behind me and several open spaces. Congratulations, you just lost your company about $1,000 a year foremost and Im betting thousands more from all the people I will be speaking to in addition to those who read this review.

Ive not had any issues with this car wash, so my stars are based on that. Reading the reviews, however, give me pause about ever going here again. My slightly above average number of stars is likely the last thing Ill be giving them. I dont think I can drive through here again knowing that if I have an issue, it wont be handled properly at all!

I have been a customer since 2012 until today. The customer experience was not the most important thing to the manager. The most important thing today was closing up. I arrived a few minutes before it started raining. I purchased the Dust Buster (Car Wash and self vacuum). As I was exiting the wash I noticed the staff collecting all the vac hoses. They saw me and hooked one back up; however the hose had zero power. The manager (Fredirico) came over and said we are closed. I mentioned that they werent closed 2 minutes earlier when I purchased the Dust Buster. He said come back tomorrow. I stated I paid for a wash and vac and not just a wash. I wanted the vac or my money back. He said come back tomorrow. I informed him that I purchased services for today (now) and expected him to provide them. He stated once again come back tomorrow. Not a shining example of great customer service. With a new car wash opening on El Dorado across from Costco this location has seen me for the last time.

If you want top notch service and attention to detail, Clean Getaway is your car wash. I have used their many different services for years and they never let me down. The employees are always friendly and the managers are alway attentive when I have questions. One thing that I have noticed is how many of the same faces I see working there each time I go. That isnt something that you see frequently in the car wash business. Lastly, their prices are beyond fair for the amount of work that goes into each car. These guys and gals work tirelessly to make sure my car comes out awesome!

Bad service. I took a detailed car wash for 20$ but it was a bad car wash which looked like a 3$ basic wash. Since it was a weekday there were no staffs to help and did not bother to clean the car properly.

I live nearby. Four days ago, I took my car to this place for a wash. During the wash, the brush came on unusually strong (sounded loud) and broke my driver-side mirror completely off. The guys working at this place at that time said they could not do anything for what happened. But they asked me to fill out a form anyway and said it was going to be given the owner. Today I went there again to check on the status. A guy (I assume it was the owner) came out and said he had never received any forms about it. He even said he was in the shop that day and didnt see anything happened that day. What sh**** lier!!! When I showed him a picture I took about the filled form. He then could not deny anymore but said since the car was too old they would not do anything about it.If your car is 8-yr old or has more than 100k miles on it, you better not wash your car there. It could severely damage your car!!! And they will not be responsible about it!!! Take your car to a brushless car wash. Avoid this place!!!

Jay is rude and unhelpful. Got quoted $200 for clay bar wax from Sam, took car in and it was $300 with Jay. I explained that I had a quote from Sam and told him that I paid $205 and $225 the last two times I had this done at other car washes. He said well you better go back there.

Have never had any issue with these guys and have been going there since they opened - couldnt even tell you how many years. They get the car clean and have a wide variety of price points. If youre griping about the price, buy a cheaper wash. If youre griping about the fact that the employees dont welcome you with open arms, its a fair bet they dont speak English. So, theres that.All in all, its a car wash. Some folks just like to complain.

I have been coming here for 3 years, once a month. I have had my truck waxed, detailed, buffed and anything else you can think of. So today I pull in line, wait 10 mins to get to the kiosk and they tell me your truck is too dirty to be washed, go to a self serve. I have had this very same truck in NUMEROUS times WAY muddier than this. I will NEVER come back again, you can forget my 4 buff and wax jobs a year, and my other 2 vehicles once every two weeks. See ya later clean get away...UPDATE went to auto splish splash right down the road and Im in the car wash as we speak, they said your truck is not bad at all...and they r cheaper!! Clean get away BLOWS!

First let me start by saying this place is far from the best deal in town, They are typically 30-40% more expensive then anywhere else in Frisco or Plano. I spent 60 bucks to have a car wash... They left my entire driver side un dried with water spots all over. The inside of my car looked like the back of the guys head from Coming to America... I swear someone spilled Gury Curl cream all over it... It was disgusting.. To top it all off they parked my front bumper of my new 750i BMW on the curb scratching it all up... So when I talked to the manager he honestly looked at me with a crappy grin and said what do you want me to do about it!! I said fix it.. He said talk to the owner.. You will have to keep calling cause he probably wont return your call... ARE YOU KIDDING. Worst people in the world, I dont know if the owner knows they are acting this way, I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt but its been 3 days and still no call back

Did a great job the assistance manager took special care of my car.

Service-Dirt covered in oil! The interior was caked in coconut oil that was so thick it would make you sick and was a safety issue. Paid over $240 for a detail. Spent an hour this evening scrubbing the interior with ammonia water. It was obvious they put the oil (interior conditioner) on top of the dirt without cleaning first! Terrible! Never been here before but thought Id try it. Got a basic car wash. No one taped my back wiper or plate like they do at other places and the wash was mediocre. Will need to have it done again. Very disappointed.

This is the best car wash in frisco tx I know this place for 11 years and all they do is perfeto workers visit clan getaway if your car is dirty go for it.

Overcharged, terrible job at detailing my car, along with a very dirty tunnel that left mud stains on my tires hubcaps. Will be taking my business to the neighboring Dream Wash just right up the street, thank you very much.

Cleans your car unlike any other carwash

This is the most expensive car washed I have ever been to. I spent $15 on nothing but an exterior car wash. They did try it off, by some of the most disinterested employees Ive ever seen in my life. I will never go back to the car wash. What they call “The Works” I call a “Scam”.

Worst service ever!! I got an exterior wax service for 2013 Honda Pilot (less than 1 year old car) as well as interior cleaning, but they broke the front cup-holder!! The service manager was really rude and he never listened what I said.. They even closed a car door violently! Dont go this place if you really take care of your cars!!
