This is an awesome place! Full service; oil flush & change, fuel system flush, wipers, air cleaners, car wash & detail all at reasonable prices! Wash includes vacuuming; not a boot out the tunnel and do it yourself. The staff is awesome and took care of our needs very well; William and his team were great! Try out the ceramic coat; it looks excellent! My truck was an absolute mess due to a big job beforehand, and they fixed it up right! Tip your after-wash crews; they work hard to make your ride look good!Take the kids through the tunnel, new lights and colors for them to get in on the fun too!

Detailed car wash for $200+ was not worth it. Waste of money. They left spots uncleaned that were visible from just walking around not paying too much attention. This car wash service should be no more than $100. Ive gone to $100 washes that were way better than this. Youve been warned. Dont get the full detail wash, just stick to the drive through wash. This was my first time here and for sure not coming back

Quick Wash is the right name for this place. Car was filthy after coming out of the wash and then it got wiped down with dirty towels that had tire shine on them. I took it back to get it re_ washed and was told it was because my tire shine flew off the tire on to my car?!?Hillarious excuse instaed of sorry we must have used a dirty towel Id be happy to rewash the car for you...Funny how the tire shine made swirl marks from a towel and was also on the hood?

Very good detail work quality wax you can choose how long you want your wax to last if you want to let last three months 6 months to a year or more they do great work.

$7 for a quick touch up clean!This price even includes a hand-dry.What really put me over the edge is the fact that the person spraying my car noticed that I had bumper damage. He took the extra time to tape it down and make sure it wasn’t further damaged in the wash. No other place had done that before.

We used to love coming here, but every since Enrique was the one ringing us out we’ve had nothing but issues. He makes it a more complicated then what it needs to be, he’s accused of if not having a car wash when we come back for a warranty wash, we’ve had to show him the receipt to get our wash, and always triple checks the license plate numbers. Bring the other guys back that cared about customer service. We recently purchased a new vehicle and told us we had to find a manager to get our previous vehicles points transferred over- the other guys have done it for us before with no problem as we have been coming here for years.This used to be a “5 star” car wash for us but it’s went down hill, the wash is still great it’s the customer service that has tanked the score.

We wanted to get the car exterior and interior cleaned. The website listings showed $7 for exterior and the interior for $12. When we reached there and mentioned about it, the person was rude did not agree for this price and asked us to go for $33 service for both exterior and interior. He said that the listings on website is not correct and they cannot do the services mentioned under it. We agreed to get it cleaned for $33 and they did a pathetic job. The doors were not cleaned on the passenger side. The cup holders had dust which was not cleaned too.

Pricey but they do a very good detail job. Wait time around 30 minutes after wash for detailing. Very pleased with outcome.

Ive been bringing my cars here for already a few years, they have pretty good and affordable options. You can get inside and outside cleaning for $20 or just outside for $10. Those are the options I usually stick with. Almost no wait at weekdays but be ready for 10-20 min at weekend afternoons. Overall they clean they adequately clean the car inside and outside.

Great place for inspection. Was quick and easy. They provide free wash with inspection. They dont have free vacuuming though for which i gave 1 less star.

I went to QuikWash for an inspection and it was unbelievably quick and easy. I was in and out in no time and got a free car wash after. William was so attentive and thorough! He provided such excellent service while being professionally personal. Unfortunately, on my way home from my inspection and wash, a fire hydrant pipe burst and flooded the road I was on causing muddy water to get all over my car after I got it cleaned. I went back to see if they could help me out by giving me another wash but Enrique, the cashier, was not very accommodating. Enrique told me I couldn’t get another wash or a discount even though I was there less then an hour ago. He insisted I pay for another wash and also tried to upsell me on a more expensive wash because “the basic wash wasn’t going to get all that mud off”. Just for clarification this was muddy water, not actual mud and the basic wash did the trick. If it wasn’t for William’s outstanding service prior, I would’ve given less stars based off of Enrique alone. I suggest QuickWash retrains Enrique on customer service etiquette.

I went to get my truck washed two weeks in a row and was charged different prices, for the exact same level of wash.When I asked why the difference in pricing, the guy became rude and combative and told me to leave!!What an unbelievable experience - so basically the price on the sign says one thing but getting charged a different price verbally, and I you get told to leave the car wash!!Worst experience ever at a car wash!!!!

I have the monthly outside wash membership and I absolutely love it! I drive through almost once a week and once a month I pay to add the 12-step interior cleaning. It leaves my car spotless every time! Absolutely recommend the monthly membership. Everyone is always so nice here!

I’m a Manager at an Express wash near by. I brought my vehicle here to get the insides cleaned and detailed since my express wash doesn’t do interior. Great experience and results. As a fellow car washer in the industry, I can confirm that these guys have it together.

The more expensive of vehicle you drive the better you get treated. I had my state inspection done and when I asked if I passed or failed I was told, Results are on your dash.No thank you, have a nice day, etc. was uttered. The only speedy part was when I paid.

Currently no masks required in store, which is disappointing. Staff was friendly enough, the stars and stripes wash is decent but still leaves some dirt on the car.Please consider requiring a mask inside your facility.

The high number of employees that work here are probably required to give positive reviews as part of their job here on google. While unfortunately I was there on a Saturday morning (busiest time for the place) I can only blame myself for the time it took to get thru the wash line. That stated I paid for the high end exterior package and it only took another hour at my in laws in Frisco to re clean what quikwash clearly could not. Don’t waste your time or money here.. much better options in the sprawling Dallas suburbs to love on your vehicle including just doing it yourself.

This place was recommended to me by a friend which I was really excited about… however I had a really bad experience when I went to this location. I get that they are busy specially on a Saturday but I paid money to get my car clean. Vacuuming was bad, cleaning was terrible, i had to ask them for a rag so I can clean some parts of the car myself.

Its a nice place to get a oil change and car wash with interior detailing done.The price is the one downside as I feel its a bit overpriced.Oil change was quickly done and there is a waiting area to use with free WiFi.Then you can take the tunnel for the carwash and they do a prewash manually and post clean after drying.Wash is standard and does a good job.The detailing is done on a structure on the side building and they do a nice job on it.Happy with the job and will be back for more service.

It has been a long time since someone other than me has cleaned the inside of my car. I just dont see the value. I pay more attention to detail. And I dont want any accidental pine air freshener mishaps, etc.QwikWash changed my attitude on this today. My neck/back has been sore and I really needed to have the inside of my car cleaned. My new cars first wash so I was excited to get it cleaned. I was unable to get my Tesla into neutral (not easy to do if its brand new to you). Instead of providing me help into the car wash, I had 1 staff member yelling at me and the other staff member hitting my new car. Like any of that is going to help my car into neutral. Very disappointed in their customer service. Will not be going back!

Can’t recommend QwikWash America in Frisco enough! Unbeatable customer service!! I was visiting the city from out of town and someone egged my car. I googled car washes near me and found the miracle workers themself. They ran my car through twice, scrubbed and scrubbed, and ultimately cleaned my car of all the yoke that had dried just in time to save my paint and prevent long term damages. Never have I ever had such wonderful customer service at a car wash - job well done QuikWash America!

I have come here many times over the years and had great experiences but now the place is understaffed and the ones that are working do a very poor job. I was here for over an hour waiting for them to finishing cleaning my vehicle which never happened. So I decided to leave because they had no one to finished the job. Hate to say it, but it would be better to go somewhere else that has the staff to do the job and dont waste $128 like I did.

This place is amazing! I usually don’t like others washing my car because I feel I’m more attentive to the little details that need cleaning, but today’s wash was amazing! I got both an exterior and interior wash with leather and tire treatments and boy was I impressed!The wash itself is the usual drive-thru wash with pre- rinse and post-dry. The interior clean was done by two service members who took their time cleaning as I sat nearby fiddling on my phone. Some places try to get things done ASAP, but personally I’d rather pay more for them to take their time getting every spot. That’s exactly what happened today! After a respectable amount of time of them cleaning, I entered my car and immediately saw (and smelled) the CLEAN!If I’m ever not in the mood to wash my car myself, this is the place I will be going to. Keep up the great work!!

I have been going to this car wash for a long time now. However my experience this time was the worst, thanks to cashier Enrique. He has terrible attitude, talks to customers without a mask and lacks customer service skills. He is extremely rude, I will never be coming back here.

I’ve been going to this place on and off since it opened a long time ago. Here’s why it gets 2 stars these days, the pricing. The quality of car wash is a 4 star, not the best but above average. They are by no means quick. But the pricing is a complete joke. I’m sure the order takers are trained to up sell every wash with every service they provide, but the manner in which it’s done is basically a bait and switch. The more questions you ask the more the price will come down for the same service. They appear to hope you will just say “ok” and pay way too much for basic services. Today’s experience:Me: I’d like a car wash.Order guy: okay, do you want the interior done?Me: yes.OG: do you want the dash conditioned?Me: yesOG: how about the seats conditioned?Me: yesOG: do you want the carpet shampooed?Me: noOG: ok, that’ll be 64 dollars.Me: I paid 33 last time.OG: I can do just the dash for 30.Me: ok.OG: we will still wipe down the seats, just no conditioning.Me: ok, so it’s 34 dollars to condition the seats.OG: man, I don’t set the pricing I just pass along the info.I don’t mind coming here just to hear the next order guy, their pitch, and wheel of fortune pricing. Ultimately, I settle for the 33 dollar car wash with the 12 step interior cleaning and scratch my head at the mystery pricing algorithm that only qwikwash and Sergey Brin know.

Had both cars fully detailed including an 08 Tahoe “kid hauler”. Both came out looking terrific! An issue with one car was brought to our attention and dealt with in a quick and professional manner. Definitely will use again. Highly recommended!

Milk spilled in my trunk went the next day and was told that if I paid all the extras it could for sure be removed. I paid 227 for detailing and the deodorizing, shampooing the seats and detailing inside and out.if I called at 430 they said there was enough time to complete this I left my car at 5 returned at 640 just in time to see them starting on my trunk. At 7 the guy tells me hes used every chemical he could and the smell wouldnt come out but to come back in a couple of days... I live in Oklahoma and my license plate reflects this. And if he used every chemical he could why would I return? I didnt assume the smell could be removed. They advised me that the smell could have been removed. Not only was it not.but I have pictures and video of when I picked up the car and it was not vacuumed completely nor shampoed completely. Crums on the middle console and windows were still dirty. They were all leaving i called the next day and Ive spoken to 2 managers that do not want to see the pictures and refuse to refund the money for the services that they clearly did not perform. Complete crooks!

I LOVE this place!! Just got a new car recently so you know how that goes. I like to keep her looking clean and shiny. The hand dry is the best part!! No other places that I’ve been to offer the hand dry. So that is always my fave part.

I always get the stars and stripes wash for $15 which also gives you a free wash within 7 days.

We brought our car in for a state inspection and the oil change mileage was close and so we decided to go ahead and do the oil change. Normally they are prompt and efficient and contact us if there any issues. We usually get a call about 30 min after we drop it off. This time, 3 hours later, no call, we return to the place and we get a story back that the oil change bolt is stripped and the threads in the oil pan are stripped as well. They tried to tell my wife the prior place caused the problem, they “cut out part of the pan” to put in a new bolt hole and bolt. We get it home and a week later there’s maybe a cup of oil on the the garage floor. We take it the dealership where we normally take it, the repair job was done incorrectly and it has to be redone. The strip pattern on the bolt was indicative of a strip on removal, rather than being stripped being screwed in. The dealership did not even charge us, El Dorado Mazda. I really recommend them. I will never go back to Qwikwash America. It’s sad because we knew the prior owner, but it appears to have changed ownership in early 2019. Not the same place as before. Every review prior to January 2019 should’ve removed, not the same place.

The consultation regarding my oil change was personal and the service itself was quick. I was made aware of a chip in my windshield which I will come back to have fixed.It was also lucky for me to come on Wednesday which was Lady’s day!The interior and exterior wash and clean was quick and the employees were pleasant and polite. Overall a very pleasant experience. The price was very reasonable. I sure hope you pay your employees well for the work they do!

Always do a great job and have become the only place I will trust with cleaning my truck right. Manager is great and staff always friendly and hard working, don’t forget to tip them.

I have gone there for years for oil changes but they have had turnover and the service was bad my last visit. I don’t think I will be back.

Quick and friendly service

My family and I take all of our cars here and we have been loyal customers for years. We also always tip well because the people vacuuming and wiping the cars do a great job and are very hard working. I was frustrated after coming here last week and the car wash knocked my satellite antenna cover completely off. I have a two year old car which I bought new and this should not have happened. I spoke to the manager and he stated he saw on the camera where the blower knocked it off my car during the wash, but that the car wash was not taking responsibility. He said he would keep in touch and talk to the owner about this. He said they might be able to issue a gift card (of course I will never take my car to be washed again nor will my family). I have since reached out and gotten no response. I am now stuck with a $730 (estimate from the dealership) repair which was caused by the car wash and they are unwilling to pay. Do not bring your car to this establishment.
