I’ve visited this car wash several times and they have always done a great job. Compared to other car washes in the area, they seem to take extra time to really clean the vehicles really well. My last visit I got my oil changed and also a car wash. The oil change was really fast and the car wash want too bad either. They really seem to do a good job of getting the cars out quick while doing a good job at the same time. I also got to visit with the General Manager at the car wash. She was really nice and is really on top of the business. I really like the fact that she actually took the time out her busy day to visit with me while I was there. You can tell that they really care about the customer experience.

This is first time today i went to this place and I opted for Mini Detail package for $175 which was supposed to take 90 minutes. I parked my car at the station around 5:13 pm and to my surprise i was told at 6:00 pm that detailing is done (in 45 minutes). I asked why such a rush and the guy did not speak any english but just kept pointing me to my car keys. I reach my car and i see lot of wax applied everywhere to make my car look shiny both inside and outside. None of the windows were cleaned properly, wheelhouse was not even touched, and seems like seats were waxed too to look shiny rather than conditioning them properly. Beside the front glass, i also had to clean the glass of heads-up display on my own as it was showing very blurred image because of wax which was applied to all corners of the car including front and side car windows in an unprofessional manner. None of the managers were available for escalation and the guy on the booth who sold me the package totally ignored my concerns. I will never recommend this place for any detailing service.

The lack of customer service and they are always quoting me wrong prices even thou Im a regular, has gotten to be very very annoying! The you girl at the cash window is very rude and constantly gives me a higher prices for the same car wash I always get. Im done with this place and I prefer honest pricing as oppose to the constant upsell.

They do a decent job and are close to my office but they take extremely too long to get to your car for interior detail, much higher price than other local competitors and do not have enough staff to cover the volume of being on Preston road. Won’t come here anymore due to these factors

Worst car wash experience of my life. Paid $20 for their highest level exterior plus $6 (!) for a hand dry. The wash left suds on my mirror and rear truck window. The entry attendant didnt scrub the grill, so its still filthy.And when I finished the wash, there was no one to hand dry the truck. I went over to the detail area and there was a 10 minute wait - my truck dried with spots while I was waiting. I went inside to get a refund, and no one was working the cash register! What a joke of a car wash. Avoid Mr. Clean Car Wash of Frisco. There are far better options.

I am not happy that I had to read this to see that those of us who pay monthly — this will only be honored until 3/1. And you aren’t telling you’re customers why??? Remember, we can make and break you!!!! I’ve been using this car wash since it opened. I don’t have a problem taking my business somewhere else and also notifying all my friends who I know use this facility. This property has been going down for months and months — GOOD LUCK.

So Im not sure if this matters anymore, but I went there today 02-23-2020 and apparently this is NO longer a Mr. Clean Car Wash. It is now a Wash Guys place of business. I was just there about 6 days ago and was not made aware of this. I have the monthly unlimited wash and the new owners say they will honor it for the next 6 days then beginning March 1st no longer. They suggested I cancel so I am not charged again, but I cannot find a way to cancel through their app, and the phone number from my email receipt just keeps ringing. What gets me is that I had to verify my CC with them on my last visit, it would have been nice if they would have told me they were shutting down in 3 days.

Went in today and purchased the platinum wash with interior clean. I watched as they cleaned the car the entire time. The car was never towel dried, the mats weren’t taken out for the vacuum, when I got in the car it didn’t look like the dash was wiped down, and of course the seats were also not moved to vacuum underneath. I might as well have paid for just the outside wash and done the rest myself cause that’s what I ended up doing after I left, definitely not worth the $32 I paid. I get better service for less money at the car wash in little elm.

Good place bit pricey

The process here is completely different than any place I have been before which is fine except the instructions are very confusing. I did my best to follow their protocol and all I got from them was a bad attitude. In addition the quality of the wash was unacceptable. My truck was water spotted before they even got to it. I will never do business with this place ever again!

This place changed hands. No longer mr clean. I had a mini detail done and it was excellent. Car looks showroom quality. Very pleased.

I wanted to have my truck washed and then I was going to take it to have the oil changed... I was on my way down 121 so just googled nearest car wash and found Mr. Clean Car Wash... There was also a quick oil change place at the same location... A young man by the name of Nick took care of the oil change and was so nice...overall Im just a static such a great place to visit great service in the lady at the desk was extremely friendly... Even the gentleman that began my car wash was just a delight... Ill be back I give it one thousand stars 🤗

My experience was horrible the machine didnt wash the car properly and the price is expensive.

I went to this car wash on 11/15. Side mirror got broken, so the manager did an incident report and told me the owner would be in the next Friday to give me a call on what they could do. It’s now been 2 weeks since I was there and still have not received a call. I’ve been to many car washes with my truck and it’s always been fine. Even if they don’t take responsibility for anything happening, it would have been nice to get a call.Update: I went back to this place a month after the incident to see if the owner was there. His daughter, one of the managers, said he would give me a call the next day. That call never came. I proceeded to call back a few days later and got Brandon, the owner’s, phone number. Called, left a voicemail, never heard anything. A few days later I called again and he picked up. He told me that he needed to get some more information from the manager that was there at the time and would call me back, but nothing in the wash would have broken my mirror. (You said the wrong thing there buddy) I’ve sent multiple texts to Brandon since then and I can tell he is reading them. Obviously this guy has no idea how to run a business or deal with customers. He’s about to have a bigger problem than just taking responsibility for the $1000.00 broken mirror, but he’s had his chance to fix it for 2 months now.

I shipped my car here from Ohio. By the time it arrived, it was a mess. I googled a brushless car wash and found Mr. Clean. I received great customer service and my car looked absolutely beautiful when finished. I would recommend this car wash to anyone wanting to pamper their vehicle and I will be back! 😊

Let me begin with the fact I am very picky with car wash businesses. I have tried most in the Frisco area and this business met and exceeded my expectations. Good equipment and good quality service. I walked in close to closing time on a Sunday and manager Bruce personally helped with ensuring all my requests were met. I highly recommend this business and will be coming back. Do not go to this place. No management, employees don’t know what’s going on, and you’ll spend way too much time waiting. Paid for a full service, pulled around and found 8 cars in front of me. After 20 minutes, they wee still working on car number 1. Once I saw everyone bailing out, I decided to leave. Will not go back. If your busy and it’s going to take a long time, just let people know. Instead, you pay at an automated gate only to find out you’re going no where and stuck.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I had difficulty figuring out how to navigate the monitor. I rolled down my window and asked the employee if he could help me. He said NO. I asked again if he could help me and he again said NO. OK, one more time with same response.I honked my horn and a woman came out angry telling me honking my horn is for emergencies only. I couldnt get out of the line until someone raised the gate to let me out.I will never go there again.

Unfortunately it doesn’t even deserve 1 Star. Everyone was so friendly to get me to sign up for the monthly car wash and after driving my cls550 threw the wash I noticed my newly refurbished rims were continuously being scratched. I waited 2 weeks for the owner to say oh it didn’t happen here even though I took time stamped before and after car wash pictures just to prove. When it came time to fix my rims he denied everything said it was curb damage even though it clearly wasn’t due to a curb wouldn’t make the same round marks. If you love your car don’t go. And don’t respond email us to make it right cause you had the chance.

Better off going up the road, save a lil money and get it done quicker. Saturday morning youd think they staff better. Been waiting over 25 minutes to get car vacuumed and finished. Very little sense of urgency to get cars done and moved through. Ill go back to my old place up the road.

By far the worst car wash I have ever been too. The place is new but no staff came to help, I did not get any receipt of the service I chose, no guidance at all. The guy before the wash kept sitting on his cell phone. I paid $24 for the worst experience ever. No wonder its empty always. Do not visit and waste your money pls.

Good carwash. I like the fact that at the vacuums they have cleaning products so you can also wipe down your windows and dashboard.

Asked for a oil change and state inspection ONLY because I live in Smith Co. because they don’t require an omission test. When I received the bill and it had omission test on it. They refused to refund difference. State inspection only cost $7 and they charged me $25.50, telling me because I did inspection in Collin county they had to do omission test. No, they don’t have to, they can do inspection only but refused to make it right. If I asked for the wrong service, only getting inspection only that should be between me and my county vehicle registration office. They can’t dictate what I need because of what county they are in. They should have done only what I requested. Spent nearly $150 in services and they didn’t care.

My car was particularly dirty the day I brought it in I was kinda embarrassed, but the workers went right to it taking a presurewasher to my side panels and wheel wells to get the mud out before I went through the wash and they did a fantastic job. It was nice to find out that my unlimited wash sticker works in both Georgia and Texas.

They don’t know how to clean car. Sloppy job. They didnt even touch the back seat and trunk.I wasted my money and time. I will never comeback here. Don’t waste your money too!

Went in for a full service wash on a weekday. Everything was pretty fast, didnt have to wait long but I should have inspected everything before I left. Windshield was smeared. They forgot to vacuum between the driver seat and passenger seat. By the time I saw it, I was too far out to turn around.

I had my car oil change for 40$ plus complimentary car wash. Well I didn’t expect them to vacum my car as well. I’m a pleased customer. I will be back. Thank u.

Horrible service. I really just went for a simple car wash($8)but decided to do the vacuuming service as well(+$12). The wait was extra long, and it wasn’t even that there were many people.Then, driving around, I did not know where to go, and once I found a spot, I tried to get assistance and the “children” working there were just in their own zone. Ok. It’s my turn. I calm down, go in and sit. “Your cars ready”. Front looks nice....but the backseat, they didn’t even touch! I’m so so disappointed and upset that I wasted my money.

My car was PERFECTLY clean after Chris and Justin detailed my car... after a 2,4, and 7 year old destroyed the back seat! They paid attention to detail and took their time cleaning my car inside and out. Inside Misty had great customer service as I waited. She informed me there were drinks available for at small cost and also explained available memberships while I waited. When I said I dont get my car washed often she wasnt pushy about selling me on anything, just simply informed me. I will continue to go back to Mr. Clean car wash to get my car detailed and my oil changed.

Great value when you choose the $9 outside wash and dry (not on the board) with free self-use vacuum. With the interior cleaning package options the value is simply not good cause they never clean the windows properly or simply forget to clean some. Still, one of the best in Frisco but Allen and Plano have the best options

This place USED to have a good car wash setup. Now they just have a car rinse and a staff that truly couldnt care any less about the service they are providing.The truth is that kind of attitude starts from the top and rolls downhill. Won’t be going back!! Was told they “didn’t have time today” to clean my leather seats when there was a guy or two standing around. It wasn’t even a full interior detail. Just needed my seats cleaned. Went down the street to QuickWash and they knocked it out for me. And they knocked almost $40 off for Veterans Day!

I’ve been getting me car cleaned at Mr. Clean for more than 5 years. While there have been some misses over that time (thus only earning them 4 stars) they do strive to do a good job.Their prices are reasonable, and they do have a loyalty program, where you do get a free wash and detail with enough purchased washes. The place does have some times where they are popular, and you might experience a wait getting your car finished, but to me it is well worth it.

Been going here for over a year on a weekly basis! The service is great and the car wash attendants are really attentive and treat your car as if it were their car! Nick is a great manager and really goes above and beyond for customer service.

We went to Mr. Clean to get an oil change yesterday and everyone was seriously so nice. I dont usually write reviews but this place is awesome. They were very quick and knowledgeable. Plus, my son had fun blasting cars with the super soaker inside. We were in and out in like fifteen minutes. We also didnt realize you get a FREE inside and out wash that we have 90 days to use! How cool! Will definitely be back.

Ive come several times in the past, its been pretty good service but today was great service because of Stephen. Prior to doing such a great job on my truck I watched him clean the vehicle before mine again great job very detailed he really wanted to do a great job and you can see it.. Paid 32 dollars for interior and exterior. I removed my floor mats before hand and left them in the back for them to clean it. Didn’t even touch it.Interior had to be touched up after the fact.Save yourself the disappointment. Use the wash and just clean the interior yourself.Platinum w/isnt clean is more like it

I ve been a customer here for years. I like how they do business, the mgrs are very helpful, if I need something specific, I am always helped. I have a monthly bill, and its the best money Ive spent. Great place, clean and shiny car, Always‼️

This place does a pretty good job, but I have to knock a star off because the back of my car always comes out dirty still. This is not entirely their fault as its not the only place that had this issue with my car, so perhaps its partially my cars fault. I just always keep some detailer in the trunk and use their microfibers to finish the job and do the door jambs. Its worth it for the monthly deal.Update, by whatever magic, my car comes out almost perfectly clean now, just a couple nooks and crannies that I hit whilst drying. However Ive noticed an issue with the tire shine, when my tires get wet now, they fling that tire shine down the side of my car leaving black spots on a white car... They cant take the tire shine off the package, they told me Id just have to drop to the absolute lowest package to not get the tire shine. Cant decide if I want to keep paying them or not on that one.

I went to this location after the severe thunderstorm here and had a little flooding in my car. The interior was cleaned very well and the gentleman did a great job but unfortunately due to a “corporate decision” Mr. Clean Car Wash “no longer” provides military discount. I will no longer go to any location associated with Mr Clean hereafter nor consider investing in a new one in other locations.

$6 basic car wash and free vacuum. Does good clean around. But does not clean the boot door for my van. Also dryer can be a bit better. Otherwise value for money.

I wanted and needed a wash on my new car. Im at 121 and Parkwood and its 6:30pm. I Google car washes near me. Most close at 6pm but wait... Mr. Clean, just a few miles away from me, closes at 7pm! Awesome! So I arrive at 6:30pm.. they have cones blocking the entrance, lights are out. The staff is walking around closing up. They see me trying to enter. They just stare at me. No Mr. Clean, no. I will not have a clean car tonight. Maybe you close at 6pm now and just need to update your Google profile? Sadly, this is my first 1 star review ever and it gives me no pleasure. I run a business too and it gets slow sometimes before we close but we stay ready for our customers until its closing time. Its not always profitable but in those few moments where a customer walks in at closing time, we are ready to help them. This is customer service that I speak of and I was denied it tonight.

Do not go to this place to get your oil change. I took my car there for an oil change, they drained the transmission oil, over filled the engine oil. My car only has 13000 miles on it. It killed the transmission, got it towed to the dealership to get it fixed. Had to chase them to get them to pay for repairs. The local manager didnt want to be involved, the owner who lives in GA said he turned it in to their insurance and to call them and refused to help. Total nightmare. It was a $18,000 repair bill which their insurance paid and I couldnt even get an apology from this place.A few months ago they did that to a Nissan Altima also. Take it to a dealership or someone who knows what theyre doing.

Not what I expected, this place is not good as other car washes. Vacuums barely work. Paid $8 dollar for an outside wash and my car still ended with some muddy.

Who in the hell is the owner of this establishment? The staff you hire are completely rude ranging from Bri the manager all the way to Mr. Steve the person who sprays down the vehicles. The fast pass doesn’t scan properly and I’m am super frustrated with your location.I had to wait 30 minutes in front of the fate before someone came to help me and the worst part? I still have dirt and soap suds on my vehicle.Words of advice: Work at your location or set well trained staff to manage it for you because obviously it’s horrific. You are the only carwash in town but I’d rather drive miles out to get better customer experience.

Just got out of here. Paid for the highest package ($32). Guy calls me back pretty quickly telling me it’s done so I was pretty skeptical by how fast it was for full service.I take a peak in the car and they honestly did a great job vacuuming because there was a ton of dog hair that they got. But it’s like they barely wiped anything down. I had to ask if they even wiped and the guy says “yeah” as I open my door to reveal the huge spot of dirt they just ignored lol. Dirt on my console, on the screen that pops up from the console, dirt on the inside door, dirt on the arm rest, seats. It’s like they wiped only the console down, did it once, and still missed a ton of dirt while ignoring everything else.I actually had to ask for a rag and get in my own car and start wiping down all the areas they missed. The dirt wasn’t even hard to get off, they just straight up didn’t wipe it. Thankfully one of the workers (not my original worker) came and helped ME. So I tipped him, thanks for helping.But for $32 I’m having to clean my own car.. in what world lol. I NEVER complain like this because I totally get the service industry can be rough. But when I’m paying that much money and you basically wipe nothing down there’s a problem and I’m not happy about it.Thanks for vacuuming the excessive amount of hair, I appreciate it. But I won’t be returning.

These places drive me crazy, these places are always trying to up sell a premium wash or monthly pass, I paid $12 for the average car wash and it looked like a 5 year old washed my car. I prefer AutoSplash.

Got detail clean with tire shine. They did a pretty good job. No complaints. I had just wished that made the set up a little less confusing.

If I could rate this a zero I would, I went yesterday to get a wash on my f150 because it was months that it had not had a wash, so I paid for my wash, the guy that sprays down vehicles takes my antenna off which was fine. it was until I was in the tunnel that the machine broke my passenger side mirror, I was just watching it as it broke my mirror, nothing I could of done but wait till the wash was done, I filed a report only to find out they are not going to pay for it, that Supposedly in the surveillance camera they found a scuff mark on my mirror and I send the owner pictures of my mirror and there is no sign of a scuff mark anywhere, which is total BS my truck was in perfect condition before going there and now I have a broken mirror because of them, don’t waist your money coming to this place filled with dishonest people, admit your machine broke my mirror and fix it, there is better car washes out there that actually do a better job than here. Trust me when I say it’s not worth it

They did an awesome job on my truck. I got side swiped 2 years ago and have had a black mark down the side of my truck since the collision. They got the mark off no problem. They even got all the road grime off my drive and passenger door thats been there since last year. Definitely will be coming back here in the future. Only complaint I have is the interior cleaning could of been better, it could also not be up to my standards because Im anal about certain thing. Overall though they did a fantastic job.

I called the manager first before I would write this review and she didn’t seem to care that I was not satisfied with the service. We went inside to pay for detail service for a mini-van and 45 minutes later they called and asked for additional $30 for third row upcharge. After we brought back our vehicle, mats were not cleaned at all and left in the trunk for “drying” (these are vinyl mats). She basically said come back and we will clean the mats in manner that I wouldn’t want to go back. This is not a place we will take our vehicles.

This place does a very good job, for a reasonable price. I usually get the $5 exterior with a $3 hand-dry option. They use compressed air to knock off excess water and they wipe down the insides of the doors each time I go. Overall, a much better choice than the other washes around town that I used to go to.

So I went to use this car wash for the first time last week and I wasnt very pleased with the actual car wash nor some of the employees. I usually use the place next to my home and they charge $5 for the wash in which they spray up in the tire area and all the places that tend to have hidden dirt, along with a employee who dries the car afterwards. So here I just tried the $8 basic wash, and when I came around to the self vacuum section I noticed my car was still covered in a good amount of dirt. The very nice gentlemen who came over to my car about windshield repair said that he also noticed the areas that werent cleaned as well. I then asked if I could have a towel so I could clean the areas (in which I paid to have clean by the car wash) myself. He said yes no problem and went and got me a towel. Now next to me I have a couple who asked about my towel and I said the car wash place gave it to me to clean the areas missed, and because their car was still really dirty they asked for a towel also. So right after the guy returned with the towel we both hear an employee start yelling at another employee hey we dont give towels out to costumers unless they pay for it! The other employee (who didnt even hand us the towels) obviously didnt seem to speak English well (you could tell he didnt know what was being yelled towards him) seemed very embarrassed. I then asked to employee that was yelling, well what happens when the car wasnt washed properly. He walks over to explain that I only bought the $8 basic wash and that doesnt cover the dirt that was still left behind and if I wanted it cleaned and dried properly that I needed to upgrade... I then asked to clarify, so a regular basic wash here doesnt clean your car? The employee said that he could see what was left on my car and if I wanted to I could run it through the wash again, but next time needed to pay for the upgrade. I stated the employee he also was yelling at was not the one who handed me the towel and he needed to go over there and probably apologize. The man then walked away and I drove off.... I will not be returning to this car wash, I think this was very rude and very unprofessional. Also explain to me WHY MY CAR WASNT EVEN CLEANED!!!

Inside environment was nice, people also seemed willing to help. The issue I have is I paid $40 for a carwash and it doesnt include taking a towel and wiping down my leather seats and console? I went back after I realized they skipped this and they nearly skipped it a SECOND time after I asked them to tmdo this. Very poor attention to detail, I was disappointed since its located close to my house. I just for home and Im going to wipe down the interior myself now. Lol

You drive through the car wash and they hand detail. But if you use their car wash, they have stations to clean the inside yourself including the cleaning supplies, air nozzles for books and crannies and of course the vacuums

Worst carwash Ive ever been to. $20 platinum exterior wash not only doesnt include a towel dry but my truck had soap all over it when I finished. Not a few soap suds. COVERED in soap. You can either pay $4 for a towel and do it yourself or pay $6 extra and they will do it. Big Os in Addison will towel dry your car even if you only get the $4 car wash. Never going here again.

I am very disappointed, I cant believe i paid $24 dollars for a horrible wash, full service. They damaged my back mats and tried to hide it, get the manager Bruce to help me, tells me he will order me a mat same day of accident, and give me a new wash, 2 months later still no mat, i get the run around everytime i call, i even stopped by left the my number and contact with another manager to have him contact me and still never heard from him. WAY better car washes and prices in the area, this place fell apart 2 years after opening.

Great customer service. Manager put my car back through after he realized it wasnt cleaned properly. He could have just had then respray the dirty areas and wipe it down but I appreciated the gesture.

This place is a complete mess. Completely unorganized. Took over 30min to get a simple car wash w/ hand dry. Poor management. Employees were working as hard as possible but the process is completely flawed. If you are in the slightest time crunch, do not stop here for a wash.

Got there at 1PM and left at 2:15PM nothing was done to my car accept for it sat in the garage. The girl that worked there felt so bad and she was very apologetic and said that on Mondays they dont have enough staff. I know from working retail myself that she has no control over employees schedules but the Owner needs to learn how to operate a business and to make sure that he/she has the appropriate staff required for customer satisfaction. Just a Thought in order to stay in Business...

Very Bad experience! My wife and I have used Mr. Clean Car Wash since they first opened. In the beginning it was an OK car wash. We used it because it was convenient. Over the last year we’ve noticed that the quality had started to go down hill. I continued to use it due to having bought a coupon book. Yesterday I took my wife’s car in and what a disaster! I had to wait in line for over 45 minutes just for them to get started drying the car. After I was notified it was complete upon inspection I noticed a number of SCRATCHES. I found a manager and he denied that they could have caused the damage. He was rude and would not take responsibility.We will not use that car wash again and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone.

This is an excellent place to get your vehicle washed and detailed for a great price.

Was in on 3-19-2017 paid for the Silver package $10 which is no biggie actually but the $3 hand dry add on was a tad annoying but anyways moving forward. We proceed through the wash and pull up to the little awning area for the hand dry and there we sat for so long waiting for attendants that the car dried itself! After they pretended to dry the car off one gentlemen was focused in on a particular area of the hood for a couple minutes (come to find out it was bird poop that he couldnt get off so he just left it there) one of the newest places in town (car wash that is) and it cant even wash bird dung off.....oh not to mention when the workers finally did show up it was another 10 painful minutes of watching high school kids mope about. I will be making the extra 10 minute drive across town to my old car wash!!!!

Great job here! James did my dry off of my Chevy Tahoe and did an awesome job and paid attention to all the areas of my truck! Thanks guys for taking care of my truck.

I have brought my mini cooper here for oil changes for years now. What first brought me in was the free carwash you get with it. What has kept me coming back is the customer service. Nick and Justin helped me out yesterday and I was overwhelmed by their kindness!! Thank you guys!!

Very rude pre-wash guy knocking my window for nothing asking what wash I purchased, he does not like his job nor customers, you need to improve this. Nice equipment but more expensive than nearby competitors. Not sure I will return. I prefer Legacy car wash.

Took my car here for a full detail for $185.00. This was to include shampooing the seats and carpets. I went to pick it up and the seats and carpet were completely dry as if all they did was vacuum it. Not only that but there was still dog hair all over the seats. There is no way they did this service. I complained and they told me that the dog fur just comes from nowhere. Never use this place for a full detail. Im tempted to do a charge back on my credit card. On top of that they scratched and pitted both Windows on the drivers side. They admitted that it happened while it was there but refused to replace the windows. I spoke with Nick, the manager and he told me the customer is not always right. NEVER GO HERE!

Drove to this car wash from Euless, needed our truck detailed before our baby arrives! Our truck was covered inside with dog hair. The GM Nick and his team took their time to really try their best to get rid of all the dog hair. It was 90 degrees outside and they worked their butts off trying to make our truck look good inside and out. Nick even noticed our license plate was a disabled veteran plate and reimbursed us 10% off our bill. Amazing service, we will definitely be coming back.

Price for what was offered was pretty high compared to competitors as well as no proper marking or directions for exterior hand drying.

I used to be a regular here and they did great work. However, they are now under new management. They don’t have a guy to talk to when u check in and they want u to use the self serve option. The problem with this is that u have no idea how long it will take because u can’t ask anyone until u get through the wash. I paid for wax and seat conditioning and was told after I got through the wash that it would be 45 minutes. After an hour I got a refund for the wax and left because they had not even started. Hardly any staff was working compared to how it used to be and manager I spoke with did not seem to care he had 4 people in his lobby complaining how bad this place is now.

First time visiting this car wash and am relatively pleased. Staff was friendly and appeared to be working hard. Went on a Saturday at noon so understandably busy but was in and out within an hour. Much more kid friendly than most and that alone will cause me to come back.

Great job on car. It had been awhile since previous wash and even hard to reach spots were clean without drying. Rinsed without spotting.

One of the managers is absolutely rude, a mediocre over charging cash wash, especially with so many on Preston. Paid for the silver service and got the pyrite service. Bugs still on bumper, car came out the wash and still had soap on it... never againResponse to generic reply: If your establishment cared about my concerns then you would have addressed them before I left your establishment. Your managerial staff is combative and unprofessional. So, please spare me this pathetic attempt to look like you really are interested in customers.

Nice carwash and decent pricing

This place did an excellent job of cleaning my mothers car, and the staff gave me some extraordinary customer service. Its definitely worth the money.

I should have listened to the reviews...$32 and there is still soap on the truck and a ton of spots which look like dried on soap suds. I’m going to have to wash it again myself or take it to another car wash. Save yourself time and from wasting money and go somewhere else!

Today was my last visit there. Each time I go the service gets worse and worse. Today there was no receipt paper, then I find out im paying for services that the automatic car wash doesnt have because its broken. Then the kids doing the hand wash and dry dont get the bird poop off my car. So i had to drive back and tell them clean it. I shouldnt have to tell them how todo their jobs! Never again!
