I went in for a basic car wash after work. Machine knocked off one my car’s SHO emblems. Did not notice it until I got home and the place was closed. Came back the next day and the manager said they did not find the emblem and there was nothing he could do because it was 1 day later….I told him they were closed but he deflected the whole conversation. Said they would not pay for damages, but he could give me a few free washes…..it’s not even that expensive of a fix, but that’s not the point. Super unprofessional and horrible customer service. I advise using some other place to get your car wash. This place doesn’t deserve your business.

I paid for interior and exterior washing and they did a pretty poor job. The wash was machine but as you can see the way they clean the interior in the images will answer my point. I give them two stars instead one as the rest of the car from outside looked okay.

Wow what an amazing difference! Taking my car in for a wash but added the detail service and was absolutely amazed of the level of service I received. My car now looks 100% better.

Did not vacuum my car. I have membership and this is the second time in 30 days. Why have an ultimate car wash when you dont get it. Ill give them one more chance to get it right. Not like employees have to guess. The ticket is taped to my windshield.

Stop by for a quick wash and dry of the exterior of my vehicle. Two attendants dried my vehicle as I waited inside my car. I tipped them and drove off. Once I got home and parked in my garage, I noticed that one side of my hood had a substance smeared across it. Tried wiping it off myself but it would not come off. It was late so I returned to the car wash the next morning and spoke with the supervisor by the name of Jose. He immediately said it was not their fault, brushed me off and walked away. I followed him and asked to speak with a manager and he replied that the Manager would be in later today so I asked for his phone number and he refused to give me that information and then said if I wanted to talk to him, he would be in on Monday. I said a few minutes ago you said he was coming in later today, which is it? Jose was very uncooperative and unprofessional so I ended our conversation because obviously he either couldnt help me, was not trained to resolve situations like this or simply was refusing to cooperate. I left my business card with all of my contact information with another employee (who acted more professional than the supervisor ). As of now, still have not heard from anyone representing Auto Splash of Frisco. I had been a loyal customer for several years, it is disappointing to see the demise of a once top notch business. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Oil change was quick and easy. Car wash...the back of my SUV is still dirty didnt have time to go back in, I had another appointment to get to. Windshield repair on-site quick and easy. Vacuum barely picked up a salt packet that was on the floor, I had to pick it up and put it in the hose.

I get my oil changed here because they are really fast. They also give a free car wash with the oil change.

Weve used AutoSplash in the past. The overall wash is usually pretty good and the crew that vacuums is good as well. However, we had an incident this last time where the car wash destroyed a bike rack on the back of my truck. The attendant didnt warn us not to take it in and the initial wash guy did not warn us. He didnt stop the wash until after the machine broke the bike rack. We spoke to a supervisor and filed an incident report. We waited for a week and did not get a phone call from the management team. My wife called and left a couple of voicemails and did not receive one call back from the management team. It took a couple of weeks later, sending an email to corporate who just then proceeded to send us a picture of a sign saying that third-party items they are not responsible for. While that might be true to some regard, there was negligence and poor training on the staff who should know what can and cannot go into a wash. Then the lack of response from management shows truly poor customer service. Its a shame. We liked this wash, but will probably never return if this is the type of customer service we can expect when we need something. The wash cost us a $500 bike rack. Not just a few small pennies.

Took two cars through. Honestly did a great job. Had to take the first through a second time, but it was very dirty. Give them 5 stars.

Went for an inspection was offered a free car wash which broke off the end of my tpms sensor on my wheel making my tire go flat. After being told this has never happened before so nothing they can do about it I argued that cant be the solution to their carwash damaging my vehicle I was offered a accident report to fill out but all follow ups have been ignored. Steer clear of this place, our family will be going elsewhere, they lost business from 3 other vehicles that used to be washed there plus oil changes and all inspections over a $65 part over principle.

Was placed in line waiting my turn. Went to lane i was told. Two other cars come after me. They proceeded to start on other cars. Asked manager how that is possible. Said other car was in her lane.Are you kidding me!Will never be back!Shame on yall!!!

This car wash is close by where I live so its convenient for me to drop in and out easily. The staff is always nice and helpful. The ppl who kindly hand dry your vehicle are a Big Plus.

Can y’all please return the self-service vacuums to their original efficiency and have a totally separate line for those who only need a towel dry? Y’all have like five stations with workers, keep 4 for the purchased cleaning services and leave 1 for the complimentary towel dry. I shouldn’t have to worry about the time of day/busy conditions I go here to expect a towel dry at the end of my car wash !

Have been going for years and its gone downhill constantly. At first they offered a senior discount and a Uber driver discount. However when I went in the button didnt work so I never got the discount. The last time I was told they dont give discounts anymore. Lately there is always some excuse why they couldnt wash my car. One time the chain broke that moves the cars through the wash. The last time there I wanted the Deluxe Splash where they do the inside and wheels. I was told there were two cars ahead of me and it would be 20-30 minutes. They have up to 6 lanes open I dont understand why it would be that long, never has been before, however I have seen them take people out of order, letting soap dry on cars in the hot sun. While a lot of the people who do the work (drying the cars) seem to be the same, the people who take your money are different every time and havent a clue whats going on. Im taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.Updated 8/20/21. Just gave them another try and they broke my drivers side windshield wiper off. Manager said it was my fault cause I turned on wipers inside car wash which I did not. When Jose continued to argue with me I told him I had a dashcam and we could review. I did get my money back but they refused to pay for my wiper.

First let me start off by thanking Ms. Isabella in the front, Mr Juan over at interior detailing, and their amazing Manager Mr. William. Ive lived here in Frisco for a long time and have always appreciated the fast, clean, and quality of service over at Auto Splash. I went to a local competitor who did my full interior detailing several months back and to my surprise they didnt even fully clean my seats! But at Auto Splash, Mr. Juan literally hit every nook and cranny of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Ill for sure be doing business with Auto Splash again!

Wash was good but the fact my only option is ATM instead of just asking the sales guy to charge my card to give to the employees is silly.You dont need to profit on every task at hand. Employees come first that allow your business to be in its position.

Been a monthly user for quite a while. Went in and asked to switch the account from my car to my new truck and the person said to call in to do it. Went back the next week for a wash and the car wash wasnt working. Called today to get the account switched and they told me I had to do it in person. I told them they said they didnt know how to do it in the system, and that I needed to call. So went today to switch it in person, and the wash still wasnt fixed. Not sure why Im spending $18 a month when they cant wash my car. So I canceled the account. There are other car wash places that Im sure will take my money, know how to use their system for updates, and can actually wash my vehicle.

I want to comment on one of the worst experiences that I had when doing an oil change in this place, when I arrived everything was normal until they told me that they could not put oil on my vans because everything fell apart and I asked that they help me to just that Problem because I could not take my vans without oil in the engine but the manager did not give me any help and did not allow his workers to do it I was desperate because I had to return to my work and they simply told me that I had to take the vans in Towing, after so long waiting I got someone to help me solve the problem so they could put oil on it. It is incredible to think that these places do not have professional people to attend and take care of customers but the only thing I can say is that I will not use much less to recommend this place

Me and my family have been coming here for years and never had a complaint, they are fast, reasonably priced, and do a good job cleaning your car. A real Frisco Staple

I used to like going there because their staff were efficient. Recently, I went there twice for oil change. Both times they called me to their work area and told me my oil was dirty and it needed an engine flush. I declined but they kept pushing it. I stayed firm and walked away. The car wash was lousy. My son gave them 5 bucks for tips before checking on the car. There were still cleaning solutions on top of the dashboard and not being wiped off. The exterior of the car was not totally dry. It was not that crowded, maybe 3 people in the shop, This is a suboptimal job that they did. I will not go back.

These guys are the best. I left a 20 on the floorboard and when I got back into my truck it was still there. These guys are very very excellent at their job too. Ray has a great crew on his hands. My truck looks like it just came off a show room floor kind of clean. Will be coming back every time from here on out. Even for oil changes and basic fluids needed. Best service around by far.

Car wash may be fine but dont go here for state inspection. Would give it 1 star but going easton them to be fair to car wash side.

Car wash was $6, however, the vacuum was extremely poor. There is no power in the suction pipe for the vacuum and the area are not well kept. You see trashes on the ground. I will not come here again! You can pay a dollar more in Mckinney down on 380, Quick and Clean, and see a clearner environment plus they give you a car smell tag to keep your car smelling good. I expect Preston to be better than this. ☹👎

Some of the vacuums suction is not as good. Perhaps clogged filters.

They crimped my oil filter is what the dealer said at next oil change and I had no oil on dipstick

The curly headed ticket writer in the front is by far one of the most incredible worker i have ever seen. Her customer service is amazing and you can tell she really wants us to get a good wash for a good price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING!!!

Just finished here and severely disappointed. Paid for their supreme package and it felt basic. Had to ask them to try again on the windshield because there were still bugs all over it, and theres still a bunch on my side mirror. There some funk still everywhere and never got a fragrance that I paid for. Theres still dust on my dash and dirt on my steps and back window. They scratched another ladys car while I was there. Needless to say Im not coming back.

Pull up at 10am needing an inspection. No one waiting in line one car in the bay for an oil change. No one comes to ask or tell me anything. After 10 minutes I go looking for someone to help and was told there are only two people working it will be a few minutes.I am fine with waiting, but someone should be their to greet customers and tell them something. I saw a few employees on there phone or just walking around. One could be tasked with greeting customers and letting them know it will be a little while.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1star!I went to their Little Elm location and my new 2019 corvette got paint damage on the mirror/ scratched .The attendant remembered my car was in perfect condition before entering!I filled out a incident report and I’ve called the HR several times getting Voicemail. She won’t return my calls!!! This is not exceptable !My boyfriend and I went for last couple years when I had my Jeep . His older model corvette which mirrors sit differently. They obviously don’t have any customer appreciation .

They will make it right!After, assuming I was getting the works, I really was only paying for an express detail, which doesn’t cover a hand applied wax only a the hot wax applied in the tunnel. William, the general manager explained the difference and made it right!!! He’s a super great guy! The should be lucky to have him!

Seems like they always have malfunctioning chain drive and as a result, you either need to wait or come back. A redeeming aspect is the towel service is a nice touch, and their work has better attention to detail when not busy.

I got the $10 wash on my work van and it did a good enough job.

If this is what a $29 service is supposed to look like, I’m not impressed. I got the service to surprise my husband as an anniversary gift and this was TODAY, but that failed.

Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.Went to get an inspection at noon on a Saturday, handwritten sign in the sole inspection lane says Gone to lunch, back at 115. Annoying, but whatever. Come back at 115 (along with several other cars who evidently did the same) sign now says back at 145. Frustrated, I give up on driving back and forth for the day and return on Sunday.Sign says Gone for the day.Im done, they wont get my business.

I’ve been to a lot of full service car washes and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. Had to run my car through the machine twice and it was still filthy. Half of the spinners in the car wash didn’t work. It was a complete rip off.

Undated terrible service if you want a clean car I suggest you do it yourself or go elsewhere. Employees all have attitudes equipment and computers are always down. Beware of monthly service it impossible to cancel on your cc. Tracks that vehicle run are in terrible shape and will damage tires and rims.

Good place for quick car wash. Their basic car wash was also very detailed. You have place to hangout inside with beverages available to buy and patio like area. Restrooms are well maintained as well. This place also got inspection check that’s old with free car wash 👍🏼

I have 3 cars on the monthly plan, and although they have a lane set up for people that pay monthly, I still have to wait in line for others to pay. Everyone working there seems miserable and the wash is mediocre. So many things could be improved to make this place great. 1) Add a convex mirror to the wash entrance so I can line up my truck wheels properly. 2) Open the lane that says monthly pass and make that a benefit for loyal customers that pay you consistently. 3) Fix the machine so it actually cleans the wheels. 4) When you dry off the vehicle, details matter. Leaving bugs on the windshield or road dirt on the chrome exhaust doesnt make the vehicle look clean. 5) Sometime your vacuums work and sometimes the hoses arent even connected. Im on the fence about switching to another place, but I like the convenience because Im always in the lot. Please improve upon the items I listed or I will sign up with another venue. Wow this place need some change. Really rude behavior. I have been regular to this place and done my inspection and detailed car wash several times but last 2 time was horrible. After detailed car wash they didnt dry it properly. Next time went for state inspection on 8/3. The guy was really rude. He just came like confronting me why are you here. I just walked out quietly.

This is the worst car wash I ever been to I took my 2021 Tahoe to get hand car wash and they use very poor rags to wipe down my vehicle and they scratched my vehicle I really don’t recommend this place especially for the price I would go somewhere else I am letting everyone know now be aware they are not professional you could go somewhere else to not go here

Great Service! I got my State Inspection + Car Wash (included) and got my break light replaced. They also showed me that it works!

Waited 20 minutes for someone to clean my car, with only one car in line in front of me and 5-6 people working. Get in to find that the basics paid for-wiping down the dashboard, vacuuming seats- was not performed. Unorganized.

There gettin lax on detailing cars after there washed had to go back twice to get something they missed and still gotta finish somemore they missed myself

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like its the only way I can move past the experience. The people are very nice, respectful and friendly. The service is sub par at best.First World Complaining:1 - I got my oil changed, but they neglected to reset the maintenance light, provide updated sticker or check tire pressure - no big deal.2 - They said 30 min to an hour and it took 2, but we have wifi. The WiFi didnt work and it took nearly 2 hours. - ok, really frustrating, but ok.3 - I paid extra for the interior cleaning on top of free car wash, and its still gross. At the risk of showing my own filthy habits, the pictures are AFTER my upgraded interior service. - and thats three strikes.This was my third and final time paying for their services.

I’ve been coming here for two years. They’re one of the better car washes out there. I really appreciate the manual hand drying they do after the wash.I always get the $6 Basic Wash + $4 Tire Shine. I had a bad experience today, however, as there was a new guy there who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He made up a claim that the tire shine policy had recently changed and required a new minimum and that his machine would not let him give me what I’d asked for. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. Kat, another employee, was able to kindly come over and quickly get me sorted out. She explained to me that the new guy hadn’t yet been taught on how to provide for my request.Auto Splash should consider promoting up from within their existing employee ranks instead of bringing in new management from outside. There was a black guy here who used to be the manager at least a year ago and I think he did a very fine job. I don’t know his name.

What a great experience I’ve had since I starting visiting Auto Splash Frisco location..The manager Carlos, always made sure his customers are satisfied with their services. In other words, he made sure his customers were happy with their services so they will return in the future.I’m always on point with my car being clean a certain distinctive way! I took my car in for cleaning today, and I was 1000% satisfied with the service Carlos provided, I went home and took my second car in for cleaning as well!If you are wanting your car to look brand new, and smelling brand new, I would definitely recommend auto splash Frisco.

I LOVE THIS CAR WASH!!! Every time i arrive im greeted instantly whether its on the lube or wash side. The staff is very friendly and gets the job done amazingly.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Worst customer service ever! The fact that this staff is not properly trained to help customers leads me to wonder what kind of training they receive to perform the services they offer for cars. There are many other options for oil changes in Frisco. My advice go elsewhere.

Had a great experience here! I went in for an oil change and was told i needed new air filters. The gentleman working on my car brought the dirty ones into the waiting area to show me the difference between how they look now and how they should look! Had my work done for a reasonable amount of money. I also received a discount and also received a free car wash! Great place to go if you need an oil change for your car!

Great place the people there are awesome. Got my car sanitized against covid-19. They do it for free which is great for me as I am a uber driver. Plus they have great monthly membership plans.

Worst customer service ever from a company. Dont do business with this company. Ive cancelled my membership in July 2019, my card was charged 4 months after that. I have been going back and forth with the company for a refund since July. The Director of Operations Jeff Audirsch said that he would send a refund request to the main office. I have been in contact with him several times, regarding my refund and each time he had an excuse for an answer. First the check was going to be sent to the Car wash, then it was going to be mailed to me and he needed my address. Its March 2020, and still have yet got a refund. Seriously take your business somewhere else !!

Well the verdict changed quickly, paid for the $29.00 wash and the rims werent cleaned at all, even mentioned it and nothing done about it. Dashboard wasnt wiped, and was there 40 min basically while the manager argued with employees about lunch breaks, etc. Not very good customer service by any means. Not to mention, when they cleaned the tires they put their hands on the car body and left hand prints on all 4 areas near the tires. Really? Matthew was nice but still didnt really make it right by any means

I highly recommend Auto Splash!It is very convenient to be able to get your car inspected, have your oil changed and then have your car detailed all at the same place! I went there the other day for an oil change and was very pleased with the customer service. When I drove up two employees greeted me immediately. I was helped by Chris. As he was helping me he noticed that my car needed a state inspection. He saved me from receiving a ticket!! I really appreciate the attention myself and my car was shown. I will be returning this weekend to have the inside of my car detailed!

Just left, and after the first wash didn’t take all of the window chalk off of my truck, they took the time to hand wash it and allowed me to run through the wash one more time to make sure they got it all. I come here regularly and they always do a great job with the inside of my truck, also. They take their time and make sure they’ve thoroughly gotten up as much as their machines allow. Constantly hauling around my dogs, having them spend that extra time so I can have a few days of a clean truck means a ton. Highly recommend them just on the customer service alone.

Auto Splash is by far the best car wash that I have been to and the only place that I go to get my car washed for my 13 years living in Frisco. The employees are always respectful and are efficient. Not only do you leave with a clean car but a good feeling knowing that you got great customer service, this place will always be my top 1!

Got a simple wash, wipe-down, & vacuum for my extremely dirty car today. The friendly ladies here made it sparkle. They paid attention to detail and did their best to make my sad, little old car clean again. I especially appreciate the effort they put towards the interior, since it really was a disaster zone in my car. Definitely recommend!

Great oil change and inspection. Car cleaning people didnt understand my inside windows and floor did not get cleaned and i paid for that. I dont think they understood or read english i showed them my receipt and what I paid for. They were very nice but in such a hurry. I will still go back, I am trying to learn some spanish. Thank you

I told the guy I wanted a car wash and an oil change. Got oil changed quickly then drove around the side to get a car wash and he asked what I needed done. I told him and he said $6. I was like but I just told him I wanted a wash and an oil change. Ugh. Is it really that hard?

I moved to Frisco, TX from North Carolina and once here went to several lube and repair shops in the area for an oil change, wiper blade replacement, and TX inspection. I found Auto Splash and they welcomed me quickly and had no problem with me providing my own oil, Lucius oil, and wiper blades. Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time AND I got a fantastic wash to top it all off. Auto Splash is the BEST!! William, Brennan, Chris are simply awesome!!!

On 25th May, I have visited Frisco location for EXPRESS INTERIOR (detailing) service for my car. The team spent an hour time to complete the job, and they did a very remarkable job for a reasonable price. The finish is completely spotless. The EXPRESS INTERIOR service is one of the best in their list.The manager did a quick quality check before handover the vehicle.The team is very courteous and very skilled.Surely I will continue to visit this location.Car wash and wheel deal is part of this service.

I went in to get a oil change. The experience was so great I up graded to car wash.

Paid 15 dollars for a “wheel deal” and all they did was scrub my wheels a little. i didn’t even know where to go. i went through the entire car wash and there was still specks on my mirrors. then i asked them to do my wheels and it took 10 seconds. also, the wheel deal said it included a shine, etc. and when i asked them they said no it doesn’t and sent me on my way. i paid 15 dollars for what i could have easily done at home. not good. don’t go here
