A little expensive than Im use to. They charged me $38.00 for their premium service and charged me $4.00 extra to remove the dead insects from my grill. I moved from Washington State to Texas.Anyway, as I entered their washing facility I read a sign about an antenna service for an extra cost. I didnt think to much about it since I had my truck washed in Washington without issue. However, this time the car wash promptly removed my antenna in a New York Second.When I pulled up for the employees to vacuum out the truck; I had difficulty explaining to them that my antenna was missing. After 5 minutes they finally figured out what I was saying and went inside the car wash and retrieved my broken off antenna.No sense crying over an antenna when the people there dont speak the language. I will just have to go to the Dodge Dealership and get a new on. I figured it was the easiest thing to do since they had a sign up about antennas and their possible damage.They car wash was very thorough and my truck came out looking new again, (I just bought it in February.)Question is, will I return to this place? I will look around and see if I can find better. If I cannot then I will be sure to remove my antenna before they do it again.

I got my vehicle interior detailed with vacuuming. I paid about $50 I have an suv. They were fast. 3 people worked on my car. They cleaned everything from the cup holders to the dash board to the my rubber mats being removed, cleaned and replaced. They offer you a water or your choice of ice cream inside the waiting area at no charge. I was pleased.

Its okay not to impressed with the car wash. Also paid for a platinum wash so staff to hand dry my truck but no one came to dry it it. I waited and waited but no one came. Will not come here no more! The lady at the front was very polite and nice! She was a 5 star

Slightly pricey at $10 for a basic car wash. However, the excellent vacuum facility makes up for it. The vacuum is powerful, you get clean rags, glass sprays - which is excellent bonus.

Downside...following my wash, my side view mirror was still dirty as were my wheels. When you pay for a platinum or gold car wash, my expectation is my car would be clean.

The staff are friendly, the $30 monthly unlimited plan is an excellent value. The free vacuums have excellent suction and they give you a clean towel (give them the old one each trip) to dry your vehicle. They also have complementary towels and glass cleaner for you to clean your interior glass and dust. My car didnt come out completely clean (even after daily trips through), but it was very dirty. I had them do an interior detail and wax, they did a fantastic job inside and out, they even got all the pet hair out of the carpet!

Overpriced for the quality. I wash all my cars by hand but wanted to give this place a try, to save time. I have used $3-5 car washes in the past and had much better results than the $10 wash at this location. After the wash there was still dirt in many spots. The attendant was very quick to help, so at least the employees seemed to be great. I would suggest spending more time before the auto wash scrubbing the front and back or reducing your price to $5/6.Update: changing to one star. Reached out to management and they are truly petty. Good luck to anyone who does have an issue, guarantee it won’t get solved. Sorry to the employees who work here under this management.

Today was my first time visiting the location and it was a nice place to stop for a car washing

Brian, the VP of operations, is extremely rude and disrespectful. My wife and I had our car detailed today after a road trip. After the detail, my wife noticed a scratch on our leather that was not there before the detail. He sent a snapshot of my wife exiting the vehicle and then provided a zoomed in photo with an area circled. The circle shows nothing and he then goes on to tell us our leather is in terrible condition and it will not hold up if we keep our car in the condition we do. He states the video is 4K and shows a scratch beforehand. It doesn’t show anything.The new scratch to our leather is on the drivers seat. We have had our car detailed at Caramel car wash the last two years. Traditionally, once or twice a month. We always make sure it is done after road trips since we have young children. They make a mess with food. Brian is an obtuse buffoon that cannot handle a customer complaint if it hit him in the face. He even goes into how they do twice the business Carmel does when we mentioned Carmel has great service.We will never use their service again. There is a reason the BBB has them rated at an F. Our review would be zero if we could.Updated note from owners response: Brian Lewis, your response as an owner shows how classless you are and quite frankly, what a poor owner you are. My gut is you are not majority owner and if my gut is right, I can see why. I wonder how long it will take the majority owners to realize you are not the right face for the company.

For the prices, I feel like theyre mediocre. They dont shine the tires to my liking. I feel like they can be more detailed for the amount you spend. Customer service was excellent.

When you tell someone there are many locations, specifically south, just to get a vip sign up, you probably shouldnt lie. I shouldve done research to check and make sure. When you go to cancel and dont get a response and have to drive 16 miles to cancel in person, thats unacceptable

Only reason they received 1 star was the vacuums were good. My vehicle was still dirty with sand and dirt and they preceded to tell me I should have gotten a higher paid wash!! I’ve been looking for a place to get my car seats washed. I’ve had my car for a few years and unfortunately had some food stains on a few seats. I was worried that they wouldn’t come out, but wanted to give it a shot and see if they’d come out.I saw that DreamWash offered interior seat washing and decided to give them a try. I set up and appointment online and when I arrived the process was smooth. In 30 minutes my car was washed. After letting the seats dry out and i noticed a dramatic reduction in stain visibility and in most cases, complete removal. This was a huge relief! The staff was quick and did great work. I would recommend for anyone looking to freshen up their interior to give them a try!

Awful customer service. Everything is always the customers fault. Very saddened by the way I was spoken to by both the manager and owner.

Paid $36 for cleaning with bug removal and they used a high pressure spray that blasted the clear coat off my front bumper. Emailed them with the attached picture and they said Your claim has been denied. We self insure. They claimed it was preexisting damage. They sent me a picture of my car months earlier with bugs on the pumper and my clear coat intact and said it was bug guts that caused this damage. Awful!!!!!

I’ve been coming here since they opened, I buy $100 gift cards for me three driver aged kids for Christmas yearly. Today I go in to do my normal on my own car. Pull in to vacuum, then would proceed to the tunnel. I was approached by an employee, he told me if I wasn’t a VIP member l, I could not vacuum my car first. Seem to care nothing about my business, as I left and headed to Carmel. I will keep my promise and never support DreamWash Auto again. And bring 30 year Frisco resident and in the car business, I will let everyone I know understand what type of experience I had.

If you value your automobile or expect any modicum of customer service, dont go near this place.After running my car through the most basic wash, I realized that my rear wiper was removed completely. The manager went into the stall and found it. He handed it back saying that theres no damage The manager then took it from me (nicely), reversed course, and said that it was broken -- and it looks it had been damaged for some time. I asked how he knew when it had been broken (timing wise). He looked at me with a blank stare. The manager continued to inspect it before telling me that it was an aftermarket blade and theres nothing they can do. I asked why it being an aftermarket product matters. He didnt answer.Politely, he said hed ask his owner about it to see If there was anything they could do. He spoke to the owner about 10 feet from me. The manager came back and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the owner, who said his name was Brian Lewis.After I outlined that it was broken in the wash and there was nothing wrong with it beforehand, Brians first words were Its a cheap after market blade and were not responsible for it. If his words werent poor enough form, his tone and body language were exceedingly worse. Brian then informed me that I was mad because my cheap blade was broken. Again, stunningly poor word choices and his tone was deplorable. He went on to mock me and tell me that theres not a car wash in the country that would pay for a damaged after-market part. I wish I could underscore it wasnt so much what he was saying, but his delivery. Stunningly rude and unprofessional.I wont take you through the rest of the story in detail beyond saying that I was livid and Brians tact only slipped further.Ill close by saying this was one of the rudest encounters in which Ive ever participated. The manager handled himself well. Brian (if thats even is his name -- he was very reluctant to tell me his last name and claimed not to have any business cards) had zero interest in even attempting to assuage a customer who initiated the conversation in nicely and in an even voice.There are plenty of car washes in the vicinity. I suggest strongly you steer clear of this one. Thank you for reading.

I would never come back here a day in my life I was going to waste my car but the line was to long and I had a doctors appointment in less then 30 minutes so I decided I would at last vacuum my car and come back for the car wash later when I got out of my car this lady came up to me and said I have to pay first which there were other cars the vacuum out there car that didn’t go though the car wash!!! Not only is my car still very dirty, but I now have scratches. One of those scratches happens to be very deep on my car door. Mind you, I drive a fairly new car. Not even two years old. Also, Ive been to other drive-thru car washes where Ive paid less and they dry off my car and shine my tires. Im not even sure why I paid the higher price, because I didnt receive anything special in my opinion. This place requires you to dry the car yourself. Thats if theres a spot available for you to even pull into. The gentlemen who use the brushes before you go through barely touched my car, but heavy handedly pushed my mirrors in before I drove through. This was unnecessary because i drive a car that will do this on its own. I will never return to this place. Its a waste of money and they have now cost me money to get these scratches taken care of.

Worth a monthly pass. This place gets my car nice and clean and they have free vacuums. Also drying rags and window cleaner available for free if you wish to clean the inside of your car.

Paid for the $14 wash just now. Bugs still on the windshield and the car is still dripping wet. Some of the machinery didnt seem to be functioning, which is probably why there are still so many bugs The dryers did next to nothing and it seemed to push us through way faster than it should have. Corners are clearly being cut, which is a shame. Used to be our favorite carwash, but we can get the same service for half the price elsewhere.

DREAMwash??? More like NIGHTMAREwash! First, i go in line on a fairly cloudy day this past week. I understand, carwashes aren’t busy when clouds are out, but NOBODY was at the pay stations. Then someone slowly walks over after they realized i was there about 2 minutes later. I pay for the basic wash with cash, (big mistake because this place is probably infested with COVID-19, now i should self quarantine) i go through the wash and all seems well as the equipment runs OK, but then i get out of the carwash and inspect my car... wow.... i could urinate on my car and do a better cleaning job than that tunnel! What the heck. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but as business owner I like to get feed back from my customers to improve my customer service. I’v been a VIP member for little over a year and most of the time I upgraded to the interior wash and the vacuum. Today I arrived at 5:45 and was told by the (manager in the red shirt) that he had told his employees to leave at 6:00 even though they are supposed to be open until 6:30 and nobody will vacuum and clean inside my car. I was upset but didn’t want to argue and ruin my day so I continued with my car wash and started vacuuming and wiping down my car and saw another car pulled up a few minutes later and next thing I know they are getting her car vacuumed and clean after approaching the manager and mentioning that I was there before them he simply said that they were sold The detail by another employee and there was nothing he could do he didn’t even bother to apologize. I went to the office very upset and asked to cancel my membership and the lady in office said OK wrote down my name didn’t even ask to see what the reason for me to cancel. There are at least 5 other car washes in five miles radius of my house and I will take my business else where.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Decided to give this place a try today. Spent $28 bucks on one of their top washes. Waited 25 minutes with no service. They had 15 guys detailing 4 cars, and 3 men meticulously picking up trash. At 30 minutes I decided to get a refund. 15 minutes into waiting for my refund I headed into the office where I told I am getting 10 cash back and thats all they could do because a wash was already had. Both boys inside were quite upset at me for wanting full refund for terrible customer service. One told me today is the busiest day for car washes. 25 employees working an there were 7 cars needing detailing, they were not busy. This place wasted a lot of my time and patience.Save yourself and do not put yourself through there crap wash an awful service.

Ive been twice now. The first time, I paid $30 dollars and ALL I received was an auto wash. I had to get out of my truck and replace my mirrors and antennae myself before leaving parking lot, when I was suppose to get bug removal, tire, towel dry. The 2nd time, I complained and the lady made sure that I received all items I paid for. However they still did not get all the bugs off the front of my truck. They did not towel dry the truck in the right order. Whatever spray they use on the front blows onto the windshield thus making the carwash pointless. So far Im very disappointed with the amount and care of service compared to price. The employees care about nothing but getting as many vehicles through that place in one day. Also, their hours are very short.

Been going here since they started circa 2015, and have been a loyal member since. Very good management, and a fine set of staff. I love to keep my cars clean and bought their unlimited carwash membership, and they dont complain even if I go there two or three times a week. I do travel extensively, so its not that Im in town all the time. But even if I took my car there everyday, I dont believe they would mind.Their carwash is always working, it does not smell like some other places, and customers are always treated right. What more do you need?

Ive had the full 250 treatment to my f150 and the 100 dollar treatment plus clay gloving.They managed to make some tough mineral deposits unsitely. It may ultimately need a compound and polish but thats my issue. They did a heck of a job for 150 bucks getting things shiny.2 cars, 2 great jobs so far.5/2021 had my kids beetle fully detailed after it was smoked in.. So far so good

Great wash for a great price. Paid 28 dollars and got a basic interior detail, which did the job perfectly. And on top of that I got the best possible exterior wash. Also a young man by the name of Joseph dried my car, he had the biggest smile and the best courtesy and respect Ive ever seen from an employee! Very pleased with the outcome, and I will be bringing my cars here very often!

Dreamwash car wash gave me the best car wash I’ve ever had. I checked my secret places to see if they were cleaned and they were. When I slid into my seat it squeaked. I recommend their detail. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely go again.

A bird army used my vehicle as their toilet.It was 34 degrees outside an hour before they closed on a Sunday. I bought a silver exterior wash. The team pre-scrubbed & washed my vehicle before it went through. A+effort and results. Absolutely coming back. Cheers mates.

Updated 6.4.18 to four stars. The wash and customer service are still very good, but I am disappointed to see the basic $6.00 wash was eliminated. Almost all other car washes in the Metroplex offer a basic wash, which will put DreamWash at a competitive disadvantage. The wash package may be a better deal, but only if you use it enough times in a month. $4.00 wont make or break me, but unfortunately, I will likely take my business elsewhere.Updated 3.9.18 to five stars. Easily the best in Frisco. I especially appreciate the staff cleaning off the front and back of the vehicle before it enters the tunnel, no matter what wash you purchase. Vacuums always have good suction, and I enjoy the landscaping around the area. Keep up the good work.Better than most car washes. The girls out front are friendly, and always have a smile on their face. Car is generally clean, with only an occasional issue of bugs or bird poop that remain. If the driers would do a better job of blowing off the water, and the price was more competitive with others in the area, I wouldnt hesitate to give 5 stars.

Average priced wash, we did an exterior/interior clean and the guys that did the hand drying and detailing did a really good job. Beter than I was expecting (compared to other places Ive been). The truck was really clean. ..impressed...thanks guys. The place in general was very clean and well maintained.

They did an extremely good job cleaning my big work truck. I have not had it cleaned inside or out for about a year. I keep my long haired German Shepherd with me all the time. The truck was a total mess. I am in the land clearing business, so I am usually pretty dirty. The cloth seats were stained. They made it look like a brand new truck. I am very impressed.

The initial request for car cleanup is on a push screen and is difficult to really see what you want and need. Good service and nice people. I think for the bundled services to me were a little on the high side. But I would go back it was convenient and fast. If you want to dry and vacuum yourself you can do that.

I submitted to cancel VIP membership online on July 17, but they still charge every month, and charge in the early morning. Its hard to find out. Dont be fooled.

This carwash is not where you want to go. The employees upon arriving are nice but when they are at fault for something the owner doesnt follow up or really investigate anything. His response to every complaint is I reviewed the cameras and blaming the vehicle owner for whatever damage gets done. I read past complaints on BBB. I wish we wouldve before taking our pilot to get a full detail. Once we we took our vehicle home before moving car seats back into it my husband noticed there were rips. We confronted the staff and the owner BOLD FACE lied too my husband. He stated he would file the claim, took pictures, stated hed call us in 3 days. Well 5 days passed and because he obviously wasnt going call we showed up. And the universal response like previous people stated is that was already there!They apparently dont have a corporate contact but Im still looking into that. In the mean time, the owner accuses it on our car seats! Very unhappy with DreamWash Auto Spa. I was disrespected and singled out. There are plenty of other places in Frisco and that is where I will be going.

Tried charging me $100 to get splashed mud off my truck, not even chunks of mud. rather go to fast lane and pay the extra $5 ridiculous! $100 lol what am I paying for a 2 hours labor on a pressure washer? plus I was going to tip the workers which wouldn’t have even seen a dime of he $100. the attendant was also very disrespectful, as if I did something wrong won’t be seeing my business again. Just on another note I was reading other reviews. It wasn’t busy and there was nobody in line it was a cloudy day and it was going to rain later that night I just wanted to get the mud off my truck to go see clients and be presentable.

Went thru the car wash and my car had something still on it! The advisor was so nice and informed me (what i thought was bird poop) was actually gum! It was a sticky mess! He got it off and was so generous about it. Plus they have free ice cream for my kids and free vacuums so i can vacuum up all the goldfish and crumbs! 🙌🏻

First time I tried this wash and last time. DON’T GO EVER!! I went for a wash on 10/7/17 and went home okay I thought. Just a couple days later found this piece on my car. I’m pretty upset with this particular car wash since they didn’t tell me they broke a piece of my car. I would’ve expect for them to tell me but no, they hide the piece somewhere else and they still expect a tip. Won’t be going there again.Update: They called me 3/4 days later to talk about this. They mentioned they have video of my car and the part was already broken. Although when I went to the car wash I usually trash everything from the little compartment where I found the OBD door. Not sure why they lied.

Best car wash in Frisco. They have detailed my FX35 TWICE and each time exceed my expectations. Michael and Brian the managers are always making sure Im happy and that my car is leaving perfect. Ill go nowhere else....

Terrible business model! Ive been a customer for 5 years. I went in to vacuum up some spilled chips on a rainy day because I was about to have a client in my car. Thats when AJ asked if I was planning on getting a wash that day. He said if not Im going to have to charge you $4. So losing a customer for life made them $4 bucks.

Advertise free ice cream to draw new clients but they never have it. There was one single occasion in like over a month times where they had ice pops generic but that’s it.Great service, great staff!
