The salon was super clean and the staff was super friendly. As I was getting my haircut a stylist next to me was trying to cut a boys hair and the boy just wasnt having it. The stylist stayed patient with the boy the whole time and never once got upset or impatient. She even tried to get him to calm down. Super professional service. The mother even apologized to the stylist. I highly recommend this store and its staff.

I love this location! Always super clean and the service is friendly and welcoming. Sara cut my hair and she gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever received. She is also super friendly and carries on a great conversation. It made me feel like I was in an actual old school barber shop where I can sit back, relax, get a good haircut, and have a good conversation with the stylist. Sara is a PRO when it comes to fades. Overall, I was super impressed!

Store cleanliness was immaculate. I purchased some product at the end of my cut at Crystals recommendation. Very good diverse selection of product as well! Her service was the tip of the spear professional, the haircut was perfect, and most of all her attitude and attention to detail was perfect! I will come back...but only she is allowed to cut my hair! Keep up the great work Crystal!

I took my brother to get his first professional haircut here! Our stylist, Danie, was so sweet and made sure he had a great experience. The cut was just what we asked for, and she even gave us a complimentary shampoo. Definitely recommend!

Checked in online. it said it would hold my spot in line for 15 minutes after my check-in time. i walked in 2 minutes after my check-in time. the stylist already seated someone else and told me it would only be a 15 minute wait.I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes before leaving... i would have preferred not to be lied to as i would have come back at a later time. I left and am not going back. it is a shame I used to love coming here before the pandemic.

Went in for the first time to sport clips....Tanya ended up cutting more than my hair...will never go back...cut my ear and scratched my neck with the machine...

ALL Stylist are very talented and friendly, We always use the online check in its not a appointment but get us in the chair faster than just walking in! MVP is definitely worth the Value!!!

Sports clips is getting over all expensive. $30 to get a hair cut its too much.

Great haircut and great experience. Until it was time to pay. I had a coupon for a free haircut. I showed it to them when I arrived. Because it was my first time, I got upgraded to the MVP. When it came time to check out, they said I couldn’t use my coupon because I already had a special applied (the upgrade to MVP). When I pressed, they (stylist and manager) said the computer was in charge and I can use the coupon next time.

I considered going to Sport Clips but after seeing a so called stylist in a neighboring restaurant and the ugly hair on her head changed my mind and decided to go to a more professional business.

Jessica has the absolute worst customer service in the world. I was a first time customer who was clearly unaware of how the service worked. I walked in and she literally ignored more until I eventually asked what do I need to do to get a cut. She proceeded to tell me enter my information in a kiosk, which I had no problem with, but opposing to explaining to me how the services were rendered, pricing, availability ANYTHING she played on her phone until my disturbed body language prompted her to ask, do you need anything ?. Luckily Adrianna was able to see me and get me a cut, smile, greet me as a person, shake my hand and operate with integrity.

Chris P. gave me the best service I’ve had at any Sports Clips I’ve been to. Been using the company for over 5 years and I’ve definitely found my regular person to go to. He took his time, had a depth conversation about how I wanted it, and used his talent to give me the perfect cut. Thank you Chris!! I’ll see you next time! ☺️

I started getting my haircuts here in 2018, I eventually had the pleasure of having Melanie cut my hair, I came back to her every single time. Today I moved, and I will miss going in to see her. She is awesome, thank you Melanie.

My young son came in cranky today and I was worried he’d give his stylist a tough time. When he met Adrianna she took up with him immediately, making him feel comfortable and snapping him out of his back-to-school funk. Adrianna was kind, funny and so professional. She gave him the best haircut he’s ever had and he has told me he wants to go to her from now on. We’ll drive 15 minutes out of our way to continue seeing her.

Easy in and out location and with online appointment setting, I didnt wait at all.

It is to bad I had to give a star to be able to review. Worst Sports Clips I have been to. Numerous stylists sitting around and more concerned about there personal conversations. Since when is HGTV a sports channel!!! Yes, that is the channel that was on. Also, cleanliness certainly was not a priority.

Absolutely horrible! I came in hoping for a nice haircut, ready for the holidays, and I came out not even wanting to look back. The stylist who cut my hair had blue-dyed blonde hair. I pointed out to her how high I wanted the cut, she ended up cutting over an inch higher than I wanted, to the point its not even fixable. I got the Triple Play, and during the shampoo, the water was scorching hot, almost burned my scalp. Shes lucky I didnt sue her and the shop. I was in a rush to run errands, but while she was cutting my hair, she kept talking and laughing with the other stylists. I dont mind her talking, but when she talks, the hair cutting stops. I was the only one in there with one other customer, and it took me over an hour to get in an out. She needs to get fired. Never coming back.

Ziba is the best! I have her cut my hair every time I come in to Sports Clips! My hair looks great every time! She’s very friendly!

I specially walked in and asked which of the 3 people working there could do a good fade. The all said “oh yeah, we can”. Older bald gentleman cut my hair and had no clue how to do a fade. No blending, no nothing. So now I have a lousy haircut for a week. Just say you don’t know how to do a fade. Very frustrated.

I have a recent broken hand and I was given horrible service...I’ve been going to sports clips for years now, especially this location in particular. One of the stylists was in a bad mood (and she took it out on me) because she really messed up my hair, and she knew about it too. She deviated from what I usually get and she mislead me into thinking it was good.However, when I went to go look at the back of my hair at home, it’s s a complete hack job... and she sarcastically told me that it looked good.I went back to get a refund or re-haircut, Marcella was able to fix it free of charge, so that’s why they’re getting three stars because it should be one, but they redeemed themselves.Never in my life have I experience horrible service and unprofessionalism at sports clips...** I do not recall the the name of the lady who cut my hair, but she is a big redhead with glasses.

My sons crazy grandmother not only cut his hair without my permission but she did a horrible job, so with that being said I was needing to get it fixed ASAP! As soon as I walked in Jordan greeted us with a smile and helped us right away, not only was she was amazing with my son, but she did an awesome job on his hair cut!! THANKS JORDAN!

They cut really fast cheap, but they are not detail oriented or upscale haircut. They screwed up my hair twice and mostly this place is for mens haircuts. The service can be lousy so be aware of your haircut.

I asked the lady 1.5 on sides and 1inch off top, then she tells me I need to cut just a little more to blend it, I said ok but instead she blends it half way to my head and now I go to like this

Went in for a haircut & relaxing shampoo. Now there is a guy working there, so I didnt get the shampoo bc that isnt relaxing AT ALL to me.

I have been coming to this location for years and never had a problem. Today, me and my son went in for haircuts. When we walked in one of the employees was practically laying down on the chairs playing on her phone in the customer waiting area. Not a good sight!! There was 2 other employees inside. One lady was cutting a guys hair and the other employee was just pacing back and fourth looking at his phone. He then went into the bathroom while on his phone and sat in there for a good 20 minutes. My son went ahead of me. The lady that was playing with her phone got up to cut his hair. When the other lady finished with her customer she grabbed her ohine and walked to the back and didnt come back out. Im just sitting here like an idiot while these 2 employees are in the back playing with there phones. When my son finished his haircut he had hair all over his face and cloth. She did a horrible job. I decided to just not get my haircut. I paid for my son and we left. Not even a thank you from the cashier. ( the lady that was laying down in lobby when we walked in). Never again will i come back to this location. I really miss the old employees there. I ended up going to finleys down the street. Loved them!!!

Went to this location for a basic fade, got home and my wife had to fix my terrible line that was left on the back of my head. The “Stylist” was nice and friendly but haircut was absolutely horrible.

Very pushy and ignorant .Im specifically talking about Pamela and Briana. Keep on telling me that great clips sucks and we should only come to sports clips. They kept on using some weird barber lingo saying do you want high cut with a blend ? I asked i have no clue what that meant and they got frustrated. The lady said DO A REGULAR HAIRCUT SINCE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY WANT ! I politely told them i didnt understand what they were trying to ask but they kept on showing attitude. So i guess imma head back to my good old barber .
