Asked for a cut based on a pic. Now, Im realistic. I know my hair is finer than the model in the image, etc - so I knew at best, to expect something resembling it. I came in with an undercut - top at short ponytail length. I left with Peaky Blinders... Probably a full inch (or more) shorter than what Id asked for.I was literally told after the spin-around at the end I know you asked for that, but you have to work with what you got. Because of their overall reviews, I may give them the benefit of the doubt and go again (and request a different barber) - but thats a few months off at this length. Not happy. Guess Ill rely on product for a while to keep me from looking like a 1920s Irish hood.

Online they have 7pm, in person the sign says 6pm, however I arrived to the last employee closing the shop for the day at 5:10pm. It seemed like she tried to stand in front of the sign after reading it and telling me it said 5pm. Thank you for wasting my time.EDIT: I have noticed they changed the online time to say 6pm, lets see if they honor it.

Book with Hannah-She has cut my husband & sons hair for a while now. They would follow her anywhere, she gives a meticulous, detailed haircut that is above and beyond what you would get elsewhere. So I called and set up my appointment for the next day. I called and canceled that appointment and they told me I had to call 24 hours in advance. Well there was no 24 hours in advance I made the appointment 24 hours in advance. They still charged me $40 and I get that businesses are hurting because of Covid but everybody’s hurting from Covid so where’s my haircut if I paid $40. I want my haircut. Pretty sure they just lost a customer.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and it’s by far my favorite shop. I’ve had my hair cut by a few different barbers here but I try my hardest to stick with Tommy. Never a bad haircut or a bad conversation. My son (who tends to be quite particular about his hair) gets his hair cut by Catie when Tommy is unavailable and she does a great job as well. One of the only places he has walked out of consistently happy with how his haircut turns out. Love this place!

Andre gives a mean fade!This location is usually less busy than the Plano location, but it doesnt lack quality stylists. Ive had my hair cut by Andre and Kelsey, and they both did a fantastic job. I highly recommend both of them. Pictured below is a fade done by Andre that I was really happy with.

This location doesnt come close to the one in Plano. I made an appointment for 5:30pm. Got there around 5:10 just enough time to settle and be ready for my turn. At about 5:40, they told me that the person I had my appointment with was a bit behind but she would be with me as soon as possible. No problem with that, I can wait. 6:10 comes by, she is done with her customer but then takes the person that was after me. After this, I go to the front desk and asked what happened and they told me that they dont know but they have been running behind. I can clearly see on the computer that I was next but for some reason they dont know why I was skipped and told me that another barber was almost done and I could wait for him. To this i said no and left. I understand that the barber can fall behind but skipping a customer and then telling him to wait an extra 15 to 20min is unacceptable in my opinion. First time I came here was around the time it just opened. I was excited because I was a customer on the Plano location but it was too far from me. Anyways, when I sat down I knew I was in trouble when I told the girl that I wanted a mid skin fade and she asked what I meant. If you are working on a barbershop Im assuming you know basic cuts. Long story short, I was there for 2hrs and who I guess was the manager had to finish the cut. Wasted my afternoon but on the bright side, I was not charged for the cut. Because of this, I stayed away from this place for about a year. A couple of months ago I decided to give it another try and I was very happy with them but today was just plain wrong. I wont be coming back to this location.

A phenomenal place to get your hair and grooming needs taken care of. Came here to get a haircut before an interview with Catie. I opted for just the haircut with shampoo in the premier package. This is my first time here and everyone very welcoming and friendly. I offered a beer, soda or water right away and was seated right away because I was early and on one was ahead of me on my appointment.Met Catie who was super friendly and cut my Asian hair very evenly. I asked her to give me a medium ish fade from zero and to touch up the top and she did a fantastic job.Finley is a privately owned place and is recommended to make appointments before hand. They had a large selection of shaving products which were stuff I actually used like Proraso but I didnt end up buying any because I have quite the stash at home. Overall a great experience and I would visit again.

By far the best barbershop experience Ive ever had. I live in Frisco but used to go to a shop in Flower Mound for a long time; I have little hair on my head left so usually go for a clean shave, but I have a full beard and I take pride in how its styled and shaped. I will go to Flower Mound no longer. Tommy at Finleys in Frisco has shaved my head/trimmed my beard three times now and I wont trust anyone else. After every beard trim he pulls a mirror and offers a comb to make sure its just the way I want it because I have to wear it. Needless to say he has nailed what I ask for every time. If you have a beard and you want it even and styled nicely come here and ask for Tommy. Moving on to the straight razor head shave, Tommy is a pro: several hot towels, premium shave soap, pre shave oil, more hot towels, first pass over, more oil, another hot towel, more shave soap, second pass over, premium after shave, cold towel to seal pores, followed by moisturizer. I know that is a long description but that is the detail he puts into his work and I cant recommend him enough. My beard looks awesome, my head reflects the sun, and Tommy keeps up that barbershop conversation you are looking for. 5 Stars all the way.

Been coming here for months, staff is always friendly and experienced. Never have had a bad cut. You’re in good hands with any of the barbers here but I highly recommend Andre or “Dre”. He does the best fades in my opinion. Garunteed solid haircut every time.

Tommy is the best barber in North Dallas for sure. He doesnt take forever, he cuts it exactly how you want it, and makes the whole experience great. They dont have a lot of barbers in the place just make sure you still ask for Tommy! Theyll give you beer while you wait too!

I usually go to the Finley’s in Plano! But the barber over there that I usually use had her days change and she is no longer available on my off days. So I took the opportunity to visit this Finley’s that is closer to where I live. They did a great job! I will definitely be coming back again.

Ive tried 4 or 5 different barbers and theyve all been amazing, personal favorites are Tommy, Kim, and Joy. But I dont think you can go wrong with anyone, just walk in and enjoy the nice atmosphere, a beverage, and the friendly company!

So glad this place is open! A laid back and comfortable atmosphere with awesome people. Got a hot towel, a fantastic shave, and a cold beer. How can you beat any of that?A tv at each station and never once felt rushed. Better than the other “upscale”, loud and obnoxious, turn and burn clipper places around. Although the facilities are very nice and very clean the barber I went to was not very experienced. My haircut is fairly common among barbers and my barber had a very hard time with it. Also I booked and paid for the FINLEY’S PREMIER HAIR PACKAGE, which is supposed to include a neck massage based on their website description. I got no such massage. So I walked out with a bad haircut and not getting the services as advertised. I wont be returning to this barbershop.

Shelee was great. My hair is really stubborn and cutting it can be difficult. She worked with how my hair naturally grows and was able to make it look great. Will come again!

Gents Beware! The place is called Finleys Barbers, yet there were no Barbers, only 4 beuticians! It took a middle age beutician almost an hour to give me a simple fade! And worst of all she went up almost 1 1/2 inches too high. Now Im considering shaving my hair that I have been growing for almost 7 months. Guys, this place way over charged me and totally ruined my hair cut. Guys dont be fooled by the name and find a better place.

Been here beforeI have a specification of kimberly to do my haircut and i did reserve online for her appointment. I came to shop and lady here asks me to wait in longue and comes back after 28min and says different person will do my hair. When i asked about kim she says kim left early and get my hair done someone else or come at a later date.They suck at customer service and verbal communication (rude).

Was suppose to get my haircut with with wash, neck shave, hot towel and message and the only thing I got was a 15 min haircut from Andre. When I asked the girl at the front, she told me some people dont want that. I told her that it wasnt even asked and she said sorry. BEWARE OF OVERPAYING. Never again.
