Wasn’t what I expected. I was scared at first because I never been there and not from Texas. I showed him what I wanted for my son and he delivered exactly that. I’ll most definitely be going back in the future. He’s going to be my son’s barber as long as we’re here. Thanks for your great service and my son’s 1st hair cut. You did amazing.

Just moved to Frisco from Dallas and was looking for a good place to get a fade. Made the appointment today (9/15/21) for 2:20. Showed up. After his other customer left, he got on his cell phone. Didn’t bother to tell me to hold on. I waited about 5 minutes. Decided maybe he didn’t realize I was his next appointment so I made my self seen through his glass door. He gave me the “hold a minute” hand gesture. I waited till 2:50 and left. Not what i expected. I felt disrespected by it. I’m could make assumptions to why I wasn’t considered a priority as a paying customer to a small business considering the great reviews left here but I’ll just chalk it up to bad business practices. I hope the next place I decide to try will not make me feel like an inconvenience to them.

My usual barber was booked. And I honestly just walked into the salon suite and asked if they had a barber on duty. A young lady led me to Rashaad. I was caught off guard and amazed. His attention to detail is unbelievable. I showed him a pic of the cut I wanted. He gave me that exact cut with no excuses, then took it to another level with his own flair. I swear that was the best haircut I‘ve ever had. I might add, I’m also a former barber and shop owner of 20 years. I had 6 of the best barbers in my area at my shop. I know talent when I see it and that man has talent!

I would highly recommend the Fade Factory.I appreciate the professionalism and quality of care as well as the service I received. I came in unsure of what I wanted or even how to explain it, but because of the experience of RaShad I felt confident enough to relax and let him hook me up, and that’s just what he did. Rashad was extremely professional, welcoming, and precise! My 15 yr old son felt comfortable and he even connected with him in regards to art. Definitely a good choice and one of the best in the area!

I’ve been a happy customer of Rashad’s for over 2 years now. My hair has always been super important to me and trying a new barber has always been a nerve wrecking experience. When I first went to Rashad, I had found my new barber.Rashad is EASILY the best barber I’ve ever had. Every cut is alway precise, detailed, exactly what ask for, and completed by the time promised. I’ve never seen a barber that fades and tapers as well as he does. I normally get designs/part in my cut and whenever I’m not sure of exactly what I want; Rashad always has a fresh new design to hook me up with. He seems to have a plethora of new designs in his head lol He has a way of making the difficult art of cutting hair seemless. I always get compliments on my hair and questions on who my barber is. When I do, I do everyone a favor and give them Rashad’s information. All cuts are by appointment so there are no wait times; and the appointment process is very simple and convenient. The appointment website even sends confirmation and reminder texts/emails which have really come in handy when I’m forgetful.If you’re looking for a Fresh new cut; definitely go to Rashad. I‘m confident it will be the best cut you’ve ever had.
