The maintenance here is the best. Its probably the most important thing in our household that everything works as it should and Im happy to say that the current property management exceeds our expectations. There is a specific gentleman who is on the maintenance team that is just phenomenal. Hes been very attentive to our needs and even asks about previous work and how we like whats been done. Hes great about communicating on a personal level and is very respectful. His smile is always on even when you know he is having a rough day. 113 degrees outside and hes still cheery. Thats great maintenance service if I do say so myself. He is the main reason for 5 stars. But the management is great at what they do. Edith is our property manager. Shes the best we gave ever had. Im the pickiest of residents but she has been a champ through it all. Honestly this place was below 1 star until these two came along! I would say I have a good understanding of whats what here at the Enclave since weve lived here more than six years so when we say this is the best its ever been we really mean it!

Living here better part of a year. I like the apartment and theres nothing different from what they advertised.The management are very active and I always get emails about the community, decorating contests theyre running, upgrades to the dog park. I always see families and kids playing so its got a nice family vibe.They did send out and email that kids have to clean their chalk art which I thought was whack but it shows theyre receptive to resident complaints which I can appreciate.Gates close at night but there is zero gate control people just go in the exit or wait for someone else.They have a ResidentPortal app to pay rent or submit facilities requests. I submitted one about my fireplace and had the maintenance person out the next day.The area around here doesnt have any weird camps or sketchy people so it feels pretty safe.

My family and I have been renting here almost 3 years now! We love it here. No complaints! The office staff are all very friendly and very helpful! Maintenance is also really great. Theyre always around to help. Theyre more like family after all these years! I love how close we are near restaurants, and shopping centers. Great place to have furry little ones too. 🐾 Overall its been a pleasure living here! ❤️

The complex is very nice but I want to take a moment to acknowledge the awesome management which is the real winner here! We had several issues with our apartment and the staff was extremely kind and quick to respond. Thania, Selina, Violet, and all of the staff do a great job and Im sure any resident will attest to it. Customer service especially in the rental industry is a super hard job and The Enclave management goes above and beyond.Apartments have good insulation (neighbor noise is kept to a minimum), upgraded thermostats, and nice floors.

Ive been living here for almost a year and I love it! I love that they are single level apartments you feel like you have more privacy. Also I love that they do raffles and fun Friday games all the time and they just make it feel like a community you want to be a part of!

My family and I have been here for nearly 2 years. Staff is quick to respond to most needs. It’s clean comfy and quiet in my area. I have no complaints. No plans of leaving anytime soon.

I currently live here & its a normal complex to me, nothing “luxury” here. There is roaches everywhere in my apartment. Literally had to throw away my dinner because it had roaches on it that came from behind the fridge. The communication is minimal with the management, probably because of covid but I found out after moving in is you don’t get a person gate code so if you want to let someone in after hours you gotta walk all the way up there to buzz them in EVERYTIME. Also found out later you can purchase laundry cards that ACTUALLY work on the washers. Not impressed, unfortunately I signed a 6 month lease so looks like I got to ride it out. However I’d hate for someone else to do the same. Nothing luxurious here besides maybe a fire place. LOL

My review is purely for the application process and not living here. I applied here last month b/c of the good amount of reviews on google, and as shown on the website the deposit at the time was $700 (100+600) for qualifying credit. I told the office my situation and I didnt want to put a big deposit down. They said it was ok and just apply. They contacted me a week later saying I was approved conditionally with two months of deposit. I dont understand how someone that makes 15x the required rent with good credit needs to put down 2 months of deposit. I declined to move forward with the application. I applied at two other brand new apartment complex, both places approved me with 600 deposit AND one month of free rent within two days!

This is by far the best place we have ever lived! The staff is great and are very helpful and timely. The apartments are beautiful and have state-of-the-art nest thermostats. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are amazing in the summertime. We have lived here for almost two years and love it! It’s safe and we love our neighbors too! Great place to live! Highly recommended to anyone, especially families. Thank you, Enclave apartments. We love our home here!

Great management and the apartments aren’t bad either. I have been looking for apartments for a while now but managers are always rude with my husband for some reason but not here. They make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot into the office. They answered all of our questions and were so nice about everything.

I love living here I lived here before and came backThe office staff are great. The only thing I would change is the lighting out side. Over by the pool there is no light for the parking lot and its very dark. Just better lights out side.

Been here for over 3 1/2 years and for some reason this year Ive got dust coming in through all my vents that leave a lint type substance on my kitchen cabinets and on my ceiling . Something needs to be looked at. Also, Im beginning to see the Fresno PD here inside the complex on a regular basis.

So far the staff is amazing and friendly. They are quick to respond to work orders, the complex is clean amd they have so many free events for the residents and our children. Theres even a dog park, pool, gym AND playground! Bang for your buck in a safe neighborhood only minutes away from all the stores you could possibly need.

I could not be happier with my living experience here at the Enclave. If we didn’t need an additional room, I’m sure we would be staying here long term. My kids love how friendly the ladies are in the office and that they can come say Hi and get some snacks or candy throughout the day. I am pleased with the customer service here and how quickly things get fixed. They take me and my concerns seriously and really work with you. I love this place! Quite community and great for first time apartment renters like myself. The staff is so friendly and care about each one of us. They even have snacks for us in their office!! The best part by far is paying rent. Being able to budge without being broke after paying rent. We can make payments throughout March, for Aprils rent.. all through a mobile app!!

I just moved in a few days ago I like the spot its quiet people keep to themselves and the staff is extremely friendly. Unfortunately I discovered a water leak in the apartment and they took care of it within hours I was pretty impressed of not only how friendly the staff was but how quickly they took care of my maintenance issue.

What I love about the Enclave Apts Homes: They make sure when you put in a maintenance request, the job is completed in a timely matter. I think the rental due date should be changed back to the 5th instead of the 3rd. I like living in the Enclaves because I am able to communicate with the Office Team/Manager and they are always willing to assist.

Living here Wasn’t bad. Interior is nice, modern amenities available, cozy. Just don’t mind the strange placement of the dumpsters, the long lines of cars waiting to get in after on the weekends and weekdays after 6 pm, and the large amount of trash just out on the asphalt and you’ll be fine.I liked living here. Management is nice and I know the new owners are trying really hard to make this place desirable. Would’ve considered living here another year but that area was congested, not the safest, and was loud. Live here as your first, or second, apartment to know what to look for in your next home.

Management is amazing! Always address my needs in a timely manner and they are very friendly. The apartments were remodeled and are BEAUTIFUL, inside and out. Very spacious and a good sized patio area as well. They are very clean and the neighbors are respectful.

I love the feeling of community and the activities even though I am never able to participate as I work normal business hours, however the gate has no code so having guests is an absolute nightmare having to leave my apartment to go to the gate to open it..

I love this place. Community is great and management is lovely.

This place is a nightmare. Every time I visit my friend, there are no parking stalls to accommodate at least one guest. I see homeless people looking through trash and begging for money. Last time I was there, my car was towed for parking in a fire zone. The lack of lighting made it difficult to see. Apparently they have a tow truck company go in there to see which cars they can tow to drum up money. I told my friend to move out immediately as I will never go back to that horrible place. She is better living next to tent city by the homeless shelter.

TBC I have been living here for 8 years i have seen it all i know everything and everyone! Roaches aint the problem the attitude that the manager has aint the real deal breaker its beyond that it is harm to your physical body that you can not see from breathing in the MOLD from all over the inside of your apt is what should give you the second thought of where you live...Oh 3 months since review and nothing has changed they say they have new management ..LIE new owners but still same little Ms your 💩 does stink!!!

This a great place to live. Been here for 2 years now. Ever since the new company United Devolpment Group took over last year they changed this place upside down. All the new employees in the office are great and maintenances new and on top of the work orders they been responding with in 24 hrs of a maintenance request. Michael one of the maintenance here is always back and fourth working on the property he has kept us really happy with his Hard work . It’s very nice and clean . Over all great job changing things up around here.

I rented here for less than a year. The office staff in the office is completely unprofessional and never gives you the correct information. It got to the point I had to ask for everything in writing. Even with everything in writing, instead of making them follow procedures and laws, they just quit contacting you all together, until they have no other alternatives. I am still waiting to get in contact with someone from their corporate offices so I can forward all the information the office staff has mishandled. And dont get me started on their office manager. She doesnt even know what shes legally liable to handle on her end. They show you an apartment and then rent you something that is completely outdated and unkempt. I wouldnt recommend these apartments to people I dislike...

Great property with great staff

The people from management came to inspect our apartment since two months. Now another notice “we have inspector the will require mandatory access to apartmet for an inspection from 9am to 6pm. Your attendance is not required!” This doesn’t make sense. The reason for checking isn’t specified and leads us to believe they may be checking for reasons that are not appropriate. Why check when residents are not at home? They could easily check when people are at home. We welcome them when we are home! How can we be sure that they are not surveying the premises for items that they want to take/ plan to steal with outsiders..who know? Just like PG&E and gas scammers knocking every rent houses to check. Don’t recommend to stay this place anymore unless you don’t have chance to stay here!

Very nice place to live love the service

After driving around town and walking some Units I almost gave up due to my Fustration. Touring Enclave won me because it was very clean, there is 2 Pools a Gym & lots of Parking. The price was in my Budget and the Unit is Spacias.Im stoked as A 1st time Renter I know I’m going to Enjoy living here.

It is quiet and everyone minds their own business, and keeps to themselves.

We have been living here for 2 years, gone through 3 different managements. I would not suggest anyone live here. Washer and dryers always malfunction they dont fix it right away. They have many residents that live here and cant fix things right away. No one in the office at all times, especially if you need to load the washing card. Parking space is further than your apartment. They always re-paint speed bumps even though it gets dirty fast. I wish they made the kids park bigger and better instead of a dog park. We pay pest control since its part of our lease, bugs everywhere such as black widows and more. Theyre workers dont leave notes that they were in your apartment doing a work order. Very inconvenient! Security is very unprofessional and doesnt report anything when residents call. We are moving and cant be happier leaving this place.

I move here last Nov and Im not happy at all. It is the second time the main gate is not working and I had to wait for near 30 minutes with another residents till someone get out so we can get in, try to call mainace to report a problem and system several times and my call was hang up, there seems not to be care from staff about residents unless youre new or interested to move in.There is not way to use a code in the main gate so if you order pizza and or invite someone to come over, youll have to get out to open it, workout room is not fixed, laundry room is dirty and some.I had terrible experience when moving in, there was 3 different staff to deal with since they have being changing it often, every one of them told me different agreement with a little difference price in the end, had to be move from different apartment 3 times since the first one wasnt ready when attempt to move in, the second one had carpet witch wasnt in the agreement plus took 3 days to find their key, and finally the one I have.Now. The first month my rent was due, the staff attempt to charge me more when I had a contract for one year singed up. Im very unhappy with my experience in this place so far, I dont mind to pay my rent for my apartment but not when the place where I live doesnt worth the price.I dont want to hear that this place under renovation again!The only nice thing I have seen is the pool and office, other than that everything seems to be falling apart plus I have seen some of the staff being rude to even each other, thats not professionalism.I think will be nice if management make priorities like fixing the gate.If youre future resident please make sure you get what you looking for and what you money worth. Ones again I dont mind to pay more if the place worth it.

Hmm where should I begin. First of all these apartments are definitely not SAFE!! WAY OVER PRICED!! My son who was 9 years old at the time on his way back home from throwing the trash while trying to get into our patio gate someone got murdered less than a few feet away. People always stealing from our neighbors paito. Not to mention used shoes stolen from my front door. My vehicle broken into. Management is always changing. Ive been here for a while cant wait to move!! The only good thing I can say is the ladies in the front office have always been very nice and polite to me and my family.

Ive been living 2 weeks So far, my apartment has been great it does need some improvements the employees are great I can see there trying.

Probably the worst place ever to live apartments are cheaply made. They have random inspections so people come into your apartment even if your not there. theres always bums digging in the dumpster and little kids running around all day EVERYWHERE! Management is S****. Rent goes up and down with no warning even if your tied to a contract. I would give this place 0 stars if i could. Do not move here i dont wish this on anybody. And not to mention theres always cops in the complex not a safe place. We had multiple times of junkies banging on our door at 2 am. Steer clear of this S*** HOLE

The managers are rude. They change lease amount. I went to pay the amount listed on my lease and they refused payment because it wasn’t what they wanted. So I ended up getting charged a late fee even though I tried paying it and they won’t accept. They also promised me a 500$ gift card for moving in and it’s been two months and still no gift card. They lie and are very unprofessional with how they treat the residents. DONT MOVE IN HERE!

When you come to look the management shows you a beautifully redone spacious apartment. When you move into yours it is NOT completely redone. Bathtubs and sinks leak and the resealing job is sloppy. There is so much paint on everything that doors stick and peel and has huge visible drips. EVERYTHING and I mean everything is caulked to death even the base of the toilet....does not need to be caulked there. Cheap way to fix leak. The pool is closed constantly and the excuse is chlorine levels not to mention it is dirty most of the time with tree droppings and dust. Kids under fourteen take over pool are with no parental supervision. No no no.....it does not take over a week to get chlorine level right! Maintenance is horrible and places blame on tenant everytime even though its maintenance that did a horrible job. Cabinet doors dont all close. Management seems nice but they are not doing a proper job of taking care of business. This could be an excellent place to live if it was managed properly. Hottest part of summer and fathers day you dont close the pools. Play area for kids is worthless.

I like living here because the staff is nice and when I put in a work order it gets done In a timely manner the only thing I would change is it’s very noisy at 3:00 in the morning some of the neighbors scream at that time every morning that’s the only thing I would change

If anything goes wrong in these apartments just know they wont be there to help!! Constant homeless rummaging around and rent is ridiculously expensive and jumping up to mortgage rates. Not to mention the management changes every couple months with new rules. The maintenance is awesome tho and is there the next day. When theres a fire (happens alot i been told) be ready to not have anything done. They basically just tell you oh well. No free rent and no help when it was the neighbors apartment that caught fire and spread to mine. Now i got to figure out money to move everything to another unit in the a complex because my apartment isnt livable. I lived in way More ghetto areas in Fresno and never had bugs. They are everywhere here. Literally earwigs, roaches, water bugs, mosquitos and hella spiders.my cars have been safe here so that was good. But if theres a issue then literally you can never reach anybody and the office days state 7 days a week. I mean it all seemed so good when i first moved in. I dont know why they dont care about their tenants. If they gave me money for a hotel for vacating my apartment from fire and money off rent id change my feelings but they are not offering anything. So Im just stuck with moving costs etc.

I was actually interested in how long for current residents did it take for your credit check to pass for you to be approved. Also did they take a deposit before you were approved?

They are constantly patching or painting over everything instead of replacing it. They show you this really nice model apartment but yours wont look like that at all.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Like other people have said, not only are they unprofessional but the owners are also scammers. I currently live here. I am one month away from my lease being up. on 2/19 a notice was placed on my door saying if I do not pay rent owed then I would be evicted.. Before this date my online account was current stating no rent was due...HERE IS THE CATCH.. When I called office to find out what it was about, Marisol told me it was from January. My response was that it was mid February so how is that possible.. She asked me to bring in a copy of my receipt.. Which I was still not understanding what the situation was about. So I asked her why is this the first time I am hearing about this... She said a three day notice was posted on my door. LIE I never received that or else I would of brought it up already. She couldnt tell me which day it was posted because she didnt know. I told her I would be by. So When I get home I check my online account.. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW.. all of a sudden it states I have a negative balance. How convenient right before my lease is up this happens. So I dig deeper into the past payments and past charges. NOT ONLY ARE THEIR ACCOUNTING RECORDS FAULTY THEIR MANAGERS ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS. So to avoid my name being tarnished while trying to find a new place to live, being my lease is up and I refuse to pay the rent increase, additional pet fee per month (who does this anyways) or additional $200 to rent month to month, I PAID THE MONEY THEY SAY I OWE.In the year I lived there I had two inspections in which I had to take work off to make sure I am there because they refuse to make appointments or do the necessary work to give you a time estimate so your privacy would be honored, or your pets would be safe. The only reason you would have multiple investors visiting tenants this much is because you are trying to sell. Thus why they are renting out apts over priced. They charge you extra fees to cover the maintenance that is needed which should be free.All In All DO NOT rent here you will end up in court!!! or having to spend more money to break your lease when you realize the people running this place are Fraudulent and have horrible business practices.

Im a new tenant and accidentally parked to the apartment service maintenance, I got towed and payed $300. The management doesnt gave at least a second chance to put a note in my windshield. So sad to the circumstances. This is my review to the management.

This place doesnt even deserve one star! I hated living in these apartments. They overcharged us on rent every single month even though we would go talk to management to let them know that they kept overcharging us.They also never reimbursed us the money that they owed us for overcharging. They are quick to take to your money but when its their turn to reimburse, then thats when the tables change. The list can go on but as anyone can see these apartments are not worth the 810 dollars that they are charging. I would just go somewhere where the area is actually nice and the apartments are fully remodeled. I do not recommend anyone to move here. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

So since I have lived here my apartment flooded took 6 months to fix the lights dont work in my area its pitch black when you come home at night I have meth heads in my park at night security is never here at night cause I walk the property now until I move considering I have had a bike stolen another bike almost stolen someone was murdered in here then there was a a big fight where shotgun was fired and people barking then my apt gets broken into in day light no one hears or sees anything oh yea they gates dont work properly anyone can come in and out people cruise around at night here digging threw the trash every night not once and a while but every night theres trash at the park so kids cant play there oh yea I was told a new park was getting built they just threw down more mulch they cant even get the landscapers to trim all the hedges how do I expect them to do anything else I fear for my safety and well being of my family every night glad Im almost out of here there are real security and safety issues not to mention health hazards electrical issues watering issues pool cleaning issues go look at the toilet by back pool guarantee you will catch a virus this is terrible time to speak up and demand change quick to put a notice on a door or want your money but cant fix the 3 tree that fell in the last month
