Do not recommend this place. There a lot of trash outside. Dog waste all around the complex. They keep changing mangers; if you call the office they never answer the phone!

It’s been about a week that I’ve been living here. I’ll list the pro and cons. Pros: application process was fast and everything is done online which is very convenient. Moved in about a month after applying due to some issues but overall applying is easy. The unit I got was clean and spacious not the remolded one but overall a nice unit.Cons: the first day someone was parked in my stall they didn’t move after the next day even though I left a note I didn’t want to call the tow company but ever since they haven’t parked in my stall. The first night my upstairs neighbors where arguing and stomping around at 3am and I could hear a woman cry and things being thrown around. I couldn’t sleep but also didn’t want to get involved but if this keeps going on I’ll be the one to call the police. I don’t know if the property manager could do any thing about this. It’s mostly a noise complaint basically they be stomping at 3am making my windows rattle waking me up and my kids. I’ve walked around the property noticed a lot of dog poop not being picked up even though there’s signs saying to clean up after there own. Also I wanted to buy a money card to do laundry but the machine wasn’t working so I had to go to a near by laundromat. I wish they fix that. They also have unlabeled mail boxes but they mentioned it will be relabeled soon. Honestly the only complaint I have is my upstairs neighbors being up so late walking and stomping around rattling myWindows and ceiling at night when I’m trying to sleep.

They have amazing specials and constant community events. I am happy I jumped at my chance to rent here, my kids couldnt be happier for us to have our own place. Lindsay in the office is so sweet and very quick with the app processs. Id recommend to everyone! Affordable and right off the fwy. Perfect for me.

I am looking for an apartment and I looked online, the manager called me and was super friendly and helpful. I told her I still had some time but I would be stopping by to take a tour. She sent me the invite to apply online and made things less complicated. Sunset sands is very nice and I can’t wait to move there.

Wow. That’s really alll I have to say. The inside of the model is gorgeous. They were super nice and the process was easy. Definitely happy and definitely spreading the word!

I have lived here for 4 years and there a wonderful and fun community. They have a lot of fun events chances to win lots of things. There an awesome apartment complex nice and clean pool and playground for the children so so much

I was looking for an apartment and I came across sunset sands I loved how everything was online I was able to apply and upload documents online Manager Jacklyn was very helpful and nice . My kids love living here and being able to enjoy the activities they have thru out the apartments. I love how the manager keeps the kids and tenants involved in raffles and games with prizes for kids and adults 😊😊

Very bad, I had an issue with another resident troubled people an older woman and her 3 trouble making argumentive daughters they tried to bullied me for my parking space at many times they called me bad names they threatened me. They assaulted me twice, I. I had to call Fresno police twice these bad people were warned twice to leave me alone. They didnt take this serious they did it again and again they are rude not very neighborly they are loud and obnoxious, and very messy they litter, the boyfriend s come and stay the woman is on section 8 she is subleasing amoug other illegal stuff going on. They want to argue and fight. The worse neighbors I had. The on site manager dosent want to do anything about it. The onsite manager stated to me if they are bothering my safety is at risk to file a police report so she had something to bring up to the woman I did what the onsite manager told me to do i called police got her a report like she said to do and she still didnt do a thing about it ! On site manager lied to me she doesnt do her job she hung up on me she ignores me she wont deal with the problem. Onsite manager lied to me. My safety is at risk Im scard for my life I also let security know they are worse. They have the worse security on site they are. Lazy and dont take very good report they just dont want to deal with people worse security I have ever experienced, laundry room 2 washers 2 dryers broke down I lost $10 putting money into machines that didnt work the onsite manager knew about it she didnt put a out if order sign and gave Me the run around about my refund of $10 I have yet to get my$10 refund . Worse place I have ever lived.i hate it. I wouldnt recommend sunset sands to my worse enemy. Truth.

Guys I put an application into this place. The manager here is amazing very positive environment I felt very comfortable applying. The property is clean and has onsite maintenance. Also gated and safe, not to mention the play area for the little ones. Again an amazing place I would suggest applying.

These are great apartments. Ive lived here with my mom since August and its been good. The maintenance is great and the manager is amazing 😊

I had a relative who lived here very friendly and clean and nice atmosphere and everything else very family friendly and apartment was extremely clean and everything else and the pool was sparkling clean and nothing was out of place and staff was friendly as well Id recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice and familyfriendly complex then thid is the place for you and your family to be at i askef the staff about the place and they told me everything about it nice people though they have people come over and fix whatever you need snd they are extremely friendly to you as well

Nice apartment to live at ive been here a year and a half i dont plan on leaving. The always have things around the holidays for familys .I love the spacious unit and how fast mantinace is able to fix somthing .the mannager is nice and very patient with the tents. The only reason why i didnt give 5 starz is becAuse the neighbor are loud and be fight ing late at night some time 2-3 oclock in the morning but i just to call security and the problem is solved .but it happen agian 😔

I love the apartment its self love the big walk in closet and a restroom in my room but its nosy I cant have my windows open you can hear so much and when I would go to the pool with my kids, Ill have 2 or more kids asking me if I can watch them and non of these parents are out to watch there own kids..... I would like to stay another year but the people are to much here .. :(

I have lived here over 3 years and now especially its not bad. Manager is fair if you follow the rules! Its mostly tenants that make it a bad place but management deals with that!

Ive been here since 2008 right,but Today I asked for a print out of my rental agreement, she pulled up 4 pgs. And, get this,theyve got a calendar date of 1-1-2000 that I moved in?, then from 2000-2012 nothing on me not even receipts, then they start me again in 2012 when the new owners came in,but no records or receipts and already in 2017, they only had 2016-17., the manager now isnt really any better than the last few that sat down in that chair. Ive caught them lying on occasion, even on me. It took 7yrs.to get my carpet replaced. I moved in under duress and regret it, my heating system was barely replaced last year after 5-6 times being serviced and a $800+ PG&E bill Im still making promise payments and theyve still havent planted a tree in my front window for shade & cooling to reduce my outstanding balance -bill. I doubt appreciate their negligence but, I do appreciate my home and am Thankful for being blessed with a home.

Dont move here! Manager Renee Bemis Griffith and maintenance worker Joe Valdez will lie on you, enter your apt illegally, harrassing you. He put a hole in the wall under the sink in the kitchen and left it there for over 2 months! It was still there when I moved! My grandkids who are 6 and 7 yrs old and I started to get sick from breathing something from the hole. I even saw a rat come out of the hole! You cant get rid of all the roaches! Joe Valdez is in a relationship with Gidget Harris and they have several children together, she is the regional supervisor and his boss! Conflict of interest? They all knew about everything! Renee Bemis Griffith even lied in court saying I had 2 men living with me and provided no proof! Thats called Perjury and she could get up to 4 years in prison! Its also called slander and defamation of character! They called the police on me because I caught them in my apartment when I had told them not to enter! Im sure the police told them that Im the tenant and if I say get out you have to leave. Renee Bemis Griffith was recording this on her phone. She didnt bring that up in court, nor did she show the video! It was like living in Nazi Germany! Im so happy and blessed that I moved. Im writing a book about all of this, Im giving names and all information about this terrible experience! This is also my life and all the evil that they subjected me and my family to is about to be exposed! They had no clue I was a writer and have been writing for many many years! Now you know! This book will also include any and all litigation, because there wil be appeals if necessary, civil and criminal precedings! Maybe I will make it a series? Believe me I have the time. I also have attorneys, physicans, law enforcement officers in my family some are friends Ive known for many many years! I happen to know a few senators too! The 3 of them need to be fired and procecuted! I have contacted the owner too, W.G. Ayyad. I will use everything allowed by law to get Justice for me and my family, for each and every one of of the rights they violated and laws they broke! Im Thankful to have roof over my head but,my experiences and expectations have not been Satisfactory.I see alot of favoritism for the New tenants from the New owners. Ive had 2Olive trees taken out from in front my south facing front window that used to block the hot summer suns,now feels like Hell! +Menopause =MISERY. old window frames let in heat so,Ive had to use cardboards to keep it cool inside plus,my PG&E bill has reached to $600 this past year and Theyre telling me that I use more electricity than the average customers in my area. Been here 7yrs. and always paid rent on time.UNFAIR. Ive heard they spent a Million or so on renovations, on a Huge Garage Disposal- incinerator that theyre still Needing to call waste management to help remove the trash piled around it. They dont or have never been working for tenants on assistance but,flash that full priced cash and then you matter. About the Only thing i do enjoy here are the Sunrise and Sunsets moments taking pictures. But,as soon as i possibly can, I will move out.

Fleas infested got my car stolen got my truck wrecked garbage next to my apt noise, tweakers cats in the garbage worse place I ever lived.
