This property management is giving me a hard time when I sent them proof of my daughters emotional support animal certificates. Pamela sent me thorough documents for my daughters to fill out re: their pets. If they decide the proof is not satisfactory they are stating my family who visits (including my daughters who live far away) can’t bring their emotional support pets. Thank goodness my lease is gonna be up in less than 2months,.

The most important thing about a business are the customers not themselves. This will always be a small business with the lack of diversity and ignorance. Don’t even bother here safe yourself time.

They are horrible. They never get back to you. I went almost four months of reporting an issues and it only got done because I reported them. Their office is never open. They say emails are checked on a daily bases but that is also faults. I just dont get how they are still up and running..

Never answer or return calls or emails. Dont understand why any one would use La Jollas services.

There owners son (Craig Kleim) is a registered sex offender. He like to prowl on kids. Dont rent from them. FYI.
