Shady company, with shady realtors! Never doing business with this company ever! There are many companies with great realtors you’re better off going elsewhere!

This company does not follow the 21 day California Law for returning security deposits back to tenants! On the 20th day we received an itemized deduction list along with an attached blue post-it note that said you should be hearing from the owner about a refund. No check! Added to the letter were bogus charges like $200 for 1/3 of the painting cost in a 1000 sq.ft condo, So they pay $600 for paint?!! Unbelievable! See you in small claims court! UPDATE: The company immediately called me back and said they had a check waiting for me. Wish they were this cooperative from the start. Thank you social media!

According to office receptionist, everything available online isnt available or is priced higher than expected.
