We moved in our apartment in May of 2021 and so far everything has been great. Maintenance is good about fixing things right away if you need something done. Yvonne is great and helpful. At this point looking forward to renewing our lease when its up in 2022

Management has been amazing throughout my entire move in process. The apartment itself is clean and quiet and perfect for my little ones.

Absolutely one of the worst apartments to get into in Fresno. Our apartment had roaches and damages present even when we were told its ready to move in. You are not given a parking spot and have to buy one for $50 each. Management is horrible and will try to charge you for anything they can. If you plan to move in here, be prepared for overpriced rent and make sure you take pictures of all damages that you encounter once you move in.

Called office with a need…. And it was immediately addressed.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! NO MANAGEMENT. THEY DO NOT CARE!! There is no help here. They are rude. They do not care about their tenants. They do not fix any issues you have unless it’s on their own time. They can leave you without AC for up to a whole day. This apartment complex will nickel and dime you for everything you have. Poor living conditions and they lie to you before you move in.

If I could give 0 stars I would! These apartments were easy to get into and the staff, specifically Emily was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I quickly learned that my unit was infected with Roaches! I let the manager know every week and they had the exterminator from Orkin spraying weekly. So every Thursday I would spend 2 hours re emptying my kitchen for the spray and leaving for a few hours with my kids until it was safe to return. My home was kept very clean and I would even buy products to help get rid of the roaches. I waited until my lease was up and put in my notice to move. The unit itself was very spacious and aside of the roach infestation, I would have liked to stay there. My neighbors were friendly and the evenings and nights were quiet. When I moved out I spent two days cleaning and wiping down everything. I spent money replacing the few blinds that we had broke and made sure it was cleaner than when we moved in. When we did the move out walk through the maintenance man had comment how everything looked good. As I’m waiting for my deposit refund, I get a letter stating that not only am I not getting back any of my deposit but I owe them money! They charged for holes in the wall which they were referring to maybe 15 thumb tack holes at most! Painting, I made sure there were no marks or scuffs on the walls. They even charged me a cleaning fee when I know there was no cleaning to be redone after I left. I am really disappointed and disgusted with them. I was a very good tenant who paid rent early every month, never caused any issues, and only made complaints about the roaches which never was resolved.

So far I love everyone in the office..they r down to earth and friendly..and I love my apartment..its crazy because I read the negative reviews and I cant relate at all...if your clean pest will not be a problem... people r rude if u yourself r...no complaints here so far...Im just waiting to c how this water bill will be lol

When i came to look at the property and ask questions I spoke with Ashley Ruiz and she was very polite as well as professional. I love the size of my apartment its spacious with lots of storage space. My daughters love the lil playground they have here. Ashley answered all my questions and she was very helpful with my application process as well as my move - in. So far i have no complaints when i needed a work order I let Ashley know and that same day it was fixed. I would recommend others to check out this property its not as bad as everyone in the other reviews make it seem. Give it a chance and try it out for your self! Thats what i did and im liking it so far.

I enjoy living at the courtyard for it being my first apartment. The apartments are nice, cozy and spacious as well. Management is great and willing to work with you should ever the situation occur. Maintenance is fast once you put in an order they usually come within the next day and fix whatever it is you requested. However, I do not like that you are not given a parking you have to pay a parking fee every month and the apartments do not come with a washer/dryer outlet. Also there were roaches when i first moved in which were a big problem but the apartment was sprayed and now I do not have that problem. It is a decent place to live to start out but not a long term stay

I have to say, Courtyard has been fair to us for the now 16 months weve been here. Response time has been hit or miss on some maintenance request, and Im a little bitter that the corporate line wasnt aware that a lockout at 2am wasnt considered an emergency and so told us to keep waiting for the technician that didnt show up until 10... but they respect our privacy and have worked with us when we had a little trouble paying a couple months. Overall, we were happy enough to renew.

Dont really have anything bad to say.Been here about 2 years.Staff is friendly.Anytime I have issues with anything they are usually fairly quick to respond.Rent is desent.Overall a decent place to live.

Spacious, but over charged. When you move out good luck getting a good reference, staff will lie, and make sure that you dont move forward towards a new place. No 3 hours for maintenance, and no night patrols.

Just moved out of these apartments last month, love the inside of apartment! Lots of storage room & closets are big. Never had any maintenance issues, I think but once which was my fosset was off for maybe a couple hours, but as soon as I called, maintenance was there within an hour, there are tenants who have lived there for years, friendly neighbors, kid friendly. Kids can just be running around in the middle complex. There was an incident with A tenant being abusive with eachother, but it was handled very quickly with the cops. Only reason why I moved was because I wanted to get closer to place of work.

Only good thing about that place its big in side but to over price and there not even a washer dryer hook up and they charge for everything and they have big rats I have pictures to prove it and they also in the trees also have videos of it,, but heey if u need a place real quick they will approve you even if u working through a temp agency and only been there 3 months

Office staff is very unprofessional and rude. There are drugs everywhere and the staff turns a blind eye. Ive had feces back up into my bathtub from a bad sewer line twice. Now the main line is busted and the water has been shut off and on for days to my building and several others .Office staff doesnt care and the property is in no hurry to fix the issue. There are children here without running water. But God forbid we are late 1 day on rent .. Then we are charged huge late fees. Cant wait until my lease is up! Dont move here!

The apartments are nice but that about it my ac is always breaking in the 6 months I have been here it has broke about 5 times or more the do absolutely nothing to for the tenants like cut off rent or anything for this I understand that things break but once a month the same problem like come one. When you visit they say that they dont like drugs and to report it, yeah right they dont care the people all around are always getting high so it smells all the time u have reported and they do nothing. The neighbors are rude and the kids very disrespectful they always blocking the way for my mother to get up or down the stairs have no manners at all and when you say excuse me they give you a dirty look and dont move just pretend you aint there. They always slamming doors real hard that it shakes the walls. The water in the shower will be the perfect degrees than get scolding hot all of a sudden that you scream. Not worth it the only good thing is that it nice on the inside and closet is big but that about it

I lived there for 11 yrs! Always asking for things to be fixed, they would take their time! When someone broke into my apartment, it took them 5 yrs to get the lock right! Always nickle & diming you for everything! This place is no place to live! Management sucks!! Even the workers complain about this place. Stop!! Dont go!

This is Keshay Beals from my cousins phone tbh this place is no where near as bad as ppl say work orders are prompt, Ashley is my fav she is really nice, very family oriented and kid friendly complex even have a after school program. The absolutely only think I do not like is the extra bill from Water, sewer and garbage and that you have to pay for parking I am so not use to it even after being here for the past 9/10 months but other than that I cannot complain. People paint this bad picture about this complex because of its past but they have cleaned it up nice and ppl should give it a chance.

DONT LIVE HERE, STAY AWAY!!! It sucks that I have to pay for parking and have someone else park in my space. I hate it that most of the time when I come home from a long night of work I have to find parking because someone is parking in my paid parking space. Then I get my car towed for parking along side of the gate when Im paying for a parking space I cant even park in. Sure, I can sue and take them to small claims, but thats too much of a hassle, instead I rather blog about them online and tell the world the truth about how Fed up the office people are. How unprofessional the financial and property managers are. How they would talk smack behind the tenants backs after the tenants leave and not wait until potential renters leave first. This place makes up all these rules and they NEVER enforce them. If you want to live in a ghetto, drug infested community, where the property managers raises rent or you have to pay for all the utility bills, and property insurance; then this is the right place for you. I have talked to Warren (hes the VP) and he had assured me that, everything from now on was going to be better. (he told me this a year ago) But, actually its worst. I know what youre thinking, why not leave? I cant because of my lease, I was tricked into thinking this was a great place to live and signed a long lease. Dont get fooled by their new name: The Courtyard at Central Park, because everyone from their old name: Stone Pine still lives here, and they claim to be a gated community, but the gates are always open, they claim to have someone at night walking around, but my car got broken into twice. They claim to have the cheapest rent, but then you have to pay for cable, water, sewerage, renters insurance, and parking. Whats really messed up is that Im hardly home and I have to pay for someone else using my water, because its a SHARED BILL. The neighbor downstairs from me have at least 12 people living there, they even have a bed in the living room, and Im sure Im paying my water and sewerage bill for them too. This place reminds me of that building in the movie New Jack City. The owner doesnt live there, not even the people who are trying to rent apartments to you, and they dont know what goes on here. I dont recommend taking a walk here, because people let their dogs run around without supervision. The kids here are ruthless, if they see your kids with something they want, theyll take it from you kids. Most of the families here are from low housing (sec. 8) and they dont care about their kids. The ladies in the office are VERY NICE & HELPFUL. BUT I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to learn that covered parking cost an extra $15.00 AFTER I rented Apt. THEN when I paid for my parking it is hella far from my my apt.! AND that the laundry closes at 6:00 pm on Wed. & Thurs., I learned this AFTER I had JUST went into office to put $ on the laundry card.....There was a comment made that the pool is closed at 6:00 on Wed., BUT NO mention about laundry room,then one of the maintenance guys told me it closes at 6 every Wed. & Thurs. because there is no one here to lock it up WHILE HIM AND THE OTHER GUYS LAUGHED IT UP ., you would THINK that the tenants could USE the laundry room ANYTIME, after all we have keys, AND have to use THEIR laundry CARD! AND another thing, they said they cleaned my carpet- why would the water come out black, when I re shampooed it-if indeed it HAD been cleaned?! Other than that its been okay, I pretty much stay in my apt

This place is horrible to live, super dirty, neighbors throw garbage and the area managers do not clean, drug addicts around, fire alarms go off at least twice a day and in the early hours is quite annoying, the owners dont do anything to improve the place.And above all its not safe, robberies occur often, I had my license plates tags stolen and my 2 bicycles out of my balcony, the worst place you can choose to live in Fresno, you would not want your children to grow up in such a horrible place.

This is a terrible place to live so save yourself the headaches of infested roaches and rates and drug activities that go on constantly. The walls are thin, you will hear neighbors fighting most of the night big dogs barking loud and hear your neighbors flush toilets and kids yelling. Kids are all over the streets unsupervised and writing on your apartment walls no one says anything. You find furniture on balcony where they toke it up you got to keep Windows close to not smell it and it goes through the cracks of the door and you still smell it. The washers are always down they keep your money you dont get refunded by managers. The managers never walk the grounds and allow all of this to go on when u complain they do nothing it just continues on. They are rude act like their doing u a favor. They are rippoff them selves they over charge people and are pocketing money the owners dont have a clue bcuz they are from another state so they dont keep a close eye on them and wuts happening in apartments. This is suppose to b a low income complex but over charge for water usage and charge for insurance and give u NO paperwork on who it is and wut they cover. They tell u one price then boost up the price when do and they get rude if u question it. All I can say to perspective tenants is go talk to tenants and find out the truth dont listen to the managers they lie to ur face just to fill the unit after that they dont care. As for the owners Im sure they know wuts going on and dont do anything as long as they get there money. So if u c this the owner or managers dont reply with sympathy its time wasted.Theres a whole lot more to say and it aint good either this is why I left after living here for a short time so find a better place to live.

The restroom ceiling above the shower has mold growing. I don’t want to mess with the wall paint so I rather have someone from management come by to check on the vent and ceiling.

Lived here for a little over a year, the apartment space was decent but the Manager Erin Coulson is rude thinks she is a god or something very unprofessional. When i moved in i noticed a roach isssue and they sprayed a few times but things just got worse from there. Had sewer back-up for 3 weeks the area around my apartment building was filled with poop water and toilet paper. Was told they didnt know what was going on but they were working on it. Next thing i know i have mice running around my aparment, they gave me cheap paper traps that did absolutely nothing, i had to by my own traps and cought a few mice but also caught a big rat. They kept telling me theres nothing they can do just use the traps they will let exterminator know. For the price they charge and the extras you have to pay for like the parking, the water garbage the security gate if you dont have one already its ridiculous. Had vermin inspector from the city come out and he deemed the unit unsafe because the mice were pooping on everything. Had to throw a lot of stuff away. All these people care about is money.

Always been my comfort zone moms been living over there for 15years and she not going anywhere Ive been thinking about moving over ther with my Beautiful family of 3 some of the Biggest apartments in Fresno and I love the central school District even tho I work for Fresno unified lol 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I moved in without reading the reviews and honestly I have had a problem with my toilet but everytime I call the maintenance team they are here within minutes to fix the issue I have talked to all of my neighbors upon move in and they all seem pretty cool they just do their own thing the office team is very nice me and my fiancé wanted to move in immediately and the leasing agent who was handling our file was out for two days and we called in and explained the situation to another agent and she handled everything for us all in all its a been a great experience thus far

I Recently left these apartment, i used to live here. overall the apartments are not good, bad area, very bad area. Gun Shots can be heard sometimes, robberies and break-ins. Their Customer service is very bad, they dont keep track of your stuff. they dont care about their tenants, they are careless. i would suggest paying little extra buck and getting apartments that are in safe area and not ghetto area.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO CALL HOME! just moved out was there for 2 months manager can care less about tenants. We had our cara broke I to several times towed more than 5 times, the maintenance guys think they are mall cops calling in cars to be towed. Bunch of theifs... horrible management and verry rude.Constant drug use.point is this place is not a suitable environment to call home or have children out playing. Not even worth the one star!

Lived at the courtyard for a year and a half. Staff is very rude and upon leaving/ moving out, I was left with a 300+ dollar bill that I didnt know I owe. Communication is non existing to the staff. Save. Your. Money. Look elsewhere!

Lived here a couple of years ago, for 9 months. Horrible customer service and rude staff. They’ll take all of your security deposit, and charge you on top of it. Don’t do it! By far the worse place I’ve ever rented.

Horrible!!!! Management could care less about all the drug use and crazy people they have rented to.Maintenance sucks it takes them forever to fix the simplest problem and the kids running around that complex are so disrespectful.. worst experience of my life!!

Started off paying 733 a month pluss paying for water and insurance for apartment every month I noticed they were charging me double for insurance and water by the forth month they were charging me 1120 bad place to live staff have a messed up attitude left the apartment with no stains in carpet and everything clean I turned in the keys and left them a address to send me what ever I had to pay and they never mailed me anything now i have it in collections for 2000 They are crazy the apartment and area isnt that great either I wouldnt recommend anyone to move their its a ripoff
