Lived here for two years and both me and my roommate never had any issues. The staff were nice and always greeted me whenever I passed by. They always fixed our maintenance issues in a timely manner. The property is very well kept. And its just a short walking distance from the school. I would definitely recommend, especially if youre a student looking for a furnished apartment.

Awful and unprofessional local and regional management. The complex itself is pretty on the outside, so long as you dont look too hard. I stayed here for about a week before its general location and the... less than salubrious conditions convinced me I was better off crashing on my buddys couch on the other side of town. Had disgusting roommates (even after a room change), never felt safe (the street in front of the complex has cops there virtually 24/7 because of the high-crime and drug rate in the neighborhood), and was happy to leave.

This place is not good at all . I Stayed there for almost 6months and it wasnt what i expected. The place is filled with roaches like literally filled with roaches. There were roaches even on the bed ffs. The wifi aint that fast at all for the price. The only good thing about this place, is that it is furnished and near to the campus.

Been living here for 2 years and it’s been great! Management and staff are super cool and friendly and they do a good job of matching you up with people you’d get along with. They have a lot of cool spots to hang out and get work done. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

If I could give negative stars I would. Management is never there and incompetent. Our vehicle was stolen despite paying for secure parking. I’m still having problems with billing that was random and unmerited even after not living there for 2 months. Worst rental experience in all my life.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First this place is horrible, they take forever to do things for you that you request, the apt. are very dirty, there are bed bug and roaches in the every apt. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would prefer to live in my car or in the streets than living here. There is also a contract that forces you to stay here for the whole year so if you want to leave you cannot due to the contract. The parking and noise here are bad as people dont have respect for one another. So think twice before living here! This information is true and you may contact me for additional information. Do not recommend, rude staffing as well as unacommidating. I personally lived in one of the rooms and the door lock was broken the entirety of the year. After paying twice to have my door unlocked they gave me the wrong key the first time and having said the lock was plain broken, they were only capable of refunding me for one lock out. And, having had moved out it’s been a months and I haven’t been refunded my deposit or lock out fee. Also, their was some type of fruit fly infestation last summer.

Management is really nice and helpful and the BBQ area with the sports TV is cool.

This place is a big scam. Over 600 dollars for a room shared with strangers. Nearly 1350 if you rent out the place by yourself. You cant buy yourself out of the lease or anything of the sort.

Not at all good housing for the students.The manager is not at all good in giving advice.I was not living in the apartment then also i had to pay 2 months rent which I was not finding worth to pay it.Secondly i had problems with my roommate which i told the manager but the manager did not took any action against them.So my advice will be search for another apartment rather than going to university place.
