Ever since management was changed I’ve been happier living at pinewood place, The complex is clean and well managed. Whenever we submit work orders everything is worked on right away. Security is is a quick phone call away, and they also show up mornings and nights. Summer, our apartment manager has been so helpful and flexible with our needs. the only bad thing is that the area could be sketchy, I mean it is peach and olive lol but other than that, i notice that management does their best to keep the complex safe by keeping up with the gates whenever there is an issue. I would rate this place 8.5 out of 10 just because the area could be sketchy and some neighbors can be pretty loud. Other than that I really like it here.

I like pinewood place. I have lived here for 8 years. We have an excellent manager and maintenance team. Our work orders are completed quickly and properly. Our community really feels like home.

Horrible management. New Manager Summer is very rude and doesn’t listen to any concerns, she speaks over you. I addressed my concerns many times to her, and nothing gets done. I have been living here for overly more than 6 years, and I will be putting in my notices soon! A lot of the new tenants coming aboard is super unfriendly and has no respect.So much activity that goes on here at night, people breaking in cars. Homeless walking into the apartment complex because the gate door is always jammed. When call security, they will not do anything about it because of COVID. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Miss the old management(Gaby). She was a bit rude sometimes, but she listen and address the problems.

My fiance and I moved in not too long ago and love it! Management has been super helpful and we have not had any major problems like our last place. Definitely a gem in this neighborhood.

I love this place because it’s been my home since 2013 and I’m very pleased to say I’ve had no problems to report. Thank you to the management, maintenance, ground keepers both on and off site and security for keeping us safe. I have and I will recommend Pinewood place apartments to anyone who asks!

Extremely clean apartment complex. It has a nice playground for the kids and a big pool! I love how close it is to the freeway. The manager was very friendly and went above and beyond answering all my questions.

Very clean and staff is super nice and attentive to our needs. I lived here for 1 and 1/2 years now. I recommend living here! it is quiet and neighbors respect each other. Security is always available. The laundry room has new washers and we love it! Office manager and maintenance always keep our community clean and quiet.

This is a nice apartment complex dont let the location fool you! This place has great management and great maintenance when we moved in everything was nice and clean we did have a few issues but they were taken care of immediately by Jose the maintenance guy. The Manager Gabriella was super helpful from beginning of our lease process til the move in and is there to help with any issues, my family and I are happy to call this place home!

Took my rent money and never received it back. Its been 5months since I move and no one have contact me about my reimbursement money. If I didnt reach out they would just kept it. Im reporting them to housing since they took my money and housing also pay them too.

The manager Gabrielle is as rude as can be. She doesnt do anything but sit in her office and abuse her authority. Shes quick to judge the tenants and their guests. She thinks all black people she see is selling drugs and quick to evict her black tenants especially if your on section 8. To be honest I really believe she racist. The only one who is okay is the maintenance man hes very helpful. I hope they replace her very soon.

Good thing I read the reviews before checking this place out. I want a place where my kids can be safe being outside. I heard its a bad area as well, and after reading about how rude the manager is forget that. Thanks guys

Been here a year and its ok...not the best neighborhood...the apartment we have was remodled so we got lucky but, the stuff they put in is cheap and falls apart quickly, and couple of my buddies live in the the other section and they dont look that good...they have a gym...but the equipment is out dated...breaks while your using it. I complained about it and all they try to do is switch around and probably puts a screw on...your better off signing up at planet fitness down the street(so much for saving money)...they have a pool...its nice but, so many people in it ..they have kids unsupervised and people that dont live here in all the time ..again Ive complained ...called the security but they dont show up for calls like that..they only come twice a day to open the pool, gym, and laundry . the laundry mat is always dirty and expensive(again so much for saving money)...your better off at the dirty bird down the street..Theres several but dirty bird is my go to...they have nice grass.I guess the liquor stores are close...hopefully your not am alcoholic lol...circle k ...not the cheapest gas but its there...so Yea my experience here in a year...just kinda upset cause I pay 1000 for wack gym equipment, and sharing the pool to the community and poor looking washer and dryers that hardly work. Just expected more for what I pay.

My wife was renting a room from one of the tenants there and it was horrible Everytime she went to turn in a rent money order the lady would not go e her a receipt. Im glad she moved out the woman she lived with kicked her bf out then had guys coming in and out. Moved in her cousin and three kids to the living room to stay rent free. Then moved in her 17 year old brother let him do drugs and alcohol and men coming in and out. Im glad I got my wife out of that environment. Apartment 244 should have cps called on them

The manager, Gabriela, is rude and and doesnt take tenants complaints and concerns seriously. I had an issue with a leak that never got fixed which ended up in mold damage with the maintenence refusing to fix it till i moved out. The maintenence before that just painted over it. The apartment was rented to me in the worst shape, and i was charged with the damage when i moved out. The rent is hiked up to high for such a poor living area. The mananagement doesnt schedule sprays so there is a huge roach infestation. Things are constantly broken and hardly fixed. The carpeting is old and manangement will not replace it even if you lived here for years. She is not appareciative of tenants, only wants to collect rent. You do not get what you pay for.This area is drug infested, poor neighborhood, run down and poor manangement, and huge roach problem. Do not move here unless you have to. You will regret it!

Lived here for a short time people are cool but its bad corner 3-4 killings robberies drugs if needed stay inside at night.
