If I could give them 0 stars I would they didnt give me back my deposit of 1000$ after leaving. Additionally they want to charge my 500 dollars more for repairs for things that were broken when we moved in. Also they have roaches in all their town homes worse place to live in.

We absolutely love our townhome! It is very modern inside and also very spacious. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large! Management has been great and any little problem we have, they get on it right away and fix it for us! There isnt much noise that goes on in the complex which is also nice. My only complaint is not being allowed to have pets and also the guest parking is a bit awkward. Other than that we are very happy here! :)

My experience living in this beautiful, quiet and cozy community has been a great one! Sandra in the office has always been helpful and very concerned about me as a resident. The apartment has the best amenities in the area. The price is well worth the quality of living that you receive while living there.The only downfall would be the limited parking, however whenever we had an issue with that the office team was very helpful in resolving the problem. Overall, great place to live, very private community.

My boyfriend and I set up an appointment to tour the 2x2 apartment today at 11am. We arrived at about 10:50am and right off the bat it was very unprofessional. The lady in the office Elaina was trying to explain that they had a leak somewhere on the property and it had been a hectic morning, then a older man comes in I’m assuming her husband and starts yelling and telling us to leave and come back another time that they have stuff they need to work on. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant, Elaina offered for us to stay and wait until the people turned their keys in(which the man I spoke to about scheduling the tour assured the apartment would be ready for a tour by 11 today) We said we would wait as stuff happens and we made a 30 minute drive to see this place. She then called the people and asked about the keys and they said they weren’t done moving out, she said there was a 3 bedroom we could tour we said okay then that one was not available to tour either. I am SO glad we ended up leaving because there is obviously a lack of communication and they are not professional at all. The man literally yelled at us several times to leave and come back another time, we could not believe it. Save your time and don’t look here this management is horrible.

I love living here -- Melissa the current Manager is awesome! caring, compassionate, and honest which are characteristics every tenant should enjoy in a manager. My place is very spacious -- Even when people are visiting just the outlay of the apartment allows the place to never feel congested. The stairs in the unit are made well and are not hard on your feet or steep so its great when older guests come and visit .. it doesnt feel like a workout going up. Tenants can be communicated with by email .. The insulation is wonderful so the actions of other tenants do not bother me. I feel very safe here the place has awesome surveillance. Its awesome that cable is included. Work orders for the unit are generally performed the same day or within 48 hrs depending on the problem and... The Master bedroom looks like a luxury hotel suite and is one of a kind!

This place is very nice and quite. Beautiful inside, love my upgraded kitchen. Management is very friendly and always on top of things! I will remain here for as long as I can!

MANAGEMENT IS ONE OF THE PROBLEM HERE. THEY (OWNERS) HIRE JUST ABOUT ANYONE TO MANAGE THE OFFICE IT SEEMS. THIS GIRLS DONT HAVE ANY PEOPLES SKILLS TO SPEAK OF, THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.----AND FOR THAT REASON I GIVE THIS CONDOS TWO STARS

This was a nice place until they hired Sandra, she seemed to be confrontational and nosey. There were no work orders taken care of and everything went downhill. Also the noise from the Walmart is there everytime you open a door or window. The neighborhood had become crime ridden. When I moved out I had no one to help me and subsequently I left some of my valuables which I am sure were taken . After paying a $700. deposit I was sent a bill for $1300. for repairs of things that werent fixed right when I moved in... Good Riddance San Jose Villa,s.....
