I have taken my car here a few times for oil changes and every time the manager helps me immediately to get checked in. Very friendly and as fast as they can be. Takes about an hour on a busy day to get done but they have a very nice waiting area with free coffee and snacks. Would recommend.

I’ve used Hiller Ford for a number of years, for both my older Ford and for the new one I purchased. I have always been impressed.The service department is excellent. They are informative and always answer all my questions or concerns. I’ve worked with a number of excellent service department individuals and one stands out; Rachel. She always takes excellent care of me and my vehicle. I would suggest her as a point person to anyone.Their staff working their Quick Lube department go above and beyond as well. I never have to wait long even when I don’t make an appointment and just stopped by. They address any issues that I may bring up, like a tire that needs to be checked for a puncture or a reseal because it keeps loosing pressure.Their salespeople are informative and don’t rush you like other dealerships. They also don’t hound you to make a decision with calls or text you obsessively.I enjoy working with Hiller and will continue to do so in the future.

Another great car buying experience at Hiller Ford. This place knows how to treat people. Not only did I get a great vehicle at a fair price but the entire buying experience was a pleasant one. My salesperson, Eric Schmidt, was friendly, professional, competent and frankly couldnt do enough for me. I can say the same about Chris and the rest of his support staff. A totally different and significantly better car buying experience than any other dealership has provided. I will buy my next vehicle there and cant recommend Hiller highly enough.

First time I tied the quick lane service. I was blown away with the friendliness of the staff. Ultra clean facility. Free WiFi, coffee, and cookies while I waited. Oil change and multi point inspection. 20 minutes! Wow. I will be back! Thank you very much.

I love that you can make a late morning Saturday appointment and when you get there your appointment time is honored even if they have a long line. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and was a joy to work with. I love the customer service that is provided by the dealership.

Upon arrival did not have to wait long to get checked in for service. Paperwork was all ready to go. Judy had a loaner all set for me to go. Filled out paperwork and was on my way. Judy was a very pleasant associate. Service on vehicle was done ahead of quoted time. Repair was completed.I have dealt with other Big Name service departments and found Hiller Ford to be a pleasurable experience. You just might have made a new customer.

I was able to finally get my car in for an oil change. It was overdue. I liked that I didn’t have to make an appointment because my work schedule can change like Wisconsin weather. They were quick, but had an issue resetting the maintenance minder on my Honda. That was minor. I took care of it myself. The instructions were in the owners manual.

Told I had to wait 2 weeks for appointment. Made appointment for 7:00 am. Never heard what was being done. Left message and then talked to service person at 2:45, who said they hadn’t looked at my car yet. I called the next day after being told they’d keep me updated and was told they’d get back to me. Car there from 0700 on Tuesday till 1100 Wednesday.Totally inappropriate when I was made to wait 2 weeks, had appointment, and car not looked at till next day. NO updates given. Poor service. Some of the service people could stand a course in pleasantries with customers.No issues when I bought my car but service questionable at times.

I messed up and made my appointment for the wrong time, l didn’t get off of work for 4 more hours. The men at the service desk still fit me in, AND did 3 extra things on my car that I didn’t ask for until I dropped my car off. Overall a wonderful experience. I did not expect them to still take my car, let alone the 3 extra things. Will definitely be coming back!

We worked with Niko. He was very friendly and accommodating. The used 2014 Escape was very clean and well represented. We’ve been to many other dealers and looked at many dirty used cars. They didn’t seem to clean them before showing them. This was not the case at Hiller Ford. We were happy with the experience and would highly recommend Hiller Ford and Niko. He was a good guy! The manager Rachel Falkowski made me aware that the type of oil needed was not typically carried and asked that I return the following morning, once she had ordered it. When I arrived the next morning with a line of cars ahead of me, she promptly greeted me and told me my car would be serviced right away. My vehicle was ready within 40 minutes, which was a relief since I had my 2 kids along. I was very happy with the service and with Rachel’s dedication to providing excellent customer service!

I had to tow my car to the dealership two nights ago. The quick lane guys were great (his name was Matt). They were kind enough to give me a rental car for two days. I was very thankful as I had a meeting to go to. When I went to pick my car up the kid who was checking me out was not very helpful so that was a bit irritating. The car salesman also were very unhelpful when I asked if someone could point me to where the service center parked my car. I understand I wasn’t buying a car but they could of at least pointed me in the right direction.

Long story short..... bought a used 2016 Ford F-150 from a different dealership. So took to Hiller for a couple small things that where covered under warranty. Back passenger window did not work being did not go up or down. And same door would not open from the inside. Took to get work done, when picked up said the window was fixed as it was not plugged in. I asked what was wrong with the door and the guy apologized and said they forgot about the door??? So I said I’ll bring back to fix tomorrow..... said they are booked out over two weeks??? Well the reason I wanted thing taken care of was I was going on a hunting trip and putting on over 2000 miles. So service guy said bring back next week. So mad appt to bring back. Then I asked if they could look at a couple tires that where slowly leaking. Said they would take care of. I asked if they would grind the rims and look for leaks. They fixed the door problem and said they ground down all four rims looked for leaks and remounted tires. Well the only thing that was done was they rotated from front to back as the next day the problem has now just switched corners front to back! Called they yet again and said I am going on a long trip (which I am on now) and I need these fixed. So they said bring it back and they would take care of yet again! Now I got a call from the service manager that said they replaced all four valve stems and everything is good! Well needless to say they next couple days the same two tires and yet again still leaking slowly! Now I have no time to take back and figure I would just fill everyday. So long story longer. I’m out in North Dakota hunting and in the middle of know where and get back to the truck and tire is a 8psi!!! 12 degrees out and getting dark. Not cool! Limped it at 15mph to a very small town co-op shop. Took tire off and inspected tire. Tech said he found a very small nail and was going to patch up! I asked if this looked like something new and guys said it looked like it’s been there for a while! I then asked if he could check out the valve stem as they where all just replaced. He’s no this one wasn’t replaced??? I asked if he could then replace. He said no as they are pretty expensive about $80 and they didn’t have any! So he repaired they tire and we where in our way. So the bottom line is that I was lied to by Hiller Ford and was out in a dangerous position! I will never give a dime to Hiller nor speak a good work of them and will be sure to tell all my friend my story! No I will have to take to a real service shop to check out the other three to make sure they are safe

I don’t even want to give 1 star to this service center. We dropped off our daughters car for a repair under an after market warranty repair on a DPS transmission repair. The repair guy only fixed one thing. Now within 1yr of the repair we have more problems. Why wouldn’t you fix the whole transmission and if you see a another problem let people know. This not only shows lack of safety concern for your customers and families but also shows that you are just out to make more money. We bring the Car back and you say it needs more transmission work, charge $180 plus tax for another diagnostic test and say the after market warranty company won’t cover it. Why won’t ford cover their work? Come to find out there is a ford factory warranty of 7 years/100,000 miles for the DPS transmission it has for parts (and labor) that you say now need to be replaced. We will never be coming back to this repair shop and will never recommend Hiller Ford to anyone.

We love our new car, and got a lot of great help from the people at Hiller Ford. Even the owner stopped to talk with us and thank us for coming. They even gave us a tutorial on all the features and made sure we knew how to connect our phones to the system and how to navigate all the settings. I stopped at the Quick Lube on my way to work as the Low Tire Pressure light had come on. When the service person was checking and filling my tires, he noticed a screw in one of them. They were able to plug the tire very quickly and get me on my way for a nominal charge. I am thankful that he saw this & saved me the cost of a new tire and also kept me from having a blowout!

Took vehicle in for a check engine light. They recommended $2000 worth of repairs. I did the repairs, and they said the check engine light may come on again. If you knew those repairs werent going to fix the problem why wouldnt you suggest what would. Check engine light came on within 20 miles of leaving the dealership. Now I need to take it in somewhere again. Not happy.

Took my car there for an air bag inflator recall, every aspect of that went very well. The multi point inspection was incomplete. I would have like to seen a complete in spec toon as recommended by the manufacturer. This could have easily been a five start rating.

Great service. Had a hiccup with the rental (why on Earth would you think a 6 foot tall woman driving a truck would want a rollerskate/Fusion, and why must I continually fight for a larger model loaner?) And then at the end with the Ford Pass Reward points (determined ignorance at the desk saved by the service tech and another manager). The program is new, so I can understand not seeing a lot of experience with the app on return trips by the customer.The reason I gave this mediocre experience a fourth star is because THEY MADE IT RIGHT.I had to walk through the service entrance, back through the showroom, across a driveway into another building to use my reward points. Then I had to traipse back over the driveway, around the outside of the showroom, and then beep for my truck which was somewhere in the boonies (well, it felt like that). Should the guy have offered to bring my truck round? Yep. At the time, in the moment, I didnt think about it since I had no sense of distance between objects in a large dealership. But he apologized for the trek and thanked me for my time and patience and gave a car wash voucher without prompting. He still had my best interest in mind.Aaron was at the service desk at drop off, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Its clear a very tight ship is run back there, and it was nice to see such a well oiled machine as Ford makes reflected in their maintenance crew and space.At each step, someone was partnering with someone. Adjustments were being made. I was included in the discussion. It was obvious my time and money were valued. THEY MADE IT RIGHT. And thats why this experience is 4 stars instead of 2.

My new dream vehicle has some issues, and it could be a a while before it’s right. With that said, I could not be in better hands. I came back to Hiller because of some bad experiences with other brands and the associated service departments. You really don’t appreciate some things until they are gone. The guys at Hiller are great, and I have never been disappointed. I used to be a mechanic, but that makes no difference to them. Everyone I assume would be treated the same. My issue with the car is going to need Ford Engineering to get involved, but I am 100% confidant Hiller will make sure it’s right.

The whole idea of buying a new truck was so I didn’t have to wrench on them myself. I’m getting older and it’s not as fun as it used to be. Initially I was quite upset with my truck having 4 recalls in 3 months and a lot of play in the steering on bumps. Also was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the parts to fix it. The guys at hiller were as helpful as possible and were able to find the part and straighten all the recalls out in about a week. The issues at hand were with the product and parts availability, hillers service were fantastic and despite me being so upset, really impressed me with their service and the techs attention to detail. This was the first vehicle I’ve ever purchased new and it was a big gamble for me because I work in the building trades and work is not always guaranteed but my family and I love the truck and I will fight tooth and nail to pay it off. Thank you again for helping me and mine, I’m not the easiest to please and that’s exactly what you’ve done. Only thing I would’ve changed if I could, I shoulda waited a couple months for the 2020 tremor lol

Joel was very helpful. And everyone was very honest vs some places that try and tell you that you need 100 things fixed. I was concerned because my brakes were making noises but they said they didn’t hear anything. But that’s usually what happens. Everyone at hiller always takes care of me. And I enjoy Bringing my car there. I was also given a free car wash at kwik trip which was nice. And the owner is so nice!!

Had an appointment to come in to get my car inspected for a warranty left out with a list of things that they said added up to 3000 Worth of work needed before i can get the warranty.. Now i thought it was kind of odd they added stuff like door panel and other stuff that’s not under the hood.. So i talked to a few mechanics & even had them look over my car to see if i needed everything done the dealership wrote down & of course i was told i need an serpentine belt which the other 2 mechanics said it was brand new 🤔 my driver side door opens & close just fine.. long story short i failed the inspection.. but i gave them to stars because Hannah in the finance department is a sweet heart.. The employees don’t speak they walk right pass you.. They don’t offer you water you just have to figure out where the help yourself fridge at.. They do have WiFi though 🤷🏽‍♀️

Service is good. Previous oil change I was told was included in my lease. This time they said my account was red flagged and oil changes are NOT included. With this being the 3rd leased vehicle from Hiller due to my 2 focuses before this were returned with the bad transmission issues. The least Hiller could do is include the oil changes.

Charged $210 to replace a $3.75 part in the door !Charged $15.62 for shop supplies. I didnt know that I had to buy the tools for the repairs.Did I get charged labor to check my transmission?I didnt ask for any additional work on my car.Dont think I will be coming back or recommending Hiller Ford to anyone.Thank You
