Do not buy a vehicle from here. When we purchased our vehicle we agreed on one price then when our loan statement came it was 4000 more than what we agreed on. They said it was for the warranty that covers anything on the vehicle. But when we had a broke a reflector they said that wasnt on the warranty. They said we had 3 years of oil changes free but now are saying that was for two oil changes to be used in three years which doesnt make sense . We had a speaker get bad three times in a year of owning it and we dont play the music high. They told us we arent fixing it anymore which is unprofessional. The van they sold us has had nothing but problems. Terrible customer service. Believe me dont get stuck having to deal with them.

Besides one sales mngr. and a salesman....all other aspects of Ewald Franklin is a complete joke...from bad vehicle service to even worse customer service...many issues in my experiences, but Im finally done with them....one example of many....bad dash speakers, what they do you ask....changed door speakers and didnt correctly put door panel back on..broke clips in both doors...not excepting coupons clearly marked for services only allowed to use at their location and still valid. I feel so cleansed of them and will happily take my business elsewhere...this rating is only my experiences and opinions...good luck to all of you using them going forth

A five-star experience all around. My time with the team at Ewald in Franklin set the bar for what the vehicle purchase process should look like. Aside from their competitive selection and pricing, the staff exceeded my expectations and created an atmosphere that made me want to be a part of their team. Shout out to my man Roy Visor, his tenure and patience through the process was bar none; wildly detailed and knowledgeable without any push or interest in doing anything other than what was best for me as the consumer. He even knew how to spell my last name by the end of our time together which is no easy feat (just ask my ex). Give this guy a raise! Alexa and Tom were also extremely helpful along the way. Wish I had the option to give a no star review. Took an 08 Avenger with 65,000 miles in for an oil change and they told me I need an oil pan gasket and timing cover gasket. Took it to 3 different other mechanics who told me that the gaskets are fine and do NOT need to be replaced. I do not recommend anyone to take their vehicle here nor will ever give them my business again. Hopefully anyone who reads this comment will consider hitting the road for other shops as well.

Great service over at the Ram truck sales. Bought my truck almost two months ago and just took it in to get washed. The worst car buying experience by far. They over promised and under delivered. When I called them out on it the sales manager kept interrupting me mid sentence and told me point blank that my time wasnt valuable. Im sure that the discount we agreed upon was also worked back into the price through a service fee that was listed on our purchase agreement.Theres also some issues within the sales team. They talked down the sales associate that we were dealing with. They stated that this person really didnt know what they were doing in the first place. If that was the case then the sales management te should have worked with the sales associate to complete the deal or ask the right questions. But, from my experience with the sales manager he could really care less. He seemed to be egotistical and too good to help his sales team.Check out the employee reviews on glass door. It exposes that they could care less about their employees. I feel, from my experience, that they could also care less about the customer. Theyre just trying to make profit not lifelong customers or employees.

I took my Jeep Wrangler in to get an emissions test and schedule some minor work to get done on it (tires and suspension). I decided to take it elsewhere after 2 service techs were unable to get a reading off the Jeeps computer after 45 minutes of trying. They stated that the previous computer connection pins had broken off in the terminal and that I would have to get it fixed. It took me less than 5 minutes working with a paperclip to clear the piece of DIRT from the connection port and I was able to get the emissions test completed elsewhere the next day. The additional work was also completed elsewhere after finding out that Edwalds techs arent able to solve minor problems.

Ted in the service department was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Historically theyve done an excellent job with my Sprinter van from oil changes to complex electrical and RV repairs! 3-11-21

Service department needs a lot of work. I dont have an hour to write about everything that has happened. But the staff needs to listen to their customers and follow through on the things that are needed to be done and not to add lib and add additional items to a customers order unless they ask for it. They need to ask if somebody wants something specific again it comes back to listening to your customers.

Pete Espinosa is a phenomenal salesman and definitely deserves this shout out! Not only did I go in expecting nothing special but Pete put my mind at ease and got me a great deal with so far the BEST Ram Ive ever owned! My next Dodge/Ram/Jeep purchase will be through Ewald and will also Be through Pete! Thank you again for wonderful service.

Took my Jeep to Ewald, Franklin because vehicle did not consistently start. Was told by SA that after they hooked up the diagnostic to the jeep that it needed a new fuel pump and that was the one and only code that showed. Price quoted was extremely over-priced, but what choice did I really have at this point. Several days later and over $1,200 later I picked up the vehicle. Within a day or two, the vehicle had the exact same problem and for a second time I had to get towed at my expense to the dealership. It was a day later and I still had not heard anything and I AGAIN had to contact my SA at Ewald and asked for an update. I later get a text (I guess service centers dont call anymore) and said they now located the issue (idle sensor) that never showed up apparently on the first diagnostic test and now did this time suddenly it did and they wanted another overly priced $500.00 to fix the issue. This sensor was never in the discussion initially but I am convinced they wanted to start with the most expensive service (fuel pump) and if that did not cure the issue, then they could rip me off more by now claiming a idle sensor and make even more money off of me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the EWALD SERVICE CENTER in Franklin, WI (Lovers lane). What they could and should have done is say, hey, we overlooked, missed, call it whatever you want the initial issue and because of that, we will put in the sensor at no cost to you the customer. Instead, they took advantage of a situation to extort more money out of me and THET DID NOTHING of THE SORT. They knew all along it was not the fuel pump and not only charged me for that, but the idle sensor and with towing and this fiasco with them I am out $2,000. I feel lied to, cheated, taken advantage of by Ewald Service Center. They never called me, only texted and then they also had the audacity to suggest other services that my 20 year old Jeep needs, are you flipping kidding me? I am not stopping at just this post. I am issuing a formal complaint with the BBB, other consumer agencies, FB, neighborhood watch notifications warning and strong suggesting consumers do not use this complaint for your new car and service needs. These dealerships have no scruples and take well advantage of the consumers with their over price, poor service and I will NEVER EVER go back to Ewald in Franklin, WI (Lovers Lane) and I will make it my days mission to share with my story over and over and over to anyone who will listen. I have already had several customers that had pre-scheduled service scheduled with Ewald and cancelled after they heard my journey with this dealership. Take your business, hard earned money to local small business shops that are as good as any mechanic at Ewald and you have a much better chance of being treated fairly then you ever go at these corporation dealerships. STAY AWAY FROM EWALD SERVICE CENTER...…………….

Ive been a dodge journey customer for more than 10 years and 3 vehicles now and my salesman Roy Visor has bent over backwards for be each time Ive bought a vehicle and even when Im in there for service. Youre #1 in my book Roy. Ill definately be back.

I was greeted in the service bay by a man with no mask on. This same guy gets in my car to move it for service? 60,000 new cases per day right now in the United States, and this dealership has mask free service department employees?

Took Jeep in to fix air conditioning. On a road trip now to discover the air still doesnt work. Very hot and unhappy in Florida😣

Stopped in to take a look at a Pacifica since the family is growing and met Howard and I must say hes pretty awesome. Its rare to find a sales person who isnt over barring and doesnt attempt to force anything on you and he 100% meets that. Not once did he make me feel pressured to buy or make me feel rushed, he answered my questions and let me know the options available to me. Stop in and see him, youll regret it if you dont.

Had my Dodge Journey 2011 taken in for service on 7/12, it is now 7/15, 530 pm. I have yet to be given a quote for repairs. Very poor service.

Ewald installed the Mopar 2 lift on my JL as well as a few other miscellaneous service items. The service was timely, pricing was fair, and communication was great throughout the install. They have a courtesy vehicle available to drop you off at home.Brandon Glisch was my service advisor, and thanks to him, the overall experience was very good.
