I highly recommend Craig I ordered a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from them back late last year, he was an awesome salesman great guy to work with ran into no issues throughout the entire process. My first time buying a car from a dealership and I was a little nervous about the process. We worked with Greg Morgan and had such a good experience with him and his team. They were patient and not pushy at all which I was very grateful for. They made sure the car was detailed, tuned, and ready for us and we really like this dealerships powertrain warranty.
I had been to the downtown Hyundai dealer and the sales person was rude and felt like he was doing me a favor by showing me a car. I quickly left the dealer and contacted the Cool springs dealership. It was like day and night, they were very professional and did not waste my time. I would suggest to anyone wanting to purchase a Hyundai to visit the Cool Springs dealership.
The whole staff here was extremely helpful and gave me a completely different feeling then other dealerships. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Let’s not forget the absence of those extra fees other dealers like to pad the total with. I tried to find them I really did but from the moment I step into the dealer to when I drove off the lot, the team at Hyundai of Cool Springs truly had my dream in mind.
Came in to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Hyundai Sonata… as well as to get a shaking issue looked at with my vehicle. After waiting 3+ hours, was told it would need 4 new tires after getting charged for a balance already. Got the car back and the shaking issue still exists. fast forward two weeks later and I have no answer on what’s going to get done with my vehicle. No one answers the phone. I’ve been trying to call for over a WEEK now and no answer. I’ve never been so frustrated and angry with a car experience in my life. Hopefully i get an answer soon so my brand new tires on my 2021 car aren’t “messed up” like they were before with the shaking issue still ongoing.
This review is strictly regarding the Service Department. Had a Santa Fe that went into Safe Mode twice with symptoms of the connecting rod bearing failure recall. They claimed that nothing was wrong with my car and sent me on my way. A week later my car broke down on the interstate with severe engine knocking and the engine became disabled. Now, Im getting it towed to a different Hyundai dealership. The service dept. is very bad about answering their phones and also left a dent on my door, but never return my call about my concern. I hear great things about their sales staff and their admin staff was very helpful; however, every time I was forwarded to the service dept. I was left with no answer and a full voicemail.
We received an email about a recall on our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe XL. So we scheduled an appointment to have the issue resolved.The appointment was at 10:15am. 2 hours later, my wife asked if the car was done yet. She was told the part for the recall had not come in yet, so she’ll have to reschedule another time to bring it back.When asked what they did with the car for the past 2 hours, they said they inspected it! Really!!! There was no apology. No “how can we make this waste of your time right!” They could have at least paid for her lunch.Therefore, if there was a no star, that’s what I would give the service department at Hyundai CoolSprings! 👎🏻

Did the interactive chat, and the vehicle advertised was said to be at the dealership. I called the local dealer amd he confirmed. I drove there and went over all the details, CARFAX, PFEVIOUS OWNERS, service records, etc…and I said I would buy it, if everything checked out. He then said it was at their dealership in OH. After a few more questions and me asking them to send some more photos, he said that it was at their dealer in Columbia.He said they would call first thing in the morning. They open at nine, so at 10 I called amd was told“ My manager is trying to get a hold of them now I will let you know as soon as he does”2 hours later I as again amd get“ Still waiting If they don’t call in an hour you should call them ”I drove a little over an hour to that dealership with a check to buy, and was then told that the vehicle is Priced WAY HIGHER that what was advertised and essentially they will work out something but it would be for a lot more money.IMHO, this was a total bait and switch operation!
Very poor customer service, never returned my phone calls, I always had to call the service department to get an update. Took over a month for the class action engine failure issue to be completed. Still waiting for a call a month after the repair to explain what was done. Real shame because we are a Hyundai car family but after this experience we will most likely be looking elsewhere for our new car.That was the problem - no one ever called like they said they would. Id be thrilled if someone actually called me.
Anthony and the team at Cool Springs Hyundai are always very friendly, however, it has started to take 2 hours for an oil change any time I go in for routine services (2020 - 2021). I don’t always have that kind of time available so I’m hoping they can return to their quicker service times soon. It may be related to the Coronavirus pandemic, so I will plan to post an update if timing for appointments improves. It just used to be much faster for just an oil change and tire rotation, especially after scheduling an appointment prior to arrival.

My car had engine parts that were being recalled. I went ahead and made an oil change and tire rotation appointment for the same time. They were able to schedule me in the same week I called. Chris greeted me and told me that the oil change would be easy,(an hour), but the inspection of the engine could last 2 hours or more. My appointment was for 12:15, so I was thrilled when they told me around 2:00 that I was good to go.
We have been searching for the right SUV for a long time and have been to many dealerships. Greg helped us one day and Jay helped us on another day and they were fabulous to work with, make sure you ask for them! We ended up at another location because inventory was limited but our time here was better than others!
Just bought a sonata n-line and let me tell you.. Haj was an absolute joy! Not pushy, extremely kind, and just all alround easy to work with. He took time to answer questions, didn’t hesitate to let us test drive something else. The financial stuff took quite some time due to how busy they were and being short handed but he never made us feel rushed and made sure we were comfortable. I would buy from Haj or anyone like Haj 10x over!

They had not even begun detailing vehicle by 11:30. Had not even started.THEY DO NOT VALUE ANYONES TIME.Never again.

Call and made a appointment, for oil chage, and tires rotation. The service department said they were full, three weeks out. We set the appointment. When I got there they said I didnt have a appointment.They were polite. Took 1.5 hours
I dropped in on a Saturday for an oil change. I know they were slammed but Chris was courteous and accommodating. I will continue to take my car there for all maintenance.
I have purchased 2 new Hyundai vehicles and one used from this dealership and they have serviced all my cars. No one can beat their prices or quality of workmanship, including the sales department. I should be selling Hyundai as I am a true believer in the quality of the vehicles and durability.
I recently had service completed on my Genesis at Hyundai of Cool Springs. Overall the experience was unremarkable where they were tasked with performing diagnostics on a couple issues which then required several back and forth to understand if the technician validated all options. Overall the main issues were not addressed along with unauthorized work that was performed which deviated from the original WO that was submitted. Service was gracious to remove the charge as a result. Perhaps I need to taper my expectations on Hyundai’s flagship brand which may have been too high. I went into this thinking the service would be on par to previous BMWs or Lexus’ I have owned when in reality one just gets the service indicative of Hyundai. The Hyundai service at Downtime Nashville is equally problematic which presents an issue for Genesis owners in the middle TN area.
This is a great dealership for first, buying a car, and now to get it serviced for my first oil change. Theyve answered my questions and helped me in any way they could to make me a satisfied customer. My car was returned to me in tiptop shape. The people are very friendly. The car has been great thus far and I would highly recommend this dealership and their service center.

Warranty is run by a Third Party - Hyundai has no right to claim an Unlimited Lifetime Power Train Warranty. Powertrain warranty claims were rejected without any explanation when all documents requested were provided.I bought my 2016 Hyundai Tucson in August of 2019 from Oscar Benavides at Hyundai of Cool Springs. I paid a HEAVY premium for the Unlimited Power Train Warranty on the vehicle knowing I would be putting a lot of miles on the car. I drove the Tucson for around a year and a half when a cylinder in the engine got stuck and we had to take it in for repair.The service tech said the repair would cost around $15,000 for the cylinder - I thought, No problem, weve got the unlimited warranty. (that we PAID for) This is where things turned south.For starters the service tech said that he had NEVER SUBMITTED a warranty repair before. We had record for every single oil change, service visit, tire replacement - you name it - documented down to the T, and they rejected the warranty three times. Turns out they use a THIRD PARTY for their warranties, which tells me they have absolutely no right to advertise and Unlimited Power Train Warranty.All we got for an explanation was a Sorry it got denied by the warranty company. No path of recourse, no effort made on behalf of the service department, and no explanation of why the warranty was being rejected. This has left me scrambling to find a new engine for the car since Hyundai of Cool Springs is completely unwilling to help their customers post-sale.

First off I will sale the sales staff was exceptional. They made the buying experience great. However, this friendliness ended when we had to bring our 2020 Palisade in for warranty repairs.The service department flat out refused to do repairs. They claimed Hyundai would have to put out a service bulletin for this issue before they could work on it. First off we confirmed with Hyundai corporate that this item is under warranty and checking on the NHSTA.GOV website there is also a registered service bulletin for this issue. The service manager has refused to fix our car and at this point refuses to return our phone calls. Thankfully Hyundai is a good company and corporate has arranged to us to get warranty service with another dealer.
I was on vacation. Traveled to west Tenn then was heading back to Pigeon Forge for a few days before heading home to SC. The day before we headed to Pigeon Forge my trunk latch broke. I looked up the Hyundai dealership on my route to Pigeon Forge and this one popped up. We called them 30 mins before closing told them everything. The gentlemen who answered the phone asked what time could we be there the next day and made sure they had the part in. He asked if we could be there at 11am. We arrived at 1030am and was out around 12. Great Service and the waiting area was nice. Also there was no questions asked about it still being under warranty.
Brought my 2914 Genesis to dealer for a map update. After calling the service department numerous times without anyone answering and no one returning the calls from voicemail, I returned just prior to closing and found that no one had worked on the car. The Saturday prior the service agent attempted to update it but found the system did not recognize the SD card. I requested that they contact corporate for help but they never did. Giving up after 2 frustrating days, I had to fight to get a refund for the SDcard. This is not what I expect from Hyundai. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this franchise in the past.
Karrie did an excellent job assisting me with a claim. The paint warranty was expired but she was able to get the repairs covered under goodwill. Her knowledge of the process was extremely helpful in getting this covered and her follow up was excellent.
Everyone courteous. Service good. Oil change and tire rotation a little more expensive than I expected because I had a coupon. Otherwise things went fine. Thanks to Jerry for taking and returning me from Costco.

From our first contact through the completion of our purchasing process, we worked with highly professional and supportive staff whose primary interest was our total satisfaction with their product, price and ongoing relationship with the dealership. We were very fortunate to have a two-person sales team that were well informed about the vehicle and answered our questions in a straightforward and thorough manner. The General Manager took interest in our decision -making process, not to just make the sale but to insure that the dealership had done everything to earn our business. The Finance Director was highly efficient and we appreciated the very competitive rates. We would recommend Hyundai of Cool Springs without reservation and value what we know will be a very positive working relation now and in the long term.
Hyundai of Cool Springs has the absolutely best service department! I actually live in Nashville, but I choose to drive 25 min. to go to their service department because they are so good. They are professional, so helpful, and they do great work. I highly recommend them!
I am not the type to write reviews, however, I hope that my review can help someone make a better decision instead of going to this dealership. We bought a brand new Hyundai in 2018 from them and took it back for a service appt as we moved back to the area recently and wanted to return to the same dealer we bought from. To my surprise we took it in for service today and had to deal with an unprofessional Hyundai of Cool Springs technician or service advisor name Anthony. I was told the price for service will be $700-$800 with tax. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told the total was over $900. They did NOT call me to let me know the price was increasing and to get verification. To make things worse, when I dropped the car off I was offered a roundtrip shuttle service home/back. I was dropped off, but when the vehicle was ready 6 1/2 hours later, I was told he has too many customers to pick me up and that he wont be able to come pick me up. I was stranded and ended up having to take an Uber with my 5 year old child that cost me $51 due to time of day. To be honest words cannot describe my anger and frustration towards the unreliable words that came out of his mouth. I will advise anyone who values integrity to look elsewhere.
Great service and they do a good keeping you up to date on progress and anticipated completion. They also do a great job walking through everything that was done and why.

Had the car we were interested in ready to go when we got there, wasn’t pushy, and took time to review all of the entertainment and safety features unique to the car. Quick, courteous, and bunny quick. I waited for my 2020 kona to be serviced at the dealership. I was told, initially, two hours. It was done in about an hour. The car was clean inside and out when it presented to me. The services were explained and also the cost. There was an error with the billing since the service was supposed to be free. It was not an intentional error and quickly resolved. I have to say my experiences with Hyundai cool springs have been nothing but good. Kudos to them.

I recently purchased my second Hyundai at this dealership. The sales and finance teams are friendly and knowledgeable. I feel they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in buying a new vehicle and going over all the new tech with you. In addition, I had always had my Elantra serviced there and always had a good experience with them and feel they go above and beyond in the service dept.

My car had a recall for a new motor sadly there wasn’t a recall for it when I called for it so I had to use my warranty in order for there to all of a sudden be a recall and on top of that I had to wait 2 months to get my car fixed finally and my vehicle is still overheating and wasn’t fixed properly because I still had to connect tubes that weren’t even connected. Very upset

Hyundai of Cool Springs (“HCS”) has failed numerous times to print to provide adequate service/repair to our to Santa Fe SUV’s. A couple of years ago, I had a rattling noise in the back of my 2014 Santa Fe, which HCS failed to identify or repair. I took my car to a mechanic friend of mine, and he found the problem and made the repair. Recently, HCS aligned new tires on my car, but failed to align the steering wheel, so I had to return my car to have that redone. My wife’s 2018 Santa Fe needed a repair due to a recall notice, and HCS lost her key fob. I called the service department a couple of times and ended up having to leave voicemail messages that were never returned. We still haven’t received the replacement (8/9/2021), although it was promised to be ordered on Monday, August 2. Found out by contacting HCS parts department that it wasn’t even ordered until Friday, August 6. If you lease or purchase a car from HCS, I would suggest finding another service/repair company to handle all of your Hyundai repairs.
We traded in a 2017 Santa Fe for a 2020 to get all the latest in technology. We had other brands of cars before Hyundai and found out what a great vehicle this Hyundai turned out to be. Hadnt really paid much attention to the vehicle but now its our favorite. Its a beauty through and through. So proud of it.
Being in sales myself, I do not have the time to come and have my wifes car serviced. She is always pleased with the services and the courtesy they show her. In this day and age I appreciate the respect they afford her when she comes to the dealership.
I have the sales person named Greg and he was awesome. I ended up buying the SUV call the venue and it’s the cutest car you’ll ever see. Greg help me get the price down by giving me as many discounts as he could find I spent hours with him so he even clean the car for me before we left at 9 PM. He will soon go over how to work all the electronics and safety features on the car.I highly recommend this dealership and using Greg as your sales person. You will not be disappointed. If I could give no stars, I would. I towed my 2006 Hyundai Sonata to this dealership under the direction of a mechanic in West Nashville after my car stalled on Christmas Eve 2020. I scheduled my appointment online in hoping someone would be able to assist me with my problem. I arrive, and the place was rather busy, as to be expected.It took me a while to get a hold of a service advisor but I managed to do so. I informed the service advisor of the cars issues, and I was told they would look at my car within a week. A week later, no communication.I traveled to the service department, a second time, and asked for updates. My service advisor wasnt there at the time but I was told by another member of the service team to please be patient and they would assign my car to a technician and get it looked at. Another week went by, and still no word. I called them again (3rd time). Once I got someone to answer, I was told, again, they were busy, a technician has been assigned, and they would give me an update in a couple of days. A few days past and still no word. At this point, Im angry that my car has been left in their parking lot, by a dumpster, for 3 weeks.After being fed up, I called them again on a Saturday morning, and asked if someone could at least check my battery. Their track record of not doing anything proceeds them, so I decided to visit the dealership and check the battery myself. No surprise that no one did anything except the hood latch on my car was broken, which it wasnt broken when I had the car towed there. That was final. I had my car towed to my own mechanic (which I shouldve done in the first place), and they were able to look at my car, find the problem and fix it within 2 days. Fortunately it was nothing serious.I understand how busy service departments are, Covid is causing anxiety, my car is rather old and warranty customers may take priority over non-warranty customers. It doesnt make it right but I get it. All I wanted was some form of communication and transparency and this wasnt received. If you werent able to take a look at my car after the number of times I called and visited, then let me know and Ill decide on what to do next. I expected a lot being that this dealership and service department was regarded as one of the best in Franklin, TN by the ratings it has received. Looks can be deceiving and actions say a lot! This level of service was unprofessional, in my opinion, and cant go unnoticed!- George T.
Check in at 9:15 got my SUV back at about 1:30/2:00. Return dirty with dust all on the outside and inside. Still have not properly repair paint job on SUV.
Blind spot detection system is out. Not the first time it went out. The dealer was very courteous, but I’ll have to make another appointment. Their diagnostic machine could not detect the problem so they are going to have to talk with Hyundai’s technicians. This requires me leaving the car with them. They did not have any rental cars. Very frustrating 😕.

Took two weeks to get an appointment. Had an appointment at 8 a.m.Arrived at 7:45 a.m. and checked in car. Two others waiting in waiting room. Waited three hours for oil change! Other two also waited three hours. Only one car was brought up and only one person paid for service in the three hours. Service was extremely disappointing.

I scheduled a repair for a recall and asked them to fix the tint that had a small bubble from when we purchased it. When my wife called, she was told someone would call her back, but that never happened. I called a month later and was told they would look at it with the recall. When I dropped it off for the recall I reminded them to look at the tint. I received a voicemail an hour later saying it was ready to be picked up, but noone looked at the tint. When I picked up the car I asked and someone came out and said it should be covered, but the tint person wasnt in and that they would call me to schedule it. Its been almost 2 weeks since then and noone called me back again. Customer Service is lacking. Once you buy the car, they dont seem to want to help you. If I could give it no stars I would.

Went to negotiate terms for buying my new Santa Fe from Hyundai of Cool Springs and my experience was very easy and calm. Several people there were involved in the process (over the few weeks of searching for the right car) with phone calls offering their assistance. Craig Francis was my sales representative who went above and beyond getting me everything I wanted. They wanted to sell me a car but they also wanted to make sure I was absolutely and completely satisfied. My car is beautiful and I feel blessed to have it!

I had my 2018 Elantra serviced yesterday. The online check in was cumbersome and because I wanted to speak to a service rep it was useless. My car was serviced in a reasonable time and I left the dealership. This morning I thought to check my windshield washer fluid level and found it to be virtually empty. Maybe I made a bad assumption, but I believed checking fluid levels and replenishing as required was an integral part of the service. This also happened the last time I had the car serviced, only that time I was the fluid was depleted while I was trying to use it. It appears the dealer is not adequately equipped nor manned to meet the needs of the Hyundai vehicles in the area. In fact, the service rep who assisted me—and who was very courteous and friendly—was on loan from the Nissan dealership. As the washer fluid wasnt checked, I causes me to wonder what else was overlooked.

Dont take your car for complimentary maintains... I was there yesterday for 3.5 hours for a oil change... Terrible ...never going back!
