Thank you Jennifer in the Service Dept! You went above and beyond to help us when no other Nissan dealership would see us today, giving us much needed assurance that we could continue travelling when our check engine light came on. Youre professionalism, knowledge, and kindness are exceptional!

I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle today and left crying. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The used car manager was completely rude my sales person was totally unprofessional. They were not willing to negotiate on anything. They actually gave me my keys to my car and told me to leave. This is the second time that I was going to be buying a vehicle from them and both times I’ve had a horrible Experiences. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership they are very unprofessional and very unhelpful. If you have any issues you will never get a hold of anybody that will cares enough to help you . If you try to contact the dealership to file a complaint or let them know about your experience no one cares. No one calls you back . Everyone’s voicemail is full. I will definitely never go back to this dealership

Have been using this dealership since last summer and will not be back. Generally speaking everyone, with one exception, is rude and seem to feel they are doing you a favor by working on your vehicle. Service department needs a culture change.

Quick service! Feels like night and day waiting 4 hours for an oil change at another dealership versus being in/out of this dealership in less than 1.5 hours. Thanks for the speedy (and great) service team!

Ive been trying to resolve the problem of the metal on metal screech that happens when I brake for a year and a half now. They said theyd order a replacement part and never called to let me know when it came it (two different times). Then told me when I brought in my car again that they did not replace the part, just oiled it. My most recent visit for the same problem, the advisor told me screeching is normal. How will I know when my brakes are worn down?! First and last time buying a Nissan.

I have oil changes icluded under my maintenance plan and this is the closest dealership to me. Theyre usually quick enough with oil changes but dont believe a word they say when it comes to their inspection of what needs to be replaced. They told me my brake pads needed to be replaced. Good lie to tell a woman who knows nothing about cars. So I went somewhere else to have them replaced only to see the pads for myself and they werent even halfway down.

I WAS ALMOST RIPPED OFF!!!I have been going here since I purchased my car in 2013. My issues were a grinding noise when I was driving, me growing up with a mechanic father I knew it was either my rotors and/ or breaks. Well it’s a $129 inspection fee but they will apply it towards any parts or service needed.. cool. Well when I talked to the girl on the phone when making the appointment she told me it would be $271 for breaks and rotors. When I was greeted by the service rep at my appointment he reviewed that i was there for grinding noise. He walks my car and tells me I need tires, bc that can be causing my grinding noise( excuse me but tires do not cause a screeching noise) anyways i asked him how much breaks and rotors would be, he told me $271 for breaks and $100 for each rotor.. at this point I have realized he sees a single woman who he thinks will believe anything he says.. i then say.. i need an oil change (FYI if you get an oil change they do a 5 point inspection, in turn makes the $129 inspection not needed) bc i was taken back with the price just quoted to me.. i then proceeded to contact Firestone before I even left Nissan and was quoted $271 for breaks and rotors. Anyways I used the rental car service (highly recommend) and ran errands, which I’m glad I did because after 2hrs I called and asked for an update on my oil change and inspection and was told it was not complete. Once I got the call I was told I need 4 new tires, breaks and rotors because my rotors were too thin to resurface. I asked the price and he told me $490 for breaks and rotors on front only. I declined and told him oil change only. I picked up my car and he told me he emailed me my inspection sheet and walked me to the counter to pay, I opened the email and seen a lot of FAILED on the report, I asked him about a drive belt and he said he didn’t discuss it with me bc I declined the breaks. The report also states all 4 tires failed, my rotors were thin and need replaced. I immediately went to discount tire and had my tires inspected, only my front two needed replaced immediately my back two had a slight cupping but nothing major( they did not fail) i just had my appointment at Firestone today.. i only had to replace my break pads because my rotors were perfectly fine (and even if I did it would have only cost me $271 total for both) so my $490 bill from Nissan only ended up being $165 at Firestone. They also looked at my belt and told me there was nothing wrong with it. In short, I got two new tires, and breaks less than what Nissan wanted to charge me for breaks and rotors. Moral of the story, always get a second opinion, moral of story for Nissan, do not try and take advantage of a woman and assume you can nickel and dime her because you assume she is not smart enough to know better. Also you just lost a very loyal customer

**Update - 7 months later Im having to take the car back to Nissan because they didnt fix the problem correctly the first time. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ridiculous!Ive finally given up on this place after several disaster service visits. This last one I made an 8am appt to have a power steering leak checked out, and when I dropped it off they said it would be about an hour before they look at it. Ok, fine. Finally at 5pm I called them and the tech said they were just about to look at it. Oh Really? He called me back just a few minutes later (that was quick) and gave me the estimate which honestly blew me away. I told him to go ahead with the work but my concern was that now its almost their closing time and the mechanics are probably ready to go, and I dont want to have to bring my car back if something wasnt done right because they are ready to go home for the weekend. I said Ill pick it up Saturday if someone will call to confirm its ready. No one ever called. I showed up at 1:30 my tech was gone and they couldnt find my paperwork. More searching and they finally found it, but the credit my tech promised wasnt on the invoice so they had to rework the invoice. Finally got to the checkout and paid with no issues. My tech called the next day and apologized for the miscommunication, delay, and the fact the he forgot to take the discount off. I told him the other tech took it off. Then he said we didnt collect payment. I told him that I used a credit card to pay. So then he had to apologize about that too. Long story short, this service department is totally unorganized and their communication with customers and within the service department is terrible. Go somewhere else. Seriously.

The reason Im giving them one star is because when I arrived here at 7am this morning, they told me it would be only an hour for an oil change and a tire rotation. It has been 2 hours and Im still waiting here. If you have all the time to spare in the world, this is the place to fool with.
