I just moved to town and went into this dealer for service. The oil-change was fine, but they absolutely positively sold my information because a few days later I started getting lots of junk mail about extended warranty for my 2013 4runner, tons of phone calls I cannot stop about extended service warranty, etc. I had not even changed the license plate on my car from another state so it was not anything else. I cannot stop calls that come every other day and am trying all the spam blockers for iPhone. It is possible Toyota is selling my info, and not Toyota of Cool Springs, but I am finished with this dealer and will drive across town for a different Toyota dealer. I noticed that Toyota has a big web site(you can find it easily with google) that you must specifically go to and fill it out in order for them not to sell your info, which I did, bit I really might stop using Toyota as well.

I have been doing business with Toyota of Cool Springs since 2013. They have done everything they can to make a dealership experience as pleasant as possible. They go out of their way to make me happy and that is tough to do because I am very picky. My daughter brought her Lexus to the dealership for an oil change and inspection and John was excellent! This was my daughters first time going to the dealership by herself and she was treated so well that she called me on her way back to UT Knoxville to brag about how nice John was to her and got the service to her vehicle out the door fast. Isaiah is the absolute man! You guys, give this man a raise…We were truly taken aback by how welcoming, kind, communicative, explanatory, and helpful Isaiah was when we dropped off our 4Runner last week for service. He welcomed us into the dealership as if we’d known him our whole lives. He explained all of the items being repaired on the vehicle extremely well, and made sure to leave no pertinent information out. He followed up with us throughout the day to keep us updated on the status of our vehicle. We truly valued and appreciated our experience with Isaiah and felt very lucky to have someone like him assisting us last week. I will say it again - GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Shortage in inventory is not a reason to treat your customers with an attitude and rush them out. They refused to do a one payment lease because “they didn’t know how to” which is funny since they use Toyota financial, I was than told “if you don’t like the numbers there are 10 people behind you wanting to buy the car.”They also charge a “market adjustment “ of 3k even on the Corollas which is a sad way to take advantage of the situation.There are several dealers the won’t charge this crazy “market adjustment “ on a common vehicle like a Corolla and will treat you much better.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Toyota Cool Springs. Pat Howard was our sales associate and he was so pleasant and easy to work with. Super knowledgeable and upon deliveryhe was very nice, patient and thorough. He helped me set up all the technical features. I had not bought a new car in so long that all of this was new to me.Trey, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He was very efficient and thanks to Pat he had already had done some of the work before we went in to see him so it was quick and easy. They we’re definitely a fantastic team to work with. Great place to buy your auto.This is my second Avalon I have purchased from this dealership. Friendly and informative. Patrick is a delight to work with on deciding which version to purchase. I decided on the hybrid because of fuel savings and went for the premium package. Love the air conditioned seats in this hot and humid weather. Loads of bells and whistles as well as safety features. The purchase process was easy and timely which says a lot for this dealership.Beautiful car and I am very happy. You will not be steered in the wrong direction with these folks!

We recently purchased a 2016 Tacoma from the dealership. Many aspects of the experience were what you would expect from any dealership but there were some issues to say the least. Our sales person Alan was very helpful and prompt at answering our questions. He also did an amazing job helping us to secure an awesome price as well. As far as the service department( who I am assuming is in charge of inspection and detail) did a very substandard job! All the fluids were quite low and 3 out of the 4 tires were low on air, but it went through a rigorous inspection?! Odd! The detail job was rushed for sure and I think a teenager could/would have done a better job. Needless to say we did not have a good experience buying a used car. Perhaps they are more focused on their new car buyers?These photos are from our newly purchased truck!

I dont believe I have words to describe just how truly amazing my experience has been at Toyota of Cool Springs. John Kho was professional but also so warm and genuine. In just a few minutes with me he was able to show me the car I didnt know I wanted but absolutely needed. It was so quick and smooth. Johnny Nuzzo in financing held up to the same amazing service standard that I had received since walking in the door. This man went above and beyond to not only guarantee I was walking out with my car being financed, but he worked on it for DAYS! I am now paying HALF of the interest I had originally signed on. Every visit I have had in the past was a horrible experience with sales people that were always rushing you to give them a yes or no answer on buying a car with no prior communication. My view towards the dealership was never a good view until I met Jerry West a couple of weeks ago. He had exceptional customer service and wanted to actually communicate with me. He was not rushing to make a sale and gave very comfortable and transparent vibes. Although my plans on getting a new vehicle fell through as of now, once the plan resurfaces in the future, I look forward to speaking with Jerry West and getting the car I need.

Despite making an appointment, my oil change took 2:15. I pulled in and parked next to someone that looked like they would be helping me. He told me to stay in my car and wait for someone to help me. He continued to sit there doing nothing while I waited. Fast forward, they didnt even let me know my car was done. I had to ask to find out it was. Luckily there was a buffalo wild wings close to fill my time. I dont normally write reviews but the service was so bad I feel I should share. My previous oil change was at a different Toyota dealership in the area and the experience was amazing. I will never return to Toyota of Cool Springs. If you like free wifi and to sit around waiting like a zombi then this place is for you. If you want to be treated like you spent a lot of money on a car and expect good service then go somewhere else.

I have been greatly happier now driving my Toyota Camry after visiting this neighboring dealer service to repair a/c electric control parts and reducing and cutting off rpm issues. They have fast and clear diagnosis, very kind service dealer, fast and top professional technician works on my old car’s year long problems. Before I visited several places. Running powerfully like new and side benefits is check engine light never coming back on dashboard after it. I enjoy confident and pretty relaxed driving thankfully. Excellent and friendly service from both the sales and maintenance departments. I drive to this dealership from my house, which is 25 miles away but it is worth it and I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else. I even brought my dog once and everybody was super friendly to my little dachshund. They will certainly have my business for years to come for maintenance needs and when I’m looking to upgrade my ride. Also, shoutout to Daniel at the service center for an outstanding service every time I bring my car for maintenance.

Horrible place, do not ever buy from here. I am paying $600 a month payment to not even be able to use the screen. This displays and beeps all the time and will not let me do anything. So here I am going to have to spend about $1200+ to replace the screen myself. Called Mike the Manager of used sales, that was a joke. He said that I would have to bring it in, I live over 5 hours away. He said that they mightfix it or get me another vehicle. He stated that he would call me back. Here it is two days later and have heard nothing. This place would rather ignore you then fix their mess ups. Do never buy from there.Day 3, and still have not heard back.

The service was great as expected. However the labor price of 180 is a bit crazy. I would advise you call around to different dealers and check labor prices before selecting you dealer of choice. Again the service was perfect very well treated and very respectful. When they quoted me the costs for my repair I had told them that I got other quotes from other dealers and they worked with me to bring down the price. I would use this place again if the labor price matched the other dealers. They would have gotten 5 stars on this review if it weren’t for the high labor price!

Do not go here. I bought my truck on June 2. The finance guy added an extra 6 thousand dollar warranty without my consent. When I got my loan in the mail it was obvious that they scammed us. I asked to get that warranty removed, they said it will take up to 60 days for it to fall off my loan. Now it’s been past 60 days and they won’t respond to any emails and nobody has answers. Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your business here unless you want to get scammed.

Good experience with the purchase. Went in was greeted in a timely manner and even though the selection of cars wasn’t as normal were are not in normal times. They had more of a selection than most and was able to walk the lot without pressure. Salesman (Patrick) had no problem running back and forth to retrieve keys for the car I was looking at. Knowing Toyota quality I had no problem with purchasing a car without test driving. Very nice showroom and lounge in the service department. That is what sold me on this dealership.

Mixed experience purchasing a vehicle here. Car was damaged during final preparation. Then they never processed my tags. Everyone was friendly and they fixed these errors when asked, but it just felt like they were careless and not concerned with my sale at times. Not a bad experience, just frustrating.Update: reducing the rating due to continued issues post purchase. The dealership never submitted my tags to the county clerk. No one at the dealership knew what was going on and it took over 2 months to get a license plate. I would definitely shop elsewhere.

The visit went really well. I started my recall appointment via online chat. My fuel pump got ordered before I received a follow up email which was fantastic. Scheduled the appointment next day. The repair only took 2 hours when I expected 3+.The only part that was off-putting to me was the service rep that greeted me. She was nice and perfectly pleasant but she really tried to up sell me on needing an alignment for which my Tacoma obviously did not need. She tried to tell me my tires had fraying - they obviously were not fraying. Wear was perfectly even front to back, side to side. The truck rides just as smooth as my Camry. This was unlike my normal experience with Toyota Cool Springs.

I was introduced to the finance person where a warranty was pushed on me after I politely declined 4 times. Service is great and price is very good for a standard oil change. I will note they will try to offer extra services when they can that may not be necessary, but overall experience has been good. Stopped by today to purchase a van and the salesman, despite not having much inventory, didn’t even offer to discuss any inventory on the way. Or take my info to contact me when they get more in. He didn’t take the opportunity to show me the 2 new Sienna’s they did have. When I asked about used inventory - he mentioned one, stating “but it’s 40,000”. An odd comment in my opinion because he hadn’t talked to me for more than 2 minutes having no idea what my price point was.Not worth the hour drive with my 3 kids in tow! I love Toyota but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I arrived at my appointment time at 8:30am for an oil change. There were 3 cars in front of me being attended by advisors and they all moved along pretty swiftly. I was approached by the tire guy and was advised an advisor would be with me shortly after realizing I didnt need tires. I was the only car left in the bay for a few minutes when someone asked me to move forward. Once moved forward, a sat there for about 10 minutes before Dupane (he was great!) realized Ive been sitting quite a while. He apologized and immediately took care of me but oddly he couldnt find me appointment. My car was ready 2 HOURS later!!! Ive never waited that long with an appointed.

Never taking my car to this dealership again. went in for an alignment, waited an hour and they came back to me saying that they couldnt get it perfect. OK, thats fine with me. I drive back home and find all the lug nuts on one wheel loose, one came off while driving. furhtermore, I take the wheel off and check the lower control arm bolts (which they adjusted to do the alignment) and low and behold those were both left loose as well, only about hand tightened down. I payed around $140 for the alignment. Either their techs are incompetent or trying to cause a car accident.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I spoke with John Kho and Kenny Eastman about a preowned truck over the phone and we scheduled a meeting the next day. They had everything ready to go when I got there. They werent pushy and didnt try to sell me anything I wasnt interested in. I dealt with Kenny mostly after the test drive. I felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind and wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. He has very fun sense of humor, so it was always a good time when Kenny was around. After I had decided to purchase the truck, there was unkown issue with the stereo and Kenny had a service put in to replace it for me as part of the deal! Normally I have at least some buyers regret with such a large purchase, but I can honestly say I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience at Toyota of Cool Springs. They seem to really care about their customers and making things right. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

I took my Sequoia in for replacement of a satellite antenna. My advisor Dupane got the vehicle in for an inspection of the antenna. That indicated it needed to be replaced. He reported that the parts would be ordered and ready for installation the next morning at 8:30. The service manager Ray met me and set up transportation to my home. The driver was very personable and kind. At three o’clock Ray called and said the repair was complete. He set up a driver to come to my home and transport me to the dealership. Again I was pleased by the kind and friendly nature of the driver. Ray again met me and explained the repair. It was extensive because the headliner had to be removed, the antenna replaced, and the headliner reinstalled. I was very impressed with the handling of the headliner. It appeared not to have been removed from the vehicle. There was no damage and it was like new. The antenna works very well. I am a pleased customer with this repair.

Absolutely horrible experience. They had me sit for 2 hours to cancel a warranty on a car that I sold. Sent 4 people out to convince me to keep the warranty for the car I no longer have. Told me to wait while they get the paperwork together. That was 2 hours ago. I’ve asked every 30 minutes what is going on, someone comes out and says just a few more minutes. And nothing. I’m still sitting here. I was planning on buying another car from them today the sales guys have been awesome. But I’ll never come back now.

Honest and Fair !!Carlos Griffin put together a car deal in just few hours. I live about 600 miles from Nashville and Carlos went the extra mile to pick me up from the airport and chauffer me to the dealership in Franklin. The vehicle and paperwork surrounding the purcahse were exactly as described. Jason in Finance took care of all the out of state taxes and registration which ended up saving me a few trips to the local BMV. Prices were fair and their approach was honest and straightforward.

2019 Toyota Crewmax Limited had a recall about fuel pump issues. Dealership promptly made appointment and replaced fuel pump and gaskets. A few thousand miles later an issue appears again with the fuel pump. I telephoned the dealership around two pm on a Saturday expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly they answered and put me through to the service department… another surprise they too were open! An appointment was set quickly for Monday morning. Arrived a little early and was taken to a comfortable waiting area with updates from service advisor John K. about the truck’s progress. Issue repaired and I was on my way back home by lunchtime.Great dealership service department and attention to details by service advisor John K.Thank you for being there.Steven Swope

I only rated 5 stars so it would be at the top of the feed. My true rating is 0 stars.I requested information about a car I was willing to purchase upfront and after they requested all of my information I received multiple emails from multiple employees.They didnt have photos of the car up so I asked if I could have some. I live 3 hours away and im a college student so coming to look at a car isnt the easiest thing for me in this case. As soon as I told Carlos and Amy that i wasnt able to come look at it immediately they started ignoring my emails. The next day still no emails and the listing fr the car was gone. Very unprofessional. Ive also noticed the company only comments on good reviews.

The manager (Steve) and sales rep over the phone confirmed 3 times with me that the car I wanted was still available and when I let kenny eastman (the sales rep) know that I could come at 4pm, he informed me that he is planning on going to the lake house and would only have an hour if I came that late. I met Kenny Eastman at the cool springs toyota dealership at 1 pm. After Kenny asked for some personal information he then informed me the car is actually unavailable... this is 30 min after confirming the car was still on the lot, via phone. It was a bate and switch... he then tried to sell me a toyota camry for 40,000... and it wasnt even the model I was shopping for.Its just sad that they actually thought using a bait and switch method would work.I made them confirm over the phone because I wanted to make it clear I know what I want. Maybe if they had another car, that was similar to what i wanted, and matched my budget, then it would be less disappointing.I just felt the need to post this, because its so sad that there are companies that do sketchy marketing tactics like bait and switches. Also i drove 30 min. to be told it wasnt on the lot. He could have told me what they had over the phone, I might have been more willing to change my mind and buy another model if they were more honest.Ill never go back. Im sticking with Carvana from now on.

I went into the Toyota of Cool Springs Service department after my wife mentioned that the Beaman Toyota Service department was less than friendly. I met Isaiah and he made the process extremely easy. I just went in for tires and service and he delivered all star service, same as the first time. He is now my go to guy for service. If you haven’t already, go and see Isaiah!! He will get you taken care of!! You won’t be disappointed.

I would rate this dealership a zero if possible, specifically due to their used car division. The used car sales manager is a fraud and pathological liar. Be on your guard around him. The actual salesman I dealt with meant well and I believe he was a good person, but not only was he unprofessional and talked down to me likely because I was looking for a cheaper car, he also talked down to me regarding non-vehicle conversation, supposing I was ignorant of basically everything in life, cars or not. But I still can’t get over how dishonest the used car sales manager was. I ended up spending more money elsewhere due to not being able to trust the used car manager. As noted above, be very cautious, at least when used car shopping here. That side of the dealership is dishonest and does not shoot you straight.

This is probably the friendliest place to do business. No one pressures you to make a purchase or tries to push your price range. They are dedicated to serving the customer and meeting their needs. This company also works fast so you wont spend your entire day at the dealership if you plan on buying a car. Highly recommend using this dealership!

Just moved to Williamson County, and scheduled a routine 15K warranty tire rotation and inspection here with Isaiah on my 2020 Tundra. I came in and was pleased with the cleanliness and organization of the service department. They told me it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours, but they actually called me in 45 minutes, completed and with a complimentary car wash. Isaiah had me sit at the desk while he quickly discussed the inspection report, even though this is practically a brand new truck. Friendly, professional, and courteous. We just didn’t receive this treatment at Toyota in California, where even a tire rotation was a 4 hour block, without a car wash. This will be my go-to Toyota service center. Thank you Isaiah!
