My daughter introduced me to this salon several years ago during a visit, and thats when I met nail technician Anna.I got the best pedicure Ive ever received, and since have not go anywhere else. I live outside the area, and travel 45 minutes for Anna to do my nails.The salon is updated and very clean. I feel that management has all precautions to gaurd and protect patrons from covid19, all staff are welcoming and friendly.

I do not recommend this place the people who work in this place are very abusive bad service disappointed .

Beautiful salon, very clean and lots of colors for dip nails. They just opened due to the pandemic closing and were able to squeeze me in. I was very pleased with Tracey, she is amazing! I will definitely be a life long customer!!!

Went and got a full set. When I left I noticed my nails were crooked and there was still paint from my last nail polish still on my nails. Then two Fay’s later I notice all my nails lifting. Like how I just got a full set. Called and was told to come in. And then i was told nothing was wrong with my nails and that, proceeded to roll her eyes and huff and puff. I walked out because that is just plain ridiculous I’ve had my nails on my whole life and just got a new set from having a baby not that long ago. Very rude no call or refund. Waste of $45 plus tip to a rude lady. Stinks because they were my nails place until now. Will never go back. DO NOT GO HERE

This place has remodeled completely. New people. Clean. Professional. They use plastic liners where you would put your feet in for a pedicure to prevent germs. I honestly never been to a place that does this. Its very necessary and comforting. Very clean. Sterilize all equipment they use. Anne is the absolute best and takes her time!!!

I will never get my nails done here ever again. I got played. I got a refill which cost $20 and I wanted a sparkly design which it cost $5 more dollars. So in total was $25. I showed the person who was going to do my nails what designs i wanted. She was like “oh ok”. My designs didn’t turn out that good, but at least she tried. Then i was in a rush to pay so I reminded her “$25 dollars right?” And she was like “ye-, yeah” to me she sounded very unsure. I gave her my card and turned away so i can get all of my belongs. Right when i turned back I see her folding the top of the receipt paper and telling me to sign the receipt. I didn’t really say anything or do anything bc i was just unsure what was going on. When I went to the car I check my card app on my phone. It went down to $50.31, I had $82 something dollars before i went inside this nail store

They do an excellent job I would however recommend leaving plenty of time for your appointment because they are sometimes very busy. They do take walk-ins which is very helpful

Worst experience. Place was crowded . I called for an appointment 2 hours before, because I went there on my lunch break. It took almost 1 hour and half for a pedicure, when she did even got my cuticles of my big toe. I paid for gel pedicure and was another disaster. Almost 3 hours after I got there I got my full set, which also look like I have little caves on each one of my fingers. I paid 92 dollars plus 12 dollars of tips plus almost 3 hours of my time, when I told the owner that I had 1 hour and half top to expend there. I had one of the worst experience in a nail salon.

This is my favorite nail place in Framingham they do a great job I highly recommend them.

I have been coming here my entire life with my mom and sister and the people are so rude. They don’t let you choose the nail polish that you want like I wanted this pink color on my nails and the lady said “no this color we can’t do. It would look awful on your skin tone” and she refused to do it so I made her. The manicurist was doing my moms feet and she cut a 1/2 inch deep cut into my moms big toe and when my mom confronted her the owner said you’re lying and you made the cut yourself. She also did my sisters brows VERY painfully and left a huge space in between them so now her brows are ruined and she looks like a freak. The owner also yells at my family and discriminates us for no reason. I hate this place and won’t ever come back. They never let you choose the polish which is so rude like mind you’re own business!!!! Lastly they can’t do simple designs and don’t even try like they can’t even do something so simple. DON’T LIKE THIS PLACE AT ALL AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND because who knows the way they sterilize they stuff like she could get a disease.

I once called to check the price for the pedicure and manicure, I was given so much attitude.“ You can come in and check the price list” She said in her exact words.Beforehand she had said so many other rude things. This review should be considered for manicures only, and maybe specifically for men. This was a very disappointing manicure for me, and I have them twice a month routinely in my home state. The technician seemed very confident and skilled, but left hang nails and inconsistent edge on my nails. The staff seemed unprepared for a buff polish, and when I declined the applied polish, the method used was ineffective and left my nails as dull as the rough buff. They might do a fine job for the traditional woman seeing gels, and such, but for a natural manicure, it was among the worst Ive had. The sink area also smelled of backed up drain or sewer, and was off-putting.

Very friendly and professionals. I love how Anna does my nails, she takes her time and goes the extra mile with my designs.

It is where I go when I drop the kids off at fun and game. It is a 5 min drive, good service

Go to Tokyo Nails instead...Nails 21 will half-a** everything. I stopped coming here for my nails because they always rushed through the job and couldnt even be bothered to offer me hand lotion at the end.For a while, I still came here to get my eyebrows waxed because one of the girls (sadly, I never got her name!) did a really great job. Unfortunately, when I stopped by today, that girl wasnt around.Tracy ended up butchering my brows. When she was fimished, they were uneven, patchy, and she left spots completely undone. I have fine, blonde hair - you cant really tell if someone makes a small mistake, but this showed. She should not be allowed anywhere near wax.

Ive been going here since they were located on route 9. They are the cheapest place for mani and pedis that actually do a decent job. I love vee. She does Ana amazing job!

Got a gel mani/pedi. It was very expensive, but the service felt luxurious. On a busy day I was still seen within fifteen minutes. Great color selection.
