They did a beautiful job with my nails. II got the dip powder with a full set extension and I was a bit hesitant because I never got it before but all of my worries were gone as soon as I saw the final product.. I love this place.

I’ve been here one other time, and remember having a great experience. I went back today to get my nails done for my engagement photos, and they did not disappoint!! The women who work there are wonderful, funny, welcoming, and made my nails look AWESOME 💅🏼 I would recommend this place to anyone! They make me want to get my nails done more often (which would not be good for my wallet😅)

This was my second time at Crystal Nails and i left very satisfied with my nails. Anna did an amazing job on my nails. I like to do the dip powder because it doesnt chip and lasts a long time. They have so many colors to choose from. Before leaving, i messed up some of my nails putting my jacket on but Anna made sure to fix them so I would leave with perfect nails!

I went two weeks ago for a full set with dip for a vacation I was going on. I wanted a classic, elegant, neutral and natural nail, and my tech Ana did NOT disappoint. Not only was she very sweet and made me feel welcome, she also gave me probably the best manicure I’ve ever received. My nails were stunning through my whole trip, even after hikes where they 100% should have chipped or scratched — she made sure to take tedious and attentive care before I left the salon. I will drive all the way in from Boston to get my nails done here because I feel as though I’ve finally found a place I really like!

The service was awful. They didn’t take all the nail polish off that I previously had on there so they put the new polish on and it was a terrible job. I thought they would be perfect by other reviews but that was not the case at all. It was not neat at all. There was nail polish on my actual finger. Just not the best place

The owner, and everyone in there are so friendly. They remember faces and life stories. And they do an amazing job on pedicures and manicures. The basic pedicure here would be at least a deluxe anywhere else. They take their time and pamper you. And with the new COVID procedures, they give you a kit to bring with you every time so the only tools touching you are yours. And the owner takes care of her customers like her kids. She knows I like spicy food so she gave me a pepper plant she grew and she literally stuffs my pockets with Vietnamese candy. Great job and great service. It’s like having your grandma take care of you and do your nails 😊 I highly recommend them!

Edit: Returned for a gel French mani after my great experience last time but unfortunately I have to dock my review. I still love the staff who are super nice, but my nails look awful. The gel was put on so thick and messy that the UV light burnt me. There are unfinished edges, bubbling, and they’re already coming up the next day. See photos. I called and requested that they be redone by Anna, who did a great job for me last time. The person didn’t seem to understand my request and stated that another tech would do them. I don’t want to go back for the process of having them removed and redone just to have my nails potentially ruined more. I won’t be returning.Best manicure Ive ever gotten hands down *pun intended*. I got OPI gel #364. Anna is sassy, fun, and talented. Theyre doing a great job keeping things going during COVID and Im glad to support them. They are following safety protocols. This was my first time here and the staff all treated me like an old friend. Anna even gave me some of her spring rolls to try (which were of course amazing). I also love that they have a stamp card towards a free service! I got lucky with parking. Prices more than reasonable.

I decided to get my nails done here yesterday and I can’t recommend this place enough! The customer service, prices, quality, and cleanliness was unbeatable. It was only $30 for a gel manicure and they did an amazing job. They go above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of all employees and customers. I will certainly be returning!

The women that own crystal nails are very friendly and as much as I wanted to love the place unfortunately I did not. My cuticles did not get cleaned and the finished results were bad. Also, If you are someone that gets your nails often done, like me, you’ll know what I’m talking about. The technicians do not have any nail experience and they charge $70.Which is an average price when you get your nails done perfectly. I’m sorry ladies great customer service, But really poor quality. I don’t like how my nails look so I won’t be going back.

The staff doesnt seem to be well trained, at least not for dipping powder, I got irregular nail coloring especially around the cuticles even though I asked the technician to correct it a few times, thinking about getting it redone at a different salon, if it wasnt for her time spent Id give one star

Anna made me feel so comfortable it was as if I was a home. They way she cared for my nails before actually applying the door powder is what won me over. Today I called to see if theyre open and was able to come in with no problem💗 they asked me to wash my hand as soon as I stepped in (theyre very clean in this shop😍). I had a manicure and full set with gel done, they came out great and super cute!! The manicure was so relaxing with the chair and leg/foot massage💗💗 my set came out looking crisp and clean💗💗 one of the qualities that stands above all besides the cleanliness and kind techs was the fact that they give you the file, toe divider, foot scrubber, and a plastic case to bring back to use again for the next time blew me away!!!! Amazing. Moved to the area recently and no one has done a better job not even my old place in Worcester can top it. Right after work I was able to get in and not even 10 min of wait I was already getting my nails done. Showed them a picture and my nails look just like it. Even my husband loved them. Even got a fresh cup of tea....wow and I found my spot is all I can say. Tom did an amazing amazing job. Love it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Highly highly recommend.

I wanted a really natural looking acrylic set with extensions: i showed a photo, and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. The process was also quick, and prices are very good for the amazing quality! Make sure to tip them for their great work. Definitely will be my new salon. :) The workers are also very sweet, and make you feel welcome. 10/10 first time experience.

My mom has been going here for over a decade and they treat her like family. I broke my wrist and wanted a manicure because I cant do my own nails. Always a great experience at Crystal Nails! They are super professional and incredibly friendly. They always do their best to make each customer feel comfortable. One time I had the last appointment of the night. Most places would rush through their last customer to get home. Not here, they take their time and do it right. Simply the best nail place around.

Everyone here is so nice and actually talk to you and make conversation. Used to go to a different place but after coming here once, I’m never going back. And my nails always look amazing!!!!

L just moved to the neighborhood and needed a new and regular nail place. I walked in just after lunch time on Thursday and was able to get right in. Tom did a great job on my pink and white acrylics. Everyone was friendly and I even got a slice of home made banana bread to take home. Ive found my regular spot.

I went in to Crystal Nails for the first time today. My whole experience was extremely pleasant. The staff is friendly and engaging and really make you feel welcome. The owner asked my name when I arrived and offered me some tea, which is always a nice offer to customers. My technician Tammy was fabulous. She tool her time and made sure that my nails looked awesome! I have very short nails because I pick at them but you would never be able to tell after Tammy had finished my manicure. Another plus is that they have hundreds of colors for you to choose from for the dip powder. If you havent ever tried the dip powder I highly recommend that you go to Crystal Nails to get it! Ill definitely be going back.

I have been to several nail salons in the area and this is the most congenial and unpretentious. The location is easy to get to with ample free parking either on the street or in the back parking lot. TAMMY IS EXCEPTIONAL! Her work is as close to perfect as one can get and she gives the best shoulder and hand and foot massages. I strongly recommend Crystal Nails & Spa. The owner even offers a frequent purchase card, which is an added incentive to return.

I have been to 12 different nail salons over many years and in three different states and this salon is by far the one that I will not give up. The quality of work is superior and the girls are extremely quick ~ even with a full set of acrylic nails or a dip manicure. They have every possible color to choose from whether its polish or dip as well. No complaints. If youre not having manicures/pedicures done here, you are wasting your money for sure!!

I love this place! The crystal nails staff in Framingham were so friendly and Tammy gave a great pedicure. My nails looked so nice and I felt so happy leaving. She really took her time and they have great colors. The owner Anna was so funny and gave me water and some watermelon during my pedicure. We also got to talking about pho so they gave me some homemade spring rolls to try. I will definitely be coming back!

This is the only place I will ever get my nails done again! Anna and Jenny are the sweetest ladies in the world! Jenny did an incredible job on my almond French tipped acrylics. She is a perfectionist, which is exactly the kind of person I want working on my nails.I have gotten my nails about a half dozen times since moving to Massachusetts a few months ago, and Ive never gone to the same place twice. I couldnt find somewhere that did a great job, and I was comfortable at until now. The ladies at Crystal Nails made me feel at home. The conversation wasnt forced and awkward, but rather genuine and actually interesting.Anyone that gets manicures and pedicures knows that it can be a long process, so its nice to go somewhere that can keep you comfortable and relaxed for the duration of time.I will recommend this place to everyone I know and I will be returning for all of my nail and skincare needs.

I have been coming here for about two years and this family-run place is just the best! At the risk of over sharing, I get really painful ingrown nails on my big toes, and Anna is always so careful and fixes me up every time. The prices are very reasonable, the whole family is warm and welcoming, and I’m so glad I found such a great place close to home.

Got the dip manicure and love my ombré nails. Tom did my nails and he’s very skilled in the ombré technique. It’s hard to find someone who can do it right!

Too many words come to mind when describing Crystal Nails. Fabulous and Family is the best way to put it. I went in nervous since not having a pedicure in a while. The girls were so kind and really take good care of my daughter, hubby and myself. I felt like we were old friends. Definitely our go to place again!!! They answer questions and explain what they are doing. They make sure you leave happy and relaxed.

These ladies are so sweet, the owner Anna is a doll. Her main concern is making sure her customers leave happy. I just got a French manicure done and it chipped a little on two nails, I came back and she had one of the ladies fix it right away. No hassle! No charge! They were happy to do it. The established is clean, utensils are properly sanitized. They serve refreshments, if youre lucky... Mangos! Its a family owned business and they are really there to make sure your nails looks great and most importantly that youre happy. I will mostly definitely be back!

If I could give it 0 stars I would.They have a sign that says Walk-Ins Welcome, not true. I have gone so many times to get my nails done, whether its full set of refills and I walk in and EVERY single time I always get told We cant help you, we are busy. That is not great customer service. If you are not able to do my nails at least say have a seat well be with you shortly. Come back tomorrow is what I get. Unprofessional, ignorant, rude and so much more. 😡😠

Crystal nails in Framingham is amazing their product selection (dipping powder) pedicure products are far beyond any spa I have been to! The spa is clean, immaculate with staff that greets you like you are family! Tammy is incredible! She used to work at AA nails in Natick and now is here at Crystal nails full time! Her message is so soothing reliving me of all my foot pain as I’m a nurse on my feet all the time. You must experience their superb services!

I just visited this for a gel French manicure. The salon I usually go to doesn’t work Sunday and this was the only day I could go, had to try a new one. This salon doesn’t use sterile equipment and their nail files are not single use. The towel I was asked to put my hands on had nails (from someone else) on it. Very disgusting! The French manicure was uneven and the lady botched my skin around the nails on my right hand. I went to this salon because of the high ratings but I was fooled. Never again.Tonight I’ll be working on taking this gel off and clean my nails!

I went here for the first time because it had good reviews and I get why! The owner (Anna or Ann) was very sweet and gave me the best pedicure ever! I had a full set of acrylics I wanted taken off and every other nail salon would have just cut and scrapped them off, but she soaked them off so I could keep my natural length and I loved that she did that. Kept them beautiful and healthy. Price was very reasonable for a mani pedi with a sock off. This will be my regular salon now.

Had coffin shaped acrylics and pedicures a few times. They do a good job but expect to be in there for hours. A full set and pedicure I was there for 3.5 hours

But i love their prices the most and that they make you feel like you are part of their family they just treat you with so much love. Best nail salon i have ever been too. I had written a really good review however this time my nails were allowed uneven and the 2 really long ones they didnt cut or file one broke the next day. I do in for a quick fix and they were rude telling me come back in 3 hours theyre busy. There were 2 people in there! I over tip, and would have liked to be treated a little nicer. Also I was rushed last time. I wanted a design on 2 nails there was no time. Ill go elsewhere and Pay for their mistake and wont come back

Tonight was my first appointment at crystals salon with Tammy I got a hot stone pedicure and a full set using the new dipping system from OPI The three ladies at the salon were so welcoming and professional they made you feel like you were at home Tammy did One of the best pedicure and to top it off while I was getting my nails finished I know was massaging my shoulders and neck. My next appointment is already booked and I will be irecommending all my friends and family to go to Christa salon

I absolutely loved this nails Salon for the first time in many years I can say I finally found my spot theyre very attentive,they take their time with each client,I loved the massage with the pedicure warm towel,sea salt,oil massage etc.In love with placeI wouldnt even mind paying extra for tips,they deserved.

I went there a couple weeks ago to get a fill they advertise at $18.00 . When i got there the place was not great and they added charges to broken nails which i understood, however they wanted to charge me to file the nails down as well. I will never go there again.The service was not great at all. Will go back to Nails 2000 which i am accustomed to.

Awesome place, I only do pedicures but they are the best. They even give a great foot massage. Definitely recommend above all the other places in Natick, framingham area. I five stars, they are the best in the metro west. Oh yeah..... Guy friendly, so no evil eyes from staff.

Gave this 2 stars for friendliness. I am not satisfied with my mani and pedi at all. My curticles weren’t removed correctly. I got home and immediately removed the polish. The girl spent more time massaging my legs than cleaning my toes.
