First time coming here, and WOWAMAZING the nail tech that did my nails knew what would look good and nails. Everything was very clean, He picked the colors from the picture I showed them. I got my Natural nails dip powder and gel art, I loved the results, Amazing job looks beautiful will be back to enjoy my Nail Time and More 🥰😍💅. Thank you 😊

A friend recommended this nail salon, at first I was hesitant because Im used to going to one nail salon back home. I took the chance and the owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating.

Everyone working there was super friendly and kind! However, the place didn’t seem clean or like it had been updated in 30+ years. The shape of my nails were inconsistent and it took double the time.

This will be the first and last time I go to this places !!! Two days later my nails are falling off !! Ridiculous after paying $60 dollars what a waste of money !! Never again

They were quiet and ignored me and my friend when we answered about what we wanted. They pressured my friend to get more expensive nails done when she was already explaining what she wanted. Multiple of my nails are crooked and they ignored when I pointed it out earlier in the process. Multiple tips came off in the early stages of the process for both of us too. My friend had to be seen at a dirty workstation and felt uncomfortable with the environment. We agreed we’re not going back again.

Made on line appt. For 10:a.m. open at 9:30. Arrived little b4 10:. Place dark. Waited till 10:05. Called. Got text that morning reminding me of appt. They dont open till later can I come back. And they dont take on line appt. Did not return.

My first time coming here, and all I can say is WONDERFUL! Especially during the Pandemic, this business is CLEAN, they wipe everything down in front of you, disinfectant. I got a pedicure and gel manicure, along with my eyebrows. Loved the results, I will be back next time to enjoy my Nail Time and More ☺️

I made an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes to be helped. My nails did NOT come out the way I wanted, even after I explained many times. They are nice but not very experienced.

Price is too expensive. Lasted a long time but communication should be better.

I call today to make an appointment and specifically ask if they do design because I wanted to get a gel manicure with few designs and a pedí. I usually get ingrown toe nails so I told her, while she was trying to remove my ingrown she not only hurt me which i understand it can be normal but she cut me in different locations. She was soo rough. When it came to my mani I told her I wanted to keep my lengh and she didnt cut much but she file them down very short, in top of not asking me if I even like the color, when I ask for design she told me she dont do design, so I ask for ba glitter polish so she can put in top of some of the nails so it can at least have a pop, but she didnt even know what I meant, she was clueless... First and Last time everrrrrr....

The prices on the wall listed pedicure as 25 as did their web site. Not the case. They have gone up. I explained to them the city and state do not look favorably on things like that.The new owner wiped the floor with a cloth and then used the same one to clean out the sink. Disgusting! They did not do much for sanitizing when one customer was done. Barely wiped down chair. Cuticle nippers ran under water for only a second. No Barbicide used to disinfect. No social distancing when drying hands or feet.I will not be going back.

After getting my nails done, I had to come home and recut my nails because they were uneven. I had to cut my cuticles because they were still there and paint my nails because they were half painted. I felt rushed and the employee complained through the whole mani/pedi. A comment was also made about the skin color of one of the patrons.

This place is the best and very reasonable . Prices. Love Julie and Nina. They are the best. It like home!!!

Terrible time here. I went with my friend and it took 3 1/2 hours to do dip powder manicures. They soaked my previous manicure in a bowl of acetone for almost 40 minutes until I asked for the nail file to file the remaining polish off. They used the same nail cutters as they used on my friend. I added tips to some of my nails and the ones with tips have a gap between my real nail and the tip and they go in an upward motion. All my nails aren’t in one specific shapes do they are various lengths. The polish is bumpy on every nail and the polish isn’t cleaned up near my cuticles. My friends manicure looks worse than mine and they cut off her natural nails short even though she asked to keep them their natural length. This was the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had and my nails are the worst they’ve ever looked.

Awful gel manicure she cut my nails way too short my fingers hurt. The gel polish did not even last a full week 4 days later it was lifting from my nail. Reason this even happened is the tech was not experienced in gel manicures even tho I called ahead and scheduled a gel manicure. I was given someone that did not do these kinds of manicures. She prepped my hands and added lotion prior to polishing my nails. She then asked me to wait for another tech to finish with his customer so he can finish my manicure. Never again!!!!

The ladies always treated me kindly and took care of my needs well.

Went there for the first time today. I dont know the name of the man who did my nails but he was gentle and did a great job. I will be coming back definitely!

As soon as I walked in and sat down for my appointment, two people had already walked out. I got my gel manicure done, and it hasnt even been a week (4 days) and the gel polish is already coming off. This place is also very unsanitary. Will not be coming back.

Hate to give bad reviews but the practices here were very unsanitary. Equipment was shared from customer to customer without cleaning.

I called them to ask a question about the acrylic process and the lady was extremely rude and told me she was busy. Never going there.
