I went in and asked for marble nails which they said they couldn’t do so I said that was fine and to just do a solid nail color. While doing my acrylic nails my nail tech shaped them very poorly and laid the nail tip on crooked on several nails. The place is friendly and clean but that’s really it from my experience. Once the acrylic had dried it looked as if it had been slightly grown out by maybe 4 or 5 days. Additionally, some of my nail polish is very streaky and covers some of my skin/ cuticle or doesn’t cover all the nail and is overall poorly done. After the nails had been filed they still look very chunky at the end and the polish doesn’t coat the end of the nail so you see acrylic popping out. Some of the nails are shorter than others and lifting from my natural nail after 10 minutes. I would not recommend this nail salon. They also don’t do refunds but no where in the salon does it say that - when I asked if it was possibly to simply get a refund or a partial refund they said they usually just fix the nails for people. I paid cash so it wouldn’t have been difficult to reverse that transaction.

I had a wonderful first experience getting a pedicure here! Everything was clean, the staff was welcoming, and I am super happy with the end result. They really took their time and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with how things were going.I was the only one there on a Friday morning around 10:30 and was able to walk-in without a wait.Prices a tad more than than they have been / in previous pictures - I paid $30 for my pedicure.When I need my next pedicure, I will definitely be back!

If you like awesome quality and service for a great price, come here! I am from Europe where nail service quality is extremely high, so I am super picky. This is the first place in Boston area, where I do not feel even at least hesitant to leave 30% tips! They really deserve it. Thank you, Shi for such a great service. Please, keep it up 👍🏻

Just moved to the area and found this spot on google. My tech did a fantastic job! I got a dip manicure and am very happy with the resulting look as well as the friendliness of the staff.

Nails Club does a fantastic job! I get dip manicures and they always come out perfectly! They last a month, too!!!

Shocked this place has great reviews. Went for a manicure and the place is not clean! There were dirty towels lying on the floor, trash bags, missing floor, and it looked like it hadn’t been swept in months. They took me 20 minutes late, hurt me twice when cutting my cuticles, and weren’t very pleasant. Would not recommend!

Awesome experience! I took my mom who is visiting from out of town here and she is very picky about her nails. She loves hers and I do too! Everyone was friendly and the experience was enjoyable.

This salon is very convenient for me, and I know I can rely on it for great nails. I have been serviced by several different people, and the quality has been all the same level of excellence. I had a very thorough and luxurious pedicure there. Will definitely come again.

This is my second time going and I absolutely love this place. Had an appointment the first time and had to wait a while, this time I just walked in and had no wait. They care and are so nice. They do an amazing job! Will go back in the future.

Great service, perfect nails! Nobody can compare! I tried all the area salons and my nails would peel, chip and break. Finally, I found Nails Club. Staff does a fantastic job. My nails are beautiful! Wont go or recommend any place else.

I have been coming to Nails Club consistently for over 2 months. Ive seen a few different techs who are all great, but love my manicurist, I get gel mani and pedicures, she takes her time with my nails and always leaves them looking so beautiful! She is so sweet and friendly. I love the atmosphere at Nails Club, its so peaceful and relaxing. The decor is calming and super clean!

Very convenient and easy walk-ins . Never had to wait more than 5 minutes and the ladies are so kind. They only take cash tip and I didn’t realize and I ended up tipping the same girl double the next time I came, but she was completely fine with it when I didn’t have a tip the first time . Great people.

This place was so dirty. I got a full set and three days later they are falling off. Some of the nails are crooked and not straight at the top. The did a terrible job and were extremely rude. Will not come back.

I came in with a terrible week old set with horrible shape and more than one broken nail. She reshaped and filled them for me at a totally reasonable price. They lasted an entire weekend at a music festival and still look good!

Third time coming and each time has been amazing. Theyre so patient and really take their time to perfect everything. Very kind too. You can tell they really care about their clients.

After reading all the 5* reviews plus a personal recommendation I tried this place for a mani/pedi. I got a pedicure here and they did an amazing job! Nothing was rushed and Ive never had such a relaxing pedicure. And all of the employees were very kind and enjoyable! Will definitely be back.

I made an appointment here because my normal location is not open until August. I went in asking for an ombre dip, which they told me they could do. I couldnt really see the job she was doing through the plexi-glass, but from far away it looked somewhat ok. I had asked for my nails to have a square shape a well. When I finally was done, I paid and went to my car and looked at my nails. They look like a bad french tip job, and the shape is all uneven, some nails are shorter than the others, a lot of them are crooked. They were all the same length before I went into the salon. She did not seem to understand when I asked her to straighten out one of my nails, because she left one side of it super high and the other side of the nail super low, so it looked like a hump.I paid, because I did not really see how bad they came out until I got to the car. I get having the plexi glass for safety right now, but they really hinder being able to see the job being done.I would not waste my money here again.

At first they did great. But I went for lash extensions and the lady did ok. But the next day I had almost no lashes including my natural ones. They fell off. When I called to tell them they kept saying it was because I “rubbed” my eyes. Have had extensions for more than a year and they never felt so fake. They say they do extensions but they do nothing but glue cheap lashes on top of two or three of real lashes. Sloppy job ever. Very disappointed

I visited this salonand let me just say, its one of the best salons Ive been to as far as cleanliness. I love the ambiance. I had a mani and pedi with the gel colors. I watched my manicurist sanitize the station once I was finished with my pedicure. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

Best place I have ever gone to for a full set gel and acrylic. Owner is so nice, I have actually never had anyone but her. She know when I come in that I dont want any but her. Only thing I had happen, was when I made an appointment for a gel manicure and I went there and it was closed. Found out it was a family emergency ( as a mama I get it). But other then that this is my top nail salon to go to!!

Fast wonderful service. They take the time to do it right and my gel manicure stays until I have it removed. The pedicure is great too. Not fancy, no atmosphere, but superior mani/pedis. Very clean and professional.

I was there today for a mani pedi with Gel on the mani. Although the service was prompt. The quality of the manicure was was Less than satisfactory. Although I expressed how I felt to the ownerof the her reply was, next time they will do better. Sorry theres not going to be a next time. Ugh!

Great place for the price! You will not get a spa experience but you will get great service.

Very dissapointed with my experience. I showed a picture of the nail shape I was looking for and I was told it wasnt possible... although it was a picture of my nails the last time I had them done somewhere else. A few of the nails were crooked also.

Poor customer service. They aren’t concerned about accommodating customer needs and did not fix the poorly done manicure i got :(
