I went in with a reference picture and my nails ended up looking nothing like it at all. I had to pick a different color 3-4 different times because the ones I chose were all out. My nail designs aren’t even dry all the way. I left the place an hour ago and my flowers aren’t dry.

Worst experience ever. Each nail looks different than the next. They put a $20 tip when I said $10. Will never return other than to get a refund. They are big and bulky. I expressed I could come back the next day due to the lateness in the day and they persuaded me to go ahead and get it done then.

Been here several times, always been pleased. Reasonable prices. Clean. Nice massage chairs.

If you are in a hurry this is the place to go, however, if you like getting a decent pedi with a good massage for the price there are far better around. They are always courteous and they do a decent job but the time for the money could be better. Actually Ive downgraded to a 2 start after looking closely at my toes. Ill end up going somewhere and having them redone. I tried to post a photo but dont see the option.

The experience was just mediocre. I went in wanting a pedi and a full set. It was just basic! Lynn was nice but did not go out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer. She barely spoke, only asking about the nails (like color or shape). The water was not warm enough and when I asked another lady that works there if she could add warmer water she said that Lynn would take care of it. So I sat in the chair with cool water until Lynn could make it back to do my pedicure. My toes are close together and normally they use toe separators but not this place. I had to ask her to put something between my toes in which she tore off some cotton from a cotton ball and put it between my toes so that the polish would not get messed up. I requested nail designs on my ring fingers. She proceeded to make them the same color as the other nails in which I stopped her to request that they be a different color to stand out. She didnt seem to happy with this request because she had already painted the first ring finger. The designs were verybasic! Already feeling like she didnt want to really go over and beyond to please me, the customer, I just accepted what I got at this point. Dont see myself going back to this place! Too many others to choose from that hopefully have better customer service.

Absolutely the best service and quality Ive gotten from a nail place in a long time. They did a fantastic job. This will be my new, permanent spot. Their cat eye iridescent nails are spectacular.

Scheduled my GF an appointment at 2:00 oclock. We showed up and we were not greeted and told to sit and wait. 25 minutes passed we were treated like ghosts. Will never set foot in this rip off of an establishment again. Customer service is key!

I called while traveling to make a gel mani/pedi appointment. I called back to cancel because I wouldnt arrive until after my appointment, the lady offered to leave my slot open for another hour. When I arrived there was a slight wait but not long (maybe 15 minutes). My technician was John. He did a great job even though he wasnt feeling well (allergies and his meds wore off). He took his time and paid attention to detail. Even though it was after closing he still didnt rush the manicure and massage. Everyone else was kind and professional. Interior was clean and tools were sterilized (a big factor for me in a salon). I wish I lived closer because this would be my go to salon but on vacation and looking for some me time, it was a pleasant experience. I will return if Im in the area again.

Myself and my significant other came in for pedicures together. We had an appointment before coming in. His pedicure started a few min late, while mine started 25 min after the appointment time. Not to mention, we were number 2 and 3 customers through the door and 2 other customers got service before us. I also upgraded my pedicure to an additional service with a wax treatment and hot stone massage. I expected my service to take longer than 30 min since the wax and the stone massage was supposed to be 21 min long! Disappointed in the value and service. Plus, my feet are still pretty rough after everything!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The aesthetic was awesome, drinks and snacks looked great, etc. I got a basic mani pedi with regular polish on my real nails. The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable, so I’m definitely wanting to come back. The only problem is, I’m not very happy with how my nails turned out. I paid near $50. My nails are unevenly filed and the polish is patchy near the cuticles. Not a very professional look. I know my toes aren’t the easiest to work with, but the polish there was uneven as well. Everything about this place was fantastic, but I can’t justify spending $50 for a paint job I could do at home. Not to mention it looked like she was going for a square shape when I like rounded. I was never asked what shape I wanted and didn’t think to mention it.

I love their service! They always do a great job!! And will accommodate just about any request within reason.

Arrived early and still had to wait. They put the bowl with polish remover and walked off, didnt say anything. I put my fingers in and waited, all polish came off and i took my fingers out and still waited, no one says anything. I was getting up to leave when the manager says 5 minutes, which turned into another 15. Such a rushed job! Will never be back!

I walked in with no appointment and they took me in the lady that greet me was super nice she did my nails and even helped me find the nail color that I wanted. Thankyou

5 star service. Customer service on point from the time I walked through the door. They got me in right away. My nail technician was professional and did a great job. And I loved how clean the place is.

I do like the service and the way they do my nails. The only thing I don’t like is that even when I make an appointment, I walk in and they look at me as if they forgot I had one. Every time I make an appointment I’ve waited up to 30-40 minutes just to sit down. I feel like if you make an appointment, someone needs to make sure they are free at that time to see you. I asked how much longer it would be because I was waiting for half an hour with an appointment, and was told “just wait ok”.. I don’t believe in being rude to workers but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I had an appointment for 9:30 and they did not get me into a chair for my pedicure until 10 am. At that time I was unable to get my pedicure due to the time missed, so I just got my toe nails polished. They were not very friendly and did not offer anything to drink. I will not be back.

Excellent service! Love my nails, Tina did a great job. They were a little busy when I came in but treated me great and took care of me luckily I had nowhere else to be so I didn’t mind the short wait. The nail technicians here try to get to know you, make conversation, and even joke around rather than just sitting and awkwardly staring at each other. Will definitely continue to drive an extra 15 minutes for this service!

I will never go back to this nail salon, EVER the person that did my nails took 1 1/2 hours to do my nails, got nicked on 5 fingers. Seemed like the whole time she filed forever. One hand looks good, the other shitty. First of all, nail tech decided on her own to use smaller nails tips without asking me, I did not like that but didn’t really pay attention til afterwards. She told me they make nails look smaller, you need to ask before you make up your own mind on what you think the customer might want, did ask me “why didn’t you tell me before?” I did tell her I like my nails wide the way I had them when I came in. Only wanted fill but ended getting a new set. She was very nice I’m not much to talk about my business but nail tech asks too many 1 personal questions.I can never ever find anyone to do my nails the way I like, was outta town when I got the first set, will get a new set when I go back home. This are the reasons up above I never ever get my nails done, wish I could do my own damn nails.I do not recommend this place, nor do I want anyone contacting me for a - we will make it better, come back.

The experience and environment was nice. But i am gravely disappointed in my nails. Tina did not do a great job. They are lumpy and crooked. Kathy did an excellent job on my toes but i am very disappointed in my nails especially for the price I paid. I think the entire tip should have went to Kathy but the good has to suffer with the bad unfortunately. Overall great service

This was my first time coming here. I walked in, and was immediately greeted, helped with finding a color and offered a drink from a menu of copious options, love it. Kathy was kind, efficient and calm. Im going to give it a few more visits, but I think I found my new nail spot!

If you are limited for time I suggest making an appointment,I did have to wait for a while but it was worth it staff is very awesome and friendly, very clean and I didn’t not feel like I was forgotten. I was checked on multiple times before I was able to get started and that’s something I really appreciate.Definitely coming back.

We’ve been coming here since they opened in 2015. They have all the trendy nail colors and techniques, as well as your basics. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. On the rare occasion we’ve had an issue, they have always been more than willing to fix it to our liking. They also tell you the prices upfront, so no surprises. We’ll definitely remain loyal customers!

This is my favorite nail shop. Their prices are decent and all the technicians are very good. They also offer a complimentary cocktail with your service.. Which is a definite plus. The shop is always clean and walk in are served quickly!

Customer Service is great, I’m sure everyone is good but I try to always see Tina. She does a wonderful job and my nails last literally 3-4 weeks depending on growth.

Love this place! The girl that works the front is always very friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Massage chairs actually work and they have multiple big screen TVs with different shows on each one.

I’m very disappointed to write this review, because overall the people are pleasant and I have had other good experiences, but my latest experience was noteworthy.I was a pedicure walk-in a couple nights ago. I got there an hour before closing, and it was fairly busy, so I was prepared to come back another day if they didn’t have time to get to me. They assured me they had time for me, took my order, showed me to a chair, then left me there for 20 minutes. By the time someone was available to attend to me, she had to rush through my pedicure. She was fairly thorough, and did an okay job, but she was clearly rushing. I have a couple of bad callouses on my heels, and one weird toenail that were not addressed. She finished up my pedicure right at closing, so I was rushed out with wet nails.The big issue is that when I went to pay, they wanted to charge me for the $41 pedicure, when I had requested the $36 one. If I had wanted the more expensive one I would have been frustrated since it was so rushed. So even though they theoretically gave me the more expensive one, I was only willing to pay for what I asked for. They were polite, but not happy about my insistence that I pay the lower price. They asked if I wanted to tip, and I’m too polite to not, so I agreed to $6, for a total of $42. I just checked my card, and it was charged for $50! I get that that’s just a few dollars, but it’s a matter of principle. I only indulge in a professional pedicure a few times a year, so when I get one it’s a treat that I save for.I’m so saddened and disappointed in VP. I will not be back.

I went here for a manicure, and Helen did an awesome job! She spent a lot of time cleaning off the old gel and prepping my nails. The gel she put on looked great for almost 3 weeks. The salon was very clean and the tools she used were obviously sterile because they came out of a sealed bag. I would definitely recommend this place over the others Ive tried in the area!

Not impressed. Lady running the show seems to be LAZY. The lady doing my pedicure did not over exert herself. She stopped the rock massage before timer went off.

Horrible service! Came here for a basic pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was fine but they literally cut my finger nails ALL THE WAY down. And on top of that their prices are crazy. I paid a total of 50 dollars for the most basic pedicure and manicure....I didn’t even get my finger nails painted. Stay away from this place.

I got a regular manicure and my girl got dipped tips. Great job on both of our hands. The Staff is very friendly and helpful here. It also helps when they offer you a drink.

Quiet environment and friendly. No one running about and no one making me feel hurried. The people performing the work engage you, and speak with you. I appreciate they respect me as a customer enough to not talk in another language to each other while they work with me. Instead I feel like a valued customer!

Will never go back to this nail bar again. You buy gift cards from them then confidentially gift card machine down for a week. No help in a figuring out a solution. Dont know their colors to match.

Tried this place out for the first time last week on Sunday and not even a full week later one of the dip nails I got just disappeared right off my finger. I was obviously not doing anything crazy for them to come off without me noticing, I’m extremely disappointed. I also paid $40 for a set and he didn’t even touch my cuticles, I’m sure if I would’ve asked him to it would be an extra cost considering it was $5 extra for an almond shape! Most places I’ve been only charge for a nail shape when it’s something like coffin shapes. Anyways my fiance also got an upgraded pedicure and they did not scrub any of the dead skin off of his feet which was the only reason he wanted to get them done not to mention we requested the paraffin wax and they did hot stones even though he tried to tell the lady doing his feet but language barrier or not she did not care to listen.

Went with my daughter to get her nails done for the first time and then to get my nails taken off. It was supposed to be a really exciting experience and something I wanted to share with her.I have gotten nails taken off and new ones out on in about an hour. Tell me why it took TWO HOURS for me to just get them off. It should have been half the time. To top it off, they pretty much just abandoned my daughter at the drying station and when I asked if they could check on her to see if her nails were dry yet, she just told me they put her back there so it could dry faster. Um ok?My husband ended up going back there to check on her and then brought her to the front to sit and wait for me. They were prepared to just let her sit back there all day it they could have.I get that I wasnt asking for big job and I wasnt one of the money making customers but I was originally prepared to tip 30% to compensate if they took care of me. Instead they bounced me around from person to person.I saw the cashier lady tell people multiple times to go over to my area and even pointing at me and they would go take care of someone else instead. Never coming back here again.I should have just driven to Xscape Nails in Arlington where they always take care of me even though its further from where I live. The whole thing was ridiculous.

I was told it was a 10 minute wait. I waited almost 30 minutes. People who came after me were serviced first. Simple manicure with clear polish. Maybe if I was getting something more complicated done, they would have serviced me earlier. She nicked my cuticle. Then the nail tech excused the lack of staff due to an event the night before. Also stated that the hot towel machine was not working. Not my problem. But then I had to wait to pay. So I really should not have paid. I should have walked out. 16.00 for a rushed manicure and poor customer service? She could not have expected a tip.

Came in an hour before close with my 3 girls, 3 full sets and 1 polish; a huge inconvenience for them I’m sure of it! However, they were exceptional!! They have EVERY color, in every option- no restrictions, no limits, something I’ve not seen in a number of years. Especially in this area, being forced to deal w mediocre colors at best but only in dip, or whatever. This place has really surpassed my expectations, could be bc they’re originally from a large salon in Keller- they def carry Keller class into this nail salon- I love it

I had great service at this place. I got ombre pink and white dip manicure and a standard pedicure. Wendy did my mani and did a very good job. She was also great to talk with. They have a nice place with a great color selection and a full array of service options. The frozen margaritas werent that good, but there are lots of drink options.

I was really happy with how my nails turned out. I got a gel manicure for the first time since everyone told me they last longer and look better. Unfortunately, after only 3 days, the polish on one of my nails has already chipped. I dont think I would pay that price again for a gel manicure, but I do really like how they turned out.

Its a nail salon. My wife and daughter went here a few weeks ago while I was on the road so I decided to give them a try. They do a good job.

1st time visiting this place and I was impressed. Prices were reasonable and they really pampered me. I got the dip powder and a basic pedicure and I will be coming back.

They always charge extra for something!! Pedis ok. Nails not impress!!Been there several times...but not going back!!!

They do a great job.

Got me in very quickly on a Thursday afternoon. They have a massive color selection. What Im not happy about is the nail tech didnt talk at all, didnt ask me what nail shape I wanted, or that 4 out of 10 of my nail have imperfections. I think one nail has a break on it only after 2 days of getting them done. (I get the dip and keep my nails short.) I will try them again to see if I get a better nail tech.

Love this place. Tony is my go to guy. Amazing nails, great conversation. I had a mishap this week and broke 5 nails. He redid all 5 and no charge. Girls are always nice and stop by say hi.

I went today (Sunday) and they were understaffed so I was told I couldn’t get both and manicure and pedicure. So I chose to get a manicure, and I was rushed to pick a color. I get the dip polish on my my natural nails and once I go to pay. The total is $60....I’ve never ever ever ever paid that much for one color on my own nails. I will not be back

Just left here, I loved my nails and I think the place is nice but beware of ASTRONOMICAL PRICE GOUGING! Took my daughter to get a pedi and my nails done. We asked for gel polish for her toes they didnt even tell me to get gel was literally a 100% markup on the price. So her $20 pedi turned into a $42 pedi. I am so beyond upset right now. They didnt do anything to make it right and said well we thought you would know since youve been here before. They gave me a brochure and said it was stated in there the gel is extra. NOPE I went through the brochure with a fine tooth comb and nothing. I am very upset because I couldnt even afford to tip the techs after it was all said and done. $82 For a childs pedi and all I got was dipping powder on my natural nails. I am beyond furious. Will be looking for a new place.

I had a 10:30 appointment. At 10:55 Im still waiting and she takes someone else ahead of me. I walked out. Horrible customer service.

My mom did her nails here and all i have to say is that it looked ugly first my mom asked for 1 coat only but no it looked like so squishy and ugly and the nail polish would take off easily nope never coming back here again

Ive gone there twice now and I absolutely love it!! Plus you get a bar drink while you are getting ur nails done and ur toes done too...I recommend this place....

This place makes better drinks than any bar Ive ever been to!
