Nails didnt dry.. They were more ready to get out of there.. I TIP WELL!!! 10/15/20 dollars a WAP.. MY TOES WASNT DRY. GOOD THING I DONT CARE AND NOT bashing anyone

Horrible! First time to this nail salon as Im new to the area & searching for a new nail home. My sister & I both went & upon walking in we were not promptly or properly greeted. While we were walk-ins the place wasnt busy yet we waited for 30 min before being attended to. I got a gel manicure & pedicure not knowing until I was at the register they charged me $15 for the gel polish on my toes. I brought my own polish, which they saw, so when they asked me if I wanted to use my own or do gel I opted to try the gel. 3 days later both my nails & toenails were chipping off completely. I wouldve much rather used my own polish than pay the asinine amount of $15 for a coat of gel polish. Thoroughly annoyed with my experience here & will not return.

You get what you pay for, I paid and LOVED the experience I had here. Thank you! Would I come again? yes 🙌🏽

I have never left a bad review on a place but I feel like I have to. First she did my nails and they were fine. Not good but decent for 10 dollars. BUT once they told me to put them under the light, all the nail polish shriveled up. They said that it was because of the nail polish brand. They said it had happened with that brand many times before. So why do they keep using that brand? So they started over with a different brand nail polish. And the final outcome well....my 5 year old could’ve done a better job....

Andy has been doing my nails for 6 years now and I’m always walking out highly satisfied with his work and time on my nails. He’s very detailed about everything and that’s what I love about him, always making sure it’s to my like and standards 💁🏽‍♀️The staff overall is super sweet and treat me like family every time I walk in the door. I’m always offered something to drink while I’m pampered, and it’s always peaceful and relaxing here.!!! 💅🏾

Absolutely will not return. Came in on a Thursday morning for a full set. I literally came in ten minutes after they opened. The only girl there seemed lost and asked what I wanted. I explained a full set. Easy. She then gets on her phone starts talking. Comes back and says her nail guy would be about ten minutes. Fine. I can wait. She comes back again and I asked her how long till he was here. She said he’s pulling in now. Another few minutes go by and another woman comes in. She talks to me asks me what I need. I explain. She leaves comes back and says can you come back later? What why? She says the nail guy isn’t there. Obviously.I normally wouldn’t care so much but we are going out of town this morning and I wanted to have my nails down real quick before we go. Thought I would give this place a try since it’s closer to home. But nope. So disappointed that they have no one there to do what the job is.

My first time here. I wanted a soak off and dip. The young lady who did my nails didn’t listen to anything I asked for. She continues to file my nails over and over until she started filing skin and I had to ask her to stop. This place is so unprofessional and I will not be returning. My nails look horrible, definitely not worth it

This is my favorite nail spa, after trying many around my home, i am sticking to this one for almost 2 yrs now.They are clean, not over pricey, wait time is never more than 5 mins until now. Offer beverages including wine, sodas and water.Generally have a package for basic manicure and pedicure for $30.Jessica is my favorite, she does work carefully and makes sure she isn’t hurting you and isn’t slow.Recently they started card system, where you get the card signed every time you go, after 10 visits one pedicure is free. I am going to see how mine goes, i am done with 2 boxes of 10 yet.

I do not believe in bashing a company. This place is clean and the associates are nice. However my pedicure and manicure are not anything to brag on, its pretty sad. I went in yesterday and will be in today to ask for a full refund or a complete service redone.

Went there last weekend after 2 weeks of reopening from Covid shut downs. I noticed scrapped off dead skin cells on the seam of the chair and foot rest after soaking a few minutes. See 2 people leave and they never cleaned the chairs. But has people sign a disclosure but they are not cleaning. I will not return. They dont clean.

Stopped in for pedicures with my sister and mom halfway through our trip to Amarillo. Excellent facility, very clean. It was packed, but the staff did everything possible to make the wait time as short as possible without taking away from quality. I was very impressed. Eyebrow waxing service was very good too!

I went to this nail shop on July 4th I was the first customer in that morning I got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. The pedicure looked great but both my big toes were hurting when I left. I figured it was from maybe to much skin being pulled away. I had to have 2 women do my eyebrows because the first woman did not make them look good they were uneven with wild hairs still underneath and then I still had wax in them. The second lady did a good job and I was satisfied. Today while working my toe started hurting so bad I had to sit most of the day. I am now assuming they used dirty tools on my toe because it’s infected. I’ll be going by there as soon as they open in the morning to show them what’s going on. My other toe still hurts and I’m praying that it doesn’t end up like this one

I have been coming to Western Nails for 6 years + now. I drive 45 mins from where I live to come get my nails and pedicures done here. ***LADIES & GENTLEMEN.. YOU KNOW THE PAIN & STRUGGLE TO FIND GOOD SERVICE EVERY TIME *** So when you find a place that gives you 5 star services each time, you go back! I have broken a nail or 2, called them and was able to get in quickly. They are so good about getting me in and out quickly (if I’m in a hurry). Most of the time I call and schedule my appointments so I don’t have to wait.ALL of the staff members are always so pleasant, helpful and they all do an awesome job - A L W A Y S. One of the BEST ever pedicures you will get in your life will be from here - hot rock massages & the paraffin wax are amazing! Shoot any of the services they offer are all amazingly great :)I will add this: if you ever have an issue with any services or personnel, please talk to the management before you leave. I know they will be happy to make it right!! In the 6 years + of going here I haven’t ever had a bad experience.PLEASE be mindful before you leave a bad review on here when you did not talk to anyone before you left the place of business and they could’ve made it right for you ;)

Pulled up and saw the sign they welcome walk ins. Looked like a nice place when I walked in about 15 pedi chairs and 5 nail tables nice decor. I was welcomed as I came in, there were no customers and what appeared to be 4 technicians. When I asked to get an acrylic fill they had a discussion told me to pick a colour then had me take a seat and asked if I could wait 15-20 minutes. The man who could do nails was somewhere else doing a hair cut. All 4 women then sat napping in the pedicure chairs or at the tables playing with their phones for the next 15 minutes when I got up and asked if I still needed to wait they said it would be about 10 more minutes. When the young man finally came in he was polite and did a fine job on my nails while all four women sat and talked loudly in Vietnamese among themselves. One other customer came in and had to wait for him to finish with me to do her nails. Not sure what their role is but they do not seem to have one.

My first experience was great. My second visit was not so great. I had two different people doing my nails. One started and the other finished. The lady that finished my nails didnt file them how I like. I had to get her to polish them more on the sides. I dont like any of my nail showing. One of my nails was too thick. Im going to give them one more chance today. If I dont like it, I will not be back.

The nails they gave me? Pretty. But... The application was painful. They did an overlay and it was BURNING the entire time during and for about 2 hours after. Not worth the burning sensation...

We love their service, very friendly staff and great customer service. The place is always clean. You can call ahead and schedule an appointment and they are ready when you arrive.

Decent nail spa, but be warned, the pricing on the advertising outside, doesnt really get you a true spa pedicure. Instead of the $17 pedicure, I ended up paying almost $50. I did get a great pedicure though, and I will be back. BTW, they also do Shellac for typical pricing.

Recently moved to this side of town.. Should have made the 30 minute drive too my regular place.. Paid $19 for basic French manicure impressed with the white line that was done and nothing else. Bubble and lines left when done with pink coat and top coat.

They are very nice but do not do quality work. I got a pedicure done here and my nails had ridges. ...Also, no joke, the seat I was in had ants. I found three and one bit me.

I never leave bad reviews on anything but I had to warn people about this place. I got a dip manicure with paint. First off, the girl couldn’t glue on the nails. She kept glueing them and then ripping them off becuase they were crooked. Then she was burning my fingers with the filing tool so much that I yanked my hand away. And then to finish it off she didn’t put her hair up so every time she tried to paint my nails her hair got attached to the nail polish. (Then proceeded not to fix it). Not to mention she did 1 COAT OF GLITTER NAIL POLISH so my nails are see through.. worst experience at a nail salon ever.

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. I’ve been here a total of 3 times. meaning i gave this place THREE CHANCES before i came to do a review. the first two times, there was a lady that did the shape very nicely and up to par but she cut the f*** out of my fingers with the nail file????? clumsy work. this third and final time will be the last time i ever go there. i walked in for a new full set, walked out looking like i need a damn fill. how does that work??? can anyone please inform me on how these cosmo certified nail techs have been doing nails for years but can’t get shapes correct or not hurt someone’s fingers????? i expect my nails to be nothing less than all around perfect and this is not the place to get that done.

I usually dont live reviews this low, but when you pay to get your nails done on Tuesday and by Saturday you are already missing 2 that is a problem with me. The customer service was great they are polite but unfortunately the quality of work is not what it needs to be.

First time in there tonight and was impressed. The price was cheaper than I typically pay. My last place I paid 50 for gel nails and a design, tonight I did gel nails and a design and paid 35. Totally worth it, will become a regular.

Semi good job on cleaning the edges. Plain nail polish leave bubbles and flakes as if nail polish is old? Overall the pedi looked not professional. Went back to have it fix. Was not brave enough to do same color again but asked for French. This looks ok however overall not pleasant experience and not mine kind of place.

Im new to the area and was looking for a nail shop well being that today is Easter I figured no one would be open but they were! I got a mani, pedi, and my eyebrows done... they took their time on each service i had done. They were real nice and pleasant. I had a very relaxing experience they were busy and still took their time with each and everyone of us. I loved it and this will definitely be my new spot. #pleasedcustomer

When I came for my inicial appointment they made my nails so thick. I came and asked her to make them thin and they had such a bad attitude about it. The manager started to correct my nails thin them a little bit, and she worked on me so carelessly, she cut my middle finger deep. I was so angry because she acted like it wasnt a big deal. Please save your money and go somewhere else. These people are worried about making money, not their clients.

So I went to get my nails removed, shaped, and painted but I guess thats too much for them to do. The tech removed them but left big chunks of the fake nails still on. And when she filed my nails down she did two and then looked at the rest and just started painting my nails. They looked so uneven and my nails dried with bubbles in them. Will not be returning.

They don’t do quality work here. Nails had ridges, pedicure was okay. They rush through their work.

Excellent service. Fast, friendly and professional. I will return for another mani pedi.

The girl literally took a chunk of skin out of my heel and it hasn’t stopped bleeding for hours....

I told a friend about this place because Ive been going for years. She called me upset because they spilled wax and lotion all over her and charged her $96. I called and they hung up the phone in my face. Not good service at all!!

Went into get my nail fixed, what a terrible fix up job :(Now I have to go to another salon, SMH
