Came to the Venus nail spa for a pedicure. Judy did my pedicure. She was very sweet and kind and did an amazing job!! I highly recommend her. She took her time and made sure that I love the color and that I was happy. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had in my life!! Go to Venus nail spa and ask for Judy!!

I went to Venus Nails last week for a much needed pedicure. Judy was very sweet and professional. She did an amazing job on my feet. Im definitely going back and look forward to seeing Judy again.

They did not disappoint. Walked in and they were busy but I was quickly in a chair so didn’t wait long. Lori was amazing. I saw a design on Pinterest and she was able to recreate it exactly. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will be back!

OMG! Nancy did an excellent job! My nails looks perfect, it looks so natural. They all do a good job, but Nancy is the best! I can’t stop looking at them.

Came in with a picture off of Instagram and Lori duplicated it perfectly. Her version was even better.

Ive been going here for at least 10yrs...they are BIG on keeping this place nice and clean!! They have workers that do just that and only that.. clean!! They serve free alcohol or any beverage you like while your service is being rendered. Great on Customer Service & their techs are highly experienced.

Love this place! They have so many options for manicures and pedicures. I have been going here since we moved here 9 months ago and have always had a great experience. So sad that I will have to find a new place though since we are moving out of state.

I love Lindsey at venue spa !! She is literally the best nail tech I’ve ever been to. She does everything from my manicure to pedicure to my eyebrows. I won’t even let anything touch tmy eyebrows. My toes literally last for about 6-8 weeks before I need to get them done again and my nails like 3-4 weeks. I’m greeted as soon as I walk in and the guy starts making my margarita as soon as he sees me LOL. I highly recommend Venus spa & Lindsey is the absolute best!

They could definitely work on their customer service skills. This was my first and only visit. The tech abruptly left after starting my husbands mani to work on a woman who came in after him and never returned. They were going to charge for that until I mentioned that he never got the manicure and that we would not be waiting for the lady to return after she had been gone for at least 20 min. After my mani and pedi was complete, I wasn’t even handed my receipt or told to go to the front, so my husband and I were just sitting there waiting. Please do better.

Been here multiple times and its usually a great experience. Inconsistent tech/prices though. Got a pedicure today, was told I would have to pay $5 for them to remove gel polish off of my toes prior to the pedicure. What? Why? It’s not like I came in go get that service only. Then still proceeded to ask me if I would like gel again. Why would i? To pay $5 extra for you to take it off next time? Poor customer service at that point, seems as if tech just wanted $ from me.

The establishment was good The nail tech that worked on me that day was not that good but I tipped her anyway I will not use her the next time I will use someone else hopefully

Vickie and Lynn the nail techs provide great customer service and deliver quality work. The low rating is in relation to business management and her (Lily) poor customer service and lack of service recovery. My daughter went in on 7/16/21 by the next day her nails were cracking and a few had broken completely off. Pulling up the nail bed with it. Under normal circumstances I wouldve booked Lynn or Vickie but this time my daughter did a walk-in. I went in today 7/20/21 to have my nails done and my daughters redone. Instead of speaking to me about giving 50% off new set, which by the way I have no problem paying for, instead she wants to stand next to my nail tech and basically blame my daughter for not being careful enough with her nails. Rude owner and poor customer service.

I am soooo upset DO NOT LET JUST ANYONE HERE DO YOU EYEBROWS I clearly have a arch and now I just have a straight brow at the top.. I have too look at myself like this in irritation.. I told her EXACTLY how “ I “ wanted them and she did what she wanted.. 3rd pic just took all my arch.. then she smiling like she did a bomb job and it’s trash.. and the other one thicker..

There’s better places i’m sure, waited more than an hour just for a gel polish I know it’s not the most expensive but it just shows that they care more about the money than the customers.

Gave them another chance and went back but service takes extremely long. They are very understaffed. Constantly need to guide them on how i want the nails too. I got dipping powder with tip. Also the nails come off pretty quick. They have alot of potential and can do better by hiring more. Well decorated and good looking place too.

It was very unfortunate because my sister loves coming here to get her nails done by Holly. I was told Joe was amazing. Which he really is a nice man. My nails came out very beautiful but they did not last at all. So I did go back and I explained my concerns the second time and yet again my nails chipped and broke off faster than any other place Ive been to. I always get dip powder and can go 3 weeks but that just wasnt the case here. Unfortunately will not be back.

I came in to get my daughters a mani/pedi. They were very unorganized and it took a while to seat us although I had made an appointment. They took about an hour to see my youngest daughter. By that time I was over it and just left. Very unprofessional even when I called no manners or anything. I will never be coming back here again. They prices are ridiculously high as well. So sad 😞

Amazing! I went in with a picture for bridal nails and they were able not only to determine the best base color but also executed the glitter ombre perfectly! Always happy when I leave here!!

This place is the best in Fort Worth. If you want a good pedicure and manicure (whether gel, dip, or simple) this is the place to go. They take care of you! There is NEVER a wait during the week or weekends. I go every two weeks on a Friday. I’ve been going for 6 times now and today was the first time I asked for someone who had already done my gel dip manicure before. Jack is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend him to anyone. The conversation is great too! I love when a nail tech actually has a conversation with you instead of speaking a foreign language the whole time talking with their colleagues. I didn’t go here one Friday because I thought I would go close by my house and I had that worst experience. I will always be loyal to Venus Nail Spa. I’m a forever customer. Thank you Jack!!!

Prices are good. Got a full new acrylic set for $25.However, I give a 2-star because man who completed my nails had tremors in his hands, which may or may not have been the reason that he glued two of my nail tips on SO CROOKED. I pointed them out hoping that he would remove and reapply them but all he said was “I’ll trim and shape them at the end.” Well the end came and he was barely able to fix one—but the other is SO BAD I wouldn’t have even paid $10 for these. Also, he didn’t fill in the edges very close, and left so much gunk under my nails that I’m gonna have to return for a filler and retouch.

Got to the salon around 5:45 the young lady in the front took my sister and I to our seats for our pedicures a guy came to assist her and after time went by asked the guys that was helping her if they were sending someone to assist me he said yes then told the young lady at the front desk but never send anyone I sat there for 40 min as he finished my sister’s pedi and I never got helped. Frustrating and what a waste of time he even told management and no one came to talk to me.

Joe is my nail tech and he always knows what I like. Very clean and professional

Charged me for a $55 pedi and gave me a $38 service. I came out with my feet still feeling rough. Very disappointed

Paul is the literal best. My polish always looks amazing and lasts for weeks. He is efficient, detail-oriented, and takes his time. He is also gentle but thorough with pedicures. I was his last customer and he didn’t rush even though the place was closed. He’s my nail guy from now on.

I went on a Saturday to get my nails taken off. The place was packed! Pretty much every chair was occupied with customers. The ladies at the front were nice & took my name. I didnt have to wait too long. The nail technician was really nice. I did ask for color and she took extra time in making sure my nails were clean and even. I would go back to get a pedicure.

Left feeling absolutely traumatized. Upon arrival, an individual at the front desk asked what type of service I wanted and I replied that I only wanted the dip on my nails removed. When I sat down I waited for about 10 minutes for the nail Tech to come and remove the dip off of my nails. When removing my dip he used a driller to remove the top layer on my left hand. So much so that it began to hurt badly. I asked him three times to please use the acetone and he ignored me. But after starting my right hand he listened. Observe my left hand has pink areas in the nail bed showing where he almost drilled through my entire nail. Worst experience ever. The shot manager gave me back my money and tried to give me a gift card that I declined. I will never return.

Incredible management! Keven is awesome! I had called the salon wanting something very specific. As is typical for most salons, I expected to have to repeat myself and to not be understood and for them not to be familiar with the technique I wanted. Not so with Venus Nails! Keven understood me completely and said he would call me back in a few minutes as soon as he was able to find a tech familiar with the technique. Keven called me back immediately, and booked Max who I loved! Max gave me this best pedicure I’ve ever had, and did a fabulous job on my nails. Max was kind, attentive and an absolute delight. I couldn’t say enough about the positive, upbeat cordial environment cultured at this salon. This makes the salon a happy, welcoming place for costumers to walk into. Keven was not only going about being attentive to his customers needs, he was going about assisting his employees during the holiday rush. He regularly did rounds checking that everything was perfect for his customers, promptly filling in wherever needed. I liked the way he treated his employees and I liked the way he treated me. I felt more than appreciated as a customer by Kevin and Max. I was treated like an honored guest. Which I deeply appreciate, because I needed that so much, considering the heartbreak I’d experienced recently in my personal life. I just want to thank you each and every one at Venus nails for a wonderful experience, for your dedication to your customers, and the skill of your techs. Took proper precautions during Covid. My technician was sweet and I didn’t ever feel like anyone was talking bad about a customer. They all seemed to want to do well and satisfy their customers. I’m super happy with the glitter dip I picked out and her shaping for almond was almost *perfect*. I know how challenging it can be bc that’s what I normally get but always at random salons. I’d come back to see her. Close by my home.

I called and specifically asked if someone was available to do a pedicure right now. I was told to go ahead and come. I said I’m 5 minutes away. When I arrived 4 minutes later, there were at least 10 people who would be ahead of me in line. After a 20 minute wait and the “line” not moving, I left. I was on a timeline and they wasted my time. Instead of lying to get someone to show up, why not be honest and say, “there are about 8 people ahead of you”. I could’ve respected that.

This place has a great atmosphere, but not anything different than other nail salon of its stature. Theyre pretty nice when its not busy, but dont even dare try going here when theyre busy.I got ignored when I walked in and felt rushed when picking out my color. The nail tech didnt even trust me to choose my own color. I said white and she kept asking if I meant light pink.When asked about nail shape, I explained exactly what I wanted and even provided a couple pictures. She responded with I cant do that, your nails are too short. I would understand normally, but I have gotten the shape I wanted with even shorter nails at other salons. Once I told her that, she actually made an effort.She was sloppy and had an attitude; Im assuming thats because it was busy.

I purchased a full set of pink and white with tips but I did not like how my nails looked. I went back the next day to speak with the manger about how my nails already looked a week old due to the fact they the pink and white was not close to my cuticle. She told me that I needed to have asked for a cuticle trim ($5) but fixed my nails free of charge. They had great customer service and I will be returning again.

I went Sunday to get a full set of nails and was not happy at all! Its only been 4 days since I was there and 4 nails have broken off! She didnt cut them the length that I wanted and she shaped them the way she wanted I showed her a picture of what I wanted and said she could do it and when it came to the time to do them she insisted that I just go with a regular color. Made me feel like she did not want to do them like the picture so just to be done I said fine! Horrible experience ever and she charged me $60.00 dollars that was a waste of my money and I will NEVER go back!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL IF YOU WANT LONG NAILS!!! ALL THEY DO ARE VERY SHORT NAILS OR MANICURES!! I assume since they are licensed techs than they should be able to do any length or shape but they dont they just want your money...

I drive 45 to an hour just to come get the experience@venus! Mary provided me with bomb classic pedicure with hot stones it was sooo fabulous- my nails done by Lori were just the way I like them- perfect- the Hosts at three desk are always helpful and polite. Thank you.

Alex is such an amazing artist! I was indecisive of how I wanted my nails. He free styled and did some amazing designs. He is very entertaining and funny. Megan and Lilly are 2 others that do a great job as well. Tu did the best pedicure Ive ever had! Lena never lets me down with my eye brows. Basically, you cant go wrong by coming here.

This was my second time going to Venus. The first time I had Kathy who did a great job on my coffin acrylic nails but this time I went to Dana. I liked my nails the first time but Dana was so much better!! They all use the same products so it wasn’t due to what was used I’m guessing it was the experience level. My new set is shaped to perfection and came out exactly how I wanted them. I had Dana change the color on my toes too, which also looks great. The atmosphere is nice, everything is clean, and they sanitize or change their tools between clients. They also serve 2 complimentary drinks and the margaritas are delicious! Also it was Saturday around 12 when I went in and they were busy but no one had to wait and if they did it was for like 5 minutes.

The woman rushed it but she did a possible job. She was on her phone too much while she did my nails. She acted like she didn’t care because it was towards the end of her shift. The nail tech next to me have a way better message to their client than what I got 😩ugh

I love love love this place. Lindsey is absolutely wonderful and is my regular go to. She always knows how I like them and takes her time. I never feel rushed or unhappy. I work close by so its nice to go in and be able to relax after a long day!! I know several people that come here and are always satisfied with their treatments!

I have been going to this nail salon for the past 6 months and have never really had much to complain about. Today’s visit however left me extremely frustrated. I went about 4 days ago to get the dip manicure and throughout the week 2 broke off. I went in today right when then open (2 minutes before to be exact) and it was already packed with people. When I showed the lady at the front desk my nails she didn’t seem to care too much and just said okay and walked away. I didn’t know where to go so I just stood there, so she comes back looking annoyed and tells me to take a seat while she finds someone to fix them for me. I sat for about 15 mins with no one giving me the time of day. Then someone else walks in and gets seated right away. I walked out. It’s so important to treat all customers like they matter even if it just a quick fix. After today I will not be coming back here again.

I will not go anywhere else. The salon has a luxurious decor the ladies speak very good English and are very polite and accommodating. I have been going to this salon for over 8 years now. They use clean packaged sterilized tools, I have not had any problems with a fungus on my nails, toes, or skin. This salon also used good quality nail products ensuring the money I spend will be worth it and last. I have tried other places and I am disappointed everytime. This nail salon is just the best of the best in the Fort Worth area.

Ive been going here since they were in their original location. Amber is fantastic and really listens to what you want and takes her time. The middle aged gentleman (cannot remember his name!) also does a wonderful job.

I LOVE this nail place!! This is the only place I will go to! They are clean & have always had great service, with exception to one time! Lily is the best nail tech there and any tech I have tried for pedicures have all been good! Gave 4 stars, as the manager could use some help in customer service.

I loved the actual service, but the customer care was off. They were pushy and rude and I felt uncomfortable. I left a tip and I got a gift certificate as a Christmas gift, so I hope they improve on their service. My nails look good, though!

I went here for a pedicure because the girl I normally go to, at my usual nail salon was booked.Pros: Got me in quickly. Good color selection. Complimentary drinks.Cons: Receptionist was not friendly or welcoming. Nail tech who did my nails did not cut my nails, only filed them. I had to ask several times for her to trim them.Filed my skin, not my nails.Very subpar job on the foot/leg massage that is supposed to come with the pedicure.I watched an employee spill paraffin all over the floor and not clean it up, just threw a rag over it, which caused a customer to slip and almost fall.I will not return to this salon.

This is, by far, the best nail salon around! Their new location is beautifully appointed, with plenty of pedicure and mani stations. Clean, comfortable, and caring are three words to describe it. Although walk-ins are welcome, I suggest you make an appointment on weekend visits to prevent a delay.Both men and women enjoy being pampered here, as they sip complementary beverages.Their staff will be on a first name basis with you, providing you with expert nail and waxing services. Tell them “Margie” sent you!

Fast, clean, friendly. My nail tech (Jaycie T) was awesome. I wasnt in a talkative mood and she kindly just focussed on the job at hand. She did an outstanding job. I think the complimentary mimosas were the prefect ratio of juice and champagne. Both did the trick. I definitely will come back to see her again!

After not being happy with my original nails, they did correct them & were very friendly when doing so.

I got my nails done Monday and just by fixing my cover a nail came off, just two days of having my nails done. I also had the rudest nail tech she cut me several times way to far off my nail and she got mad on how I paid and told me “ next time pay on card and tip me in cash “ I just find that rude to tell someone that especially after a bad service. And I told her no dip and she went ahead and did dip, very unorganized.

This is not a fly by night establishment. They do a really good job. For thos who dont know how important foot health is, well you better ask someone!

The family went for a manicure and pedicure. We all had a great time and enjoyed our time. We didnt get a chance to get our normal person Katy, but we did enjoy Lindsey.Everyone is always so friendly and the service has been great everytime we go.

I went to get my nails done. The tech was upset because I changed the color. I told her not to cut the nail or reshape them. She reshaped them anyway. I get to the register and she noticed I have her a DOLLAR tip and she said $1! Just rude

I like this place but the service is good . The three time I have been it not wait . And I like the Price. But want i do not like is the person that did my service. Some of the staff is very friendly. And some is not. For the price and my tips I should get better service.... The first time coming I was like yes . Then I come back and I did not feel like the person that was doing my nails did not want to do my nails. But I tip her anyway. I will be looking for another nails shop.

I absolutely love my nails! Out of all the nail salons Ive been to, Ive never came out satisfied with my nails. No one ever gave me what I wanted, until I found Venus Nails and Spa! I read the reviews, most of everyone were happy with this place so I checked them out and thank God I did! A little on the pricey side, $65 for a full set ombre kinda long. But worth it! No wait for me, I was out in about 1hour! I will be returning!

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost a year. They are the utmost in professionalism and always make me feel so comfortable. Ive had solar and pedicures and have never had a bad experience! In fact, last night I went in after having a new set put on elsewhere on Sunday and they looked horrible. They fixed them for me and made them look better than I expected...mixed the pinks to get the right shade, put glitter gel on the tips and then the clear gel to make them shiny!! Ill never go anywhere else!

This is the best nail salon that I’ve been too since I moved back to the U.S. Kevin was my pedicurist and he was AMAZING! Very manner-able and caring. He took his time and did a perfect job. Def coming back here!!!
