Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Save yourself the frustration, time and money. I got a dip full set, and to the naked eye it looks okay for $60 besides the fact that she made me bleed TWICE saying “I’m not sure where that came from.” Two days go by, the gems I asked for started falling off. A week went by and the nail actually started to break off, for reference I have a desk job and never do any heavy lifting. A set normally lasts me between 2-3 weeks. The acrylic is very thick and noticeable since the technician did not cover the entirety of my natural nail on the sides because of incorrect tip size. Though the acrylic is thick toward the middle, it is actually breaking down closer to my cuticle. My friend also got a dip full set, her set has literal clumps of dip powder and bubbles starting to happen between the powder and tip. Her technician missed spots with top coat, some parts look shiny some spots look matte.

Love my nails. This is my second time coming and I love it here. Tracy is the best. Shes so sweet. This set was $50 for price reference (& they glow in the dark). 💅 ALWAYS TIP your artist!

Went today to get a mani pedi. I did not have an appointment but they got me in with virtually no wait. The salon is extremely clean and inviting. The nail artists were absolutely stellar! Best salon Ive been to in the area. My nails were extremely affordable for what I had done. My pedicure was not rushed and she made my toes look great along with leaving my feet smooth. When I got my acrylic nails done, I was so impressed with his professionalism and skill. I LOVE my nails!

This place used to be awesome. I would come get a pedicure and it would last for months. I went this last week to get my nails done before the 4th of July and my pedicure and my acrylic nails are already chipping! I didn’t get in a chlorine pool or anything. I hate it when a place decides to lower their quality to cut costs. There are too many other salons nearby.

This is my favorite place to come for get my nails and toes done. So talented and sweet. They always make me feel at home and do great job. Highly recommended!

I liked this place. I enjoyed the attention paid to my toes and removing the dead skin around the toe nails and the bottom of my feet. However, the one thing that disappointed was the massage. 20 minutes and barely any attention on my feet. And when she did rub my feet, it was just the arches. I need my heels rubbed, I need my calves rubbed. Constantly rubbing the top of my leg hurts because there is a bone there...ugh. Guess I will be going somewhere else for the foot massage. But I like my nails for the most part.

Do not go to the salon! My nails are horrible and started breaking within two days! With a gel powder this should never look this way. Worst place ever! Plus during my pedicure she cut my toe and it was bleeding! 🤬 app won’t post my pics!

My go to nail salon. Love my gel mani and pedis every single time. clean, friendly service. I had one lady doing my gel pedi french tip & one lady doing my gel acrylics. So not sure why they took sooo long. Just plan to be there for awhile, your nails will look great

I have lived in the Lake Worth area for almost 2 years. During this time Ive been to Signature Nail Salon a handful of times for pedicures, which Ive been very happy with each time. However, Ive gone to Signature probably 10-15 times for eyebrow waxes (including yesterday 2/5/21) and they have never let me down! I am pretty particular about my eyebrows. Each time Ive been in for this service (no matter which technician assisted me), the staff has taken their time on my brows after really listening to what I wanted done. Super polite & friendly staff and a bright, clean salon as well. I really cant say enough about this place!!

My experience was deplorable, I got to get my nails done with the best of intentions and everything was going well until I asked the young man who was doing them if he had seen theImage that I showed her to guide her since I saw that she was doing something totally different, in that she got upset and began to roughly clean me with a napkin trying to tear off what she had already done and then she called a colleague of hersuggest anything, whichIt seemed crazy because if I am paying my money I should have the right to choose and indicate how I want my nails, then theMiss kept telling me that the young man who did my nails does not speakEnglish so well and that she did not understand me, emphasizing that my accent did not understand it (I am Hispanic), to which I proceeded to tell her to leave my nails like that and she kept telling me that it did not matter that if I wanted to go then it was already in me, to the point that his aggressive way of referring to me made me cry and I had to cut my nails by myself and I left cryinglocal, I am a very peaceful person and I never fight or argue, and that event confused me a lot since I did not understand why they started to treat me like that and why their overreaction for just asking how I was going to do it, if I had not been So disappointed and sad at the time I would have asked for the complaint book but I only chose to withdraw, terrible service.

Went to get my toe nails done and they made it look so messy and they had me pay for it still. I do not recommend this place, I will never go there again.

Pretty upset with my experience!Professionalism: I went the day before Mother’s Day and called prior to get an appointment for 2pm. They didn’t have record at all of the appointments or who had an appointment with which nail tech. Was turned away at the entrance until I mentioned I had an appointment and they kept trying to give me other nail techs aside from the person I scheduled an appointment with. Eventually got to do my nails with someone an hour later!Quality: I got my nails done because I was leaving town and it’s now embarrassing to have everyone ask why my nails are popping off a week and a half later! I don’t know if my nails were rushed or if it’s a product issue but they didn’t last! I have had so many pop off I’m not just taking the rest off. Cannot believe I paid $50 to have my nails last a good week.

Got my nails done and within two days they were cracking and the paint was chipping off. Called to have it fixed and was told I’d have to pay. Also got pedicures with my sister the same day and her technician was making fun of her. I’ve been using this place for years but won’t be anymore.

Staff was very friendly and the salon is really clean and nice. It’s definitely not the worst salon, but I don’t think I will be returning because my cuticles were cut with the drill and bleeding during the service. The manicurist apologized and I told her was okay because I’ve left other salons with WAY worse cuts. I think maybe there are certain ladies there who are more experienced because they had several regulars there during my first time visit today. I think maybe she was in a hurry to take her lunch before her afternoon appointments...

I love this place! Its been so hard trying to find a place for nails and pedicures that I actually like. Harry the owner is excellent with customer service, is patient and so friendly! Peter is great at pedicures and love love love his massages!! Peter took the time to get all of the little areas on my feet that bother me, very detailed in his work! Tran did a great job on my fiancé feet and eyebrows. My nails came out wonderful for the wedding!! I wish I got my nail ladies name but she was very good at the details!! Thank you so much for a relaxing time! This is my new nail place forever!!

The young lady who did my nails ground down my nail bed down so far that the powder burned when she applied it. And she finished the Mani and I stood up she called the whole shop over to look at how tall I was and giggle as they pointed and spoke in a language I didnt understand.

I don’t think I’m coming back. During the pedicure I ask to use the Pumice Stone with more pressure as he was barely exfoliating any of my skin he said he would do it again later. That never happens, also I can see traces of my prior nail polish I also stated this. And as you can the polish work isn’t that great either.... I feel like instead of a pedicure I just got a sloppy nail color change 😞 Staff was friendly and the place was clean but left very disappointed.

Nails were crooked. Still had rough dry patches on heels and I paid for all the extras on the pedicure. Technicians were not friendly or welcoming. This was my first and last time using them. Dont waste your time.

I went in for a refill, I absolutely hate long nails and always make sure the tech is aware of that. I told the gentleman taking care of me and he seemed to just brush it off, I told him again and he finally cut them, however they were extremely uneven. Yet what really upset me was the blatant disrespect of charging me for a new full set. When it was literally a file down, clip a few, and nail polish change. Dont recommend coming here if you do not appreciate being taken advantage of as a customer.

I came here to treat myself for my birthday (mani & padi ) I was very pleased to leave with my nails cute and everyone that I had contact with was super nice. I thought I had found my new place!Two days after one of my nails fall off, not too worried about it I called as these things happen sometimes and ask them to fix it. Sure enough, they did just that. Two days after that I had TWO more nails fall of mind you this wasnt even a full week after getting them done in the first place. I wasnt rough on my nails and have had them done enough time to know they typically last close to a month for me.I call again and ask them to fix my nails for the second time, again he agreed. He was very kind but also made me feel that it was my fault.Regardless I go back and get them fixed because I expect to get what I paid for.Only to be treated awful and leave frustrated and insuring I never return as a customer.

I scheduled an appt and when I arrived the manager greeted me. He very kindly let me know that they had a few people call off and they were overbooked. He offered that I wait or come back in an hour. I chose to come back. He was very apologetic. I came back in an hour was again greeted and he apologized for the hassle earlier- which it wasnt. I was offered a drink. He checked out the picture of the acrylic set I wanted and had Tracy work on my nails (I believe that was her name). I havent had my nails done in well over 4 years and cant remember the last time I had a full set done. So I was a bit nervous. She was very meticulous and took her time when I know others would have rushed. She didnt engage in small talk which I actually love. She was focused on what she was doing.The salon was clean and literally everyone there was so friendly despite being short staffed.I watched a new customer walk in nearly every 2 minutes and thats not an exaggeration.There were some grumpy women who were upset about the wait. Disclaimer to these women: Heres the deal they are a very busy nail salon. Call ahead of time. Check the Google activity. Dont go there being mean to these people because youre in a hurry.They are so friendly and do such great work they dont deserve to be treated badly.Overall I am extremely happy with my visit and will be going back.

I requested a I procedure using my own tips of choice he complained in his language every one of the employees come over and took a look at my tips I had took with me into the salon to be applied and they were all making laughing comments I taught Vietnamese for 5 years in a school in Grand prairie universal Beauty college I understand their language at the end of my service I told the manager that the young man did do what I asked him to do but everyone in the salon was coming over and gawking and laughing about my curve tips that I wanted applied it was very rude the manager proceeded to tell me that they were not talking about me that they were talking about one of the girls boyfriends that is not true and I explained to him that I understood their language and the young man who did my nails set with his head down embarrassedMartha Traylor Smith

First time here and it was a pleasant experience. Got a classic pedi and dip mani and everything looks great. They have the same colors for everything so when you pick a dip they have that color for your toes too. Friendly staff and great conversation.

Ive driven by this since it opened and never really noticed it. I just happened to be going out of town and having family pictures made, so my daughter and I just called the closest place we saw online to book. It took us a bit to realize it was right in front of our faces, but we were happily surprised to see it was a really nice place. The guy at the front is very friendly and social. He does a great job of running the place. The ladies work really hard. They got super busy while we were there, but they did their best to entertain everyone there and do a great job.

Hubby and I went there for date night mani/pedis in anticipation of our upcoming vacation to Vegas. Wonderfully relaxing and very clean! Vu did an outstanding job on my nails! I showed him a picture, and he re-created it perfectly! Hubby says his feet and hands have never felt so soft and pampered :) Would definitely recommend!

Literally the best service I have ever had in a nail salon! I got an ombre dip powder nail and Vivian did a phenomenal job! I’ve gotten my nails dipped for many years ya many different places. This was my first visit and the man doing them just seemed angry and very distracted. He didn’t take all of the old dip off, and when I said something, he was very perturbed. He still didn’t get it all off, and they started peeling 3 days later. I made an appointment to get them fixed and the lady was very aggravated to fix them. The rest of the nails are peeling now. Usually my dip lasts 3-4 weeks.Just made me sad because I love having a good place and will go regularly when I find one. Even though this one is the closest, I won’t go again.

My favorite place to get my nails done in Fort Worth. Signature Nail Salon is very clean! My manicurist did a wonderful job! She was quick but not rushed and always made sure to ask if I liked the nail shape and size before moving onto the next step. She was warm and professional as well as talented and experienced. Got gel on my nails and it didnt last more than 4 days before already cracking and chipping off. Woman who did it was very pushy and rushed through it like she had somewhere better to be. Not very friendly either. Woman who did my pedicure did a much better job, but still not a pleasant experience when you pay so much to get your nails done and they dont even last a week.

Love this salon so much! Ive gotten my nails professionally done twice in the last 6 months!! Every nail tech is funny and really nice. We came here after another salon was busy. The place was not clean or sanitary. It looked a bit dusty and dirty. Not only that but employees were not using their masks. They do a good job at nails it’s just scary to not see it be as clean or sanitary as it should be especially with covid.

Ive been going to Signature Nails - Lake Worth for years now and I have to say that LEE is the one that I continue to go back to. One of the most important attributes that someone offering a service to a customer needs to have, is the ability to listen to the needs/wants of their client - Lee does that, and he does it well. He takes care into his work and it shows! I hope that this shop stays in business for many years to come - and that Lee is valued for his professionalism and attention to detail.

Edit** tried this place again and was very disappointed it is overpriced and they were rude and rough the entire time my fingers were throbbing the next day ☹️I rarely get my nails done but when I do they are always clean, fast and super nice. 🤗

I only needed a fill on clear nails not even color and it looks like I did them myself or let my kid do them, and it even took twice as long. Definitely will not be going back there.

Please read.I’ve been here MULTIPLE times with family and friends, even my boyfriend. When I came with other people I had no complaints and was serviced just fine. Today I went alone and wasn’t started on until after waiting 45 minutes in the pedicure chair, (the place wasn’t even busy as it’s a weekday there were multiple techs available) no one came to check on me or offered me a drink but they made sure to offer everyone around me a drink. I had 2 services done and I didn’t even receive the hot towel treatment that the people around me got with their pedicures. She was also unnecessarily aggressive with drilling my feet. She yanked my foot multiple times instead of just asking me to adjust. And if you’ve made it this far I do want to include I was the only person of color there, I’m not saying that was the reason they were a bit standoffish with me but it definitely is not coincidental.

I went in for a gel nail manicure and pedicure. I like gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes. Im happy they offer regular and gel in the same color. The salon is very clean and great service! I will definitely be making this my new regular spot!

Came here earlier this year for vacation nails! Now I take my mom with me for our pedicure dates! She like this place because its not as noisy as the other nail salons weve been to. Also, weve never been disappointed with the outcomes of our pedicures and Im always happy with my manicures :)

I brought my daughter here for her birthday and got pedicures. She loved it! The only problem was the lady touched her toe to see if it was dry and messed up the polish and we didnt realize until we were already on the way home... But this is a nice salon and has decent prices.

I showed them a light pink opaque color for dip manicure. The color was put on was almost clear polish with a barely pink in it. They said “we can fix it” The guy grinds the dipping powder and puts a pink gel. Grinding tool was very rough cut my cuticles really bad. The worst manicure experience, they keep saying we are not going to charge you the polish change. $35+tip. Pedicure was awful. I selected a pedi with hot stone massage. Not only I didn’t get the stone massage I was charged extra $5 for hot wax. No massage at all. My heel picture is taken next day. It looks awful and has mini cuts from the grater they used. Not to mention my cuticles were so sore I had to put neosporene. I don’t recommend this place.

This places seems nice but don’t let it fool you! I went in for a gel manicure and within 5 days the gel had completely peeled off!! I went back and they redid my nails for free and within 24 hours it peeled off again! Obviously the gel polish is old and they are still charging $35 for it!

I thought my nails were somewhat OK, but I’ve just realized that they’re not! And I didn’t get what I asked for. I asked for Almond but got Stiletto. I said short but not too short but instead my nails are too short! A waste of my money! 2 stars because the guy in the front is really nice.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR HOURS. I got an amazing pedicure. For my hands I got a gel set. The girl who did my nails was impatient. She took off my grown out artificial nails by inserting an acrylic tip between by own nail and the set I had on. It hurt a little but my biggest problem was she ripped my own nail in the process so she had to glue a new tip on. The entire time she did my nails she didnt talk, didnt smile, she just flew through the nails. The nails looked nice but didnt last longer than a week before chipping and peeling. I was so disappointed. I give the place 4 stars because the pedicure was amazing. I will get my hands done somewhere else.

This salon is very clean, and the staff are all very sweet and courteous. I would definitely recommend this salon. Just if you take your daughter with you make sure they show you what theyre doing or sit next to her... My daughter is so shy that she didnt speak up and say she didnt like the gel nail after it looked different than the sample. So I paid for a service that she didnt like.. which is frustrating because we were getting them done for a wedding shes supposed to be in. But thats not their fault. I shouldve been next to her to help her speak up. Every other service has been wonderful.

Tried this salon for this first time as a walk-in. I was greeted immediately and they were able to see me quickly. Rosalyn did an amazing job on my nails. Loved this place! Clean, friendly manager, and my nails look awesome! So why only 3 stars? Because Im in pain. The nail tech actually hurt me. My fingers feel like theyve been slammed in a car door & its 24 hours later. Ive had tender nails after getting them done before, typically is gone the next morning. Not this time. They outright HURT. And my cuticle lines are a mess because he cut me when using the drill thing.I also have never had a nail place leave product on my skin & tell me to just get it off in the shower. So despite how good they look, I actually will not be going back.

If they sit you down with Paul, leave. It will not be a good experience. Usually I make an appointment with Joann or Ben. I love them, they’re so nice and do such a good job and make sure you get what you want. Paul, on the other hand, did not ask me if I wanted tips, what shape I wanted, how long I wanted them. He grabbed my arm and my hand aggressively to move them into an uncomfortable position that no other tech has ever had me do. It seemed like he cared more about going fast than providing good service. I have talked to multiple friends and they have all said the same thing. So just go with Joann and your time and money will be more well spent.

I came with my mom and two sisters. It took 20 minutes to be sat (no, it was not busy. It was four on a Sunday, and there were three other people there). After we were sat, its took another thirty minutes for them to get to me. They finished my sisters nails before they started on mine. All we wanted were simple pedicures. It took us over two hours from start to finish. This place isnt equipped to deal with more than a few customers at a time. Their prices werent very good, and neither were the nails. Their was a smear on my nail, but I waited so long to be finished I was just ready to go. I wont be returning. Their are too many places around here to have that kind of experience.

Staff are as overall friendly. Harry at front help me everything I need. Nice and relaxing environment. Great massage chairs along with a great pedicure.

Always great customer service. I travel half an hour to come here although there are about 30 nails salons between this beautiful establishment and my home. I don’t go anywhere else. Harry is the owner and always takes care of me. I love this place!

Good people, hard workers and they make you feel like a princess when you have two working on you at one time but if you prefer to relax for your pedicure, just tell the gentlemen about it (He is at the desk right in front of you when walking in to the establishment) or write it on the slip you fill out when walking in. They dont mind taking care of you no matter what. And they took in my daughter and I like seriously 15 minutes to closing on Mothers Day. I will never forget their awesome hospitality and as long as I live in Azle/FW locations I will go here for all my nail needs.

Open on Sundays is what brought me in but they are officially my new nail place!! Very nice, took us immediately, did an excellent job, probably one the best pedicures I have ever had. Took a picture of artwork in with me that I wanted on my toes- did it perfectly! First the lady Was using a tool and pushing the Cuticles and slipped down side of the toe nail so it’s now red an sore, she cut under my toe nail, she then scraped some of the skin off side of foot with that “ grater“ thing so got cuts there now as well, then the paint job was terrible on top of that... Like she was just not paying attention to what she was doing!!just not a good experience at this place..

Ive been coming here awhile now because I love the atmosphere and service. Im currently in the chair getting a pedicure. A lady walks in and said she wants pizza, Little Caesars is next door. The manager tells her that the pizza shop is next door. She says she doesnt have any money, he opens the register and gives her some money. Not sure how much he gave or even if she went to get pizza, but I thought that was the sweetest thing!!

I love this place ! There is no place that compares the armespher is posh the host/owner Harry is so charming and friendly sees to it that you get the service you are looking for and he will know you by your name and when he sees me coming he gets me a margarita. Thats right they serve margaritas and wine.You can also get you manicure while your getting a pedicure. So you in and out and I love that cause I dont have patience. The prices the same as any other shop just heavy in the class. I would never go anywhere else after my experience with the best they really are the best I promise

I have been coming to this salon for 6 years.Recently I broke out in a rash and I called and spoke with the manager and they said we will make it right stating they did not want to loose me and my family as customers. Well my mother and I went this Saturday to get pedicures and I ended up breaking out in a horrible rash from my knees down. This happened to my sister the last time she went as well. I called and spoke with the owner this time and she said it was my issue, and that they provided a service and if I wanted to go to the doctor they MIGHT see if they can cover the doctor bill.This is very unfortunate.I believe that going under new management has alot to do with the new product that they have recently starting using .I will NEVER be going back there again and neither will my family.Now I have go to the doctor to get a steroid injection to help this rash go away.

This is my first time at this establishment and I must say this is the best pedicure I have had in my 33 years. Kevin who did a phenomenal job took care of me and my crummy toes. Love it they have a customer so long as I live within a 50 mile radius.

I love the atmosphere at this salon. Everyone is friendly & they take pride in excellence. The owners are very down to earth & very big on customer service. The Salon is beautiful & its always clean!

In three states I have lived in and multiple nail salons, this is my favorite place. They always get me right in as a walkin. The salon is clean and beautiful. The service is friendly and they always do a great job with my nails and they do exactly what I want. The price is the best also. I will go nowhere else.

Best salon in the area. Super friendly and has the most amazing service. A year ago I came into the salon hoping to get a mani pedi but I had my daughter. They reassured me and took care of me and my daughter. They earned my business because of their thoughtfulness and quality of work!

Me and my husband went to get a pedicure together here. We waited about 45 minutes before someone got to us. Then my husband and I noticed the girl doing my toes was rushing through it. Well when I got home and took a closer look I noticed how messy it was! It does not look good and Im very upset. Living all the way in Azle its a lot of gas and time just to go back and forth for it. Ill be calling up there to ask about a refund or a do over, but I wont be going back here after this.UPDATE: excuse my grouchiness yesterday. My pregnancy had me feeling sick and irritable when on the way home. But Im very happy that the owner was so nice to apologize and got some one to fix my toes for me. They look 100% better now. Thank you! I will go back now that I know that if something goes wrong they will fix it for me.

Walked in and signed in for a pedicure, sat and waited while 2 customers who arrived and signed in after me, for pedicures, were taken back before me. They finally come to get me have me sit in one of the chairs and wait for 30 mins, didn’t turn the water on to start soaking my feet or anything. Why bring a customer back and just let them sit there if there isn’t someone available to do the pedicure. I asked twice how much longer, they said oh when someone gets finished from doing a pedicure they’ll come over here. I left and went to POSH nails down the street. Much better experience there. Don’t waste your time or money.

My go to for pedis

I waited for 30 minutes before a nail tech got to me. Then the nail tech that was going to work on me went to the girl that came in after me instead. Once i finally got someone to do my nails, the girl was extremely rough while doing them. I kept pulling my hand away when she was going around my cuticles because she was smoothing them down to raw skin. i told her that it was hurting and she kept going and just said i was sensitive. my overall price was $60 for SIMPLE nails. i won’t be returning there. way too over priced and horrible service.

I walked in with 20 minutes left of business hours but they still sat me down with the best service, took their time and made me feel welcomed! Though I was last minute they did their very best and the costumer service is amazing! I definitely recommend it 😊
