My favorite nail place hands down. I been going here for years. Anytime i have asked for anything on my nails they deliver perfectly and i leave happy everytime. I love Tammy for my nails, she’s so sweet and nice and can hold great conversations. And i love Don for my pedicures, he has such a live spirit. 10/10 would recommend

Service is okay and I’ve been going here for years. However over the past few months they’ve raised their prices and removed the weekly Monday-Wednesday 15% off discount and have not done anything to improve service to account for these changes.For that, they get 2 stars. Jade, Henry and their mother in law was amazing! I showed up at 7 because I had two of my nails broken. I needed them fixed. I told her if she could just remove them but they offered to stay so I can have my nails fixed and redone. She stayed pass closing time to help me and two other ladies. Beyond thankful!!!

I went in on Sunday to get my nails done. I got a dip manicure. The manicure itself was done in a timely manner and looked amazing. However only a few hours later one of the nails completely popped off. A day later another one popped off, and now today and theirs nail has popped off. I have never gotten my nails done from them but decided to try them since they didn’t seem busy in a Sunday afternoon. For the price I paid I don’t expect my nails to start popping off a few hours later, and I’m not rough with my hands either so I’m not quite understand why they started popping off. Terrible experience and will not be going back.

First time at this salon and Vicky did a wonderful job with my rebase and gel manicure! Will definitely be making this my new go-to salon!

We had an excellent experience. I brought my family from NY and they absolutely loved it. My father has never had his feet done and said he would come back to Texas every month for a pedicure it was so relaxing and pleasant. Sue was nice, funny & loves what she does as it reflects when she did my nails. And of course Tina on these toes, great as usual.***** I think the negative reviews may have selected the wrong shop. This place is clean, friendly staff & very accommodating. ******Been coming here 3 years & never any issues. Great work & even better customer service. The managers are awesome! They always ensure each customer is well taken care of. I specifically use Vanna ( manager) & Tina but the entire staff is awesome!

This is my go-to nail shop! Im always greeted and seated right away. Very rarely are there not enough nail techs to get to me, or each customer, right away. The best part is majestic nail spa offers a discount for going Monday-Wednesday before 3pm. Totally worth it! I would definitely recommend majestic nail spa!

Dont even dare to waste your time here. Horrible service and horrible job overall. Both my sister and I decided to give this place a try. I got a manicure and pedicure, and my sister got a pedicure.It was the most awkward and unpleasant service for the both of us. The workers did not talk at all, they did not ask if I liked my nails and they did not do anything to help when I said i did not like the finished look. The polish on my toes were streaky, wiped off and uneven. My sisters toes were not painted completely-you can see the side of her nail. Our cuticles? barely cut and SO uneven. At this point, its like they wanted to do a horrible job.Now my nails..... oh my gosh. I asked for a square shape and got the most slanted, uneven look. I ended up buying a nail file afterwards to fix it myself. When I came to pay, I told the reception I received bad service and showed her my streaky-wiped off polish and my sisters uncompleted painted toes. This woman STILL tried to charge me the full price??? I said I am not paying full price. She then tried to give me.. $5 off????? A legit joke. Never coming back.

Went in Majestic Nail Spa last week ago and got a shellac pedicure. Theyre the only ones who know how to do my nails exactly how I want them. They are polite and sweet! And also took really attention to me. They use tools that come out of sterile bags. Professionalism at its best go visit them you wont be disappointed. Just say AMAZING place.

I got shellac done at Majestic Nail Spa about 5 days ago. As a walk-in, I was treated superb! All of staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. My nails exist to 3 weeks. I always leave with perfectly fingers and toes. I have an amazing experience. Definitely coming back to this place again. :)

The employee that did my nails not only rushed to do them but the outcome showed unevenness and rough edges. It was not busy nor was I rushing him. He was very rude and unprofessional. I was unable to hear him, and he rolled his eyes. I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone else.

Updated : I went in today I’m a regular and Kaitltn did my nails she did a horrible job she tried to charge me $10 extra for long tip. I’ve been going here like 2 years and have be never paid and extra $10. Dont waste your time or money on the slap-dash job you might get here. Go where the service is always good. Saturday I called to see if they had an opening for 2 pedicures. The man who answered said yes. He asked how long before we arrived. I said 5 minutes. It took 10 due to the train and traffic. He said something snarky about the time when we arrived. This guy should not be in the service industry if he has to take digs at people. The girl, Anna, doing my $45 pedicure/massage didnt seem to care about the job she was doing. She rushed, was sloppy, missed some spots and over did it in other spots. I look over to my friend, who was giving me this as a birthday gift, and notice the girl, Vicki, doing her pedicure was was meticulous and paid attention. While my girl stared at the television. Vicki rubbed her feet from toes to heal. My girl dug her knuckles into my arch over and over. I pulled my feet back and said ouch because it hurt. She smiled and kept on. I asked her to shape my nails a certain way...she did whatever was easiest. As I watched my friend get a great pedicure and foot & leg massage, I suffered through the worst pedicure I have ever had. Not to mention the ladies kept chatting about something...in their own language. Its a rude and impolite industry where the employees talk and talk and talk and talk in front of the customers they are supposed to be taking care of. My friend said they kept looking at another employee as they talked and laughed. Unprofessional and uncomfortable!

Was there when they told a breastfeeding mom to cover up and put a towel over her and the child. Not only that, but they hurt me when giving me a french manicure even after I told them to ease up on the buffing. They dont like to have any conversation with you either.

My wife was there today and she was not happy at all. She said the place is beautiful, but not friendly. She had manicure and pedicure done. The lady was rough, 3 fingers on the left hand and 2 on the right was cut. The pedicure was sloppy. She was not happy at all and will not return. Just because she got a $10 coupon so she give them a try, and it was the worst experience ever! She still tip them $5 dollars each. I would not tip them at all!! My advice to yall, go somewhere else! My wife do her nails every two weeks too bad they will not get her business anymore!!

My daughter went into the nail salon last Sunday and got a fill and not even 2 hours later her nails started to bubble, crack and chip. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore because of her nails as well as the service she was given. When she walked in she was greeted by the lady at the front desk but sue (the lady who did her nails) was very unprofessional, she got on the phone with her boyfriend in the middle of doing my daughters nails and wasnt paying attention to her nails which led to her cuticle getting cut. she was asked if she liked her nails and they were fine but everything went downhill when she left.I took her back in there to get her nail fixed and we went to target to look for clothes, while at target her nails started to smug and she told me it was fine because she didnt want to go back in if it was just going to get messed up again. its been a week and her nails have started to completely chip off. we will never be back.if you guys want a great place to go, modern nail bar off of beach next to the sonic and joes pizza and pasta is fantastic.

Had my nails done last night. I always get French dip. I asked the nail technician in a very nice way to please remove all of the past dipping powder so I did not have lives. You would have thought I asked her to move my house. She and 3 other technicians were complaining about my request in their language. Like I had no idea what they were complaining about. Every other word was dip and I was the only one at the table getting dipped nails. They are extremely rude. One technician even made a rude coment about my laugh. This rant went on for 1 1/2 hours. I have never had this much disrespect. This salon needs to tell the technicians not to have discussions in another language in front of their customers. Its terribly rude and unprofessional. They are not customer friendly. My usual technician has not been available lately. But she has never treated me with this type of disrespect. Obviously by looking at the reviews I am not the only customer who feels this way. Perhaps the manager should take note and do some customer service training!!

I will NEVER return!!! I wanted to get my nails done for my honeymoon and my friend recommended this place so I decided to try it out. When I entered the salon the hostess was rude from the start; she rolled her eyes when I said what I was there for and told me to sit down. When the nail tech showed up and started taking off my existing nails she failed to take all of the acrylic off before trying to apply the new nail. I had to tell her twice that there was still acrylic, each time she said No that is just your nail. Then when she started the actual nail process it got worse. She nicked my skin not once, not twice, but three times. Each time she laughed and said stop moving. The third time she filed my skin with a nail filer so bad I bled a lot and there was a deep cut. When I told them this they blamed it on her english skills. I was so furious that I said i wasn’t going to pay full price or maybe even nothing at all. They told me that we were going to soak off my nails and when i said no the MANAGER/HOSTESS threatened to call the cops on me. SHE THREATENED ME 4 TIMES! She said I was being inconsiderate about the fact that they were immigrants. She continued threatening me. I told her that she shouldnt have someone doing nails that isnt trained. At that point I was annoyed so I left and contacted the authorities! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. ESPECIALLY THE HOSTESS/MANAGER AND LYNN!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

They’re very sweet and caring. They do their job right and have a variety of pretty colors to choose from. The staff always makes sure that the customers are welcomed and immediately being taken care of. I come all the time and will continue.

A man did my daughters toes and another did mine. Not personable AT all. More of an in-out & go pay feel to this place. Within 2 days nails were chipping. Would NOT visit this place again - EVER!

Amazing! I always have to fight with nail techs about cutting my nails short. They never get it. I work out and wear boots so I need them short! These people understood exactly what I meant and did as I requested! I will definitely be coming back!

Not the worst salon I’ve ever been but no where near the best either. My manicure was sloppy. I had to ask multiple times to get it fixed. The technician seemed annoyed but at the same time said “yeah I thought so too”. Then why leave it if you’re not 100% ok with your work??! The pedicure tech had to redo my toe polish a few times. But she did it all on her own and gave me honest feedback and answers. I appreciated her but probably won’t be returning.

Customer service goes a very long way with me, and this salon has ZERO. I had a bad experience after several good experiences with them, so the owner offered for my next nail service to be free. When I went to pay, he charged me full price ($45) and offered instead a $5 discount to make up for my last visit. After putting in my number on the keypad for points, I realized I had 30% off my service ($13.50). When I pointed this out, he told me he gave me a discount already. So, not only did I have not one but now two bad experiences, but he also tried to overcharge my “free” visit that I ended up paying for. I will NEVER return to this salon.

Terrible Customer Service. I had been looking forward to getting my nails done all week and was excited to come into this good-looking place! As soon as I walked in the door an older lady yelled at me “can I help you?” She was nowhere in sight. She came from somewhere off to the side and was holding her cell phone with a game on the screen and sounds going on (while getting my nails done I observed her doing this to other customers walking in). This “hostess” was not smiling and not welcoming at all. She pointed to a menu and expected me to know what to fill out on a sheet of paper (that didn’t make sense to me). I asked for clarification and she sighed and seemed very bothered by my question. I guess it is a check in sheet? I then asked her where the nail polish was located so I could go pick a color for my toes and she just gestured to a chair so I would sit down and said “nail tech will bring color to you”. I didn’t see where the nail polish was and I thought she misunderstood my question, so I asked again and she said “no, they will bring to you”. There was no tech in site and the water wasn’t ready. It took a few minutes before someone came to me. The person doing my pedicure was rude when telling me the position he wanted be to bend my feet. I repositioned myself twice before he got frustrated and seemed to lose patience with me since I didn’t get it right. I didn’t get the chance to go pick from the colors they had - later to find out - they were on the wall opposite to where I had been seated . I just described a color and the tech went over and grabbed a few. By that time I was done with and just picked whatever. The manicure looks a little far from the cuticle as if it had already grown out a few days. Also, this was during their “Happy Hour – 20% off” and I was not given the discount. The minimum a business can do is greet their customers with a smile and not make it as if the customer is interrupting them by showing up. There are so many other nail places available, there is no reason to have crappy service twice. I will NEVER return to this place and suggest you go elsewhere too!

Haven’t gotten my nails done in a while because recently all of the places I went to, did my nails horribly or not what I asked for. It was my first time here and I didnt even have to tell Lindsey what to do she just did her thing and im definitely going to have my nails done all the time now! Nails aren’t put on crooked the shape is all even and actually perfect.

I came here recently to get my nails filled. While I was getting them done I noticed that they did not use clean cuticle pushers or nail clippers. Usually most nail salons will have pre-packaged clean tools that you see them open for the first time. But they never opened new ones and just used the ones already at the station I sat down at. There was also what appeared to be someone elses old nail polish on the cuticle pusher. I tried to talk about it with the nail tech doing my nails, but she was very rude.Will not be returning.

I’ve been going to this nail salon since it opened and have consistently left happy and satisfied with my nails. I have tried several other places and this was the place i would drive from college to go to just to get my nails done. (I go to Texas A&M so the three hour drive to get my nails done here was very extreme but i did it because they always did a fantastic job). However, I just went for my normal dipping powder manicure and it was the worst experience i’ve ever had at this nail salon. I picked a color and it did not match the sample in any way- it had white specks that looked like fuzz throughout and it was bubbling before I even left. I walked out for about 3 minutes and came back in asking for them to fix it because it was seriously an eye sore. The girl at the front desk (i know her pretty well because i come so often) was immediate to sit my down and help me out with the color. Then the manicurist tells me i have to pay for a color change... when it was not my fault that their sample was not the same.. but i would have to be charged.. because “i just didn’t like the color.” I would not have chosen the color if i knew there would be fuzzies throughout my nails. that’s ridiculous. so she begins taking the coat of blue off and i tell her just to do black because it can easily cover the blue. she takes off the blue layer so far that i can see my nails through it and does ONE dip of black. i can see the blue through the black and it’s only one coat so 5 of my nails have already broke and i got them done 3 days ago. tracy was rude when she had to redo my nails. i understand there was only 30 minutes till closing but to rush them and do a poor job because i was i unhappy with the fuzz through all of my nails was not the customer service i am used to from here. i wasted a lot of money for a manicure i’m going to have to redo because the samples were inaccurate and it’s “my fault because i chose the color.” very disappointed.

My daughter and I have been getting our nails (Mani and Pedi) done here for 2.5 years. The staff is always friendly and courteous! If I come in without my daughter they ask about her and how she is doing. They have done many different designs and specialty nail art as we have requested! (We got Nicky heads for our trip to Disney last summer). If you have a problem (I had one with the color chrome polish) tell them and they will make it right. (They redid my nails twice when the color chrome polish appeared cracked on, and stayed late to fix it). They take pride in their work and care about how your nails look.I would recommend them to anyone!

Went for the first time the other day with my sister. We were both really confused with the pricing and the check in sheets. A nail tech explained it to us as best as she could, but in the end I ended up not getting what I wanted and paying a little more than I normally would at other places, but Im actually satisfied. I just think the whole sign in sheet thing needs to go. Just saying.

Got hurt not once but twice while getting my nails done at this place. The 1st time the nail tech actually drew blood which did not feel good with the acetone later. As many years as Ive been getting my nails done thats NEVER happened before. It also took a lot longer than normal to just get the dip. Like 30 minutes longer. Wasnt offered a discount for their bad service. Will never go back. Steer clear of this place.
