She did a good job. I got what I asked for. No complaints.

This place was amazing! They really do treat you like family. On top of that Ive gotten my nails done multiple times and I always over inspect my nails after I leave I have 0 complaints about them for the first time. Ive also asked about the bad review and she had no problem talking about it and it was just someone wanting free nails.

The ladies at this establishment were extremely nice and helpful. The salon was very clean and organized! They were personable and made feel comfortable. This will be my new nail salon . 🤗

Cindy, who owns the salon along with her family, did an excellent job. My nails were beautiful. I talked to her about her negative reviews. One person came by when she was closed due to Covid-19. Another liked her nails but wanted them for free. Somehow she managed to post her negative reviews twice, which is very unfair to such a nice salon.

I’ve been to several salons before today and this by far hands down my favorite place. Everything about the experience was relaxing. The lady working there today was super sweet and gentle. She took a lot of pride in her work and made sure the quality was to the best of her ability. I can’t wait to go back, this is going my forever go to salon.

It had been over 8 years since my last pedicure. The tech that did my feet was wonderful. She was very caring and careful. She did a magnificent job.

Best place around for nails! Hands down..lolThey treat you like a part of the family here and thats rare these days for a place to do that... Cindy is very knowledgeable about nails, health and beauty. She helped me find a person with the medicine I need for my alopecia(hair loss) and she really cares about the health of her clients. At first, only my wife was getting her nails, and the fact that she went out of her way to help me, before I was ever a customer shows the type of caring person she is. I had never had my nails done before,nor had I ever considered it,but after all the health advice she gave me, I wanted to see how my nails would look considering I had horrible nail fungus on one hand, and after she was done you couldnt even tell I had bad nails.they look great! We also took her advice about how important it is to get a water filter on our shower, because all the fluoride,chlorine, and other chemicals are toxic to our bodies and your skin absorbs more than you think. After getting the filter, Both of our faces are clear and not so dry all the time and her hair looks thicker & a lot healthier... Thank you Cindy & the Charmin Nails Family!!I highly recommend making this your new go to nail salon!Id give it 10 stars if I could!!I just saw another review that says the same exact words about ten stars, that should tell you something!

I had a great time at this nail salon. I tried it for the first time on a Thursday so there was only one other customer there. Cindy took great care of me and was very nice. She convinced me to get gel nails for the first time which was a great choice. I will return.

The owner is sooo sweet and personable he and her sister took well care of me to prepare me for my trip. I will definitely be back.

I made the mistake of getting my nails done somewhere else and was so disappointed. This really is the best spot, especially for gel nails.Friendly and family owned. Employees are treated well and work great together.Top quality all around!

She shared stories of her late husband, the importance of family, and much more. I enjoyed her!I went on a Saturday morning around 11:40. There was a bit of a wait (40 minutes) BUT the service, quality, experience made it SO worth it. Great prices too.I will return time and time again. 🖤

Cindy is awesome. I was skeptical about choosing blue for my colors but when I say she did an amazing job I really mean AMAZING. first time here and I love this place. I love my nails. I got a pedicure and do on my nails. Very clean and nice people working there. The young lady working on me did a great job. However, it did take 2.5 hours. Got there at 4:15 left at 6:45. They do offer 20% off on Wednesdays and they have a 10% off on services over $47 on their website.

Loved this nail salon. Best I have found in Fort Worth. Cindy took her time and made sure I liked everything. Prices are very reasonable. This is a family owned business and you can tell they care about each customer and value their business. They work with you even when their schedule is completely booked. Should have written this review years ago. I love going there. Most importantly the place the is spotless, if Cindy or Mom arent working they are cleaning.Ive had gel nails and natural nails they are done beautifully. Love my Spa pedicures, so relaxing. Do NOT come in if you want a quickie, cheap nail job, they take their time do quality work and it shows. Remember you get what you pay for, they are worth it. They offer other services too.

I choose to see Cynthia since my neighbor, who as been a customer of hers for 15 years and her hands are always beautiful. I am 65 and taught application of nails 25 years ago. Cynthias nails do not lift at all What can I say . Other techs will tell a customer it is their fault never owning their poor workmanship. There are several choices. I chose the pink/white acrylic. Go for it.

The ladies here are nice, friendly and very accommodating. However my nails didn’t turn out as expected. They could have done better. The pedicure was great.

Ive been going her for almost 5 years! Cindi is awesome! They all have great skills! Im never rushed and treated with respect! Love their selection of pedicures Ive had most of the ones on the menu. They are also extremely clean which is high on my list of must haves!

The person who did our nails was beyond rude. It took 3 hours for just two pedicures and powder nails. He even argued with us on everything. Will not be returning. Nails look horrible. Way too thick and does not cover the whole nail. So embarrassed. Stay clear of this place

Intimate, charming salon. If you dont like the bustle of large salons, this place is for you. The staff is very friendly, and Emily is very caring and relaxing. My feet are the softest theyve ever been after a pedicure.

First time here, it was a wonderful experience! Friendly staff, great prices. They use an organic dip powder that is good for your nails. I have never seen this anywhere else, Will be returning!

Fantastic experience. I work in keller and Cindy was well worth the drive. Took her time on my gel manicure and polish- no bubbles and everything was flawless! Excellent quality of care to her clients and is very personable.

Today I had the best ever experience at a nail salon. The service was excellent and the 2 ladies were friendly and attentive. The foot, leg, hand and arm massages were relaxing and the polish applications were perfect. I will definitely be a faithful, returning customer!

I have been coming here for a few years and I absolutely love it! Best of all is the quality of service the staff provides. I typically get a Charmin Spa pedicure and gel polish manicure and have always loved my nails and the way my skins glows and feels afterwards. I have also had the eye brow waxing which provided me with a great shape that I maintain on my own with tweezing. I recommend making an appointment as the wait can be long for walk ins due to their popularity. Definitely recommend you check this place out!

Nail salon from hell. Very uneven fill and not gonna go into all the details of them trying to polish my nails except will say they made so many mistakes and every time they tried to correct one mistake there would be 3 more mistakes of hitting my nails or blowing residue all over my freshly painted hands. Nightmare!

She did good job just kept stopping every time new customer came in answering ph stopping think she control freak but if people in shop working for her cant address customers think what needs done an time before they start on them she needs new peoples but again think she control but good job price wasnt what was quoted on phone but ok just took a hour 1/2 an had to wait 15 before she even to start
