What I asked for vs what I got .... they DONT listen to you when you tell them something and I asked for the exact photo and they had the audacity to ask for $40??? Hell no . Never coming there again .

It hasn’t even been a week and my index finger popped off already! The photos were after 3 days and as you can see they are lifting. They’re ok from a distance. Up close they’re lopsided and not in the shale or length I asked for.

I went into bui nails today and it seemed like they were doing call ins only or something because i walked in and nobody asked me what i wanted or was i ready so i just left

This man Bui is the bomb! He has been doing my nails since he worked at TC nails. Best nail tech EVER. Him and him only can do my nails.

After paying for my toes, they would not give me the correct change back. They owed me $20 and only gave me $5. They really argued me about how they gave me the right correct and they did not. When I asked for a receipt, they would not give one.....never again.

I should’ve listened to all the negative comments. They don’t know how to do dip nails. It was hard to understand the lady and she did was she called “overlay” worst nails I’ve ever had done. They were so thin the opposite of what dip nails are suppose to be. $25 dollars for nothing and down the drain for their shoddy work. Won’t be back. I’d rather pay for nice pretty nails.

Do not come here if u want ANY designs they are BASIC and they make up prices on the spot ... BUI is rude af my friend got her nails done and a girl came in after AND GOT THE SAME EXACT THING DONE but they charged my friend more?! Then didn’t want to fix my ugly a** designs or refund me, got glue and polish all over my skin AND LEFT IT ... I could go on but instead just don’t come HERE !!!!

I love it here. They ALWAYS know how I want my nails, very good price. They are simply the nicest people and beat salon in the east side.

Terrible I will never go there again. Customer service is poor they want to do your nails the way they want them done. when you see them doing something that you dont want done to your nails and you address it for them to correct it they gets mad and leave you sitting there for someone else to come over to fix your nails while they will help another customer

The lady in there took less than 5mins on my eyebrows. I told her not to thin. When she showed me them they were OBVIOUSLY uneven. I told her to fix them & she just started speaking in another language. A man finally decided to fix them. Long story short he messed them up even more... They WOULD NOT give a refund. Do NOT go here!!!

They need More experience nail techs. I went back and the service was a lot better . They were closed a few months ago when I pulled up and no sign on the door, and no one answered the phone

You definitely get what you pay for. They suck... The customer service is by far the worst. My nail is soo thick and the nail polish is already chipping!! That bui guy is not good at all just so a customer wont leave he will work on 3 people at a time witch means he takes no time on one person since he is in a rush to finish. I know that they talk about you at all nail shops but damn they make it soo obvious, plain rude. Never again will I go

Showed up at 7:35pm and it was closed. They have a sign stating theyre open until 8 on weekdays but no one was inside. I was looking to get my acrylics removed, not get anything done

The owner had a nasty attitude getting loud at me and they were suppose to put some designs on my pedicure so he did sum chicken scratch on my first toe thats it and then he said something in his own lanuage they only ones laughed was the one that works their NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THEIR JUST NASTY PEOPLE if they dont like America they should put on their business no Americans aloud

I ❤️ IT FIRST TIME GIVE IT A TRY TAKE OFF AND NEW SET NO PAIN AT ALL AND THE NAILS LOOKED SOOOOO GOOD FOR SURE ILL COME BACK COME ON YOU CANT GET NAILS CHEAPER THAN ANOTHER PLACE AND SUPER GOOD QUALITY BUT HE NEEDS TO FIX THE SHAPE NOT EVEN
