The people were nice. This was my first time here. I got a gel full set. After 2 days my polish started to chip! A full week later my thumb polish had completely come off! It sucks because it wasn’t cheap! It has never happened before in all my years of getting my nails done.

I’m pleased with the results Kim and ms Ann Made. 💕💕They went above and beyond to make my sure my needs were met. Kim has always been my favorite and today she proved why she will always be 👍🏾👍🏾also Emily done an awesome job on my feet I think I’m in love 😂👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I have been going to this salon for almost a year and a half now. They always do a beautiful job (have had many of their technicians do both my nails and toes). The salon is clean, and makes me feel very safe with the COVID precautions in place. I always look forward to going, and am always greeted on a first name basis! Ms. Le even thinks of nail colors she knows I will love! Cannot recommend this salon enough!

I work very hard and live in the same Upper Middle class neighborhood & some customers present were my neighbors. Where do I even begin? DO NOT GO HERE.Ive been here several times over the past two years and have noticed things going slightly awry the past few months, and today was no exception.I went in for the usual french gel manicure. First of all, Jessica did not file my nails properly; they were crooked and she did not clean the bits of nail under my nail after filing and the nail was ROUGHLY buffed. Secondly, while cleaning my cuticles, the cuticle softener was extremely watered down and she proceeded to PULL at my cuticles rather than CUT; the inner corner of my thumb proceeded to bleed.For the gel portion of the manicure, the whites of the french manicure were crooked and much thicker than I anticipated.I paid for the service and left. I then called and asked if I could have the gel taken off and receive a refund. The woman on the phone said yes and that she apologized for any inconvenience.I then returned to the store and the SAME NAIL TECHNICIAN removed the gel from my nails. She was extremely rough while filing off the gel (which shouldve been soaked off) that she ended up filing off bits of my actual nail AND, what felt like was deliberate, my skin. the skin around my left ring finger began to bleed. The rest of the gel was then left to soak in a cotton ball and aluminum foil and then promptly scrubbed off with a metal tool (which ended up splitting my nail).After the gel was taken off (with bits and pieces still left), she told me that I was free to go and left.When I went back to the front and inquired about my refund, the receptionist told me that I would not receive one because I received a service and didnt want them to redo it.I then asked to speak with the manager and the receptionist then told me that she was the manager! Keep in mind, that this was the SAME LADY I spoke with on the phone. When I then asked who I spoke with on the phone, she responded by saying that it mustve been someone who did not know the policy.Once again, please do not visit this establishment and waste your hard earned money for a very brutal and nail damaging service.

Ive been there a few times this year and I probably wont be going back again because every time Im there the ladies are being rushed by this older lady, not sure if she is the owner or just like the manager but I dont like that and this last time when I got the paraffin wax it was left on for a long time and then when the older lady came to take it off she just pulled the bag off I had to remove the excess wax and my nails have already started to lift

Only place I’ve been to that charges and additional $25 for gel on both nails and toes. I paid $120 without tip for a basic full set and pedicure with gel. Any other place would’ve been around $80. Won’t be back….didn’t give me any cuticular oil either for that outrageous price.

I needed to get my nails done and I had a great experience here! I had Moon and she was amazing, she did a dip powder on my nails, and it has been a month and 1/2 and they just need to be touched up. I can tell you that their dip powder last a long time because I am very rough on my hands and these nails have been through a lot.

I absolutely love this place! Every time I go, everyone is so friendly and the environment feels so relaxing. They never disappoint, my nails are always flawless when I leave. Ive tried a few different places but I always come back here. Its my favorite place to get my nails done with my sister.

If your coming here to do some acrylic nails DON’T cause they are pricey for the quality of nails they do. My nails were VERY uneven and 2 nails broke the first couple of days and just barley a week later 3 more came off then I decided to just take them off and when I tell y’all they literally and easily broke off without me using any strength at all! It’s a big no for me. This is based off just their acrylics nails I don’t know about their other services but acrylics are definitely a no.

I just moved to the area so I came to try this place and the service was amazing! They followed all COVID protocols, even checked your temperature upon arrival. They gave me the best massage I could of asked for with my pedicure. The prices are affordable! & their service is literally SO AMAZING!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!Ask for Bella when you go, her work was great!

Fancy nails is one of my favorite nail salons in Fort Worth. The women are very friendly, nice and do a superb job. Call ahead and make an appointment if you are going on a peak day. They offer regular polish, dip, gel and acrylic. Each nail tech listens to your desires and makes sure you like what you get. Ask for Tracy!

I have been going to this salon for years, but it has gone downhill in the last 3-4 months. My dip nails are chipping and peeling which they never did before. They put the dip powder directly on my natural nails and it does not last. I have also been cut by the nail clippers when they trim my nails. I always feel like they rush through to get finished and the work has become very, very sloppy. I am giving them one last chance and then I will have to find a new shop. Very disappointing as this place used to be great.

Been going to Fancy since they opened years ago. Over the last 2 months or so, the quality of service has drastically fallen. I got a dip manicure last week and it’s chipping, cracking, and pulling off my nails. I also didn’t get a full manicure experience and haven’t on any of my manicures in the last 2 months. Last week was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The girl doing my nails was buffing them with the dremel after I asked for my nails to be buffed with the orange buffer, and she kept cutting the skin near my cuticles. I pulled my hands away multiple times but she kept going. The dip is uneven and clumped. I’m willing to give y’all another try due to my history coming here, but one more negative experience and I’ll have to start going elsewhere. Especially since y’all are one of the most expensive places in town and I don’t live close.Update: got my nails done Aug 19 & today is the 28th. I get dip put directly on my natural nail and the dip peeled off today while at work.

I do not recommend this salon. The prices are over priced. The salon is dated and the lay out is very confusing and not conducive for conversations with friends sitting next to you. Nail color choices were not great and what they had seemed old. I purchased dip nails and 8 out of 10 of my nails have some kind of imperfection. Lots of waves and lumps. My pedicure was decent although the polish that she used was super thick and old. I will not return and would not recommend this salon to a friend.

I absolutely adore this place! I went to another salon 3 weeks ago that completely butchered my and my husbands nails to the point of bleeding and rushed the whole process. Not to mention speaking in a foreign language without ever attempting to engage in a conversation.Last time I was here was 5 years ago and I’m glad I came back today!I had Kim, who was very professional and did a stellar job on my feet and nails! Conversed with me and asked me my preferences, total thumbs up to her!! This is what great service is!My husband had Anna, he liked her because she caught on his manly preferences and got the job done to his liking!If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Definitely made my appointment to see Kim again, can’t wait!

I got acrylic nails with plain polish, $25 before tip (I always leave one). Service was satisfactory and the people were nice. I liked that they played music comparable to 106.1, and it wasnt too loud. I would definitely go back.

Went for a pedicure before prom, my daughter loved it! Very clean, nice and want to make sure your experience is nice.1

It has taken me a couple of visits to find the right tech for me, but I am very picky....and now very happy. I ask for Ann by name now when I schedule a pedicure. Walk-ins are welcome, but I now that Ive found her, I dont take a chance that shell be busy. Ann is a true professional. She is not only very well trained, she cares about making sure her clients are comfortable, even when dealing with troubled nails, like one of mine! I also like the fact that pedicure area is away from the front desk so pedi clients can relax in a separate area.

Moon, Thu, Nghui are wonderful at there jobs. They do good manicures and pedicures. Mindy is awesome as well. She us always friendly and helpful. I always get Moon does excellent designs on toes and fingers.

I have gone to this Fancy Nails for over 3 years, and Nghi always did an outstanding job! However, Nghi suddenly left, so they gave me another girl. I think they gave me the worst one...she did a horrible job...lumpy polish, bad, bad filing job and terrible on my cuticles. I almost feel like they were trying to run me off, and that is exactly what they did! I sent an email to the manager about this, and he didnt even respond.

I came in for a simple repair and received the absolute worst service ever. The young lady phoebe was rude disrespectful and impatient. Do not waste your money with this establishment!

This is the best nail salon in Fort Worth hands down. Theyve won multiple awards for having a clean and sanitary salon. They use new plastic covers over the pedicure foot baths for each customer and all the tools they use come out of a sealed, sanitary package.All of the technicians are so kind and accommodating and they always do a great job. I go every two weeks for a gel manicure (with Moon!) and it always looks perfect and the gel NEVER peels off.The salon decor is very nice and well coordinated. The staff does such an amazing job of taking care of customers - theyre quick to offer you a drink (they have frozen margaritas) and make sure you are comfortable ad happy!

Been a loyal client for years! Steven trakes care of my nails, which are always so prefect. I get many compliments on my nails. I do an acrylic powder with gel on top, last 3 weeks for a great price.

My nails look horrible. I got the nip powder on my real nails, my nails are now super short (didnt ask for that, I showed the length I wanted), the color and nails are uneven. I asked for square nails and she gave me round (which was uneven). She cut my cuticles several times. I also broke 2 nails today, I showed her and told her they were tender. She was super rough. She took $5 off my bill. But I wont be coming back. Even though she was sweet, the work was bad.

I used to go when it was Fancy Nails and it was great, so I was shocked to get such a horrible pedicure. The guy doing mine rushed through and didn’t even massage my feet only my calf’s. As a very pregnant woman I was very disappointed in that. My friend that was with me had the rudest lady that did her pedicure and even told her to stop it when she laughed and that her feet were horrible. I will never go back. The only thing good was the paint job on my toes.

Did my nails very badly and I had to come back in the next day to get them fixed. The staff was very rude to me when I did come back to get them fixed. I will never come back and do not recommend.

I spent $50 on a new set but you cannot tell I have fake nails! She did not use tips and used so little powder that my nail is still bendable. Most people think my nails are just painted. I was so sore after I left that my fingers burned for almost 24hrs and are too thin to request a redo. I will not be returning, new ownership is terrible.

The massage was as advertised. My thumbs were messed up and she fixed them without attitude. Nails look good. Feet feel great. It was horrible!! I went to get my nails done showed them exactly how I wanted them photos and all. Needless to say they sat me with I assume a new guy. It wasnt even a week before they started falling off! I paid $45 for a crappy job and still tipped the process took way more time than it shouldve because he kept calling different people over to help. I was very calm and patient during the whole process but I swear my hand hurt so bad after. My cuticle beds were bleeding on 2 fingers. It was just a very poor job. I definitely do not recommend its overpriced for the horrible job and service.

I have been to this salon only 3 times. Twice with unsatisfactory results. The first time they did a great job. The second time my nails ruined even though I didnt wear close toed shoes. The staff that I talked to blamed it on me and then the weather. They finally agreed to fix the polish. When I came to the salon the front desk girls were very rude even hateful. This time I must say shame on me that I came back. I had my pedicure done Saturday and today Tuesday I have 2 chipped toes. Now I have to repair the polish again. I will do it myself. I will not come back to this salon. I guess they use either substandard base and top coats or their technique is poor. Dont know dont care. I will go somewhere else.

I have gone here a few times & this last time was my absolute LAST! To start when I arrived a young lady handed me the colors to look at, as I was looking through the samples the tall guy came over & took them because someone else needed to look at them! Umm..isnt that person supposed to wait until I have picked my color??? They had no problem charging me $60 & rushed me out. Nails were not dry, therefore by the time I made it home they were all smudged & looked ridiculous! Not to mention the whole time I was there (they did my nails & pedi at the same time) at least 3 or more people surrounded this guy, who didnt know what he was doing...talking in their language, which is extremely RUDE & makes the customer feel uncomfortable & upset! I will not go back.

This so called nail salon took my 18 year old daughters hard earned money and ruined her nails. The manager was very rude and condescending. He refused a refund. Thanks for making my daughter senior prom special.

The atmosphere is great. Tools and supplies are very clean. However, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I, by mistake, had Dustin for a nail tech. When he asked if I would like my nails shorter I replied yes please he then proceeded to laugh sarcastically at me. At first I thought SURELY he was joking and did not mean it in a rude way. WRONG. Even as an nurse I have never had someone flat out laugh in my face before. After he completed my SNS nails I saw that the color was not what I had wanted at all. It was marble SNS which left me with splotchy pink nails. Seeing that I was looking at my nails unhappy Dustin snarked Whats wrong? Its the color you picked. Obviously this is not what I wanted. I asked Is there anyway you could fix it? Dustin AGAIN laughed sarcastically at me and left the seat. Leaving me sitting there wondering Should i ask for the manager? Is he seriously mad? Should I just leave? He then came back with other selections to chose from. He angrily grabbed my nails and filed them down again only to cut me 3 times leaving me bleeding. So....no. I would not recommend this place to a friend. At least the manager gave me a discount.p.s. I wish I was being dramatic about this. If you would like to find out make sure to ask for Dustin to do your nails :)
