I came here for the 1st time on 6.17.21. Service was great! Walked in and they started on me right away. The drinks are good too. Tracey did my nails and Emily did my pedicure, I loved it. I accidentally broke two nails two days later. I went back and they fixed it with no problems! Wow.. Im impressed. Notice in the pictures of different designs lol

I usually have Kelly do my nails, but she was booked today. Fortunately, Ann was available. Ann was a gem. Not only was she super sweet and pleasant to talk to, she did an amazing job on my dip set with nail art. I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted, and she did it without a moments hesitation. And my set is perfect. Ann also did my brow, lip, and chin wax. She was gentle and quick. I love Gem Nails and wouldn’t mind using any of the technicians, but Kelly, Ann, and Tracy are by far my favorites (my granddaughter gets her nails done by Tracy). I love the environment. Gem Nails is super clean and classy, and I adore their music selections. Anyway, book one of these ladies today. You can’t lose with any of them. My dilemma is who to use next month!

Great experience!! My nail shape and color is gorgeous!!I got the dip, Ana shaped my nails nicely.Kaylee did my pedicure and I have to say it’s one of the best pedicure I have had!! My feet felt and looked amazing after. Even though I came in a little later I still got great service and didn’t feel rushed. I will definitely be back. 🙌🏻☺️

Came here out of convenience because I was running errands in the area and had an appointment to make so it was nice that they squeezed me in.My big thing is always the chairs and how comfy they are because Im a big and tall guy at 62 315ish. The chairs here easily accommodated me and the foot rest wasnt awkward like some can be.As far as service goes it was on par with most Places with an exception to care.I forgot her name but I feel the nail tech went the extra mile for my feet. And for that reason alone I will be going back

Today Im so much looking around nail salon and read review. I found this nail gem and one person said kelly is a detailed person . And some people said this nail salon have rude employees. But I told to myself I need to experience that to myself. I call them to make sure kelly is there and if they accept walk in customer the guy on the phone so nice and told me that kelly there so i ready to go there. At the counter this guy so nice and entertained me well. Asked if i want to drink something he do awesome job for margarita 😍. Kelly introduced her self and she si Sweet and very detailed on my hand. We talk a lot. And best thing she doing awesome job to my nail Im so happy and she dud the design I like. I will come back here.... Absolutely very nice atmosphere..... keep up good work ...

Do not go there. Find another place. There’s so many other salons close by. First thing I asked for was a match light pink on hands and toes. My hand nails are purple and toe nails are pink. When I told them about it they said I’d asked for those colors and there’s nothing they can do. The owner raised her voice at me and said there’s nothing written anywhere that says they’d match toe and hand nail color. Also, only certain persons get offered drinks. Terrible customer service!

Online their hours say 6. I arrived 5 on the dot and their door says 5:30. I walk in and was immediately told they were done... I ask if I can just get a quick basic pedi, I mainly just needed my toes painted (I cant bend over because of my back), I was told no... which I get it, they want to go home and I procrastinated, my fault!! but their business hours need to get updated to 5 if they want to close at 5....

I normally have Ann as my nail tech. Today I had Addy. The vibes at gem nail spa are different than any nail salon I have ever been to. Everyone is very kind and they take the time to provide you with QUALITY services every time. I feel very welcome coming here, from the time I walk in, to the time I leave. I’m so glad I found gem nail spa & I plan on being a loyal client!!

First time coming to Gem nail spa and it was ok for me. The pedicure could have been a little better. The massage chairs need to work with more pressure. My acrylic gel nails came out semi-nice, they could have done better they looked quite lumpy. Overall the salon is nice and it’s in a great convenient location.

I went today to try to get my feet polished.. and when I went in they told they were closed. But on their door it says 7:30 and I went at 6:50. This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience here, the woman at the front desk is rude like I would hand her my card and she would just place it on the desk like my hand wasn’t out for her to hand it in.

My nail tech was very sweet and did a nice job. The atmosphere in general however was abrupt and impersonal. When I went to pay, I also bought a gift card. The employee who processed my transaction rushed through the process, left my receipt on the counter and walked away. Too many other great nail spots to go back to this one!

Kelley is the best!!! I just moved back to the area and have tried several in the area but Kelley stood out to me and I can’t wait to go back! Beautiful place but I did not experience quality service. I assume because nail techs are getting used to false nail that they lost the vision for natural nails. I just got gel polish on my real nails and it was not good. French tips were not the same and it lifted up. I wont return but wish you all the best

My nails look like they were done by two different people, the right-hand and left-hand completely different from each. The powder fill is Lumpy and the white french tips are uneven. the salon is nice and very clean. I will go back for a second time but ask for a different nail technician.

I got a powder dip manicure here today and the service was good and manicure looks good but I felt like the nail technician was working very fast, almost rushing through it. The manicure isn’t as smooth as I am use to, there are a few bumps and “holes” in my nails. Also, I could tell that the files were not new. I feel like using a new and clean file for every customer wouldn’t be expensive and should be part of “standard practice”. Price was normal. 40$ for a full set. This was my first time here but I’m 50/50 on going back versus going to my normal salon.

Rayne did a great job with my dip nails! She made sure to ask lots of questions to really know my preferences (and Im picky so this was great). It was easy to talk to her in general too, shes very sweet. The atmosphere was very bright and modern. If youre used to softly lit salons this may be a bit of a shock, but its gorgeously done. There is also a *full* bar. The only one Ive seen with liquor! It was easy to look at their color choices for dip powder, as there were multiple racks and they were well organized. The place filled up really fast, so I would recommend making an appointment. The prices are fair and on par with other salons. A basic dip set was $40 before tip. All in all, Ill definitely be back! ❤️

Gorgeous place. Comfortable, English-speaking, and thorough. I ended up not liking the first color I chose, and the lady could tell I wasn’t sure about it, so she waited for me to pick another color and redid it free of charge. Full set is $30. Great price for thorough work.

Kelly took great care of me after having three different salons in the area, Champions Nail Bar as well as Cime Nails and one more treat me bad as well as do a horrible job on my nails and not respect what I wanted then my nails breaking and chipping after only a week.. Im so happy I found this place will definitely be back! I love being able to find a great place based on reviews this is definitely one of the highest reviewed nail salons!! I am so glad I tried it out, I was not disappointed!!

Went in for a mani/pedicure. The pedicure was pathetic. The massage was a joke. I left without wasting more money on the manicure.

Steven did an amazing job on my nails. Love love love this place! Will definatly be back . First time here and they got me in and out in a timely manner. It was busy around 645pm when I arrived. I’ve been here several times and usually return cause there’s a large staff and its big & roomy. Most of the time the pedicures are okay but last last time the gentleman sanded my heal until it bled and the actual polish job was ruined before I made it home. Today the lady offered everyone a drink in the entire place but me. Guess I don’t look fancy enough and not spending enough money like the others. The nail techs were really nice today but this will be my last visit.

Found my new go to place. Everyone was so nice and funny. They went above and beyond to make sure customers had the best experience. Steven did my nails and I will definitely being going back to him in the future. He did a great job with my coffin shaped nails.

Tracy did an amazing job on my daughter’s nails. She wanted a dip with black and white cow print. Tracy copied what she wanted from a picture on my daughter’s phone and it was absolutely perfect. And she was so sweet and friendly. Everyone at this salon is not only talented, but also friendly and personable. I’ve never had a mediocre experience, it’s always been exceptional.

I finally found my new nail salon! I called for an appointment and they got me right in. From the moment I walked through the door everybody was so friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was knowledgeable and paired me with someone based on what I wanted. Heidi was my nail tech and will be from now on. My appointment was near close but she never rushed even when it was past closing. Im extremely particular when it comes to my nails and she made sure everything was perfect. Not only are her skills on point but she is so sweet and made my my appt very enjoyable. Thank you Gem!!

This was my first time in this salon (7/9/19), and so far this has been the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. As soon as I walked in; I was kindly greeted and asked what I was wanting to get done. I didn’t get the lady’s name that greeted me but (she was tall and pretty) she was very kind, helpful and answered every question I had for her. After I picked my color, she set me down and told me who was going to do my nails and that there was going to be a little waiting time. When it took a little longer she was very considerate to come apologize and make sure to tell me that someone would be with me shortly. Another tech finished first so she instructed him to do my nails. He (Steven) was so kind,friendly, and respectful!! I got black acrylic brushed on dip; the whole process didn’t take long but I felt like Steven really took his time to do a quality job!!!!! At one point I felt like my nail was a little crooked and I asked him if he could please fix it he was more than happy to do so. I love my nails!!!! Steven was AMAZING!!!!!! I will definitely be returning to this salon and getting my nails done by him again!!!!!! Thank you so much!!! 🖤Update: I have gone back to this nail salon several times. I enjoy the vibe they have created for their business and I love how they do my nails. I love the fact that they don’t pressure you to get other things done that you never asked for. This last time that I went (May 29,2020,I’m a little late on writing this review) I got white acrylic nails and a pedicure with just my nails painted. They did a good job!! The white color for my hands was not what I originally went in wanting but I really liked the finish product. It wasn’t a mistake on their part it was just that I couldn’t find a match to what I was wanting at first. (The white I wanted was a dip powder,pale and creamy color, like watered down milk 😁)Update: (February 10,2021) Gem Nail Spa is still my favorite nail place!!!! Today I got the Emerald Gem Pedicure by Raymond and Dip on my natural short nails by Anne after removing some old dip nails (not done properly at a different place). I came to this place today based on previous reviews. I had my nails done by Tracy and she is amazing!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she got it right on! I will see how long the nails last but I’m impressed and satisfied from my first encounter with them!!

This salon is amazing! Ive been going for a few months and I have not had a bad experience. My dips last without pulling away from my natural nail for about 4 weeks. The pedicures are relaxing! If you like pedicures with a firm massage, ask for Addie! She is amazing!

The lady that works at the front desk of this place is seriously the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a business. I’ve been holding off posting anything, but today was the last straw. She’s been short with me multiple times, rude and acts out out when you ask questions, and just overall has a terrible attitude. I use to very much enjoy coming any here and so did my friends, but she’s unwelcoming and very rude.

We only go because we only like one technician there, but if she leaves we would definitely stop going due to the customer service. I am not from the Fort Worth area and traveled there for a concert recently. I decided to get my nails done and had seen the reviews for this specific area and called them to book an appointment. I forgot her name, but whoever answered was very nice and helped me with what I wanted in my appointment. I told her I would be coming into my appointment from the airport. I then told her that I was looking to a full set acrylic with a design, and told me to text her the inspo picture I wanted and booked me with Tracy! Once I got there, everyone was very nice and polite. Tracy looked at my inspo picture I pulled from pinterest and did exactly the same on my nails. She was very detailed and she definitely knows nails art! I will be coming back if I ever come back to Fort Worth! Thanks to the staff for being so kind while I was there for my trip!!!

I just moved from Chicago and was looking around for a new salon. I love this nail salon, it is very clean and my technician (i forgot her name) was amazing. We talked the whole time, she made me feel so comfortable. She recommend to use the brush to brush on my dip, it has been 3 weeks and they still look good. They have so many dip colors to choose from. This is my go to place from now on, highly recommended.

Honestly its the best nail spa! They have Wonderful ladies who do their very best in doing your manis and pedis the place is very clean and chair are very comfortable. I do wish that they wouldve cleaned the shields separating you and the one doing your nails because when I went it look like someone sneezes without their mask on. Overall awesome place!

Im updating this after going to this salon for a year or more.While I trust and enjoy their pedicures, I will no longer be going to this salon for waxing. The tables are difficult to get onto, very unstable and wobbly. The cover sheet is always dirty. There is no hook for your purse, or chair or anything for your things, which means you put it onto the floor. By the way? The floor is covered in hair and dirt. Very gross.

Although my experience was great, the atmosphere is good and environment is clean and comfortable. I had to give them 2 stars because of the quality of my nails. They chipped within the first two days. When I went back to get them fix they didn’t charge me and again the experience was great but the problem wasn’t solved as my nails chipped again and more of them this time. I don’t do any crazy physical labor. I’m a administrative nurse and mother preforming day to day tasks. I expect the quality of my nails to last. I don’t have the time to sit in a nail salon more then needed. I’m new to the area and am looking for a new nail salon. Will have to keep looking. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Nails were always too thin and broke and having to go get 1 or more fixed every week. It was free for the fix but I went back to my other salon. Q spa nail is much better. And Q spa nail makes sure we have our own files and buffers for $2 so we don’t cross contaminate.😁

It is affordable, great staff and manager, and clean! This was our first visit! The manager was friendly and quick to help us at the desk, and while we waiting for service she got us drinks and had us soaking our nails. Even though we were waiting for service she made us feel that we already being taken care of. Vanessa did my nails and did amazing! She double checked to see if I liked my nail color and patiently waited while I changed colors real quick! She kept conversation and felt like I was talking to one of the girls! They keep wax temps perfect and the lady that did my waxing was amusing! We are defiantly making this our new spot! THANK YOU!

Jacked my face up. They put wax on my eyelids and it was too hot as well and burned my eyebrows. I’m not sure why they picked my scab off as well whenever I got my feet done. I’m never coming here again!

Just enjoyed a 5 star experience here! I loved the atmosphere of this place so much! But the customer service I received was outstanding!! Wish we had an identical place like this in Houston so I wouldn’t have to nail spa hop. Was warmly welcomed although this is my first visit I didn’t feel like a “new” customer, aka unimportant. Got a dip manicure and it was executed flawlessly. No one tried to push unnecessary products on me. It was just the most relaxing experience ever! And I know if I’m back in Fort Worth anytime soon where I will be heading!
