This was my first time going and honestly, it was just ok. It was very quick and was never asked if I wanted any type of pedicure but they just gave the basic one without any extras to make it a relaxing experience. I would have gotten one that had hot stones or hot towels but it was never offered. I did check their menu upon leaving and it lists several different pedicure packages by price. Also, most places I have attended offer something to drink and they didnt offer that either. They were very nice but I have had way better pedicure experiences. Unfortunately, I will not give it a second chance.

This was my first time getting my nails done in Fort Worth and I LOVED my experience here at CAroma Nail Spa!!! The lady who did my pedicure, made my feet look like new feet! Literally!! Lol She was so friendly and took her time to make sure I really enjoyed my experience. She kept my water hot/warm like I prefer it and you can honestly tell she enjoys what she does. Also, the lady who waxed my eyebrows did a fabulous job, although the waxing of eyebrows is never a comfortable experience, but the outcome when someone knows what they are doing is worth it! In my opinion, their prices are a little high from what Im use to paying, but I will definitely be back here again for another pedicure and eyebrow wax, along with a full set. The Spa, although small, is very clean and they try to work fast to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. The surrounding area may not be the ideal location (right of 820 west) but as long as you watch your surroundings, you will be okay. I gave them 5 stars b/c they definitely know what they are doing and are very friendly about it as well! You can also call ahead to make an appointment if you like. I went as a walk in.

I have went to this place twice now and both times had great service. The ladys are very nice and friendly here. I cant wait to go back in about two weeks!!!!

DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE! we called ahead of time for me and my husband and got info on the place, etc..they DIDNT tell us kids werent allowed so when we got there the lady told us to leave, we told her we lived 10 mins away, could we drop our kids off with a sitter and come back she said yes thats fine. We did just that came back and now she tells us she only has time for 1 person....when she just said we could both come back?! Ya know with everything goin on in our world right now its small things like pedicures etc that get us thru a rough day and to be lied to and disappointed like this is really messed up. I will never come back and i will make sure everyone i know doesnt come here either!

Took an extremely long time to get me started and I was the only waiting customer.. Tried to charge me remove gel polish from my toes. Put my feet in plain water 🤦🏾‍♀️They treat me like I dont have money and cater to the white ppl ...

Eye brows this is where its at. They never messed up my eye brows. People stay giving me compliments.

I was a customer for a few months this year. At first I was just getting my brows done, then I decided to get my nails done. They act like the only shape they can do is square. So I walked around looking like an 80s hoochie mama. I went back a couple of weeks later to get them filled, cut, and reshaped. Well...nails were squared but not as bad. Went back for a third fill and slowly, I am getting satisfied. HOWEVER...they act like they cant put on polish. My kid brother can do a better job painting my nails. LOL!Now the main issue I am writing this post: I decided to take my nails of. When I walked in and told them I wanted to take my nails off, they acted like they didnt want me to do it. I should have known better then. So I get the one lady I cant stand at all(because her effort in her work is...ugh). She drilled the gel polish off and proceeded to dig in her workstation for false nails. She took three out and started lifting my nail up with that. I wasnt upset about that, and it wasnt very painful, but she did puncture my cuticle on my left thump. She poured some mess that instantly stopped the bleeding. Still, I wasnt upset. The nail lady takes the drill out again. At this point I am seriously looking at my nails on the other hand because a couple of fingernails on that hand were quite then. Alas I ASSUMED they knew what they were doing. My right hand, the one she was working on, came out pretty decent. I just dont understand the need to drill like they were trying to sand wood. I dont get it.HOWEVER, on my left hand, thats things got real. She starts drilling my pinkie. At first everything is okay, then I can feel the heat and pull my hand away from. The same thing happened for the rest of my fingernails except for my pointy finger or whatever thats called. Now ladies...and gents... my nails have been drilled to the nailbed. This lady had the nerve to try and buff it afterwards. How in the hell are you going to buff flesh?! SMH!! This place is ghetto and hot mess. I will never get my nails or brows done from them again.
