I havent been to a laundromat in eight years, but this was a in an out experience. I loved the fact they open so early 5:30am. Its was nice and clean.

Definitely recommend this place. There are plenty of washers and dryers to use. The place was nice and clean. Conveniently located if you needed to run errands in-between loads

First time here. Not bad at all! It was clean did have to wait a while for a dryer but other than that. I would go back the prices are in my budget.

This place is nice and cool, has lots of machines, and is moderately priced 👍 Also has seating, folding tables, coin machines, and vending machines!

Better than most of the laundry places around here, for one 90% of their machines work and they work really well the place is clean and it requires you to wear a face mask which I really like you can never be too safe, I would give it five stars except for theres no attendant on call if you have a problem

With Krogers next door, this is a good place to do your laundry. Set it to wash, grab a quick bite, put everything in the dryer and do some quick shopping, grab yer clothes and you are done.

In a word...: Wonderful. Clean, all equipment is always working, competitive pricing and Cynthia is an awesome person. I have 3 laundry mats closer to my apartment, but travel 2 miles to patronize Laundry Works. Adjacent to several 5&10 stores, restaurant and Krogers. Perfect location

Busy but got my 3 loads of laundry washed and dried with no wait time. Has plenty of washers and driers. Has large and medium capasity washers. Had an attendant that kept everything clean. Will definitely be back.

I found the facility, to be less than average. Too many machines out of order. Filthy areas too. Needs a few more baskets.

Always clean. Machines work. Can get quite busy some evenings, so the earlier you go the better!

Is well equipped, good organization. The laundry owner makes sure everyone comply to the rules e. g NO FACE MARKS NO ENTRY. I likes that place doing my laundry, the floor is always clean and tidy.The manager is an honest man. One day l change my $20 note in their machine to quarters and l did not realise is only $10 quarters that came out and left to my car, can you believe this manager or the owner look for me and came to my car to give me the remaining $10 quarters that l did not take the rest of my change, wow l was so surprise and thank him for being an honest man.

One of the cleanest laundromats ive ever been in, washers, dryers, baskets, and folding tables are all very clean and well maintained.The facility has plenty of washers and dryers so even if its busy theres a way to start washing.Glad I chose to come to this facility.

Very clean! I sat there and watched one of the girls not only clean the outside of a washer but the inside.I had a situation happen twice and the owner was quick to respond and very friendly. Very honest and humble owner!

DISCRIMINATION: Employee named Jennifer is very rude. If you are a female she will she automatically ignore you, be standoffish, and if she does have to attend you cause you have a question she will make you feel like your bothering her. But yet she will ALWAYS be there talking to the men..very obvious in her behavior that she does not like to help or attend females. Youre job is to attend ALL customers not to discriminate. Ive seen her behave like this towards quite a few customers. I do not understand why they allow her to still continue working or at least correct the issue. Her supervisor should understand that her behavior is representing hthe business and will loose many customers and probably already has. Word of mouth travels fast and this laundromat will get a bad rep.

We came here because the facility is overall nicer but the chick working was RUDE. My husband, myself and 2 kids were here Sunday evening 5/3/20. We spent a good 2 hours and almost $30 doing multiple loads of laundry. As it came closer to closing time, the girl working kept complaining to her boyfriend (or whoever was there waiting for her to be off work) that she just wanted to get out of there and people better stop coming in. So since I felt so rushed to get out of there I walked over the floor that was recently mopped to grab my stuff from the dryer. (She should have waited until all customers were gone. Fall hazard and no wet floor sign. My husband overheard her say I should make her mop it up next time. All I wanted was clean clothes but was made to feel guilty for simply being there. Highly unprofessional.

The dryers are hot hot!!! Be careful....super clean facility though and inexpensive. Never gone in and had a washer or dryer not work.

The lady that works here is rude i asked for change for a twenty dollar bill she said no u can can go to a store maybe they will give it to u i always come to wash here never agin lost my bussiness

Always clean and employees/owners are very friendly. Well priced and the security cameras actually work, so I feel comfortable running errands in between wash/dry. This is the only laundromat I will use. 👗🎽👖👙

Clean nice worker

I love this place. Its the only laundromat whose washers dont eat my clothes. Every time Im here, there is someone cleaning or fixing machines. The managers are friendly and very knowledgeable on the ADA policies for Service Dogs & lack there of for ESAs. (as a Service Dog handler, thats refreshing and appreciated) OH, & the best part is, if you get hungry, they are next door to the Tai Terrace!

Awesome place to do laundry

I went today at 7:55pm the lady who was their said we dont let anyone in after 8 because we close at 9 but she let this lady that pulled right with me wash there ...she had more clothes then me!!! I have 2 basket that were small! She said rigmar wash is open! She was rude ab it too Im never washing their again!

I have visited the place many times at different days, and different times. Its always been clean and machines open. Prices are not out of line.

My clothes have new stains and bleach stain everytime I come here

My towels and sheets caught fire on 2/24/2018. Owner blamed me for using the high dryer setting. Refused to compensate me for my loss. I would advise to use dryers at own risk!

I have been using this one for a while. The only issue was a black guy that assaulted 2 people on 2 different occasions. Owner told him not to come back. Not a problem since. Get their early.

Horrible customer service!!! Only my second time using their service. The young Korean man who works their is a complete harassing jerk!! I walked in at 8 and started washing. From the beginning he kept harassing me to hurry up and start my washes and to hurry up and switch my clothes. Then he started mouthing off because he had to stay late. The real owners need to put a sign up stating you can not wash after 8pm if it is that big of a problem were the employees are harassing the customers!! Horrible Horrible service!!!

Always someone here cleaning. Even when theyre busy, I can get a few machines. I havent had any problems in the 3 times Ive been here.
