Not only do I use them for my personal dry cleaning but they also provide towels for the fitness center in the building I manage. Eric is always so quick to respond if there are any issues with either service. Ive also driven through the dry cleaners for clothes pick up and the staff is super friendly. I also believe youll find the price competitive.

I tried this cleaners because I had a coupon on my grocery receipt. They did a great job, and they texted me when my clothes were ready - ahead of schedule. Pickup was easy and the cost was almost half of my old cleaners!

My usual cleaners decided to close on Saturday of the holiday weekend and I really needed my suiting cleaned for the week so I gave this place a try. I was not disappointed. It is nice to roll through and drop off my clothes. Not to mention all of my items were nicely grouped and tagged with descriptions. Nice service too!

Pickup/delivery of dry cleaning. Set schedule is very handy for my planning. My jeans are always starched properly, shirts also. Everything we’ve ever sent has been done properly. Staff is always friendly and efficient when we have to go in. Been using them for years without a problem.

Took eleven items to be pressed and to have our denim starched. Martinizing promised all items would be ready next day after 5pm. Turns out they sent all our items off-site to be processed and only one item was ready on time. We called on the second day at 11am and were told that all but one item was ready. Finally on the second day after 1pm we were able to pick up all items. My brand new sport blazer that I took in looked exactly the same (wrinkly) even though they promised it would look better so all they really did for me there was remove the store tags. On top of all that, they failed to starch my wife’s denim skirt. On top of not starching all denim as requested, they heavy starched the two jeans when medium starch was the agreement. will definitely not use this location again as it appears to be poorly managed.***Update - two days after this review was posted I received a call from Amy who presented herself as a manager. She offered to pick up the items that were incorrect to re-process them and also deliver them once complete. I declined as the clothes we bought were for a special event of family photos which were already done so we didn’t need re-processing. Amy then stated she would have the owner call us that same day to further discuss but we haven’t heard from them yet.

This was my first time to try Martinizing Dry Cleaning and was impressed! It was super convenient because they picked it up no charge and delivered it back once my items were cleaned. I was worried because I had a sticky stain on one of my formal dresses, however I got it back and you wouldve never known it was even there!

I love this dry cleaning next to the car wash because it has a drive through. The ladies are super nice and friendly! The clothes I got washed and pressed were perfect for a wedding we are attending! Now I have a go to place by my home.

I love these guys, all the staff are friendly and helpful and they know me now, so when I pull up so I don’t even have to give them a name which makes me feel like a valued customer. All of the clothes are well cleaned and don’t shrink, I go every week and this place never misses a beat. I saw they are now offering a free pickup service which I’d like to take advantage of too. They always do a good job, I like that they don’t mark my clothes with pins, they use an electronic tag instead. They even give you a discount with a car wash receipt, 👍🏽 👍🏽. It’s a bit hard turning into their drive thru if you drive a truck because there’s always a truck park at the entrance, I hope no one hits it, at least not me.

Noone would clean my faux fur jacket the didnt want to take time to do it or was afraid. However this guy did. I really appreciate him and how well my jacket turned out. I will definitely be switching all of my cleaning services to this company.

Although my address was technically out of range, this store nonetheless went out of their way to earn our business. We initially inquired on pickup and delivery service due to the positive reviews, and the experience we had certainly made us see why. They even fixed an issue with the Martinizing app not taking the order because of our location. Had a comforter picked up on Friday and it was delivered outside our door, folded and bagged on Monday. Really impressed by the quality of service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Took my comforter to a different dry cleaners first who did not get a stain out or clean it well. Once I took it here, they got the stain out and it looks amazing! I won’t be going anywhere else now.

Had a suit dry cleaned. When I got it back I could see the imprint and a slight color change (which the color was an easy fix) of one of the buttons. Other than that pleased with the result! Great price!

Everything has always been spot cleaned and washed/cleaned very well. However, the change of ownership (to Martinizing??) has been awful. The clothes don’t smell as fresh as before. I took a cotton bedspread which had a hot pink 1/4” sharpie spot on it. For 5 weeks I kept being told they were still working on it,; they had not been able to get the spot off yet.After six weeks they gave it back to me saying the spot wouldn’t come off. Looking at it, there was no sign they had ever even touched it. The tag said it was machine washable. I sprayed the spot with Spray n Wash. and washed it.The spot was gone. They had it 6 weeks, charged me $45 and I got it off with a squirt of Spray n Wash and some tide.

Martinizing of Cityview is definitely an upgrade over previous ownership. The sleeves are folded, the clothes are barcoded, so things like button repair are ensured to be fixed. Kayla does a very good job with the staff. Overall, a great job is done here and much improvement now.

Horrible services!!!! Picked up a blouse, got home and realize all of the buttons are missing and what’s worse m, they put safety pins and never bothered to tell me what happened. When I called to speak with a manager or the owner, I was told that they would replace the buttons at no charge!!! Don’t take your clothes here!!!

After using the cleaners services for nearly a year(with great results) we had an issue with a rude counter person. I got so exasperated I asked my wife to come inside as my wife formerly managed several dry cleaner locations. Young lady was rude to her as well; to the point that we called later and spoke to the manager. The end result? One pair of slackss has a new hole in the leg, the seam of one pair of slacks is unstiched about half-way round, and a light burn mark is on the front of one shirt.Manager is friendly but apparently doesnt have control over the employees. (the young lady in question also appeared to be strung out )I would never trust them with my clothes again. And not for nothing I ALWAYS tipped the counter people at the drive through when I picked up my clothes. Great business; but sometimes they apparently hire trash employees to handle your clothes.
